    @Paytmcare, Your 24*7 Support is not even for 7 minutes in true sense. Unable to talk to your customer care executive, even after multiple tries. The chat option doesn't come with human interaction. Kindly help please, I have unlisted queries. ASAP !!

    @AnkurSingh1607 @Paytm @Paytmcare They don't... I went behind them for literally 2 months everyday to resolve my issue.. Later again one more month just to deactivate my account. Still they didn't do anything except for bot responses. Finally I blocked my account and uninstalled.

    Paytm merchant team is working on a concept of Misguiding customers. Customer care team changes there information from one call to another.Highly unprofessional team. Is this a ground level issue or is this the working way of brand itself . @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    @Paytmcare Extremely Disappointed 😡😠, you said last week that paytm postpaid charges will be reversed till this saturday , still its showing , just trying to remind you that tomorrow is the last date of fixing the issue which is assured by you only. DMed u. worst service.

    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I have been trying to sell my gold, but the app isn’t allowing me to. I also raised an issue although I was suppose to get a reply within 4 hours, it’s been more than 8.
