Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @Airtel_Presence My issue has not been solved. From tmr onwards I am opting @reliancejio broadband. They are far better than u.

    @JioCare Still now no installation happened and I'm not even using it, then how could it happen? No one visited, after checking the status I found the activation done and I rushed to the jio store which was closed tomorrow I will make a complaint in my local police station regarding this.

    @JioCare Telecom companies make big promises that their network is fast but in reality, no one's network is fast. Today again Jio's network is down, tomorrow it will be some other company's.

    @JioCare Not on DM I'll reply here only , JIO is worst service down for 2-3 hours every now and then I can't tolerate this anymore, don't waste my time please start the process

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, installation itself has not been done yet. My complaint is regarding the delay in installation. Sending an engineer after completion is not relevant right now Kindly arrange installation on an urgent basis as already requested. No response from assigne agent as well.

    Hello @JioCare. I had last recharged my JIO number in March'25. That was an annual recharge. I want to know what was my plan as I don't see it in the list of current anual plans. Can you help?

    @JioCare Shraddha, please read the issue carefully. The engineer HAS reached multiple times, but the material/Odu is NOT WHITELISTED in your system. Rescheduling visits won't help if the backend isn't updated. Escalate to the provisioning team to whitelist it. Stop the generic replies!

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFibre connection is not providing internet since this morning. 05223574280 I have done 'Run Diagnostics' I have contacted jio helpline two times. Jio helpline ppl are not registering my complaint. The local jio service person denied to visit my home.

    @JioCare Even after ~13 days outage (8–21 April), multiple SRs, visits, router & ODU replacement you may still get zero accountability & no rebate. If this is how customers are treated, think twice before choosing Jio AirFiber. Service promises ≠ reality. @JioCare @TRAI

    Hi @JioCare, I am a Jio Payments Bank customer. All UPI payments are failing with “You have exhausted your transaction limits – RE068”. I waited 24 hours, still same. Your helpline has no human agent option. Please fix this.

    Jio’s social media team is one of the most useless teams I’ve seen. No help at all, one call every 3 days just to understand the issue, & then again another call after 3 days to understand the same issue. Poor service & worst people. Shame on you, Jio team. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare By worst service I left Jio.please return my advance payment of Rs 2221 which you had taken from me as an advance with a false promise of good service. Don’t give lame excuse of commitmted subscription to deny my advance payment for which you have not rendered any service.

    @Airtel_Presence I never thought I could use OLA, uber, mobile banking in my life!! I never thought I could use phonepe in my mobile!!!! All are now in reality bcoz I changed my SIM from the fraud @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank my payments from Jio Payments Bank keep failing with error RE068 for more than 24 hours. Helpline 1800 890 7070 only gives virtual assistant, no human support. Please resolve this urgently.
