Dear @Paytm what my fault between you and @TheOfficialSBI , I paid from sbi debit card and you were the agent of @RailMinIndia , after 4 daya of ticket cancellation still I am awaiting for refund despite giving huge charges of cancellation charges and your service charges.

@thisisaman01 @Paytm Same issue happened with me once, the customer care service simply blamed it all on me. After this, i stopped transferring money to Paytm Wallet. It'll be better if you do all the transactions using UPI 🙌

@Paytm I have been struggling with getting an invoice for a recharge done to my number. The only thing I get is transaction receipt but no Tax invoice. Please help me with it. @Airtel_Presence says you will give it and you don't give. Are you trying to evade tax ?

@PaytmCare made this payment on 11 july. Money has been deducted from my account but it is still in processing state. Hence my postpaid passbook is not updated yet. Kindly look into this matter. Raised this issue several times but no one ever tried to assist me on this problem.
