  Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

  @Paytm If the paytm payment bank has been closed then why that transaction was successful because if the bank was closed then payment should be failed but it was successful. Please help otherwise i will escalate this issue

  Dear @Paytm and @DigitInsurance, Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of resolution. I renewed my vehicle insurance policy (Vehicle No. OD02AK9911) through Paytm on Digit Insurance two days ago. Payment was successfully completed and KYC was also done. Yet no policy.

  @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare i have ordered paytm sound box but due to unprofessional behaviour of delivery partner they marked delivered take otp and now denying to deliver at my location.Please help about it
