    Received a text - 11th August se Vi 49 recharge ki validity 28 dino se ghatkar 14 din hogi. wtf should i port to @reliancejio permanently. @ViCustomerCare what is wrong with you. Once you charged rs300 for 1GB and now same thing is back. #StopusingVISim #vodafoneidea #viindia

    @JioCare jio fiber is continuously given harresment to customer...I book and paid for jio fiber on 4.8.21...with I'd NO0000I7LHD2 at Jaipur but till date installation not done...also jio Jaipur service team ignoring and misbehaving with customers.. very poor service providers..

    Finally I have decided to port my sim from @Airtel_Presence (pathetic experience, stop saying that you guys provide network even on mountains when the frequency of your service can't even penetrate the walls of my house) to @JioCare. I request team @JioCare to please do it.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare my mob no. 9891345673. Data on this and my other jio numbers stops working in the evening till midnight. When we complain to care, they say that they r aware of the problem and will resolve in few days but this exist even for more than a week

    @JioCare It's been more than one month of jio fiber device pickup but no refund has been credited till date. Already complaint several times and everything ur advisor gives the same response it will be credited within 21 days! 🧐 Is this the way you treat your customers??

    @Airtel_Presence First you increased the Tariff and the coustmer service is wrost, not responding the issue. Holding the line for 30 min on call. Why will i remain in This network. @JioCare is 100% better. Will port to jio

    @reliancejio 1. I think jio is not intended to grab new customer. Iwas interest to port my 4 postpaid no into jio . Two no application get sucessful in porting but two another no is rejected as due to incomplete or information mismatch. When I have given same id same details

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet so originally the resolution was expected on 8 August. That became 13 August. Today its 17 August. If you refund me the money I paid for the annual subscription I could at least get a @reliancejio broadband connection.
