Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Since 21st July JIO care is only asking for paitence and association. I have subscribed this service to get professional service and support. I have lost 5days of my monthly pack so far within a month. Next pack is due very soon will I get service without payment?

@reliancejio @JioCare never use JioFibre. They just do fake promises of fast support. If your internet is down due to ay technical issue, you have to face 16/17 hours downtime.

@JioCare My sister has no network in Greece. I’ve done all recharges but nothing seems to work. I’ve tried calling many helpline numbers multiple times but apparently “there is no one available in the international roaming department to help”. @reliancejio

I had called a jio fiber installation guy For new connection. They said for your location it will take 15Months. Means more than a year and they said this answer very rude @JioCare @reliancejio This what Fastest internet you are saying. Means plz say openly that we are for cities
