Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio @GoogleIndia Never buy a jio phone I had purchased a jio phone 3 years ago and I have deposited 1500.00 Rs as security deposit I was assured that the money was returned after 3 years but when I contacted jio center recently they refused to give back my security deposit

@JioCare It’s not about the address, there’s no network after converting from Esim to physical sim. I was at my registered address and had to leave the sim at home, thanks for spoiling my journey btw.

@JioCare I had booked a set top box on 3rd Nov and fixed installation appointment for 4th Nov. It's not yet installed - SR000017ET3V and SR000017HFTY. Pl cancel my order and give me refund. I'm not interested in such awful service. The engineers never come or receive calls.
