@Paytm it seems there is no way to reach via phone or app regarding an issue with the paytm fasttag I had asked for replacement. Neither app provides a solution, the helpline number is a maze. I am in need of some urgent help. If u cannot serve, stop selling and fooling people.

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare Its been 2 weeks and yet a simple issue isnt resolved. Every time I am been told the team is working on it. When it comes to taking money, the team dsnt take so much time but when its about refund then the system dsnt show anything.
