@JioCare @reliancejio 40+ days of complaints for slow internet on my Jio Business connection. Daily calls saying “agent will visit today on priority” but no one shows up and no follow-up calls. You pay upfront and get 0 service. I will tweet here daily until this is resolved

@reliancejio have raised the request for shifting 3 days back an u had scheduled Engineer visit on 9th and 10th and no one turned up and now you are rescheduling a visit for 16th Mar. Pathetic service. Going ahead n cancelling the subscription

@JioCare @reliancejio order a sim for home delivery, delivery person is rude and not punctual. I called thrice yesterday and they said it will be delivered in next one hour and they never did. Now they are ignoring my calls.

@JioCare Hi Vidhi, After one week am getting a pick up call and due to this bad service I don't want to continue with jio anymore.please refund relocation charges and remaining balance. Remaining balance is because you couldn't relocate after 15 calls with customer service in 1 week.

@JioCare It’s been 41+ days since I complained about slow internet on my Jio Business connection. Daily messages say “engineer will visit today” but no one has come yet. Even the sales person has stopped responding. My work is suffering. Is this the service promised?

@JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN The worst thing is that I can't call customer care. Just after calling the number 18008969999 it instantly says that we are experiences issues in your area and your air fiber services might be affected due to this and it disconnects the call.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio , it’s been 40+ days since I complained about slow internet on my Jio Business plan. Every day I get calls saying agent will visit today on priority, but no one comes. Even sales isn’t responding. I’ll keep tweeting daily until this gets resolved.

@JioCare My internet wire has been broken since the 9th and no technician has come to even check it yet. Is Jio really facing such a shortage of staff that a job which should take two hours is still not done even after three days? This kind of delay is very disappointing.

Day 5. Waiting for installation @JioCare @reliancejio . Total of 4200₹ taken including 1200₹ relocation charges and this is the service Jio providing. LR000014N958 Customer care number 18008969999 is also fully useless. I request Jio to either install or return money back.
