Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @iamnitinkarn @reliancejio not yet working, a failure at times of emergency. @DoT_India needs to evaluate such conditions before giving licences.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this isn't app-specific. The issue affects all apps and websites, including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Chrome, Speedtest, and general web browsing. The problem is poor network quality in my area, not any particular application.

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @JioCare after spending 2 days trying to log a complaint it was finally done and since then no one has come to fix the line. Service request no SR000039XS4R has been closed as resolved and the line still does not work. You just lost a customer

    @reliancejio Sorry to say but the service which we were proud off is no more been offered. People in your company are just sitting and not working at all. Shahi the manager in Borivali W branch doesn't have any answer for why the engineer is not visiting my location for fixing

    Dear @JioCare, I recharged my JioAirFiber with ₹824.82, but my connection still shows **"Data Exhausted"** and the internet is not working. What's even more frustrating is that your customer care IVR doesn't provide any option to connect with a customer support executive

    @JioCare Hi - pathetic service from Jio. My internet is down for 4-5 days and no one has come to fix it. Called your 18008969999 at least 15 times and only time slot keeps changing. It was supposed to be fixed today and service engineer assigned was Atul Dixit 8076802474 who was supposed to fix it before 8:00pm. He called just now to say he cannot come and shall TRY to come tomorrow. With this pathetic customer service, pls cancel my Jio connection

    @JioCare it’s been 16 days without internet connection today. Seriously??? If there is no service engineer coming tomorrow, I will place a disconnection request and pay no dues cause I haven’t been able to use WiFi since 21st June. So bloody disappointed 😠

    @JioCare You are repeating this sentence "your request is already in process and it will be resolved at the earliest" since 29th June but nothing happened. Also you are sending SMS on my registered mobile no that you may cancel the connection but you will not get any refund.

    1/2 Since 6/7/26 there is no network In our Area Due to heavy rainfall and there were no electricity but now electricity is restored and rain has quite a bit but still there is no network ,not able to make calls can't use internet,Zero speed and I contacted @Jiocare 2 or 3 times

    @JioCare Your Jio App is of no use..cannot create another SR if no one is acting on the old one as they updated status as resolved. If you want to support ...please raise a ticket and schedule engineer visi to check the modem.
