    @Paytmcare The merchant (Kuku FM) has already confirmed that my refund was initiated, but the amount is still not reflecting in my account. I have also shared the refund reference number with support via email. Please help track and resolve this issue urgently.

    @Paytm sold me a 20k worth gift card for MakeMyTrip valid for 1 year but it was blocked because of technical glitch since Oct 25(record showed redeemed at Lenskart 5k worth). They fixed this two days before expiry date (6th April) and now don’t want to take any responsibility .

    @PaytmBank I am unable to view my balance in my Paytm Payment bank Acct. After uninstall and reinstall of the app, now I am not able to login at all. I get error- due to technical reason try after some time. Can you investigate urgently? @Paytm @paytmbankcare

    @Paytmcare As a customer, how are we expected to trust a support system if Paytm itself says its chatbot responses are unreliable? Adding to the discomfort, there are still no clear answers regarding why my LinkedIn profile was being viewed/stalked during this issue escalation. @Paytm

    paytm has gotten so bad recently. so many glitches, very slow. asked me to fkn change my UPI pin every two months. **** you @Paytm switching to google pay (which has a very seamless and quick onboarding process and a v clean UI)
