    @Paytm I have been contacting the customer help for a month and yet no one is giving any response. This is terrible. Everytime i am assured my problem will be solved and it is forgotten. My mails and queries are not replied. Please look into this matter.

    @KTravelxp @Paytmcare I am eligible for full refund (confirmed by Vistara airline) but Paytm didn't take any kind of initiative to refund my money back. I called Paytm customer with several times but didn't get any result. It's already more than 1 month over. Horrible! #paytmcare #paytmkaro #paytm

    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank. I have done a transaction on 1st May from my UPI bank account and same amount got debited and confirmed by Paytm UPI team but merchant not received the same, no one helping where the amount goes if not credited to merchant.. kindly help @vijayshekhar
