    Despite multiple calls and follow-ups, I received no timely response. After 3 days, I was informed that the voucher was finally working. By then, my journey was already over, and I had arranged alternate transport using my own money.@PaytmTravelCare @Paytmcare

    @Paytm Credit card bill payment is pending for more than 48 hours and there is no help from so called AI powered Customer Care. I need to know whether the payment will process or when i will get the redund. Let me know how much time will it take to solve the issue.

    @Paytmcare Dear Paytm Care, My UPI transaction is showing as pending, but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. This has happened 2โ€“3 times before as well. Please resolve this issue and refund the amount if needed. Thank you.

My โ‚น843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest.     @Paytmcare SBI Customer Care has confirmed twice that no refund has been received against RRN 617303079622. SBI is not providing written confirmation. Kindly recheck with your payment partner and share proof of settlement or reprocess the refund.
