Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio 😡🤬🥴😭 These emotions were evoked by JIO Team while onboarding a new client. Numerous calls and SMSs to the customer but zilch connect within the teams or with the customer. You may be gud at FIBRE connections but pathetic in customer connect. Order#NO0000MCC81E

    @Airtel_Presence worst customer service from Airtel, want to upgrade the plan, neither they upgrade plan nor ready for any discount. No plan between 999 and 1499. But they happily took the request for disconnection without even checking reason @reliancejio need your connection

    @JioCare How long does it take to install the JioFiber connection? It's been two days since I made the payment and the connection is yet to get installed. There was some technical issue and I was told it will get resolved within 24 hrs but it's two days already.

    @reliancejio @JioCare never use JioFibre. They just do fake promises of fast support. If your internet is down due to ay technical issue, you have to face 16/17 hours downtime.

    @reliancejio i just port my no from @airtelindia to jio bcz their network was very poor at home in central delhi area . But it very disappointing that @reliancejio network is very weak. इतना सारा पैसा ले रहे है और नेट्वर्क सिस्टम वही घटिया सा।

    @JioCare My sister has no network in Greece. I’ve done all recharges but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried calling many helpline numbers multiple times but apparently “there is no one available in the international roaming department to help”. @reliancejio

    I had called a jio fiber installation guy For new connection. They said for your location it will take 15Months. Means more than a year and they said this answer very rude @JioCare @reliancejio This what Fastest internet you are saying. Means plz say openly that we are for cities
