Our experience with @Paytm @Paytmcare KYC process for reactivating a 'frozen' wallet due to KYC: Aadhaar OTP is received but app says "Entered invalid OTP" Went to local store to do offline KYC, store says server has been down for months. No one is bothered. @RBI

This is kind of fraud. I have faced this issue previously but the amount was ₹10 but this time it's ₹700. I mean what about our money? Where is our fault in buying a Google play redeem from Paytm directly. My friends also faced this sometimes. @Paytm @GooglePlay #redeemfraud
