Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Tweet 1/3 Very disappointed with @JioCare service. My Samsung phone had a software issue, so the Samsung service centre flashed new firmware. This wiped my phone and removed my Jio eSIM profile. Now I have NO access to my primary number linked with office/work.

    @JioCare jio airfiber at Sindhanur,we are facing worst service from u always technical issue what is beneficial recharge for 6 months we only get 2 months pathetic service

    @JioCare Network speed is very poor from past 3 months. Raised many complaints but no fix yet. Even payment apps like PhonePe and GPay are not loading properly due to poor internet connectivity. Please resolve ASAP. Complaint Id# SR000036M33L #jio #poornetwork

    @DoT_India, if you are not able to perform the duty well then please shut down the ministry. everyday common citizens are suffering with telecom industry. please emphasize to them on providing services as they belongs to service industry if not then suspend their license @JioCare

    @reliancejio Despite submitting several complaints through Jio’s online customer support and having multiple telephonic conversations with the local support team, there has been no response, request you to kindly proceed with the termination of my Jio connection at the earliest.

    @JioCare Every morning I get a message about different technician being assigned, and soon after that, he stops responding. If this is the way you treat your new connection customers, then how can I trust with any other complaints post getting connection.

    Gross service deficiency by @JioCare @reliancejio! Order CO0001SCZ4IB for JioFiber relocation pending for days. Countless customer care calls, an email to the regional Appellate Authority, & a personal visit to the Malleshwaram branch have all been completely ignored. (1/4)

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Now jio is saying the wide outage is not an illegible waiver or extension... Customers are liable to pay a full month's bill while services aren't available for 15 days. @TRAI

    @JioCare You still don't know the issue , u are repeating the same as others..like copy paste...i was on call with your agent I told her I recharged my account(my own number ?yearly subscription by mistake..she said you will get refund..I had 2 options..back to card or jio store 1/2

    @JioCare voice call quality is too bad nowadays for the past 7 days for all customers. I did send a port message and even your customer care representative couldn't communicate properly. Take timely action otherwise you lose massive customers in the region. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber facing high ping, latency & jitter issues. Telegram downloads stuck and OTT apps load very slow despite good speed tests. Please fix routing/network issue.
