@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

Worst experience with @Paytm my refund is not processed from a month they are saying its successful and not money credited to my account fraud paytm and why the customer care number is so much gimmick and constantly pressing 1 3 4 @GoI_MeitY please make some strict laws.

@PaytmMoneyCare placed an MF order on 28 mar 23. Got cancelled on 30 mar. Still no updates on refunds. Customer support doesn't reply. No real time customer support. @Paytm this is really bad. Please look into it. Gotta use Twitter to raise cus. support query. Shame on you.
