@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

A transaction got failed on @Paytm on 14th August… it has been more than 6 days the amount has not been credited back. And moreover, the customer support is so pathetic, they are not picking up the call.
