@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytm Somebody stole about ₹ 21000 from my account left paytm, when i emailed the fraud to paytm, the reply of paytm came that we have blocked the beneficiary account and he use the money, nothing more we can do this service that paytm ?

@ICICILombard Why all executives are busy all the time in 18002666? Even nobody attends to talk about the new insurance. Then what chances are there to get support for claims ? @paytm. Why for the Paytm Hospital care plan have no chat support? but for other schemes there is.

@Paytmcare On 08th October 2022 INR 209 deducted from my wallet against Jio recharge which is not recharged by me. After so many dm & mail to nodal officer my problem is not solved yet. May I expect solution of the same. Thanks Pankaj Nayal
