  @Paytmcare It is also advisable to refund back your customer’s money within few hours. This maintains the prestige of the company which gets affected due to such slow responses and your customer pays penalties without any faults.

  @Paytmcare My account for dormant and I completed by Kyc to activate my account and it didn't work. I raised the ticket on 22nd of Feb & support is saying they are having technical issue. Issue for over 20 days just to activate the dormant account? Support is so bad.
