  @Paytmcare Hi dear paytm, airindia have already refunded to you one month ago. Why it is delaying from your side, we can understand one week two week. i am waiting for my refund since 1 n half year, now when airlines has refunded why it is taking time from your side. Worst customer service

  Even after several follow up, Paytm isn't returning the money. Indigo claims they have refunded paytm and even provided the transaction ID. Paytm executives are not even looking into it, pathetic service @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
