Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor network coverage in Sulur, Coimbatore - 641402 for the last 3 days. Network was down for 3 hours on Friday, and since Saturday only 1 signal bar is available. Please investigate.

    @JioCare Okey so I am here after 11 days. The update is " the sim isn't delivered, cancel or refunded by jio. Multiple complaint unsuccessful. Still getting same delivery text which is totally unbelievable. Can someone recommend a another solution @JioCare @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare hi my name is bhupendra singh from dehradun, I upgraded my net connection to set top box on 12-6-2026... number is...1353533094...I requested to install the set top box on 15-6-2026 between 10 to 11 AM. No one came, no phone call from their side. Is this the service?

    @JioCare What nonsense are you talking? I am facing extremely call drop, slow broadband from jio fiber, ott not working etc. Why don't you speak me ? As i am trying to call you on your stupid toll free no. But you are disconnecting the phone call after being pressing 9 to speak

    @JioCare i complaint my jio fiber is not working from last 2 days. SR000038DWRB this is my service request number. No one has came to solve the problem. If you take this much of time to resolve the complaint then whats the point to use jio fiber. I can use bsnl fiber service.

    @JioCare , @MIB_India , @_MukeshAmbani I'm very disappointed and upset to inform you that Jio's 4G and 5G services in my area is very poor. I don't get any solutions when I talk to customer service, but I get vague answers about technical issues. Try to fix it ASAP

    @JioCare Really such a pathetic service despite informing multiple times still facing network 🛜 issue, the speed has reduced, network is disappearing completely multiple times in a day, call drop issue. And you say the here is good coverage in this location.

    @JioCare Worst it has been one week they took money but installation was not done. If you can't even do installation why take money before even process starts. Technician promised on Friday got an appointment message on Saturday that it will be done but no one came.

    @JioCare @JioCare Are you even reading the complaint? The issue is not internet speed, the connection has been completely down for days. Sending irrelevant template responses only proves that the complaint has not been properly reviewed. This level of support is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Habiba, Ishveen, Smit or anyone can you guys pls help. I had paid 1500 security+ 1000 installation = 2500 in my earlier prepaid plan I only got 750 refund yet can you create new or update SR000038G39V for the issue and images of receipt of prepaid payment from DM thanx
