Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, Our JioFiber connection (+91-6226314737) has been completely down for the last 7 days. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, your customer care team does not answer calls.

    @JioCare I am troubled by your network problem, I do not get good network but your company charges the money for the entire month, even if the customer goes to hell, it does not make any difference to you.

    @JioCare In my area there is network issue due to which I am unable to use my phone for voice calling and internet services and also air fiber at my home is not working due to network issue for last 4 months , already registered many complaints problem doesn't resolved.

    @JioCare @abhishe50594518 They have given diff trainingvto staff. They say something regarding complaint but don't solve later after 2 days some appointment reschedule sms ll come n prob solved. This is their pattern everytime but prob doesn't get solved

    @JioCare @JioCare , your pickup partner is refusing to pick my router in spite of the scheduled appointment. What kind of service is it? We cannot keep your router, send someone immediately to collect the router.

    It's been 13 days since the first complaint was raised still no resolution. Isn't it a breach of SLA by @reliancejio, I think I should get resolution as well as a plan extension as per the contract. @JioCare do I need to reach out to NCH to resolve this ?

    @JioCare The request was canceled on 5/18 and its been 20 days Already but I have still not got my refund. Is this not fraudulent practice? I intended to be your customer and I am glad I took a wise decision by not associating myself here.. I would have suffered in a similar manner

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN 4 days of constant follow-ups and still no technician visit. Total blackout of service and absolute harassment of the public. Is anyone managing this? @TRAI needs to take note of this poor service standard.

    @JioCare I appreciate you have opened the service request again. But I can see that the visit is scheduled on 9th that means my problem will not be solved for at least 8 days that is almost 1/3 of the billing period. Do you think this is acceptable?

    @JioCare Thanks for opening the new SR for 'Customer Not Interested'. Since my internet is completely non-functional and I have already demanded closure, please ensure that the billing is permanently frozen as of today.

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the internet speed and service quality. The connection has been consistently very slow, making it difficult to use the service properly. If you are unable to improve network performance then it would be better to discontinue service.

    @JioCare I dont want to waste money on some pathetic service provider who doesn't care abt their customers. Atleast local service providers are better as they restored the services within a day @JioCare @reliancejio just care abt money from people I am registering a case in consumer forum

    @JioCare I having a lot trouble with Jio WiFi. No one is coming to my place to shift my connection from one floor to another & service request is keep on getting change to new timing. Today,person mentioned that he is on week off, how come tocket sssigned to him in such instsnce?

    @JioCare My request no. SR00002LKW9W is pending from 4th June’26. Pathetic service from Jio, engineer visit has been rescheduled 4 time today without my consent and without any reason. Issue still unresolved, can please look into it for its resolution.
