Do you know @Paytm @Paytmcare doesn’t have any customer service?! Call any number u can never connect with customer executive.. they have standard ans for any issues..even tagging @vijayshekhar did not work.. I wanted to support bcz it’s Indian company but alas pathetic care?

@Paytm 897 deducted twice from my postpaid account, but the website told me both the times for technical reason order could not be processed and hence I paid via other app, also order confirmation received only after I paid from other app

Hi @Paytm i placed order to deliver physical gold from my locker but order was cancelled by seller and shows refunded but neither gold nor money is refunded kindly help. My mobile 9701251452. I tried reaching customer care but don't see any kind of support.
