@Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare Refund status of booking ID 9242331296. The travel date was Feb 2020 and it's July 2021 already. I think my grandchildren will have to fight for the refund and not sure even if they will receive it. Really disappointed with the customer support. 1/2

@PayUindia your gateway is going from bad to worse. Major failures especially for wallets and @Paytm No phone number to call. Email and online channels hopelessly slow. If this continues, we will have to move away. #payuisBAD

@Paytmcare : Worst Experience with Paytm App as well as Paytm Team. They release new features but are not able to solve the customer complaints . If you can't solve the problems, no need to release new features because you making Customer life like hell.
