@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytm There is no benefit of this if you can't offer a good customer experience. My paytm account is blocked for month and I can't pay my pension and SIP. The customer service guys are holding back with a promise cycle of 4 days recovery period. Are u guys misusing the money?

@Paytmcare hi you blocked my wallet saying update your kyc have raised issue still not get any solution have visited your kyc points near by they said we are not doing kyc for paytm. Y you need physical kyc earlier have done aadhaar based kyc.
