  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue?
