@Paytm How to get connected with customer care executive for paytm postpaid issues. No helpline number, no provision in app to get connected with CC executive. I had made double payment. Refund my money as u people had blocked my postpaid account too.

@Paytmcare Just a lame phone call from a random support guy who doesn't even know the ticket status will not fix my issue here, I would like a proper backend team guy who knows what has happened to my ticket, this will cause issue at tolls tomorrow for me.
