@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

@Paytmcare Well I don’t took SS, but I will share you the time when I faced that Issue. I was unable to pay money. It shows some error. First I thought its bank issue, but then I found that it was not redirecting to the payment. Not even with my friends Paytm.

@Paytm Guys, u need to shut shop. Sch pathetic customer service. But 3 days n I hvnt rcvd a call bk n ech time I call, no one comes on the line n the automated messages go on n on. Hv ended up waiting for over 10 mins each time.

Hey @Paytmcare my movie tickets were not booked. Due to some issues on your end. But now when I try to rebook, it says I can't use my idfc 1+1 offer because I already used it twice. Once it even said I can't book it because I have to turn that transaction into emi to use it.

@Paytmcare I paid Rs1170 at 8:40pm on 26/3/22 to Gaba Medicos but paytm showed onscreen message Payment Under Process. I again paid Rs1170 at 8:56pm, again Payment Under Process was shown. 24x7 Help has no option for such complaint. No order ID is given. Pl cancel 2 orders/refund
