  @Paytmcare Please short out my problem. UTI id-606248804448 Paytm app used payment transfer to other end paytm user but not received he said since last 3 years he is not using paytm, but showing on paytm. My account brance sbi denied to take any action.

  Hi @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare @Paytm, Please give me a resolution it has been more than 3 days after raising the issue in X and more than 8 days from raising a complaint over email. If I don't receive the resolution I will lodge a complaint in the National Consumer Forum.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm customer support has been disappointing. My account was blocked without any clear explanation & ticket 200011654211 was closed without resolution. A new TKT- 200011731375, has now been opened & another representative is again asking for the details I already shared earlier.

  Recently purchased a motor insurance from @Paytm since iam traveling iam not being able to receive the link for documents upload, after requesting several time to send the link on registered email since the number is out of service. No help from paytm @Paytmcare
