Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @jiocare why there is no senior /colleague who can speak to customer as engineer is not able to resolve .why was give 7pm slot when engineer wants to leave before 6. He will not spk to senior or colleague nor make us speak . Who ever you spk has left and no resolve at all

    @JioCare Vidhi Can you pls help by UPDATING SR0000385M5P. MY JIOFIBER TERMINATED I CAN'T SEE ANY SR SO can't add/update IFSC code which you can get from DM. It's humble request can you pls update SR and call me on No. In DM. It will avoid more DELAY in #JIOREFUND

    Every day, I am told that an engineer will visit "today" and that this is the "last chance" to resolve the issue, but no one has fixed the problem. @JioCare @reliancejio if possible, please assist me with getting a new broadband connection as soon as possible.

    @JioCare My Internet issue is there since 2 Months ..& Every time I Connect to Cm care..Ivr speaks like this & Call gets disconnected every time..Kindly resolve this issue asap

    @JioCare I called 5 times , then my complaint was registered. engineer sent who had no clue . He refused to spk or let me spk to his senior / colleague as according to him customer is not allowed to &he is not. Again dialed call c , she said will send an engineer, still waiting

    @JioCare @gaikprashant @JioCare Myntra refunds are much faster. Airtel customer service is also far better. JioFiber keeps delaying refunds and making customers wait without clear answers. Very disappointing experience.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It is really disgusting to note that your wifi connection starts sending recharge messages two days in advance and also the internet stops working, this happens every month without fail and I am sure that this is being done deliberately so that you guys can make some free money. Please allow the consumer to use the connection for the period for which he has paid the money! Don’t you think that’s fair?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My connection has been down for 2 days, the optical/network line is not coming, and despite raising a complaint, there has been no resolution or update. Request immediate intervention and restoration of service.

    @JioCare Surprising priorities @JioCare — teams are available within minutes to install a NEW connection, but after-sales support takes days to fix an existing customer’s outage. Getting new customers shouldn’t be easier than taking care of customers who have already trusted & paid you.

    @JioCare thanks, awaiting update. total of around 32 times the customer care engineers have tried to connect to the L2 escalation desk but each time they said everyone is busy. probably look into manpower issues

    @JioCare A lot of people from my office are now moving to Airtel as it's june and network is still very bad here. The fix your team did was working for only few days.
