Hi. Don’t use @Paytm If any issues then Paytm not resolved and refund your money. I have already uninstalled paytm my phone & my familys phone. I have generated my ticket 1st aug but still not resolved my issue. All time asking successful your payment but not listing my issue.

Over penalty then messaging you and then you removed August month penalty but not July month penalty. Seriously paytm customer care is a crap and I am now regretting that why the hell even i clicked on that i am interested in Paytm postpaid account. @Paytm

@Paytmcare login with sending a message does not work, when phone is roaming. it adds international codes to number, bring back otp based login to phones. Anyway your product security need to transparent not enforced so that users cannot access own money.
