Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare when called customer care they kept me waiting for 30 mins and disconnected call. Later they rescheduled engg visit for 5th b/w 1 to 2 pm. Is this the service provided? @DoT_India why should i pay for this poor service by @JioCare

    @JioCare for last more than 24hrs my internet is not working. Opened SR00003A5Z2T, engineer was assigned to visit on 4th jul between 1 to 2 PM. When i called engineer at 3 pm he said i dont have any SR assigned to me talk to customer care.

    @JioCare I am facing this problem almost daily.Send a technician to check router or connection for permanent solution.Either there is a problem with my device or jio don’t have good connectivity in my area.

    @JioCare Tell me one thing that how other operator are managing well in the same the same environment and same place. Please don't give unusual excuses, I have already checked that nearest BTS is at very distant from location. That's why signal fades out .

    @JioCare Your service in Luni (342802) is unacceptable. Every 3–4 days the network remains down for 5–6 hours, and every power cut shuts the tower completely. Despite 10+ complaints, only false promises were made. Even the local team ignores calls. @reliancejio #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I didn’t pay to hear that your call can’t be completed due to network congestion. Never heard such case or scenario from anyone here. You guys have made the hell out of Indian telecom industry. No data speed | No calling | Charging premium.

    @JioCare It's been 17 hours now much shortly it is all doors you guys close for communication clling all numbers keep saying temporary issue we'll working issue resolved shortly how much shortly it will be it's 5th day now

    @JioCare Frequent internet connectivity issue. Using neighbour ACT FIBER internet to raise jio customer care requests.Taking 4 days for a technician visit fixing temporarily. I tried 3 hours to find customer support to raise today's request. Unable raise request through app or call.

    Yesterday I have recharged 824.82₹ still service not yet activated. Its been more than 15hrs. I ever seen this kind of wost service before ref. ID - PT0000BTK22V I reached Jio care multiple time. Still no progress. Digital robbery. @JioCare

    HEY team @JioCare @reliancejio I live in gurugram sector 4. The Jio internet here seems to be paralyzed. I'm very sad. 2 my data is getting wasted because of slow internet. 4g toh thoda chal bhi jata but 5g look like tortoise. Gurugram me kahi bhi net nahi chalta

    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia

    @JioCare The set of box replacement request was incorrectly. I have dual connection. Replacement assigned for which one is working instead of not working. Hence the work order need to be corrected & re-assign required

    @JioCare AirFiber (Jaipur) has been down since yesterday evening. Both WiFi & TV are dead. Calling 18008969999 is useless because the call disconnects before reaching an agent. We pay thousands every month for this? My business is suffering because of your poor service. Shameful.
