Only real solution is a Paypal like escrow that holds funds for a certain period. Even then I'm assuming most sellers can be convinced to do an offline transaction to save on fees and eventually be duped.

Their KYC has been suspended by RBI and one cannot add money in wallet. Hence their fastag is useless. Further, one cannot close the Fastag because of this issue. Request you to help. @Paytm #useless
