@JioCare You are simply wasting time. Had your system been customer friendly, you could very well pick up the box yesterday itself. But your tendency is not to support but to escalate the issue only. While tracking my request status, it is showing under process since 04 March, pathetic.

@reliancejio lot of customer facing network problem in (Village Ratsar district Ballia up). resolve the network problem other wise more customers will be shifted on other network. net speed only 15kbs it is very bad network. lot of customer use reliance jio in Ratsar.

i tried to provide all the other ids like passport , driving license , pan , bank passbook etc but @JioCare jio executive are unable to do anything and as per @UIDAI i have to wait 90days ( in worst case ) or more to change add my father's no so that i can receive the aadharotp

@JioCare jio seems to be poor around dharamshala area (HP), McLeod Ganj as well. And also when will 5g be rolling in more regions in HP. Though every cellular network is poor in this region but jio can do better I guess.
