    Jio app doesn't have the option to call and talk to the support team. They only play useless recorded audio over the call. The jio fibre representative doesn't answer the calls. @JioCare

    @JioCare Next few hours? I've been listening to the same thing since 3-4 days. And these guys here in my area are not serious with the issue it seems. Please look into this matter seriously.

    @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Same issue is with @JioCare Air fiber. Customer care representative just say we are sorry , we are resolving it , our technical team is already solving etc They just need money and later they don't respond

    @JioCare Complaint No. MI0001RJ63T. For the last 2 days, I have been following up regarding Unlimited 5G Data not working despite eligible recharges. Instead of resolving the issue, I received only a generic reply that did not address my actual complaint. Please stop this

    I am not getting any tracking number from jio and customer care is also unable to update even they cut the call in the middle of the conversation without shorting out the query. Worst service by Jio i requesting never take jio sim because they will not get back to you. @JioCare

    @JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.

    Almost 1 month has passed. I've shared all details multiple times, but there's still no installation or resolution. If this is the level of service before activation, I don't want the connection anymore. Plz cancel my order and refund the amt. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioAirFiber
