Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Really pathetic service! I applied for the connection and got a visit from your team on 31/03/2021. I needed the connection before 3rd April but my visit has been rescheduled twice already and your customer service is saying they can't do anything!

Hello @JioCare don't know happen to my network from yesterday onwards my number has been not able to receive and make calls ..When other call me it tells as switch off but actually its not..When I call to some one immediately it decline the call automatically by itself pls help.

@JioCare I have been facing issue with jio internet speed and I have sent mail to jiocare. Surprisingly jio which was having a friendly face so far suddenly showed hard hand and said we have raised disconnection request rather focussing on solving the issue. Time to change ISP.
