And with double tariff , buy fun part is that I conveyed this to paytm same night but now after almost 4 months regular follow up they said I stayed there that night and u won't get refund ....please help @Paytm @vijayshekhar Please don't force me to go consumer forum .

@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

@Paytmcare your helpline which suggests 24hours and your chat helpline which suggest 4hour resolution, both are at fail . I booked a train ticket with and option of book only if 1 lower berth is available but after booking confirmation i have been given middle/upper berths. Help
