@PaytmMall Ek order kiya hai aj apke paytm se mobile ph prepaid.Usko cancelled karna hai but cancel ka koi option nahi hai likh raha h cancel not allowed.or apke shoping me customer care bhi gayab h very good.but Wlwhat is this solve my this query immidealty @Paytmcare @Paytm

T-2 @Paytmcare supposed to wait for days where I have to travel Today only, what is the point of taking customer’s money for bus booking and not letting them travel on booking day. I can not even book another bus rn because you may not refund the money which is the major concern

It is very regretted to say that i dm to @Paytm but nothing is heard from their side. Neither the customer care number is responding nor any replied towards dm. Very shameful. Better to bycott @Paytm @Paytmcare 😡😡

after completing all online process when it was difficult to find why its taking long to transfer money in my given account I call the @Paytmcare but they have no answer regarding lone so please ma'am I request make some rules and regulations regarding customer support.@RBI

@MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT it's been 6months zip pay is still in Migration it's a pathetic company and service from your end @Paytm please buy them off they can't handle simple migration. either change the team as they seems incompetent or the management as your active user is low
