Poor net connectivity and poor customer care after taking huge recharge amount every month.. They are not able to setup proper customer care wherr u can contact for complain.. Big headache this jio customer care and Internet @JioCare @fiber_jio

@reliancejio Too much worst customer care and helping service. With this attitude you @reliancejio will be in hell very soon. Your all customer executive haven't any knowledge of your existing plan of Rs612,you are also not replying any tweet. I will port my sim to @airtelindia .

@JioCare @reliancejio 2nd TIME IN 2 months when the INTERNET SERVICES HAVE BEEN DOWN . Absolutely pathetic services from JIO . No executive is able to provide an understandable answer to the issue JIO IS FACING . Annoyed and Helpless with THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICES PROVIDED .

@JioCare I was interested to go for JIO-Postpaid from AirTel-Postpaid service and went to call to 1860-893-3333 to know further details but disappointed by disconnecting IVR itself. So team please let me know how to fix this in COVID lockdown days. From Bangalore_Karnataka.

@reliancejio It's been more than 1 year I am trying to get the jio fiber connection but still i am unable to get one because connection is not available for my building but all other buildings besides our are having jio fiber connection. Request you please help me to get one.

@AmbrozBrown They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

@AnumeetK Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare

@JioCare It's been almost 10 days, I would like to know what is your team doing ? And every one I spoke to are telling same from the start and no one bothers,Iam cancelling the connection because of inability of the customer support team.Why should customer pay for your mistakes?

One of the worst customer service I have ever seen @reliancejio . First u guys cancel my connection without any request from my side and then u don’t send anyone to take back ur items and refund me my money, hopeless.. this is why people stay with Airtel.@Airtel india @JioCare
