I am gonna wait last day today before i disconnect my Airtel broadband and switch to Jio 💀. The way airtel has been acting up regarding my complaints is really unprofessional and bad. They dont care about customers at all. I hope @JioCare is better than them. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @reliancejio Raised complaint for the setup box issue SR00001H0ZUF and still not resolved. Engineer visit and unsure of what to do as some issue with serial number. Need to expedite to higher management to address the concern asap as setup box is still not working.
