@JioCare Because Jio authorities didn't pay heed to my complaint and never tried to show any interest in solving the issue, I have decided not to Recharge my Jio Sim anymore.

@JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

@reliancejio Dear Sirs, Pls consider installing a Jio - 4 G mobile tower at Chattiyan - Slaughter House, locality in KASAULI, Distt SOLAN ( H. P) where, there is absolutely no connectivity of any service provider incl BSNL. Several persons incl me hve changed multiply service..

@reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst Service !! More than 50 hours since Online Payment & Verification done for Jio Fiber, but no installation yet. Every time I call customer care, just a "fake" promise of installation. Canceled the Order. I wonder how your Pose-Sales Service will be.

@reliancejio There Customer Care services was absolutely pathetic. I WAS INFORMED THAT MY COMPLAIN ( SR 000014CSP0) WILL BE ADDRESS BETWEEN 11-12 TODAY, HOWEVER IT was RESCHEDULED BY SERVICE ENGINEER BETWEEN 3-4 WITHOUT CHEKING WITH ME.

@JioCare My father got a internet and TV connection 3 days back. Internet and TV connection are not working since yesterday..multiple calls on your helpline have been of no avail...it's pathetic customer service to say the least...very disappointed and regretting we chose Jio
