Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio - In the first month, net worked perfectly and it was free also. Now Second month which is a paid service, internet disconnects everyday. Freebies are always poor.

@reliancejio I have recharged with 999 plan and amazon prime is not working, when asked with customer care they said as you have delayed in doing recharged amazon prime cannot be restored you have to buy it from Amazon, not told at the time of installation, false commitment

Lst time I tweeted regarding issues faced with network for @JioCare they tld me it's mstly due to excess traffic for ipl. Thr regional manager told me it's WIP & will be solved in 10 days. Ipl is over & its been 20 days. Making a call is impossible forget abt the 4G. #GoodbyeJio

Such an atrocious behavior, called customer care for 25 times, technicians never respond to phone or put the phone off. Just to fix wire cut problem, it's became a mess @JioCare. If problem did not solve by today nigh. I'm going to change my network.

Pathetic service by @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare It's been 20days yet the relocation request for my Jio fibre is still not complete even after several follow ups. Perhaps @reliancejio doesn't realise the situation in pandemic where wfh is bread and butter for an individual.
