@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@Paytmcare since past 1 month i am trying to complete my KYC & i am unable to do it .Every time i go for video KYC at the end it says our executive is busy try again later.I again have to do my KYC process which ends the same way. My money is blocked in my wallet .Worst service.

Dear @Paytm I've recharged @BSNLCorporate broadband through @Paytm today morning and still, the internet service is not resumed. The BSNL official is saying that the recharged amount has not been credited to BSNL account. Why it is not recharged yet? Receipt Number: 17851394023
