@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytm your video KYC service is rubbish. I have tried at least 10 times and it fails at various steps. When I requested KYC at doorstep, no one bothered to confirm or show up. You allowed me to put money in my wallet. Now you won’t let me take it out!! @RBI
