    @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

    Hi @Paytm from past 1 week I am unable to use Paytm why. It's showing your device is incorrect please resolve my issue as soon as possible I'm a very loyal user of Paytm for the last 9-10 years but why is this happening. It's warning sign coming @Paytmcare @Paytm #paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare A upi refund from a merchant has not been credited to my upi linked bank account while it is showing as a credit in my balance and accounts section. Your help chatbot is not helpful at all. Pls resolve

    Casual reminder to @Paytm @Paytmcare that "Unable to process the request" isn't a user retention strategy. Every time I click the "Close my account" button in the app, it fails. For weeks. You must have error logs, failing to fix this implies you like it as a feature? @consaff
