Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio 15 din se 4G internet nahi chal raha. Network full hai, sirf 5G pe thoda chal raha hai. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi issue solve nahi hua. Recharge waste ho raha hai. Please fix urgently ya validity extend/refund dein.

    @JioCare, please optimize the 4G network speed and improve indoor signal coverage in my area. Internet speeds are very slow and connectivity is unstable in indoors. Kindly look into this issue and improve the network quality as soon as possible.

    @JioCare My Internet connection was down for 5 days. I asked for compensation of the same your team has replied that there was no delay, even after I have shared your own sms communication on delay. Is this ethical, how much lies can we as customer take. This is bullying.

    @airtelindia Can you help me porting the connection or getting a new connection as It seems I am dealing with @JioCare the most incompetent force of service providers who can't solve a simple issue of network and ask for new connection.Just feed up with their generic assurance.

    @JioCare @reliancejio you guys keep raising service requests with no use..for single refund 10+ service request are raised and none of them provide any resolution.. I just asked for escalation metrix but that is also not shared yet..@JioCare is not at all helpful.

    @JioCare I have been facing poor 4G network speed and weak indoor signal in my area for the last 5 years. Inside my home, the signal usually stays at only 1–2 bars causing slow internet please improve the network coverage and optimize connectivity in this area.

    @JioCare @JioCare Worst service! Our village Jio tower is बंद/બંધ for last 5 days, so how will the network work? Calls not connecting at all. Tamne loko ne andh samjo cho? Public ne gumrah karo cho, kaam koi nathi karto. Fix this immediately or we will switch networks. @TRAI please take

    @JioCare Service number SR00003567UZ, I requested to close my Conenction of airfiber. Last month excutive told me i have already paid so i can use 1 month, I called 1 week ago, they asked me to call on 5th may. I called today they gave me Service number. Tomorrow is Bill generation, I will not be paying anything since i was paying for advance acc to your people?. this account needs to be closed by today. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare there is no range inside bungalows of Prabhavkunj Society, Godhra Gujarat. Only when we come outside, we get two lines of signal. Really concerning

    Dear @JioCare, Your MyJio app is genuinely one of the most frustrating support experiences I’ve dealt with. I spent ages trying to figure out how to book a simple engineer visit for a physical fibre installation issue. And there is literally no clear way to do it.

    ❌Worst customer support & zero accountability from @reliancejio! Yesterday, I requested a new additional JioFiber set-top box and paid immediately through online payment. Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money. This clearly shows how @JioCare handles customers—by giving false promises instead of real solutions. @thecroindia #JioFiber #CustomerServiceFail #JioComplaint
