  @JioCare @reliancejio @jio Despite Upgrading plans from one to another still facing low internet speed your CSR isn't able to provide a resolution . Seriously restarting router repeatedly won't fix the issue kindly upgrade your team and resolve this issue 🙏

  @JioCare You have interpretation problem or what??? I have already said you earlier that your technician came on 30th July 2026 only but after checking he said that airfiber connection is not possible there because of network issue as proper value is not coming

  @JioCare i placed an order for jiohome on 7th aug, with order id NO0001F288LU, the person assigned is not taking calls,no response from your team,no way to escalate this or get a resolution, paid amonut in full but no assistance or resolution yet,pathetic service by you

  @JioCare Where are the rains in hyderabad? From last 24hrs not a single drop. Fake excuses. We need to work and pausing the work more than 2hrs is not possible so immediately assign a engineer to fix it.

  @JioCare @Jiocare This is becoming so frustrating now, I was talking with Customer Care and at the end of call when I asked for the SR# she cut the phone. What kind of service is this from jio helpdesk and this is when I paid in advance for installation. No update no installation.....?

  At this location, Airtel’s 5G network is working perfectly, but Jio’s 5G network is not working at all. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage here. @JioCare
