    @rajkiran0609 @CyberDost @Paytm It is problem of law enforcement agencies as they are not able to tackle it, paytm is spreading awareness about it. It may be because of infrastructure and police teams not able to tackle it.

    @Paytmcare Registered the same complaint on 24x7 help on @Paytm iOS app, they don’t seem to help me even after i have shared the screenshots of relevant error messages i get while i try to register my device for @PaytmBank UPI transfers. Kindly help me.

    Mr. @vijayshekhar, please improve your @Paytmcare services. It is very difficult to reach out to customer care executives in need to urgent support. While traveling, got to know that @Paytm #FasTag is #blacklisted w/o prior intimation. Had to pay #DoubleToll unnecessarily.

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, I booked an flight ticket by Paytm for 2 ticket I cancelled the ticket for 1 ticket Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT and already processed the refund from their end. However, the Paytm app is still showing the status as 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664.
