Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare It is not an account related issue. jio has to enable 5G welcome offer on xiaomi 11x. it is asking to upgrade the device.

@JioCare @reliancejio Jio also started doing fraud, customer care executives disconnecting the calls while in call, Data Vouchers fraud also is there. I have recharged with Rs2999, I got an additional 75GB Data voucher, it's not getting activated

@JioCare i complained regarding bad network and very poor internet speed in my house.Customer care says due to a building the network of tower are not proper and due to a lot of users. After complain the internet speed has become worse. @TRAI @JioCare please resolve the issue🙏🙏
