  @flyspicejet This is really pathetic. First the airlines take 20 days to process the refund and now the travel agency @Paytm will take another 30 days to process the refund. Where are policies now to uphold the customer interest in this process.

  Hi @vijayshekhar Sir, may I know why my ticket closed without resolution. My kuch issue still same but my ticket closed. @Paytm @Paytmcare 1/2 month complete to open this issue but still no solution. I opened ticket from both numbers and all of closed without solution.

  @bijlanirajesh @Airtel_Presence @Paytmcare Paytm Services are absolutely Garbage , They run a Proper Bank and don't have instant support One has to wait very long for Resolution to come and when it comes it's a Copy paste reply . Paytm Service I was disappointed Airtel Can't say Never used 🤧

  Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare i was having bus feom mumbai to Bangalore but due to bus issue our bus got canceled they have told us you will receive refund next day after which I haven’t received any refund yet have raise ticket no response. Ticket no 220497783733 for complain
