    @Paytmcare Registered the same complaint on 24x7 help on @Paytm iOS app, they don’t seem to help me even after i have shared the screenshots of relevant error messages i get while i try to register my device for @PaytmBank UPI transfers. Kindly help me.

    @Paytm @ICICIBank @UPI_NPCI I have tried to pay for a good cause yesterday icici debit happened, Paytm shows failed transaction. icici customer care asks me to call beneficiary bank. If that's a resolution by icici y not mention it on website and close the customer care dept.

    @IRCTCofficial @paytm i tatkal booked ticket via paytm just to see the cancellation cost or refund by mistake i tapped on cancellation and my reservation got cancelled. Made a call to IRCTC and the guy rudely replied no I cannot help, I just asked to reinstate my booking. #ripoff

    @Paytmcare @Paytm First of all @Paytmcare #Paytm doesn’t have on call customer support for Paytm post paid. If something went wrong then raise a case in chat system. In my case I haven’t used postpaid still #Paytm has taken 250₹ loan from Aditya Birla Capitals on my behalf. #WorstExperience 1/2

    @Paytmcare @Paytm more than 24 hours and i am yet to receive response from Paytm Customer support team. It seems #Paytm has the worst customer support. Its good till the time you are not faces with any problem. Any dispute occurs then #Paytm does not have capacity to handle it. #Paytmkaro
