Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Need help from @JioCare for JioFiber installation at my location. Your team says installation isn’t possible because the tower isn’t visible from my rooftop. But many Jio WiFi are already installed within 1 km my area. Kindly look into this issue and get the connection installed.

    @JioCare I'm getting 4-5 OTPs per minute after this and have received more than 50 OTPs in past 1 hour. This is insanely incompetent and undignified behaviour from your customer care executive. Kindly ensure strictest possible action. Ready with my cyber complaint too

    Pathetic service by jio @JioCare till now. Purchased jio air fiber on 12th may still no one has come for installation. I have been following up with representative who sold me plan. According to him his manager is deliberately delaying approvals.

    @JioCare @reliancejio A fraud is done by your fibre team. I have paid 1200/- to relocate my jio fibre connection. Now after 3 days service engineer is saying that we don’t provide the jio fibre and air fibre connection at my new place. So how to get my amount back in my account?
