    @Paytmcare In times of instant payment, guys here asking to read FAQ each time before using any services of theirs Unbeliveable Sir @vijayshekhar More painful is that they r clearly denying to take any action or escalate the problem, just keen on asking to wait for full quota of 48 hours

    @Paytmcare hello. Non existent customer care. Have issue of wrong invoice with order ID 13416777494. Invoice to be generated in the name 'vineet kumar sharma'. IVR call ends with instructing to lodge grievance on link sent by message. No msg recieved. CC nos. are non functional.

    @snehamordani Accoring to my experience i had booked twice Mostly the slots come up at12pm and @Paytmcare helped me i had activated the notification on there app for 2-3 districts near my location and as soon the slots opens they allert and you get 10-15 minutes to act & book with cowin site .

    @Paytm was trying to do KYC through video call & the agent left asking to visit the nearby physical center during this prevailing COVID lockdown. What a pathetic customer service without any sort of empathetic and meaningful interactions agent. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Not interested to your Paytm Postpaid Service. Because you are charging Flat 2% Interest which is unavoidable Charges. Bye.
