@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

Now @Paytm is charging plateform fee for Recharges, Bill Payments or Gas Cylinder Booking. And that too without prior information. I suggest avoid these #China funded apps ans use brand respective app or website.

@Paytm @Paytmcare upi mandate is expired days ago but still not able to remove (unlink) bank account from paytm app. Can you resolve this issue or do i need to complain to consumer forum?
