iShFaQ H Dar (@iluvmeandme) reported@Paytm refund from @amazonIN credites in paytm bank which are no longer active. Now Paytm has no customer support to handle this. Personal RBI rules, the refund should have declined but amazon said it's successful. So isn't this violation of RBI rules @RBI
