@Paytmcare @Paytmcare , Still my issue is not resolved. I am following up since august 14th to close my account in CIBIL. I have stopped using your paytm postpaid service since Feb'22. Have requested multiple time to close my account for which you have acknowledge it to be closed.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I changed my regd. mobile number to the current one and now Paytm app is saying that the present number is not linked with my HDFC Bank account!! Even though it is linked. Customer care is non existent in the app. Any other way? Or should i switch over to Gpay
