@IRCTCofficial @paytm i tatkal booked ticket via paytm just to see the cancellation cost or refund by mistake i tapped on cancellation and my reservation got cancelled. Made a call to IRCTC and the guy rudely replied no I cannot help, I just asked to reinstate my booking. #ripoff

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare You guys have totally messed my with my soundbox issue. I bought Soundbox with one-time fee but when it was sent for replacement I was sent one with monthly rental plan, when sent back, was again sent another soundbox with monthly rental plan.
