    @vijayshekhar @Paytm dear sir pls lookinto this harrasment by paytm. Postpaid is part of paytm offering why it is not covered in your customer support? Despite of paying my postpaid account is showing late fee and have been blocked until I pay it. I will complain to RBI.

    Firstly it was free, now it's a habit to do mobile recharge via paytm, so paytm started charging rs 2 as convenience fees. @Paytmcare @Paytm. Did you guys announce it on a public platform? I hv started recharging from Gpay now!U just lost a customer!

    @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank
