@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

I haven't received refund of Rs.1115 with regard to the payment at merchant site. My amount was deducted twice but the merchant received only once.I had already provided the necessary details 5-6 times but still no positive response @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytm i have booked a bus ticket on paytm, the bus got canceled and its being more then 10 days not refunds has been processed. Customer care is saying their team is still contacting the bus operator to confirm the cancelation. I am really worried why its taking too long.

I booked flight tickets on @Paytm ,but flights got cancelled. I called their customer service on 28th April for postponing & representative told that they will update me within 48 hours but no call, no message,no email till 30th may. @PaytmTravel ,guys don't use this service..
