    @Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

    @SuryodayBank @Paytmcare @Paytm- I applied for Paytm postpaid service and you ppl rejected my request post setting the mandate, can you explain the reason of rejection? Why you not rejected at initial stage? Why after mandate set-up? My registered number ending with you is *8705.

    @Paytmcare worst customer support of this company my problem is not fixed yet they are just sharing me bot replies in DM no resolution yet I have also tried transactions at petrol pump, grocery stores and other merchants, but still my Paytm postpaid is not working showing error.

    Refund issue not resolved. LPG booking was cancelled but refund of ₹933.5 is still not received. It is showing "refund failed" in the system. Tried contacting agency but no response. Please look into this urgently. @Paytm @IndianOilcl @IndaneGas #RefundIssue #Indane #Paytm

    @Paytmcare How much time will you take it’s been more than 4 days since i have raised the request for a refund. I have contacted the airline they have already transferred the refund why are you guys not giving back the amount. Such pathetic customer service & 0 accountability. PNR-LB1FFA

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare recently i post for not receiving sound box, after multiple complaint i got sound box, now after 2 days , it got faulty not working, again paytm worst service experience in week, no body care about it, i think #nopaytmforbusiness

    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.
