    @Paytmcare @PaytmFirst That's why I am having money problems but the Citi Bank Credit Card interest charges is too high that's why I am having problems to pay the amount. And my CIBIL score is also disturbing from that so please waive off the interest.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am happy to say I have finally rejected paytm, one of the third clase customer service ever, I permanently closed my all paytm services, be aware with this #fraud people, Good Bye permanently… never want to see you again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Please aware everyone who is using @Paytm who is fraud & cheating with customer, not following their own terms, Grievance officer don’t have authority or it is robotic, no proper reply, use another apps instead of Paytm

    @Paytmcare Grievance Officer committed me to solve my issue on 29th Jul in written, till date no reply from him. Bad customer service ever. Paytm me koi thik se kaam nahi kar raha. Reply tak nahi dete ye log mail ko. Be aware while using any Paytm services

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar I called the customer support and the agent was appointed after 40 mins. The issue was not resolved after that also. This is the worst customer experience @RBI should also take strict actions against wasting time of the customer in such petty issues.
