Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Sir/Mam I have already elaborated the problem you need go through DM messages again. I have reported the issue in 11yh May today is 9th June. Even Shubangi called and ask for the credentials which I have already provided 2-3 times

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your network is absolutely terrible, and the team handling it is even worse. I’ve been facing network issues for 10 days; I keep calling, but no one is listening or taking action. I even recharged my account just the other day I switched jio

    @JioCare Final warning. My refund is still pending despite repeated complaints and assurances. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court and National Consumer Helpline. Please resolve this without any further delay.

    @JioCare Jio is very slow.. on 6th June we ported to Jio and till date the details of delivery of SIM is not received Spoke to @JioCare twice today.. if this is the case how to rely on JIO..act smartly- there are so many services provider and if you are not compatible the what’s the use?

    @JioCare Request SR000037AFIJ dated 02/06/26 — still no resolution! My Jio Fibre has been completely down since 2nd June. Every time I call customer care, I get the same reply: “In your area we are facing internet issue.” No update, no technician, no solution even after emailing.

    @JioCare I tried to contact customer care immediately after my phone was stolen to deactivate my SIM but due to the automated system I could not reach any executive. Because the SIM remained active ₹22900 was fraudulently withdrawn. Responsibility lies with Jio’s service failure

    @suchitra2026 @JioCare Same story ...they are running a scam..opening account , collecting data, money for some package, nobody turns up for more than a month but everytime there will be a ticket and message from some system without any follow on action. When you cancel, no money credited back. Frauds

    @JioCare The technician would switch off his mobile, the person responsible to close the issue, he stops answering calls, the jio support team doesn't help and has no clue how to handle escalation, please check the customer care recording. just what I faced in last 4 days. fix this today.

    @JioCare Earliest - it's been 10 days no one reached and it is not resolved. One of the worst service ever faced. Disappointed with the service @JioCare
