It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

Ai said a ticket was created and someone would reach out — but instead, after 3 hours, the issue is suddenly marked as resolved with 0 help.
