  Dear @RBI please make some guidelines for apps like @Paytm . They just don't give any support to their coustmers. I have closed my loan 11 days ago but they still haven't closed yet. Emi amount shows up for next due. @Paytmcare is useless

  @Paytmcare @Paytmcare U r agent came to my shop to make payments QR scanner . He gave that speaker and to which my first customer had made the payment but it has not been able to process and the money has got struck in that and after so many emails u did not reply me. Plz make it ASAP

  @Paytmcare Since long time iam trying to contact customer care iam unable to connect with agent n I also wnt to nearest KYC center but as per them they have check n told my KYC is already updated they ask me to contact paytm what to do next will I get resolution
