Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

. @JioCare Internet is down Since 1st April, 9pm. 2GB wasted without Use. Does @reliancejio care? A: unlikely Will they give you extra 2gb with 1 day extra Validity? A: Highly you'd not expect Who will suffer? A: Jio Customer like me who totally relies on Jio net for work.

@JioCare When no resolution provided after several complaints therefore I changed the bill plan of 9359608088 on 31st March due to which it was removed from child account of 9897208088 but now error shown when trying to add 9359608088 as child no. again . Pls help

Now able to open the app using bsnl 3g. But couldn't watch the match. It's showing error. @JioCinema @JioCare please solve this issue other wise you are going to ruin this year's IPL.
