Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Do'nt use words like frustration.. I am very happy that I have discarded Jio and gone for reliable new connection since 29th. I am waiting for a) refund of security deposit b) refund of subscription from 28th May till 18 June . No customer pays for waiting and getting frustrat

@reliancejio Dear Mukesh, Let's just get to the point ,Jio is one of the worst networks in India.Slowest, unreliable and an utter waste of my money so I haven't recharged my number for a long time instead I chose to recharge Airtel which gives me much better network speed.
