    @JioCare Unable to receive calls on 5G sim. And jio care is not able to resolve this. They end the chat saying it's an issue from my side. Worst service !!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have lodged a complaint through voice call in your coustomer care tell me what is the process to port in @Airtel_Presence or @JioCare i am not safisfied with VI network. I am feeling samefull my fault to port in VI. I had ported in Vi on 16 march 23.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hey Jio, I have a prepaid sim card and I am in the US ( Seattle) . I did recharge with international roaming pack and tried all solutions provided for iPhone but I still don’t get any network. Please help.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber these days hired a criminal engineer for resolution his jio fiber complain.He told me if you doing a complain again i shall cut your jio fiber wire and no anybody knows about it with you.I shall apply disconnection on faulty basics.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet down for more than 24 hours. Will have to wait for 24 hours as no engineer available. Make services better JIO team. Internet is as important as power in house, cannot tolerate an outage of 48 hours.

    I'm loosing data without use. Today again same problem, yesterday night I did recharge with 2gb and didn't use it. Today morning again lost my 2 gb data has gone after that I had turned off my data, No one attending call from jio customer service. @JioCare @DDNewslive

    @JioCare Hi I have paid the bill of my postpaid no. Transaction is successful. 3 days has passes since. But my outgoing calls has been blocked by jio. Customer care not solving the issue. Mail with screen shot also sent. Please resolve the issue immediately.
