    @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Your chat support is completely unresponsive and ignoring the issue. This is daylight robbery and clear mis-selling. Deactivate this Soundbox immediately and refund the deducted amount, or I will escalate this fraud to the RBI Ombudsman and National Consumer Helpline. Resolve it

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare No response yet..? its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund asap.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm You and your team are the most unprofessional service providers out there. Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents. This led to loss of business because we had to use a personal QR code to accept payments. We are now going ahead with @PhonePe and I will make it a point to strongly recommend people to NOT use your services. Rot in hell ********.

    Had switched from @Paytm to @CRED_club upi about a year ago and it’d been great till I discovered today that you can’t export UPI transactions on Cred. The customer support confirmed this isn’t possible even as a special request. Sad. Have to switch again.

    @Paytmcare This is a product policy n dark pattern interface issue, not an individual account error. I’ll not share private details over DM to be buried in a generic ticketing loop. Please escalate this directly to your compliance n data protection heads to fix your misleading ad loops!!
