    Yes!! No matter what plan we take, the first week or 20 days is fine. Then it's on the telecom provider's mercy. Slow internet, call drops, latency.... It's now the norm. No matter what feedback you provide, it hasn't improved. @airtelindia @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare It was a deliberate show of authority by your technician. His actions disrupted my connection live. I saw him on the box still he was arguing with me and didn't even check the connector. This is not good customer service to be honest.

    @reliancejio The Jio 5G network in Narla Road, PIN 766110 is performing very poorly. Speed drops drastically, especially when it rains.What exactly is “Unlimited 5G” if my daily data is still being consumed? Please fix the network and clarify this issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber was completely down for 8 DAYS. Your technician finally showed up after 8 days & fixed the issue. And now, being such a supposedly “large” company, you can't even refund the amount for the 8 days of non-service or extend the validity by 8 days?

    Airtel Customer Care, here are such d***head people sitting that they don’t bother to reply even after 1 month despite several reminders. They are such idiots that they don’t care at all about their customers. Frustrated by all this, I ported my mother’s phone, my wife’s phone and am going to port my phone to @reliancejio. I am using @airtelindia AirFiber also; that too I am going to stop, all because they are not valuing us. Me going to port won’t affect them, I know that, but it’s for my self-respect. I can’t be with them who do not respect me.

    @JioCare Order placed for JioFiber on Aug 2. No executive assigned yet. Tried contacting customer support but it’s an AI bot which does not really answer the query. Tweeted on Aug 12. Was asked for details but issue hasn’t been resolved. When exactly will it be installed.

    @JioCare No the outage still continues, the internet speed is not of 100 kbps even the WhatsApp text takes 3 4 minutes to send please provide a better resolution or raise my complaint against otherwise it's better to port!
