  Hey @JioCare I installed Jio Fiber because I was facing network issues, but even after installation, the problem remains the same. I paid a large amount of thousands of rupees yet the service has been very disappointing. The internet speed often drops below 50 kbps.

  Worst experience with @RelianceDigital! Paid for Jio AirFiber on April 6, promised installation in 2–3 days, but still not done. It’s been over a week with zero response and no proper support despite repeated calls. Totally unacceptable service. @reliancejio @JioCare

  My @IPL kit: -Jio Fiber Internet -Jio Mobile Data Pack -Jio Hotstar This is by far the worst combo. @hotstar_helps keeps buffering. Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!

No laws in this country to protect consumers.I paid upfront for SIM delivery and it has been total 9 days with no delivery. Jio staff calls and says would refund if not delivered by Sunday. Still no refund and no SIM delivered.

  @JioCare Hey I got sms already that service is restored but problem is once I got that sms, my service stopped. Before that it was working normal, so I think because of restoration my line got cut. Hope it’s easy for you to understand my situation now @JioCare @reliancejio
