@Paytm firstly it’s next to impossible to connect with your customer service and then without solving the issue your executive changed the ticket status to solved. Just swindling customers money. Frauds

@Paytmcare Further the airline has already cleared out that they've refunded the whole amount that they've get from paytm without deducting a single penny. They said they've not deducted any cancellation charges as the flight was rescheduled. So it's a issue from your side.
