@Paytm harrowing experience today. Purchased a gift card for purchase on Westside. Rs. 3000 gift card received , went to purchase clothes @WestsideStores , they informed me the gift card is not working. Juggling between both of them to either get a refund or gift card.

@Paytmcare Received a call after 51 days of complaint, from your customer care and they completed their formalities but didn't try to resolve the service issue, maybe paytm staff need training certificate, frustrated from your 3Rd class services
