Thanks to @JioCare I came to know that toll free numbers are not covered in unlimited packs of Airtel. I regret staying with @airtelindia. Thanks airtel, I'm blocked for my emergency with my banks due to my number is registered with you and not able to make toll free calls 💔

@JioCare My internet has not been working since a week. The complaints number takes so many processes to get connected to a service executive and they finally tell you it's area congestion. When 3 people in my house has the same network and have no issue. I wanted to escalate it

@JioCare Help!!!! I made an order for installation of jiofiber on 4th January 2022. The agent said that day that installation will be done the next day. But after that nobody came. Every day I call them and they say they will come but I keep waiting and nobody does.

@JioCare Very disappointing with jio.... that after 10 days of chasing for relocation service by jio fiber, I am surrendering my account. Jio has a pathetic customer service that too in Delhi, I wonder what happens with people of small towns and villages.
