    So this is how JioFiber operates? Agent stopped answering calls right after taking payment. Paid money just to get mental harassment and zero service. Already regretting choosing this useless service. Should’ve gone with Airtel instead! @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I already expected this kind of response. My account was inactive from 6 May and the issue was resolved only on 25 May. During this entire period, my mobile and JioFiber recharges were active. Your customer care assured me that I would get a rebate or 14 days extension after 1/2

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.

    @JioCare For your information, Weather conditions is good. This week hardly it rained once, Area is'nt flooded everything is operational. Since 1 week engineer visit getting cancelled. Ask your area fault TEAM LEAD to call customer instead customer care giving standard response

    @JioCare What kind brain rot solution is this, I am standing in front of the router . Instead of actually fixing the issue you are suggesting me to buy an extender. Its been over 10 days my internet is not working. I want the refund asap. Pathetic @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare mam from 10th of may to till. Date i am making calls and requesting for the solutions but your technician's visit only 3 times rest they confirmed over phone only sir problem is sloved i said no then with out visit they put my request on hold giving irrelevant reasons

    @reliancejio @JioCare so jio Appellate is wrost then their customer service. After 25 emails 20 calls 3 calls to appellate and visiting 4 jio store i am still facing issue with generating UPC code. Wrost of the wrost customer service

    @JioCare Service request SR000036VLER was raised yesterday for service disruption, but no one has attended yet. I have repeatedly called the assigned service engineer, Shivam Vishwakarma, but he is not receiving calls. Very disappointing service and no proper update has been prd.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop sending automated bot scripts. I am not asking for tech support—the physical wire was fixed on May 18. I am demanding the TRAI-mandated billing rebate for the 10 days my service was down. Get a human supervisor to look at NCH Docket 9355673 and issue the credit.
