@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytmcare Hi, one of my transactions failed however the amount is debited from my bank account. But @Paytm has not yet refunded the amount. Can you open your DM so that I can give you more details to resolve the issue ASAP.
