Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with the service I've received regarding the relocation of my Jio AirFiber connection. I submitted the relocation request three days ago and have already paid ₹1,200, but the connection has still not been installed.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia @reliancejio I want to file an official complaint against both these agents Bhargavi especially and Sahil Dayma for wasting my time and energy. Your complaint has been registered, however, due to system restrictions, we are unable to confirm the Engineer visit date & time. Request you to use the self-care route to reschedule the engineer visit after few (1/3)

    @JioCare I have purchased Jio thing 4 g pro tracker device from Amazon in March 26. It is not powering on and the device malfunctioned within two months of purchase.I complained to Jio things email team many times also provided them invoice, IMEI, but problem not resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio has failed to assign a service engineer in the last 4 days after multiple complaints of their Air fiber being non-functional.. :/ Their call center politely tells me that we I'll take this on priority but it's almost a week now and their priority is nowhere

    @JioCare Till even after raising, service requests for 4 days , no engineer has come for the service for our Jio Fibre at Chennai . Everyday morning they schedule the time for the engineer for 3_4 PM but no body comes . Really we're fed up in calling the Customer care Our Online tuition gets affected without Wifi Please do immediately

    @JioCare I don't understand why it is taking so long to provide resolution to my service request of relocation ?? How much patience you want to test of your customer. If you can't simply say you can't and return my advance amount paid. This is very disappointing from @JioCare .

    Dear @JioCare My village-Balda, Dist-Koraput been facing repeated network outages everyday. Today there was no network from morning until 5 PM. What's worse, this isn't just because of power cuts even when electricity is available still no network. @reliancejio @DoT_India
