Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@Airtel_Presence Simple issues I have 2 airtel numbers . I won't like to recharge both for incoming now airtel increased minimum recharge amount also. So I won't need this network anymore. @JioCare giving free incoming calls. 💙

@JioCare Patience to wait without any resolution is something saint-like. There's no point in having that "expected resolution time" there in the SR if all you can profess to customers is to exercise patience.

Dear @reliancejio, I am really sorry to say this but your fiber connection in Gurgaon is the worst broadband service I have ever used 1. False promise by your sales team 2. Delay in installation 4. Complaint lodged several times but no response Please send someone to deactivate.

@JioCare completion of existing. I want to pause longer validity plan and use new plan to be expired in 30 days. Alternatively deactivate shorter plan and use it later. Customer care disagreed for this also there is no solution. Jio did not warn me while activating my new plan.
