@Paytm @PaytmBusiness Today I tried to contact customer support of Paytm but there were 36 options to choose from before talking to the executive. And even after getting through those options, I wasn't put in touch with the customer care executive. What kind of service is this?

@Paytm seriously guyz..u started to charge platform fee for mobile recharge after that many years..u lost an old customer...moving to @GooglePlay for all UPI transactions and recharges..hope u will not disappoint 👏
