Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recently ported from Jio to Airtel. However, Airtel service is pathetic. Internet is very slow and now I regret to port from @reliancejio . Pathetic customer service as well. I raised multiple complaints and they say that SLA of recent one. #pathetic

@JioCare my issue is not getting resolved since 16 Jan, i have opened couple of tickets and every time visit is rescheduled but representative is not visiting and they are closing the tickets without resolving it.Ticket# SR000013PTWZ, SR000013QQ79, SR000013R75S.

and after that same problem will be going on by Vi. I was suppose to move to @JioCare but I had internet issue in my area and they had not resolved that issue since Apr 2020. So I've decided to move with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as their service is far better in my area 3/4

Dude @JioCare not even one full month into Jio Fiber, the internet is broken. There’s constant RED blinking on the router. If this is the service in the free trial, what should I expect after the free trail period ends?

@JioCare @reliancejio In my location people were facing network issues plz.. plz.. slove it...People can't use half amount of Data in their respective plans.. i.e in my case it's 1.5Gb/Day i can't use half Data also due to network issue.. plz.. solve network issues ASAP.

after 9 days of complaint initialization i finally got multiple calls from Jio higher offices from region. They immediately interfered and called me back to take my sim from same store. I got my sim without any extra charges. Thank you @JioCare
