Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare are you just writing unlimited 5G in your recharge details or even mean it. Do something to improve your network or get out of this business. Even in Delhi metro your network creates fuckups.

    It’s been 4 days since my complaint was raised. Again, the assigned engineer did not visit, and in the app the request status was changed/rescheduled without any call from the Jio Fiber team. Extremely poor service experience. @JioCare

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am not getting internet from past 7-8 days. No technician visited my home. Whenever i called customer support, they are asking for 24hours. How many days still ?Do you want me to switch to @JioCare .

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and prakash, it's already 43rd day ,still my google gemini issue not resolved. You are telling every time you are following up. R u really working on my issue ? is it a fake offer to get fiber customers?Please resolve my issue immediately if it's not a fake offer.

    @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, what’s the point of advertising “True 5G” when in Veerrampur, Shahgarh, Amethi UPE the network disappears inside homes and 5G works only sometimes? We are paying for 5G but getting 2G-like experience. Calls drop, internet stops, and signal keeps

    @JioCare @reliancejio If the issue is from Jio’s side and I already paid for the service but couldn’t use it, then why should the customer bear the loss? Refusing a refund for downtime is unfair.

    @JioCare It has been a long time and STILL no action has been taken on my JioAirFiber speed issue. Complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without resolution, without engineer verification, and without my confirmation OTP. Internet speed remains unusable. This kind negligence unaccept

    @JioCare It is not only affecting me, but the entire area around me. Whenever the service goes down, all nearby JioAirFiber connections stop working as well.

    @CryptooIndia @reliancejio @reliancegroup first act on Airtel they deliberately putting jammers in ther telecome poles in area where only airtel network will work Jio will show network but won't work. Airtel par action lo bhai pehle...as consumer jio band karne ka soch rahe he indians.

    @JioCare It has been resolved today. After complaining so many times in a 13 day span. I complained on the 8th of May and it was just a broken wire which had to be repaired took 13 days. Thanks for this prompt service.

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday. Service requests were raised, scheduled today, but no engineer attended the same. Repeated reschedules without informing customers & zero outcome from call to customer care team. Pathetic from jio —plz resolve immediately.@reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio We pay for a 5G recharge, but you aren't even providing 2G level network availability. Your network is so pathetic, Jio. This means we should switch and adapt to another company's network. If you just can't handle it anymore, then just tell us.....

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, the Jio tower is literally in my area, yet Spotify keeps buffering like it’s 2G era internet. If this is the network quality before getting Jio AirFiber, then maybe @airtelindia deserves a chance after all. Work on the network first, marketing later.

    @JioCare Requested a new JioFiber installation in Whitefield, Bangalore a week ago, but no one has contacted us yet. This isn’t the first time — earlier also it took 20 days for installation. Kindly let us know if service is unavailable in the area so we can proceed with another

    @JioCare The network is extremely poor. one or two signal bars appear, and the internet is not working properly, due to which all the villagers are facing difficulties. Address: VPO Lanka, Teh Bahrawanda, Dist Dausa, Rajasthan – 303501, near Government Senior Secondary School.
