@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

@Paytmcare What about the 5400 rs. Because of paytms ****** customer care service, where there is no way to talk to a customer care executive, i lost the money in fraud transaction. I hold paytm fully responsible for it.

Few days back i have bought QR PEN STAND with scanning part which is not working properly it's saying qr scan is invalid and yesterday again I have bought QR Scan all in one (paytm google pay phone pe) not working. Same reason QR scan is invalid @Paytm @Paytmcare

Dear @Paytmcare I have done a delhi metro smart card recharge of rupees 100 with Transaction id 129844979609 and reference number 94992983 and it shows successful transaction but this recharge amount is not reflecting in my smart card when I tapped it on the AVM machine plz help
