Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare I have raised a relocation request on 28th June. No response or resolution so far. I have been calling customer care twice a day, they are scheduling an engineer visit and postponing it every day. How many days will they do it? I have already paid 1200 for this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Now both your relocation team and sales team are contradicting each other. Sales team is saying there are 26 connections capacity is available and relocation team is saying there is no capacity. It's up to you to investigate who is lying. Jio customer support should introspect

    @JioCare Your JioFiber support is pathetic. My WiFi has been down repeatedly, and every complaint is marked “On Hold” without any engineer visit. I’ve been facing this issue for days, and there has been no resolution. Latest SR: SR00002MAR2S. Please stop holding complaints.

    @JioCare so frustrating for a user to go and discontinue your wifi services. It would’ve been so great if you had even half the viable options to discontinue your services like you provide for paying bill, changing plans, and upgrade useless ****.

    @JioCare So now you're telling me to recharge first, and only then you'll process my request. But my recharge was already active before—why didn't you do it then? Your service is very poor, and I'm really frustrated with this experience.

    @JioCare been unreliable, but there has also been complete silence from your support team. Ignoring customer requests is unacceptable. Initiate the disconnection process, and confirm that no further charges will be levied from the date of my request. 2/2

    Dear @JioCare, this is extremely frustrating. My JioFiber connection has been down for the past 3 days. I raised a service request on 5th July, and instead of resolving the issue, you rescheduled the engineer visit on your own from 7th July to 8th July without my consent.

    50 days passed after raising the issue of refund but no one is answering for when I will get refund!!always from last 50 days their is one reply repeated every time from your side that I have to wait for few business days but how long I wait already 50 days passed @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCareDear Jio I’ve been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever there’s even a brief power outage Why does 5G disappear so easily? Im paying for an expensive recharge but Im not getting a stable 5G experience

    @reliancejio @JioCare What a pathetic service by Jio! My internet has been down, and I raised complaint SR00002MDOB8. I just received a call and message claiming my door was locked and the technician couldn't visit. That's a blatant lie—I have been at home waiting all this time.

    @JioCare Complain raised to 3rd July, until now no response. Airtel sorted the issue within 4-5 hrs. Can we request for the refund if 1 year amount is paid in advance bas on poor service ?
