@JioCare Network problem from past 2 weeks. Unable to make call or receive, num shows switch off even though network is there on the phone, able to use internet but no calling network. Work around i have to reboot the phone than the network is able to make & recieve calls.

@JioCare the internet is DOWN. Got disconnected while working. It would be stupid to let my team know that the internet is down on the eve of diwali. Already pissed that I have to work on this day. This has only added fuel to the fire. Please fix.

@reliancejio I'm a Jio customer, my no. belongs to Delhi operator now I live in Bihar Katihar Barsai, my no has been lost due to which I'm unable to do any work no matter how many Jio stores are there in my area I do not have a green sim we need a green sim from nearest jio store

@reliancejio I just want the full refund and don’t want to use it since the problem came in a just 12 hours. And there are no sentiments I can feel attached for the customers by Reliance/Jio brand. They just play with peoples money.

@JioCare Customer support is very worst. They can’t even transfer the call to superior or manager to discuss this issue, and it feels like I’m talking to robots. Why are you guys ignoring my requests?

@JioCare I booked a 5-6PM slot for today, and this is what happening. Support team initially told they expited the service, but in return, I got a home care engineer addressed message with no engineer visit. Lies lies and lies!!!

@reliancejio I got my connection installed at sonipat yesterday and in night around 9 it stopped working and now they have not even responded In my positive way. Such a pathetic service. I paid 8000 rupees and after that in a day I can just feel the way these guys have talked.

@ab_hi_j @reliancejio This worked well, but JioFi auto-updated to version FXN_JMR540_R6.20 which rolled back whatever you did. Can you check if the process still works with the new version, I don't want to try and unlock it, because it may brick the device and I will have no idea as to how to fix it.
