    @Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!

    @Paytmcare I have usage paytm postpaid i have pay regularly but this time your side issue and you have late fee charged me .i have complain customer care but till date not any update for my issue. I think your system is totally slow.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare We tried signing up for a business account on paytm today for payment gateway for our upcoming ecommerce website, and found that the number is already been used before by some other person and has already been setup by that person for his business needs.

    Companies like @Paytm can never become a great success. It's been 3 days that I've been trying to call @Paytmcare. There is no resolution on the issue. It has been 13 days that I ordered @FASTag_NETC. Not here yet.

    @paytm @Paytmcare I tried contacting paytm to resolve this issue by refreshing the account, so that a new account can be setup from scratch for our business needs. But to no avail and after so much efforts to contact them on call, all they did is...

    @Paytmcare Your customer care is amazing, if the don't understand the issue they simply disconnect the call. Wow! how easy is this to handle the calls.

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.
