    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have โ‚น10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    The @PaytmBusiness customer care is the shitest thing to exist, their AI customer executive is the worst, you have to explain the same issue to them again and again. They have no ethics. Looting their customer that's why Paytm's stats are this bad. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare

    @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytm, @Paytmcare your AI support is unbelievably frustrating. You asked for a State Bank of India statement, and I uploaded an SBI statementโ€”which is literally the same bank. Instead of reviewing the document properly, your system keeps sending the same automated responses
