  @TanaySharma3095 @Myprotein_CS @Paytm Hey Tanay I have also got the same issue as yours, with different merchant that is Gyftr India. Payment was successful but merchant didn't receive it. Don't know where did the money go.

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare Please note metro QR ticket booked today did not work in return journey. Had to book a separate one. Officer on duty said there was an issue with paytm qr tickets today.asked me to cancel on app. But cancellation not happening.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I recently applied for a credit card from your app. My KYC and card selection was completed. In the final steps of verification your customer care guy was ruthless and he disconnected the call after I asked him few questions. Highly disappointed. +91-9654477696
