    @Paytm @Paytmcare - WHERE THE HELL IS YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT?! My elderly mother is struggling to close her account for past 10 DAYS but is unable to because she cannot cancel an active mandate as she changed her mobile number at the bank. (1/2)

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this
