Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare is ABSOLUTELY useless, I have been on call with their customer support over 7 times within 24 hours and yet they fail to provide any solution. There has been no internet service since Friday, I scheduled an appointment for saturday there has been NO IMPROVEMENT since.

    I am having connectivity issue while using Jio Fiber, raised issue through My Jio App but the technician never comes or calls, and the request gets rescheduled. No customer care support, whenever I call they play a recording, "your request is scheduled." @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare As I mentioned, please go and check your logs to see what was done in my issue and what not. Things like router led status doesn't matter anymore. I cannot keep providing the same set of details to every new customer care executive. Do some homework.

    @JioCare Today is fourth day without wifi. Made zillion complaints, nobody is showing up. Vishal Agarwal is a new guy assigned, but he has not contacted me. Not fix the problem. This is so terrible and disgusting, no Customer Care, no service provision. I’m suffering badly.

    @MukeshAmbani @JioCare I'm paying ₹500 every month, but the internet speed is consistently unacceptable. Customers shouldn't have to pay for a premium plan and receive substandard service. Please fix the network issues or compensate affected users.

    Jio network has been down in my area for over 24 hours. Businesses can't accept online payments, people can't work, and the local economy is suffering. This is unacceptable. @JioCare fix it ASAP. @airtelindia, please bring your 5G network here. We need a reliable alternative.
