I almost thought it’s an issue with tag. But it isn’t. Called up customer care and was told that scanning RC & barcode is imp. Wish they told us before. Anyways did that. Issue resolved.

It is like #EncouragingBOT hacking.

Neil Kapoor (@NeilKapoor10) reported from Jaipur, Rajasthan@Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.
