    @Paytmcare Please reply to what is asked. WHERE IS THE DIRECT OPTION IN THE APP TO CONNECT WITH A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE? It's you who need to provide a screenshot. Twitter must not be the only platform available. Your phone numbers are useless. Chat system is useless.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare all these tickets are booked via your platform… kindly take responsibility of the flights and refunds on your platform… The customer has no benefits paying such high convenience fees when their is no convenience at-all
