@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness pathetic customer service. I have not been able to receive payments since 10 days from paytm app. Customer service is taking 4 days to reply to a mail and then also asks for more proofs. Call me back or I will shift to @GooglePay

Mr. @vijayshekhar, please improve your @Paytmcare services. It is very difficult to reach out to customer care executives in need to urgent support. While traveling, got to know that @Paytm #FasTag is #blacklisted w/o prior intimation. Had to pay #DoubleToll unnecessarily.
