@Paytm sir why do u give false promise n misguide customer that cash back of 0.75% at petrol outlet by paying via Paytm. U give to some n some u avoid n u reply there is no cashback. Is it just to attract new customers and misguide people. The best part is ur c care doesnt talk

@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytmcare Sir u all are misguiding customer. Ur no one is there on phone nber. Just reply on messages and all ur messages are copy and paste.will close app and don't want to follow a app which promises something and delivers wrongly. Order number202202251850590071 .

I had no idea @Paytm @Paytmcare customer service was this inaccessible and horrible. There's literally no avenue for contacting customer service. They just put in a stupid loop of automated chat and phone numbers also do nothing. Beyond horrible. Must switch apps ASAP.

@Paytm Hi I make a 10000 rs transation via my paytm bank upi ref. No. 226846856906. But the app was fraud. Then I request chargback but already 20 days gone but your support agent don't give me refund. Please refund my money soon otherwise I will complaint against u at consumer form.
