@Paytmcare i had a issue with misplaced order on swiggy , however swiggy ack the fact and arranged for a refund but i can see message as Paytm confirming status of money being credited to paytm wallet - on swiggy. But i dont see py wallet balance , this has spoiled my spose bday

@Paytmcare She hasn’t completed her KYC so she couldn’t make any transaction from her PayTm wallet, neither she could withdraw the amount, then how come this fraud happened? I tried reaching out to your customer care but of no use, constantly saying there’s another no or dept.
