Called operator, said bus cancelled, “refund aa jayega” and cut call. 7+ days now. Paytm hiding behind operator approval while holding my money. ZERO support, only bots/IVR.

All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues. Don’t know how will they resolve issue despite their claim of 24x7 support. @Paytm
