    Not satisfied with the customer service of @Paytm @Paytmcare. They say that we have raised the ticket and will get back to you within 4 hours but it's been 12 days nothing happened.

    @Paytmcare can i please know why was my postpaid account was blocked even after clearing dues on within time. The account is blocked from past 16 days. Or is that service used by you to just scam users like us who trust you with paying about 20% of our salary..?

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm I’m yet to receive any solution for my issue . This is not expected from Paytm. Where is my FASTAg which is delivered but not received to me. So poor service by Paytm.

    This is how they cheat people. Such a pathetic service and response and how they cheat people @Paytmcare @Paytm. Look on to this matter and provide the solution or else I need to file the complaint. This is how you treat your customers who shows faith in you.
