Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Dear @reliancejio Extremely poor JioFiber service for 9 months in Polo Colony, Naharlagun. Barely usable internet despite repeated complaints via calls, WhatsApp & email only standard replies, no resolution. As a High Court advocate, this is seriously affecting my work.

    Pathetic customer service by Jio. Even the direct LAN connection is not working. I called customer service yesterday, only to be told by the customer care representative to restart the WiFi router, which was a completely senseless solution. @reliancejio @reliancejio @TRAI (2)

    what is wrong with your internet connectivity? My wifi has been down since morning. Your helpline says highlight kar denge, makes us wait 15-20 minutes on a call, but does not arrange an engineer visit. Get this resolved ASAP!!! #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioSupport Each time I contact customer care,I am given the same reason—that due to heavy weather, the engineer is unable to visit. However,wn it comes to renewal, I receive multiple messages for payment, but wn it comes to service& support,complete silence.
