  @Paytmcare 24 hours not sufficient to check a simple use case i.e., to give cashback or not? The coupon shouldn't have been applied successfully in the first place it the cashback terms are not applicable. This is not customer's headache to wait for your resolution #paytm #scam #fraud

  @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

  @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.
