    @anaggh @Paytm @Paytmcare Same issue here. Worked well until the first ₹150 balance. Then it showed “Blacklisted”. I almost thought it’s an issue with tag. But it isn’t. Called up customer care and was told that scanning RC & barcode is imp. Wish they told us before. Anyways did that. Issue resolved.

    Hello Paytm, From the last couple of days your app is not working properly, and I'm facing app slow down issue also unable to do any transaction fastly. While all your competitor's apps like -Google pay & phone pay working smoothly. Kindly look into the same. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytm I am facing issue regarding Paytm postpaid account from last 30+ days . I am getting same message. Showing ont he screen that your kYC process will take 17 days. I had raised a concern on Paytm care but nobody is serious about my issue. They are giving worst service

    @Paytm have booked movie tickets for Tuesday under your cancellation policy and due to some issues have cancelled it.... The amount should be 100% refundalbe but it hasn't refunded the whole amount....

    There should be a review of cybersecurity by @IndianCERT and @Cyberdost on Applications like @Paytm (just one example) who directly read the 'One Time Password' (OTP) for login etc.. , instead of the Human entering it manually. It is like #EncouragingBOT hacking.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    @Paytmcare I booked a flight within last 1 hour which was an honest mistake, I need help with it as I want the refund, your customer care is non responsive and as per the DGCA rules I can get the refund within a 48 hour window.

    Paytm a big cheat company.Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.Unnecessary charges are taken by them.First they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer.That is our hard earned money.@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @sub1301 @Paytm @DCCyberKP Hi Subrata, the only way to handle this is to raise a cyber crime complaint and a chargeback request with Bank of Baroda. I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. Once the payments are a success, only your Bank can help you further to raise a fraud dispute. Please let us know if you need any guidance in raising this and I can walk you through it over a call.
