    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber hello, i am using jio wifi from last 3 years at surat, gujarat location with plan of 1499/month. I always pay for year to avail better offer on the plan. Now i have to move from surat to ahmedabad and when i am trying to relocate shows no service

    @JioCare @JioCare Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue (Request ID: SR000031R0UH, JioFixedVoice: +915273359371) is still unresolved. Now another visit is scheduled for 25 Mar (10–11 AM), but my service has already been down for 3 days. I am just 4 km from your office—why this delay?

    @JioCare N number of service request (SR000030L1IT, SR000030UQGB,SR000031E4BD, SR000031TS6D, SR000031OT0D, SR000031IJIV) has already raised for same concern previously but no response from your side. Let me wait for this last time to get refund otherwise see it legally @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare My JioFiber service request SR000031KT99 has been pending since March 21 with ZERO response. To make matters worse, your IVR blocks my registered number from speaking to a live agent because of the open ticket! I need someone to look into this connection in Coimbatore

    @reliancejio i recharged for IR and it was to be activated upon landing the whole day has gone by and still its active The WhatsApp helpline also couldn’t help me Pls resolve this for me i am in desperate need of my phone being active

    @JioCare its been only 2 days jioairfibre has stopped working. Even toll free number doesn’t work its just all lines are busy, try again later, try at any time. No update even though service request# SR000031TKF3 was raised. Yes they have updated the speed to 100 mpbs w/o service

    @JioCare But why the IR pack not worked in Chile, Peru & Colombia despite activation? Charges were still deducted from credit limit. Also, I never requested a refund your executive initiated the SR when the issue wasn’t resolved. This clearly your fault. Please address this properly.

    @JioCare I am waiting for your response on an immediate basis. I am taking follow up continuously with agent and customer care but till now no positive response. If you are incapable, shut down the service; stop taking money from the Indian citizens.

    @JioCare Urgent issue with my Jio Postpaid! I've paid my bill 3 times. The amount was deducted from my bank and shows "paid successfully," but it hasn't reflected in my Jio account. Please update my billing, refund the duplicate payments, and DO NOT suspend my connection!

    @JioCare : I have paid for a 3 month service Jio fiber internet the service started on January 17th 2026. But yesterday I can see one bill was generated and I can see I was charged Rs.21.52. Why I was charged as still my plan has not yet expired.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is not acceptable. My WiFi is already installed at my home, yet my service has been down for 3 days. Repeated rescheduling without resolution shows poor service management. Please stop giving generic responses and fix the issue immediately. (Request ID: SR000031R0UH
