    Poor porting experience with @reliancejio. First I was asked to pay 99 for the prime services and then my order is cancelled without informing about any reason for cancellation. The Jio retailer at the NSL Centrum Mall, Kukatpally is asking me to pay again. Pathetic!

    @JioCare I rasied compliant in your website and AirTel is calling me that the complaint has reached to AirTel.... is Jio & Airtel merged?? what is hapening here. I am not able to reach to Jio customer care executive by calling 198 - there is no option to reach to reach CC Exec.

    @JioCare Sir your services at Hyderabad are Pathetic need to call center twice and had waste 20 min on chat to raise one complaint for internet issue, please if you are not able to serve huge customer base please tell us we shift our connection to some other provider

    @JioCare Still waiting for jio service. Jio's priority itself is to delay the servicing. Please tell till what time my internet will be up. Appointment of 11-12 PM is over and no body attended.

    @JioCare @reliancejio cannot provide any resolution whatsoever. Its been 3 days since my Wifi is not working. Have called them multiple times but they always keep rescheduling my request. According to them there are no service engineers in my area.

    I trusted our Indian Brand Jio with high hopes of Revolution in India but after experiencing their services, it is disappointing to speak, I am facing Internet issue sinces 3 days and our life seems to be at halt, as we know our lives wholly revolves around WIFI & STB. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your centre is not accepting digital payment when I want to buy a SIM. I am offering cash and now they are asking for change, making me run here and there for Rs 25. Most pathetic service i have ever experienced.

    @JioCare Very much satisfied by the service provided by Jio in fixing an issue that crept up on my Jio Router(continuously blinking RED Light). Issue resolved on the very next day of my official complaint. Appreciate Jio for promptly resolving it. Thanks

    @reliancejio have visited the store twice and called on the customer care no multiple times to surrender a postpaid connection. Everytime the call is put on hold for like half an hour. The next day I call again, I’m asked to pay the due for previous day. How do I get rid of this?
