    @Paytmcare I am unable to access PayTM for the past few days. I raised a complaint video ticket number 200012721774 on 24 August, yet the issue still persists. This is to escalate the issue.

    Absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service by @Paytm and @Shrinathbus We booked Vadodara–Pune bus tickets by Shrinath Solitaire bus operator on Paytm app on 19 Aug, around 8 days in advance, paying ₹2900, specifically to secure our preferred seats and travel comfortably.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    Its nearly 3 months but paytm business can't solve my sound box problem. Worst to very worst service by ever by a company. They only assure to solve your problem but can't solve the problem. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare
