  @paytmbankcare While banks, paypal, visa, MasterCard, send otp to customer to verify. You're sending MSG from customer sim to save cost, so cheap. Anyways no point, I see no benefit in using Paytm app, thanks for giving me reason to uninstall it. @Paytm

  @Paytmcare I have ordered a mobile yesterday, but now I have changed my mind, I want to do cancel it. But when I go for cancel in my order section there is no cancellation option, showing cancellation not available, I am shocked, so please help me, how I cancel that order.

  @Paytmcare pathetic service Paytm I want to return the product and no customer care service no is available. And why my product return is cancelled when i told to costumer service representative that the product is faulty. And the delivery till return will it take another year?.
