However, today multiple auto-debits of INR 620 have been processed from my account while the loan adjustment and due calculation issues are still under investigation.

It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
