@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

@Paytm paytm I was told by my bank that their was problem in your system which lead to credit of almost 7 lakh rupees into my credit card. Which has been returned honesty to you. A word of thanks of thanks is due on you. Waiting for that.

@Paytmcare Pathetic coustomer care ! My Paytm soundbox hadn't been working for past 3 or 4 months. And deducts charge for the same Paytm soundbox every single month. I have requested to replace soundbox and said it will be replaced in 48 hours. But it's been a week. Still it is not replaced

@Paytmcare this is to inform you about your carefree behaviour towards your customers. On 15 jan I raised a complaint coz my fastag was not working, you guys said that issue will be resolved within 24 hrs but after 96 hrs you guys are telling me that it will take 2 weeks.
