    The @PaytmBusiness customer care is the shitest thing to exist, their AI customer executive is the worst, you have to explain the same issue to them again and again. They have no ethics. Looting their customer that's why Paytm's stats are this bad. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @Paytm I placed an order on Flipkart and made the payment through Paytm because there was a ₹50 cashback offer. It was mentioned that the cashback would be credited after the return period but I still haven't received it. Please check and help. #Paytm #CashbackIssue @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @RBI FRAUD ALERT, NEVER EVER USE PAYTM FOR TRAVEL BOOKING, my bus was cancelled, 7 dats no response from fraud paytm n customer care is worst n pathetic, my6k still struck, tgey use bots n no human to interact

    @Paytmcare my friend booked a bus trip gurugram to manali, the bus driver called n told bus us cancelled n refund initiated, spoke to customer care they told not intimated. Last moment had to book another ticket n travel n niw paytm is not refunding, driver nmbr is switched off
