    @Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

    @lmPSBhandari @Paytmcare @RBI As a customer I want to remove all my transaction from paytm.. don't just mention malicious app detected.. show me where is the malicious app that you are reffering on my mobile.. I shared every screen shot of it but it's been 4 days no response.

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare As a booking platform, Paytm also holds responsibility for customer safety and service accountability. The negligence and lack of response from both Bharathi Travels and Paytm are unacceptable.

    Booked a bus through @Paytm on May 18. Waited more than 3 hours, driver didn’t respond, and cancellation info came very late. I shared all details in DM on May 18 itself, but still no update or proper response from support. Very disappointing experience. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare i'm having issue for the refund amount it's not refunded to my original source account instead of old deactivated bank account can you please revert the amount on the source account itself here is the refrence number 591965171426

    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days blocking my account and there is no customer support and whenever I ask we will update shortly like tell you ...but problem not solved ..now how much time you want to resolve this issue.Already 8 day finished

    Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund and written clarification, I will be proceeding with legal action against both Bharathi Travels and Paytm for negligence, mental harassment, and customer safety failure.
