@Paytmcare @paytminsbroking @PaytmBusiness I have buy a car insurance policy from paytm broker of shriram general insurance company ,but now company rejected my claim due to Previous policy NCB issue. It is frauds with customer. Request all of to don't buy insurance from paytm.

@Pepperfry @PepperfryC Pathetic services. Money deducted twice 4 same order n it’s been month n half no refunds even aftr several mails n conversations. First they kept telling me 2 wait 4 few days n nw sayin problem wid @Paytmcare whras paytm transaction is successful.

Worst customer service experience with @Paytm. Trying to connect with customer service people through Paytm application but there is no option. There is no email where we can raise our concerns. There helpline is just automated replies just like their Twitter DM. @Paytmcare
