Clarify immediately why it was dispatched and confirm that no charges will be imposed without my consent. Resolve my account limit issue or take the Soundbox back at no cost.

    In 2023, VSS acquired a 10.3% Paytm stake from Chinese investor Antfin at ₹796.60/share via OCDs. Today, his vehicle Resilient is offloading up to 4.98% through a block deal at a floor price of ₹1,535.10/share. That's nearly a 2X return #paytm @vijayshekhar @paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I submitted my PAN, Udyam certificate and 6 months’ bank statements for verification, yet after 15+ days my limit remains ₹1 with no proper resolution. You can dispatch a Soundbox to my address, but you cannot resolve the basic issue preventing me from accepting payments?

    Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation. I request an urgent resolution as this matter has already exceeded the response time communicated by Paytm. Regards, Sangram Keshari Barik

    @Paytm Curious how the refund path is gated here — payment descriptions and customer notes are free text a merchant's customers control, so the model reading them to reconcile is reading strings someone else wrote. Read-only lookups I'd worry less about, but the moment refunds are trigg
