There should be a review of cybersecurity by @IndianCERT and @Cyberdost on Applications like @Paytm (just one example) who directly read the 'One Time Password' (OTP) for login etc.. , instead of the Human entering it manually. It is like #EncouragingBOT hacking.

@Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.

@anaggh @Paytm @Paytmcare Same issue here. Worked well until the first ₹150 balance. Then it showed “Blacklisted”. I almost thought it’s an issue with tag. But it isn’t. Called up customer care and was told that scanning RC & barcode is imp. Wish they told us before. Anyways did that. Issue resolved.

Paytm Postpaid is still active. Wallet Credit Freeze. @Paytm has no customer care. Unable to connect with human over the phone. Only solution is to redo the KYC. Visited a KYC Center and the KYC process doesn't have Aadhaar option
