    @Paytm @Paytm I am facing issue regarding Paytm postpaid account from last 30+ days . I am getting same message. Showing ont he screen that your kYC process will take 17 days. I had raised a concern on Paytm care but nobody is serious about my issue. They are giving worst service

    @Paytm Dear Team, Its very pathetic as i am used paytm postpaid facility approx 2000 INR and from 2 july 2021 i am trying pay due amount but unable to pay. Every time I received flash message from paytm on paytm app that "Sorry for Inconvenience & we are working on It".

    @Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.

    @Paytmcare disappointed with your support services. On23rd feb i logged out my paytm account from app and then logged in again with same mobile number but paytm created new account and removed my mobile number from my original account

I’m only receiving generic responses with no actual action. ₹1090 has been wrongly deducted despite fulfilling the offer conditions.     @safiranand Yeah management was speaking about restarting Paytm payment bank. How it’s irrelevant when regulator is still not conviced about the management ability to resolve the issues ? Truth js management has failed to resolve the issue to convince rbi. It’s pure failure of @paytm mgmt
