Every time I received flash message from paytm on paytm app that "Sorry for Inconvenience & we are working on It".

Neil Kapoor (@NeilKapoor10) reported from Jaipur, Rajasthan@Paytm I used and on 5 may 2021 I paid my postpaid bill payment 2199.72 rupees through by paytm upi and transaction is failed but amount is deducted from my bank account and stuck in paytm and I also spoke to customer care in the bank, he said that the payment was successful.
