  @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I had nearly raised 4tickets on app help which were closed unanimously by @Paytmcare . After which i had to post it on X and after being guided for DM, I sent you details therein. But after my post tagging higher ups, for the first time I got not 1 but 4calls. Hoping resolution!

  @Paytmcare Help me out then...the transaction was a successful one.. My paytm history shows it...still my electricity bill remained unpaid...I felt so stressed and now you are delaying my refund too.... kindly do the needful asap...as it has taken a long time

  I run 7 stores out of which 5 use @Paytmcare @Paytm sound boxes of which 4 do not work and the 5 was recently replaced. Pathetic chineseass boxes yall give and charge a bomb for an annoying noise in my shops and have the worst service and escalation matrix. Whats the replacement?

  @Paytm Bought aldo gift card n it has been refused in store - as contacted customer care via app no response just robot generated replies Store staff is refusing it and telling me to contact to paytm itself
