@JioCare I'm really surprised to find Jio still asking me about the trouble, I am facing. It's same case that after listening to full Ramayan, one asks, 'who was Ram'. There are only two possibilities that either jio doesn't want to understand or doesn't have brain to understand.

@reliancejio For the last about two months, there's almost no internet. No assurance, when the service will be restored. Jio just looting its customers. Will jio compensate us for our loss. Ambanis don't care, they have Powerful network in the government. Must surrender jio sims.

@rishiesandeep @reliancejio I agree with the idea of switching to other providers.I would suggest people not to opt for Jio fibre because they are unable to provide the service which they advertise. It is a sorry state for the customer who is losing the money because of the incompetence of the Jio

@JioCare, @airtelindia @PMOIndia My no is 9840277702,we have 5 jio numbers in my familybut there is no proper signal since 2 months and lots of call drops. Before was working super so we all Ported from airtel to Jio but if call drops remains as usual thn we have to Port again.

@JioCare I’m asking for the recharge amount what o had done one 22nd July and since then unable to access internet. I had not used a single KB of data from it..just bcoz your poor service after complaint. Bcoz of this only I had put cancellation request. So refund that money as well.
