The way @Paytm has gone down following IPO announcement reminds me fondly of those people who were saying India was sold to Paytm during demonetization. I wish stricter policy decisions could have made @NPCI_BHIM and @RuPay_npci the biggest portals in digital transactions.

@Paytmcare the customer service is frustrating jus want to cancell the fast tag but am not able to do it as your call centre does connect to the call centre executive nor do you have option on chat nor in menu finally tried the fraud option but that Laos didn’t work

@Paytmcare I had very bad experience with paytm. It has been more than one month and I'm still waiting for flight cancellation refund. Customer care executives are also not efficient.
