Samskarebyaha "Modi Ka Parivar" (@samskarebyaha) reportedIndia has pathetic overall mobile internet coverage and quality. You move away from main centres of a city or town, the speed is joke. Sometimes, even in prime areas of a major city, the mobile internet coverage is awful. In the Electronic City Pincode area of Bangalore, if you dont have WiFi, this is the Jio speed since 2024 inspite of several complaints from that time. It says Host average is 441Mbps. I think they measured the average from under their towers. Airtel is no different. There is obviously no system in place to check the quality provided by these service providers. After this post, JioCare will send a DM asking for area and this is not the service they wish to provide etc and after getting all the details disappear. This is going on for the last 2 years. Meanwhile, Reliance Jio, Mukesh Ambani Unveils Ambitious Plans for 1,650-Satellite LEO Network to Transform Broadband Services & have submitted a proposal to this effect to space regulator Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe), which is evaluating the configuration and technical architecture. @PMOIndia
