  @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe

  @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.   @OfficialDMRC @Paytm Booked Delhi metro ticket T1 via Paytm. UNUSED as staff said not accepted & asked new one. As per DMRC, unused tickets refundable within 60 min I am within time. No Refund. Helpline 155370 not working. @MoHUA_India #DelhiMetro #DMRC #DelhiAirport

  @Paytmcare Hi, I have called ur customer care multiple times but cant able to connect to them. Even raised complaint to close my business account and soundbox service. But ticket raised last month but no one bothers. Please let me know the solution for this.
