@Paytm FRAUD-Tried to pay electricity bill-payment failed--but money deducted-bank sent URN for the transaction-paytm ate my money. I will raise a complaint in consumer portal against paytm. Trust me it's impossible to get any support .This tweet is their last chance(7010024972)

Raising tickets for issues on @Paytm app is so complicated. Top mgt should use it app sometimes. Just try to raise a ticket to ask for nearest centre to deposit cash for paytm savings account. Why so many clicks/options to submit one ticket. Even after everything, you cannot.
