Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

I have logged a complaint on 3rd dec(SR000013LOVI) for having issue with jio fiber and it has not been resolved yet. I did get call on 4th and 5th dec, but there was no proper response. No one visited my premise for resolution. @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Sir, my Jio's net has been running very slow for a long time, we have made a lot of companions by calling, but still the net is still running Very slow....... If this remains so, I will soon closed my Jio SIM and get a new SIM from Airtel.
