    @Paytm @Paytmcare dear i am facing manage fasttag option is not working on my app and due to this i have to face serious issue while passing local toll tax barrier and i have to pay daily having fast tag and i send you mail of not working till now no solution

    Answer me this @Paytm 1. How third party(fraudster) is getting Paytm customer's information like mobile no? 2. How third party knows Paytm customer is doing Paytm KYC? 3. How can fraudsters use the legitimate Paytm link to engage with customers?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I cancelled a flight ticket on 9th Nov & till now it is appearing as “cancelling”. The refund amount on spicejet’s website was appearing as 1800 or so. I called your customer support to check the status and they hung up on me. Highly unprofessional attitude!

    Dear @Paytm how many times do we need to take a follow up with you about cashback on successful recharge done through your wallet ? Does Paytm really cares @Paytmcare ? Tried on IVR, useless 24*7 bot, emails but no success yet. @vijayshekhar pls help. It's very discouraging !
