    @Paytmcare, why do I need a bloddy OTP to talk to your agent? I'm not getting any help on adding a credit card. 35 mins., now. I am on the verge of deleting PayTM because of all the nonsense your app subjects me to. Why is there no direct number or human chay support from the go.

    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

Please hire a good AI engineer who can make a better AI chatbot. And let me know how I can contact a real customer support human agent?
