Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@Amana_Ansari @JioCare Don't take Jio Fiber. Very poor speed (I am on 300 Mbps plan but actually get less than 30 Mbps) Jio refuses to acknowledge speed and technical issues and there is no customer support. I am planning to switch to Airtel Fiber.

@JioCare There is no tower indoors, this has been flagged off "n" number of times. So there is no internet connection. I have all the above steps. I also use a Jio fi for which I face the same issue

Very poor network Jio. Calls do not connect. Internet doesn't work. Don't ask for locations. It is everywhere. Raise your network quality along with the prices. @reliancejio @JioCare
