    @N_and_ni @Paytmcare is doing scam in name of cashback. They offer cashback but not provide it . No proper and genuine response from Customer care also. I referred my 2 friends but cashback received partially. As per terms and conditions full cashback not received. Both are new user.

    Absolutely unacceptable service from @Paytm & @flyspicejet. Flight SG-529 (5 Apr 2026) was cancelled—still no refund after a month. No updates, no response to tickets/emails, and calls go unanswered. Please resolve this urgently. Request your support @NCH_1915

    @Paytmcare I made a mobile recharge of 982 it's been 2days it's still stuck on pending, money is already deducted come on fix it. I have raised ticket too still no help all u say it's it's under process.

    One of the worst experiences with no proper way to connect with a real customer support Every issue gets stuck with an AI chatbot loop,booked flight and need resuceduling but it's not happens When it’s your money, you need human help, not endless automation. Fix this! @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hello Paytm Team, My Paytm app shows “Access Denied / Hang on tight” for the last 15 days on my iPhone XR. I am unable to log in . Please check and remove any device/IP security block from my account. Registered mobile number: 7000115831 Device: iPhone XR
