Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio I got my jio fiber disconnected on Mar 27 & raised request for collection of equipment ....got several mails of timing of engineer visit but no one visited till date,engineer visit has been rescheduled 20 times since then....please resolve the issue

@JioCare jio fibre not working from two days. You guys charge for 30 days, and out of 30 days 2 days internet is not working. Plus no one attended yet to restart the services. More delay. I guess weekend you guys won't visit. So more 2 days of delay!! I am paying for what?

@reliancejio @JioCare data is getting exhausted on its own. Today, 6 GB data got exhausted. 2gb usual pack + 2 gb booster pack of 21 twice. All this happening without any normal internet usage not even heavy usage. Customer care denying this fact. You can check my usage as well.

@JioCare worst ever fibre internet provider i have ever seen. They say that 30days free connection and if any issue happens nobody wil come to resolve. If u want to cancel they wil delay, for refund they wil take almost a month of time but they say 7days to 14days. (1/2)
