Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@abhisden @airtelindia @reliancejio Jio is another starring element in this - they will take adance for trial, and then on their own they will change the appointment dates and you will never come to know as you don't get any notification. So do not trust that if you take Jio everything will be good.

Have been facing internet connectivity issue with jio fiber since yesterday and raised for the same I was told an engineer will be appointed today they came checked the issue and left without resolving & reschedule for 4 pm but there is no sign of them till. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Please don't respond now. I got it fixed after spending 3 hours on call. You'll just embarass yourselves if you revert to the problem now. Worst customer service. Do a favour and stop doing this.
