@Paytmcare I added money to wallet with offer of flat 2.5% cashback but I received only 1.6 % cashback. The 24×7 support link is useless. It automatically close the ticket with default reply message.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I was not able to pay postpaid bill because of some tech issue. I tried connect with your cx care but not able to connect. Such a bad cx care service. Next day you guys charged me penalty for delay. I wants my penalty amount back it's not my fault.

@Paytm since it's already a 48 hours of payment..so now we are dicided that to complain in consumer forum and ciber crime..cause the people is associated with Paytm.. doesn't hav any responsibility of the customer and they even don't know the services themselves itself.
