@Paytm tried to connect customer care , hold me for 1 hour almost. What a great response to a customer. Wow🙏🏻. May be customer is negligible for Paytm. 🤔

@MyIndusIndBank @Paytmcare @Paytm I have paid my credit card bill 28300 through indus debit card option from Paytm App... Money debited from indus and the status is showing as cancelled in Paytm app. When chat with customer care ...said that money will be refunded to the source.

@Paytmcare Extremely poor customer service for such a brand. My number 9540054005 has postpaid activated of which last date was 10th september but all attempts to make payments failed before 10th & now it asks for 295 extra on payment of 1600 so better remove it or forget it idiots
