    @JioCare @reliancejio We have been facing Network issues in our area for the last 1 week.Assuming its a technical issue we hoped it will be fixed but there is no liability from the technical head. How Jio representatives can be so ignorant & careless.Not a bit concerned.

    Hi @JioCare, need invoice history for last one year for my Jio Fiber. Whom should I contact ? Your customer support person are the best as they gave another helpline number which automatically cuts the call with a polite thank you message.

    @JioCare #jiofiber I received the below msg saying I have requested for rescheduling of my service request.. Which I never did.... Dear Customer, As per your request, we have rescheduled the service engineer visit for your JioFiber Service ID connection having JioFixedVoice Number

    @reliancejio i have been cheated by you and your representative Balram Mishra. Took 6 months payment from me for jio fibre and later known it comes to my knowledge that jio connection has not been installed in our society. Filing the case and complaint on grievance portal!

    The award for worst and pathetic customer care and service should go for "Jio". It's pathetic First it's not available all the time and second amazingly it don't even solve your problem. Woww #sarkari ha kya ye bhi @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio My jiofiber was installed on 25/09/2022 and was charged 2825 for 6 months but according to jio officials my plan ends on 1 mar. 6 months from the date of installation comes to 25 march, at the time of installation I was promised 1 month extra recharge but i never got it. Pathetic

    @JioCare 5G, 4G both pathetic in LOKHNDWALA MU1m -53.Wifi mostly down, hence Tv also down. ref JioFib +912231652390.Taken today Wifi fm another cmpny.Tom shall get Tv connection too of another vendor. BYE JIO @ Wasted Rs 10k. Quitting Jio on 5th day since taking their connection

    @GurdeepMaan79 @reliancejio I have one CUG number, called for porting to Jio from Airtel. Had some network issue, queried with the person about network who happened to be Manager. Instead of giving reply politely. His reply was "port karna hai Karo, apki marji". Such a rude Manager.

    @JioCare Till 6.30 PM, no one from turn up at my premise to solve the problem. Yesterday also the same thing happened.  After the technician missed the appointment, he will report back to you that premise was closed, it is false reporting to save his skin.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I’m porting my number from Jio To Airtel now I don’t want any relationship with Jio. Even after saying this much and aur executive assured that my ONT device will be collected today no engineer came worst service. Wasted my day 😡

    @reliancejio Service is very good, but once any problem occurs or complain is made, there's no resolution till infinite or till he bangs his head against wall. Rest anyone can presume.

    Things still work in India at times! In this case it took a proactive SM team from @JioCare to get the issue resolved. Touched they called to check to confirm resolution. It took some time but then, all's well that ends well. Look forward to uninterrupted service. @reliancejio
