    @Paytmcare Very bad service , If you are using services of @Paytm and you are getting any issue and you want immediate solution there no such platform to get any solution. I have purchased Gift card from @Paytm and when going to use getting expired msg.

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    It's been a week but my problem was not resolved even when the last date was 01-06-2026. @Paytm @Paytmcare now when I'm contacting customer support, getting to an executive is impossible just computer is there. Kindly resolve @Paytm
