Over 20+ days since my refund issue was raised and still no reply on tickets, email, or in-app support. There’s no customer contact number and zero response to my mails. This delay despite the airline already processing refund to @Paytmcare @Paytm is unacceptable.

@Paytmcare I raise this issue 15 days before on this platform and on personal message you guys tell you solve issue but you don't reply. Due to unethical callings to my customer from stolen Paytm data I lose my business even I don't have any edi pendings.

@Paytmcare paytm sucks. I am not in country and someone is accessing my account. I cannot get in touch with anybody unless i sign in which i cannot due to OTP recieving issues plus i changed my number. Im losing money but no cannot do anything about it cus PAYTM sucks.

@Paytmcare I have been raising an issue about a refund that I am eligible to claim on my flight from Goa to Indore for which i had alrea received the credit note from the airline. Now, I am unable to get to speak to anyone regarding this concern. Ticket Id: 26236542811. Worst!
