@JioCare for the past 3 year I am contacting jio care for improving network quality for internet , we need it for studies,job but you never bother to improve its quality instead of increasing price day by day. Also jio fibre is not available . All telecom company are just same.

@JioCare Don't give false hope. I am complain this since last 2 months. Every time you said you problem will solve. It is not solved. This not only my problem there are around 200-250 people facing same problem.

@JioNews @JioCare @reliancejio Unable to login in the JioNews application on my iPad, giving 'wrong otp entered' error when I am entering the correct OTP. However, JioTV login works fine in the latest version of JioTV on iPad. Issue is with JioNews app only. FIX IT !!!!

@reliancejio such a terrible experience as a jio user, here in my village first of all jio upload speed is less than 1 mbps and secondly there is no extra power supply in jio tower, no electricity means no jio network, no secondary power supply is there. Solve this asap. @JioCare

@reliancejio jio network services is very poor service in tagore nagar vikhroli east .Network singhal is not stable .I complaint many time but problems not solved .When calling call not complete. Call drop and disconnected many time .Always Volty and WiFi singnal is lost .
