Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Respected @_MukeshAmbani It's almost more than one week I complained against the poor quality of "Jio 4G" to @JioCare . They just called me on that day asked me some questions and they said that they will look after it . But no necessary action is being taken till now.

@dijendraray Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@MoinAns50577022 @reliancejio @JioCare I am also facing Intarnet issue & was continuously following with jio complain helpline 198 & 199 since long but they are not providing option to speak also no any fix. Jio has no any complain number system so it's really tuff to manage. Need help else will port all 7 numbers.

@JioCare It's been more than 10 days now. My Reliance Jio postpaid is not working between 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. Kindly look into the matter, otherwise I am bound to change into another network . Initially I thought it's for security reasons but at my home airtel prepaid is even working.
