    @JioCare I have seen enough of promises. I have lost faith. Refund the subscription amount I paid immediately and disconnect. I will go for other service provider.

    @JioCare All that is happening is appointments being scheduled, I get those stupid calls and then appointments are re scheduled. Just get it over with. I am not interested at all in your connection honestly. This is pathetic service. Time to escalate it to higher ups. Enough is enough now

    @JioCare It’s been a week and my AirFiber installation is still pending. The local office says they are out of stock for outdoor units and have no ETA on new supply. Please help with an update!

    @JioCare It was not only my number that was switched off, all the Jio networks in Surat were down, it got fixed later.

    I have been having one after another terrible customer experiences with @reliancejio lately. My Jio Fiber has been out of service since past 4 days and there has been no concrete resolution I received even after escalating the issue to the top. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Absolutely terrible service. The Jio Care representatives speak rudely, and there is absolutely no oversight from higher management.

    @JioCare The issue was from Myjio side and not Paytm. I have already contacted Paytm, and there answer was that the transaction was successful and as you can see in screenshot I sent, money was deposited to Jio. Please check against the upi ref number. Thanks (2/2)

    @JioCare Jio Customer care person confirmed that refund is not complete and raised SR000036UVAR. There is no update further. Also I m not able to track this SR as I am not customer yet. Please update on ticket and refund status ASAP. What is the problem and cause of not refunding?

    Booked Airfiber on 1st May and made the payment. One month over. Due to no signal in our area, it was cancelled but I did not receive the refund yet. Poor refund policy Even after repeated followups with the agents, they are not resolving @JioCare @RIL_Updates @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber (+8197494132) is not working since installation(20+ days) multiple calls & complaints, but no resolution. Technician confirmed no tower coverage in my area. Complaint:SR000036PK1B. Extremely poor service, no support, and no accountability. Avoid Jio Airfiber

    @JioCare I am a JIO prepaid user, have applied for a matching number last week. No response from Jio since then. Payment for the sim and recharge have both been completed (NO00015F6ADL) & I even raised a service request which no one has bothered to check (SR0000373G8X).
