Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio Later there was a condition added to it regarding minimum purchase. Eventually when I decided to use them, they were expired. I called the concerned person multiple times and he assured that the problem will be solved, which actually never got solved.

@reliancejio After that, this concerned person stopped picking up the calls. I even raised a complaint about the same issue in customer care. They raised a Service Request which was closed without any solution.
