@Paytm I made my account on my existing no. With minimum KYC later due to technical issues I had to close that account. I made a new account on same no. But wasn't able to do the KYC part as my docx were being shown as already in use.

The app based service like @Paytm are so cumbersome when any help is required. Go to long list of useless menus endlessly. Why can’t they allow simple email or phone. Bothered only about their convenience
