Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, I’m done with the constant buffering on my JioFiber. I’ve tried raising complaints multiple times, but your team refuses to register them, claiming "there’s no issue." If buffering isn’t an issue, what is? Fix the service instead of gaslighting customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio I accidentally recharged the wrong number for JioFiber via the official MyJio app and immediately contacted your support. Your team confirmed the recharge went to an unknown number but REFUSED to refund my money. This is completely unacceptable.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber don't use all guys and costomer care not properly ans. Plase don't buy this network fiber all time same issue 6pm - 10pm dayli network very slow Jio does not provide service as per the charges as money is the only thing charged. @BBCBreaking

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my no. Vi to jio For better service, but unfortunately the experience has become worse. Facing poor signal strength, frequent call drops & very slow internet speed ..Kindly look into this matter and improve the service urgently

    @JioCare I am living in Laxmi vihar Gate no. 04 near anugrah residency Gondwara raipur 492009 There are very poor network of jio and zero network in inside house and there is no any connection of jio fiber and air fiber please look into this and short out problem 7388044411

    @JioCare Hi , my JIO fibre is not working from last 3 days we are getting message that issue will be resolved ASAP. I scheduled a engineer visit , now team is giving appointment for 18th May which is still 3 more days. How can a problem can take 6 days. My number-6123192751

    @JioCare Despite continuously raising complaints for the last 10 days, your team has still failed to restore the service. This level of service is unacceptable. Please disconnect my JioFiber connection immediately and refund my remaining balance to the original payment mode.

    @JioCare Within a few hours can't be indefinite, right? But in @reliancejio's term, it sure is. You people can't even handle your own scammer staff, why run such a service? For basic things, people need to file police complaints these days it seems.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Sir/Madam, kindly help for refund of ₹2,221.46 for cancelled JioAirFiber Order No. NO0001CPKKE8. Connection was cancelled before installation on 7 April 2026 and cancellation confirmation was received from Jio. Still, till 16 May 2026 refund has not been..

    @JioCare @reliancejio Total loss of network in [DAHEWAN Pin Code - 388550 ] every time there is a power cut. Signal vanishes instantly, showing zero battery backup at local towers And when power arrives then network arrives after 1 hour thats frustrating 😡 in my town 70%..
