Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Internet speed in Village Bhulepur, Ambedkar Nagar, UP has been very slow for over 6 months. I have contacted customer care many times, but the issue is still unresolved. Please improve network service in our area.

    @JioCare I applied for jio fiber, but due to technical reasons, it could not be installed in my home. In spite of following up for almost 6 weeks now, I am yet to get the refund. Kindly help

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber wifi is down from 6 pm of June 6 and will be revived on June 7 only. DISGUSTING. This type of service in posh south Kolkata. INTERNET BLACK OUT for so long. WFH totally shutdown. SHAME on JIO. my number 03355059*1

    @JioCare Again resolution date has been completely removed from the status in myjio app and the customer care number is also not allowing me to connect with any executive. IVR saying ur request has been put on hold and call gets disconnected. 3 days & no resolution/update @TRAI @DoT_India

    @RelianceJioCare it has been 7 days my wifi network is disrupted. Engineers not available, repeatedly rescheduling engineer visit. Which ever engineer I call says they have resigned. Jiocare says reschedule engineer visit afresh. App says I have crossed the limit of rescheduling.

    @reliancejio sir in my town since 15 days jio tower getting down after every 5 mins and continue remain off for around 15 to 20 minutes. Please send your technical support team as soon as possible to fix this problem.

    @JioCare @JioCare, the reason mentioned is incorrect. The engineer who visited revealed that the main issue is a lack of coordination. There is one extra idle connection in the junction box. Whenever a complaint is raised, the technician disconnects another customer’s connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Almost everyone knows(Jio employees and subscribers) that your ROUTER is pathetic and offers extremely poor range and speed. Good companies provide newer models with better features and you @reliancejio replace old Routers (with better range and speed) with "Throttled" Routers.

    @JioCare I had asked to relocate my jio fiber connection in last March busy it has not been done. Without providing services undue billing is being done even month of May 2026. Plz sove My problem. Stop wrong billing.

    jio service is so worst that they are not more in mood to çustomer care. My son 's fiber connection not repaired by technician at Guwahati even after engaged on the plea of non avilability of Engineer. It remains snapped for 48 hours .@JioCare

    @JioCare My issue is still not resolved. Your team said in DM it’s a Wi-Fi coverage issue, but it’s clearly a network issue. Until it’s fixed, I won’t recharge or use Jio anymore. I’ll switch to Airtel if needed. Been your customer for 4+ years. Fix the problem.

    @JioCare BIG SCAM BY JIO! Jio took ₹349 payment and completed KYC for my new SIM order on 10 May 2026. Promised delivery in 2 days. Almost a month now, No SIM, no resolution, only excuses.Order ID: NO00015EB4AV Deliver the SIM. Planning to complain now on Consumer Helpline(NCH)

    I raised a request for JioFiber relocation 25 days ago, but it still hasn't been done. Finally, I had to get an Airtel Wi-Fi connection instead. Jio customer care executives just sit in their AC offices and do absolutely nothing. Never buy JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio
