@JioCare Pathetic service support. At least 3 attempts made to contact the customer care but all disconnected. You are cheating customers by overcharging in postpaid bills. Went to the store as well but even they have no answers. Absolutely hopeless. @reliancejio

@JioCare If your plan validity is about to expire you will get bundle of notifications but if your money got stuck they won't even bother to inform you that when your got refunded. The Worst customer service in telicom. @reliancejio @airtelindia your customer service is better
