    Order ID, Complaint ID. Both are submitted. Still no real response. I hardly care about the refund but I just want to put this on the forum that @Paytm hardly accounts itself for any refund related complaints. There is not so effective customer care feature on the app. [1/2]

    @Paytmcare My concern is that I put up a Recharge Request with IPCL Asansol, which is still showing as In Process since last 24 Hours. I've been trying to get in touch with Paytm Support but cant reach them only getting a canned response from the bot as well as on the IVR. Check DM.

    Also Paytm works fine as long as an user hasn't had any problem. If an user lands in a situation of failed transaction. Then @Paytmcare makes the mockery of the user.

    I wonder whether a customer care department exists in @PaytmBusiness. @Paytmcare None of your customer care executives know English and I don't know hindi. Trying to get in touch with you in all possible ways but I am unable to do so. Bus-acnt was suspended with no proper reason
