@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

Such a worst customer service, I had booked a flight through Paytm, but it got canceled. It's been 15 days since I raised a ticket for my refund! I spoke to the airline, and they issued the refund to you 13 days ago. @Paytmcare Why too much delay?
