Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare And my video call I just had with my mom on WhatsApp still gave me the same issue as it does every single day. My client call in an hour will drop and hang the same way it does every day. Now will you guys help??? Or no??

    @JioCare This is not first time it’s continued from day one I have a simple question if your engineers will attend service request after 12 hours and will resolve in 24-48 hours why not Jio wait for 24-48 hours before disconnecting internet service if we miss to recharge

    @TrueTaleTech @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare That is because out of 100 people, 200 people use the same tower and Jio does not upgrade the network towers leading to low speed.

    @jagathprasanna @JioCare Actually I also called hmd customer care number..the customer care executive said that in hmd 110 4g jio recharge of ₹123 is supported.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare As a regular customer of VI can say that Internet stability in VI is better than airtel and Jio, both are over-hyped. If VI can able to manage tarrifs below others , can easily regain its lost spot.

    Even the basic mobile network doesn’t work properly, no matter where you are. 5G speeds are inconsistent and network coverage is poor. Very disappointing service. @reliancejio

    The problem has not been resolved yet. The network speed is very low. The network speed drops drastically as soon as the power goes off. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Still no one has been assigned @JioCare @reliancejio . Booked and paid for my @ACTFibernet new connection unfortunately. The hassle of booking a not available slot vs tollfree not allowing to proceed to talk to a support executive is not worth my time!

    @JioCare I called the person who shows as scheduled to visit tomorrow, and he said he doesn't work in this area! How do we know the issue will be resolved tomorrow? This circus has been going on all day. The complaint helpline is of no use

    @JioCare sucks. Every time I go to India, I never get 5g and only runs on LTE 2GB/Day. Especially in Bardoli Taluka of Gujarat areas. Next time I go, I’m switching to Airtle or Vodafone

    Don't take @JioFiber connection. I've been facing the internet issue for the last 6 months. Customer support is big 0, local technicians intentionally disconnect, and even repeated escalations nothing happen. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber #Jio #PoorCustomerService
