    My funds have been unjustly put on hold by @PaytmBusiness without any explanation. Iโ€™ve raised multiple requests, but customer support is completely ignoring me. This is unacceptable and impacting my finances. Please resolve this and release my money immediately @Paytm

    @Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.

    @Paytmcare Hi @Paytm, I have already sent you a DM with the required details, but I havenโ€™t received any response yet. My โ‚น843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest. This delay is causing unnecessary inconvenience.

    @Paytmcare I'm not able to find any info on my wallet balance in your app. When I ask the chatbot it says contact paytm payments bank app. But there is no such app. Help and return my money

    @Paytmcare Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare used #FLYBONANZA promo, promised flat โ‚น2,000 voucher but got only 20% discount. "Up to" condition was NEVER disclosed when offer was shown! Raised 3 tickets, ZERO response, no way to contact support. Misleading advertising! #ConsumerRights #PaytmScam

    Credit card bill payment issue since June 30 2026. Rs 36000 debited from me but not credited to the card account. Only chat bot support is there. No customer care number. 3 days have passed. Use paytm at your own risk. #paytm @Paytmcare

    Iโ€™m using Paytm from last 10 years and one incident happened with in 2020 thatโ€™s someone have bypassed my phone and stolen otp to login the Paytm account I lost my account with my money and information after that many a times my Paytm no 8287475646 @Paytm @OnePay @vijayshekhar
