    @JioCare What update again I got msg for reschedule and I got loss due to this as you know Internet is banned in Rajasthan and only broadbands working and I am@suffering huge losses due to this, ??appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 02-07-2022 : 09:00:00

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jiofibre #jio Paid for jio fibre connection and post installation the engineer denied for connection because their jio fibre box does not have the capacity to add new customer. Is it a joke that jio fibre does not have a capacity to onboard a new customer.

    @C3Le5tials Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    Very surprised to see that jio fibre cannot setup the connection after 11 days in the heart of Bengaluru city. Order: NO0000LYY5IO Customer care just gives out false timelines. Even refund takes 7 days. Is this a method to increase your liquidity?? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Im not your network user But still I support your connectivity with consumers/ costumers. I'm using @VodaIdea_NEWS but I'm facing a lot of issues I did twice recharge but still my voice and data service have been stopped.

    @90JaiMahankal I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

    @JioCare Into the 10th day of @reliancejio fiber outage in my apartment in #Guwahati All the consolation I have got so far are the requests from @JioCare to have patience. Finally switched to my old ISP who takes care of any outage within 24 hours, rain or shine!!

    @reliancejio registerd and paid Rs 6364.92-/ on 28june 2022 for jio fiber but installation still pending. Order Number NO0000M2ENTE. Local manager is not co-oprating. If jio is not able to provide service please refund my amount so that I can switch to aiirtel wifi. @JioCare.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat I'm facing problem with my Jio fiber,I asked your team to cancel the connection from last 7 days but not a single message came to me to resolve my problem. Only when to setup the fiber your team will work fast but to take it no one is there.

    @reliancejio there is a lot of problem with your network at pin 410506 since last 2 yrs. Call drops, incoming outgoing call issue and Internet is just not connecting at all. I have made several complaints. They say change location? Am I Ambani to do that?

    @BikashM35205810 Their service have become worst now. Switch to @JioCare, their network quality is really good and speed is also awesome.
