Then I talk to the operator, he asks me to talk to Paytm. This has been going on for a good 6 weeks. I've been using @Paytm for years now, the experience has been fairly good unlike this recent pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @PaytmTravelCare

@Paytmcare @Paytm I just love your postpaid service but I got only Rs.500 credit limits. What the hell is this? I'm using Paytm when it started and do every transaction with paytm and got only Rs.50O postpaid limit. please increase it as soon as possible 🙏🙏

Yesterday I raised an issue about the @Paytm KYC process. The solution I got is the same link where its giving trouble. KYC now also is a difficult one it seems, it should be as simple as giving a missed call rather and then simple links to upload details @vijayshekhar
