Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Your customer care is making fool..Technician did not come in alloted slot..your jio care representative at service centre kept me waited for more than 45 minutes on call..another one lied to me that your service request has been escalated..but nothing happened..

    @JioCare Complaint no SR 000035SA9x pending original complaint no SA000035mh 35 since 11 may Broadband not working. Live in Jaipur . No care is taken . Call centre told to attend fault between 9PM to 10 PM on 14 may . This is the service of reliance JIO.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what is wrong with your internet connectivity? My wifi has been down since morning. Your helpline says highlight kar denge, makes us wait 15-20 minutes on a call, but does not arrange an engineer visit. Get this resolved ASAP!!! #Jio #badcustomerservicejio

    @reliancejio sorry to inform but this is true, in All over India now Jio network connectivity is far behind than Airtel, please improve. Your AI and IVRS based coustomer care services are all stupid, not giving options to talk your customer care, not able to recognise the issue

    @JioCare Day 32 of waiting for #JioAirFiber since payment. Still no connection. No real support. No timeline. Only scripted replies and “please wait patiently.” Enough now. Give me an exact installation date or process the refund.

    @JioCare have scheduled a relocation appointment for my JIO FIBRE 5 days back still there's not any update on the relocation I have already paid ₹1200 for relocation +₹707 for monthly recharge still there's not any adequate response please solve this problem immediately..
