    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing wifi issue since yesterday and the speed i am getting is 8Mbps instead of 30. The engineer visited told it will be done from his end. But still nothing has changed. Modi has done favours to you now don’t loot us provide proper service.

    @JioCare Yes its been resolved, but I need compensation for my lost days and the stress you have given all these days. You already know how much time and pain have taken to get it fix from you. If you cannot do that, please close my subscription and refund my full money. Tata play is good

    @JioCare If my issue is still not resolved by then, please disconnect my JioFiber connection and refund the remaining balance of my prepaid plan. I will switch to another internet service provider, as this level of service is unacceptable.(4/4)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why should I choose you and pay for recharge if service is not delivered?Even after numerous complaints there is no significant improvement in the network and internet. 5G is a myth, it's working like 2G! No permanent and quick solutions and frustrating AI!

    @reliancejio Recharged mobile 9437438824 on Monday with the ₹349 True 5G plan. However, today 5G has stopped working entirely and only 4G is showing. I have tried all troubleshooting steps on my end. Please look into this network issue immediately.

    (POST 1/3) @JioCare, it's been 1 month since I got Jio AirFiber, and I'm still not getting the promised speed. 4–6 complaints and multiple engineer visits later, the only response is, "RSI/tower issue, it'll be fixed in 3 days." It's been a month. Nothing has changed.

    @JioCare I paid for a 12-month prepaid plan in good faith, yet I am being denied the unused validity because of a process your representative instructed me to follow. A customer should not suffer a financial loss due to incorrect guidance provided by Jio’s own representative.
