@Paytmcare Can't even talk to or send email to Paytm. Call center is always busy and I couldn't see my issue listed. I lost my old Fastag. I want to block that. When I do that in app it says my Fastag isn't yet delivered. I dont want new one.

@Paytm Why not first resolve yr wallet issues? Today, I loaded Rs 1209 in wallet; debited fr my card account but never credited in wallet. Essentially, no idea where that money went. Your automated 24x7 help is utterly useless with no manual contact to convey the concern to @Paytmcare

Hey @Paytm , it’s just impossible for anyone to get through your IVR, Don’t you really want customers to talk to you with their issues? My wife used QR code based payment y’day, and it went to wrong merchant. It’s small amount, but it’s scary to use your QR code based system??
