@Paytmcare I want to close the Paytm postpaid however your help section doesn't show such options and BOT is useless. Sorry about that but it's true. Let me know how to close the postpaid account.

@Dheeru08r @Paytmcare The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Multihackassist for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
