Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare If my STB is not collected immediately and this issue is not resolved without any further delay, I will have no option but to reconsider my Jio connection altogether. If the plan are not changed to internet only , i will discontinue the entire Jio connection and move to Airtel

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare No one has been able to identify the root cause for 28 days. As per my understanding, the issue is with the router installed at my home. Kindly troubleshoot it properly and replace the router ASAP. Need a permanent resolution, not repeated closures.

    @JioCare JioAirFiber +91xxxxx5622 has been down since Monday. Received an official SMS promising restoration within 4 hours at 5:21 PM today, which has now failed. No ticket is being logged by IVR. Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare Please note till now none of ur engineers visited my place to settle the WiFi issue. Is this really expected from a reputed company like JIO? Let me inform u that Alliance Broadband far far better than ur service. At least they sent their local engineer on time. Very pathetic

    Dear @JioCare! I have recharged my number with 349 plan and got complementary Jio hotstar subscription with it. Today, when my friend login her jio hotstar with my number, it charged ₹ 1 just for logging in. if i already have complementary subscription, why you changed ₹1 ?

    @JioCare Engineer came today and now he is is saying building ID is wrong due to which this request need to be cancel and new request had to be raise with correct ID. I need to know why customer has to face all this nonsense done by your team.

    @reliancejio My #JioFiber relocation request no CO0002MA6PPK raised on 16th, was attended to by your service engineer on 17th Aug & I was told it would be installed within a week at the new address, which was within 1 km of the existing. Not installed to date despite follow-ups?
