  @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

  @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

  @Paytmcare Hi Chetan, it’s been several days and I’m still receiving only assurances, not a resolution. I have already submitted all requested documents. Please provide a definite timeline and resolve my Digital Gold bank verification issue immediately instead of keeping it under review.

  I feel @Paytm @Paytmcare is shutting down .....how come they are so relax without fixing this issue from past 24hrs.....users are unable to login completely....issue haven't fixed yet

  @Paytmcare we have raised deactivation request of card machine on your merchant care app on 25th july , got no response till now Infact on my ticket there is number of a agent (sahil) who will pick up We called him , he had no professionalism Very bad service Need help

  @paytm @paytmcare Your service is a disgrace. No option to cancel the Soundbox, customer care is nothing but AI, I receive calls from you those are AI too. Stop forcing unwanted charges. Cancel it now before I smash this useless box.
