  @Paytmcare I had booked an airline ticket and want to cancel it. In the ticket the airline cancellation charges is 1800 Rs. But while cancelling it's giving me refund of 0. Please help ASAP

  Paytm @Paytm otherwise you can connect with the chat process of paytm postpaid and I am connect with chat process then they said we will contact you 2 to 4 hours and after waiting they don't contact because they don't remember of our work and the customer facing issue

  @Paytm I lost trust in paytm. I paid for the gift card and money is deducted but still I didn't receive any gift card. The service is also extremely bad because you cannot even contact the customer care you have to just message them from their app where the AI responds.
