I travelled 60 km to board the bus & now I'm standing on the side of highway with no hope. Is it not a crime? Uncontrolled fare, zero responsibility towards passanger & worst quality of service.

Have requested for a call multiple times but no response. Flight from Bombay to Delhi (27326371910 ) was cancelled and refunded by airline. HELP.
