Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

It's been now 24 hours Jiofiber is not working. This is service you people are providing. Disgusting. Because of you people I took a leave from my job as it was workfromhome. Seriously the worst service provider JioFiber. Customersupport is useless, not helpful at all.@JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare : My issue has been resolved today. One suggestion, kindly incorporate customer's confirmation before closing tickets . For my request which was closed without completion, I had to raise 3 complaints & wait for 4 more days to get that fixed & it was painful

@JioCare Could u also let us know ur definition of temporary? Days, months or years? For me it is not less than 2 months. Also what should we do during this temporary period? Stop using internet, stop recharging or switch to another network? Ur suggestions wl be much appreciated.

After complaining many times to @JioCare Their only answer is "We hv lots of customers using internet in that same locations, so you are facing network issues". This is the worst answer. If you know your problem why you are not revolving it, it's being a long problem.
