I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.
