@Paytmcare, email for customer support is not longer available , there was no way I could connect to the customer support team, and on the app the 24x7 support chat you have, in that I can only use the option, I can't type and I don't know how i should get my issue resolved now

@Paytm I wanted to book train tickets through #Paytm and after all the process the tickets status was booking pending amd gave a time of 30min to confirm my ticket or refund but after 5min in my bookings session there is no trace of bookings. Please help through this situation.

@Paytmcare Hi, I tried paying through PayTM on 17th Oct. for an order and for some reason the payment failed and the amount got deducted from my bank and I had to reinitiate the payment. But now it's almost 11 days, the amount hasn't been refunded to my account. Plz help!
