Was asked for KYC despite being an active user of @PaytmBank. When tried completiothe KYC online it failed, then the KYC Center charged rupees for doing the KYC. And now that I've processed for KYC, still the account is not activated. @Paytmcare please help!

@Paytmcare @Paytm For the past 2 weeks, the UPI payment from Paytm app is not working .. have been making UPI payments from other apps for the same.. hope you rectify the issue.. have seen many tweets from many users complaining the same.. I hope you fix the issue soon..
