@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

To manage entire mail in one screenshot I have to zoom in to 30% and shared. Now they can’t see like I already knew. Ticket with id 3195191008 for my issue has been raised. I need resolution in next 24hrs max failing which I will take legal action against @Paytm

@Paytm I recharged my BSNL number through your app, but after calling BSNL customer care number I came to know that recharge pack is invalid. I want my payment back. Why do you keep recharge pack which is invalid. It's troublesome for us

@Paytm KYC at my side is done but the app says KYC needs to be updated Went to authorize dealer and they said process of KYC is not working Can’t upload money to Paytm can’t use the fast tag Had to pay double amount on toll even after having fast tag who’s responsible for my loss
