Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Those of us who have chosen @airtelindia over @reliancejio for so long have made a big mistake. Airtel's networks is hardly reachable and their customer service both voice and emails are the worst of the worst.

@JioCare I have recharged the eligible plan for over a year now. My issue has been the fact that the Amazon Icon is shown to me as the eligible OTT subscription under the plan but it vanishes after the recharge the done. I have been asked to recharge for a yr again for Amazon subscription
