@Paytm desperately wants to lose customer, what a wrost Call centre @Paytmcare has,first blocked my wallet due to KYC & their call centre is so annoying to make sure you move to competition..why Indian companies dont value their existing customers than acquiring new one 😥🤔

My paytm wallet has been freezed without any prior information, and the application is asking me to complete my KYC. But neither of kyc varification options is working. The problem is that I recently bought a @paytm fastag, now it won’t work unless this kyc is done! @Paytmcare
