@Paytm @Paytmcare When I went to do recharge on Airtel thanks app my recharge of 598 my payment deducted from the Paytm account and the amount did not be e added to my Airtel Bank wallet please help . Also shared problem with paytmcare on gmail. But no well services I got. 😞

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar customer service all AI driven, with standard responses without understanding the issue and not able to reach any executive to discuss as well...too much AI does not help and impacts customer confidence...preety bad overall...#saynotopaytmwallet
