Even on an open terrace with full line-of-sight to the tower, the 5G is totally unstable, and now 4G speeds have crawled. I've used Jio for 10 years, and 5G worked flawlessly for 3 years. Why ignore us for months now?

He later switched to @reliancejio and has been using it for all his international trips without any issues. I'd recommend getting a Jio SIM for international travel.
