    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done 🤔🙆 Have to run pillar to post ??
