@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

@Paytmcare My Ticket ID 3129101595. payment Rs.793.24 made on 23.10.2021 wrongly. Since then I have been requesting in 24x7 help to clarify transaction where the money gone. So far no reply except closing my query every time. pathetic service by Paytm. No customer care mechanism

@Paytmcare Now jio customer care is saying that did not receive any payment from paytm and bsnl is saying to check with paytm or jio. At the end of the day i am the person who is losing the money. Please help on this issue asap
