Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    You should probably retrain and revise the expected time of resolution that your #AI adds to standard 72hours. Because before that nobody from @JioCare @reliancejio @jiofibre bothers. One in a crore, they do NOT care at all.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare it's already 20 days I have complaint about jio air fiber connectivity issue and no internet connection problem but the technical team not visiting only register complaint so shameless it's 4th time they register complaint. No one care ???

    @JioCare However, after I raised the issue, Jio checked my account and confirmed that I had recently made a successful payment. Jio then raised service request SR00003EMHJZ to restore my existing service. 2/4

    Human Connect > AI Support, any day. Was looking for WiFi service in Pune. Had 3 options – @TataPlayBinge, @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence. Called all 3. Tata and Airtel had human reps who connected, showed up, gave plans etc. Jio had an AI voice call which I responded to... 1/4

    @JioCare your temporary service disconnection issue takes 3 days to resolve and then service disrupts again. Hire technicals who know thing or two about issues And that automated ibr response shows you lack of concern. This is why in chennai people are turning to airtel Or any local service provider instead. Your service is pathetic to say the least

    @reliancejio I’ve been struggling with international roaming for days, even following every step your representatives suggested, nothing works. Why offer international roaming if you can’t support customers overseas? This is very frustrating. Please fix this. @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare you guys have one of th most pathetic service in the world. Instead of @jiocare it should be @jionocare. We have Jio AirFiber connection +911243163486. Since last 10 days we have no internet & despite repeated emails & numerous calls, the service is still not restored.

    Hello @jiocare We have 2 Jio Cell sites in my Village and the one near me keeps getting down at random times. Sometimes it goes down for 2-3 hours. And the other site is very far from me. It's getting bad. Please help me. Thank you.

    So I am not the only one where jio switches to 4g automatically whereever I used to get 5g so easily. Very bad @JioCare definitely porting sim after my recharge ends

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI improve the network connection what's the point of recharging a hefty amount if you can't provide services your 5g is just a scam. Jio is just creating a blunder improve the network connection or you will lose your loyal customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst network provider available in india, its been a week i paid for a 5g plan. But nothing works internet speed is slow as 2g. Not even google website opens up. Frustrated and done with Jio network. That’s the reality in even METRO cities like delhi.
