@JioCare My jio number and phone are alright. Correct your network coverage strength in N Tripura. Either you are kept in dark by your local officials here in N Tripura or you are not intetested as service provider in this region.

My complaint engineer who visit my home he has says that another department need to do service for this one. He has shared pictures of my location and says that within 1 hour they will call and update you still no updates it more than 24 hours. @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber

No difference between jio fiber service and local internet provider service both are taking too much delay in service. 24 hour resolution time period is on paper even big companies like reliance are not providing solution in that time period. #jiofiber @JioCare @reliancejio

@jiocare @reliancejio has given 1000+ names to its bots but not a single engr on ground. Learn from @Airtel_Presence they are all humans and have a system in place not like ur bot messages. Issue at #Airtel are resolved in 24 hrs n ur is still pending for last 24 days. Pathetic

I called my current operator @reliancejio for support but they are not ready to help, i told them all these details then they said that you can contact TRAI on this if you want, or contact VODAFONE, we cant help, and telling me that they will permanently deactivate my number.

@JioCare @airtelindia Jio Fiber internet is down in my area since 3 PM on 24th Sept.Initially I received a msg for an update saying this will be fixed by 8 p.m. on 24th Sept. However the internet was not working even after 8. I was told by your team that it will be fixed by 11.
