Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare After 7 long hours of downtime, now you guys are asking ID? Shameless customer service and hopeless jio fiber network. As per your customer care, there was a PAN india outage of jio internet.

    @JioCare hello i had applied for jio fiber relocation, and submitted the desired fee of ₹1200 on 29.03.26, but relocation was not possible due to no optical network in that area, my order was canceled and my device was also submitted to you , still the deposit of 1200 not done

    @JioCare disappointed with Jio service. Network has been down since 5th May, complain raised, yet no engineer visit till now. Engineer Mohd Ahmed he said his boss is forcing him to visit the area. Is this how customer issues are handled? Absolutely unprofessional. #PoorService

    @JioCare No such order number or SMS found in the alternate number. Please call to your Uddhab Baidya +91 93397 30710, who called me to deliver the SIM but didn’t came to me. Otherwise I'm to go for other Network.

    @JioCare @JAirfiber52399 not working from 20+ days & customer care calling is also closed. Every day it is showing 4 hrs for connection restoration but it's not changing. I was not aware that @reliancejio can be such useless while it comes to outage, Frm - Pune

    @JioCare @mumbaitales Shireen- Techinician never answered the call and later it was rescheduled 3 days after and when I put request for new connection . Got call in 30 mins. How can we wait for 3 days without internet and without office work. Your service is quick for new connection but worst for old

    @JioCare On top of that, customer care calls are effectively barred with a predefined IVR message stating services are impacted and will be restored soon, leaving no option to connect with an actual support representative.

    @JioCare What is the use of rescheduling when there is no one turning up.  Why do I need you to beg for fixing your issue? Do you treat your customers as beggars?  After all you charge upfront for the service which you cannot afford to provide. Share me your coo’s number.

    @JioCare Your agent on phone said its a nation wide issue why are you asking for my jio fiver details then? Did your agent lie?? 2 days in a row. I want my internet pack to be extended to as many days you guys do not provide me with internet. This is bullshit. I will dm you the phone no.

    @reliancejio First of all, bring a solution to this problem that if someone gets a wrong recharge, you people neither refund his money nor recharge him correctly, does giving your service mean causing loss to anyone or You don't care about profit, one day all the telecom companies will sink.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber internet has been down since 1 May and there is still no proper resolution. Local agents and field officers are not responding. Complaints are getting closed without fixing the issue. This is seriously affecting daily work and usage. Please escalate

    @JioCare All complaints are closed automatically without attending the problem.. till now I have rescheduled around 20 times and all are closed without a visit... And the message shows the engineer visit completed

    This lack of support is extremely disappointing and is causing serious inconvenience. If @airtelindia Fiber service is available in my area, kindly help me with a priority new broadband connection, as I urgently need a stable internet connection. @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @pbimal_ @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Worse in terms of speed and service. Have seen jio not working for months at Olive. Service engineers were hopeless. Treated service requests as passing the parcel. Airtel service is prompt, wifi already resumed within half an hour of tweet.
