@Paytm is having the worst support service. To activate wallet in nearby stores in app shows free but the stores charges you the service fee. I tried complaining about this to @paytm but their support system is not ready to help me out. #PaytmScam #PaytmSupport #lootingcustomer

@Paytmcare You do not offer live customer support for dispute resolution, that's unethical, illegal. There is a dispute of two debits, merchant (6396451893) is denying receipt of one payment. So I am at loss for one payment. You pm me to get the details and resolve the dispute.

@Paytm @Paytmcare i have been waiting since 40 minutes on call with IVR for connecting with customer service executive as i have tried to transfer money from paytm wallet to bank and both transaction of 5800rs. And 1000rs is stuck in pending state still waiting for the same.
