Even though the @GoAirFlights airline has cancelled it and said it has not charged any cancellation fee @Paytm has charged me a cancellation fee. It has been more than a month. I have been talking to customer care every week since then and no proper response.

@Paytm you have a poor service for video verification.. I have everything good wifi connection good camera and no error from my side. Still your Agent say he was seeing error, 3 times i disconnected.. I would suggest everyone do not go for paytm. Poor service

@theuditshakya @Paytm @Paytmcare OTP is a Indian concept (and good imo), most US based payment gateway would directly charge the money from your credit card. That's why stolen credit cards is such a big problem to deal with in US.

@Paytm i already update my kyc documents 3times but money isn't receive in my paytm payments bank.... My ticket no.194571663 they said that there will be no problem in future but the problems continues. If there is no solution to this problem, will I close the account?

@Paytm I recently added money in my wallet from paytm bank. Money was debited but it showed transaction failed and your customer care is not responding to this issue.
