    @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.

    @bairagyaan @Paytm If it doesn’t conduct a business then cancellation of zero is still zero. You are confused between past when it had to sort china related investment issues and now.
