Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio im from dindigul tamilandu, still entire dindigul district is struggling with jio sim no signal in the streets,jio signal will be avaliable only on main raod like bypass,ring road, town main roads so if peoples wnat to make call we have to come to main road

    @JioCare Time is already over. In app it was showing that it will be resolved by 1:47pm, time already passed but no resolution. My net is not working from 2nd June. Please do the needful.

    @JioCare My services was unavailable for whole night. For two days. Who will compensate for that? Either give me one day extra service to compensate those two nights or pay the equivalent amount. Liars. @JioCare

    Had the worst possible customer experience with @JioCare the past 1 week. The team collected my money, blocked my number, and still haven’t shown up for installation.

    This is the @JioCare support cycle: miss a deadline, open a new ticket, give a fresh 48 hour window, miss that too, repeat. No manager to speak to. No escalation team. Just ticket numbers and apologies that mean nothing.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The device has not been working for the past week. I booked a service request through the MyJio app, but no technician has visited yet to resolve the issue. Kindly look into this matter and arrange for a service visit at the earliest.

    @JioCare Network is dead since Dec 2025 at Kolkata 700037! RSRP -120dBm, speeds <1Mbps. Multiple SRs closed without fix. On May 10, support staff was extremely rude & disconnected the call. Resolve this or give me my refund quickly! SRs: SR00002ZHQRB, SR00002J8RJG, SR00002KLZTS

    @JioCare your technician Sapuna is refusing to raise a complaint over call, and forcing me to troubleshoot the issue I am facing. My internet is not working since last 2hours, and I am not getting any support from Jio, at-least you should have some basic knowledge people.

    @JioCare Please see the screenshot of the same page you’re asking me to check, it clearly says “resolution is on hold”. only getting generic replies with no TAT, no engineer assignment & no clarity. After 4+ days of outage, repeated copy-paste responses are extremely frustrating.@JioCare

    @JioCare Your technician was supposed to visit at 12 PM but never showed up. Internet is still down and no one is responding. I lost office work because of this. Same issue again within a month. Who will compensate for my loss? Stop scripted replies and send an engineer right now
