  @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of pathetic customer care service you are providing. Last 30 mins trying to reach out and call gets disconnected after few mins. Then again start afresh with another person. Sales iresponsive, customer care irresponsive.

  There is a number give in SMS for rescheduling and when you call that number 18008969999 it only works for new booking. Once Mukesh bhai's Jio takes money, Jio forgets that service needs to be given to existing customers. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issue in my jio fiber connection and service request number : SR000017FNC5. Also request team to schedule visit on 9am to 10 am slot because I have to go my office and engineer called me and agreed on it, but no response from jio team.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is dead from 4 days in Bhagalpur Bihar. Local franchisee is sleeping. I will take @reliancejio service replacing Airtel Fiber.....This is the reason why reliance jio is number one. Airtel go to hell.

  I have network problem at my place for one year. I have complain to jio care but the answer is same we are solving your problem. They don't do nothing. I m very disappointed but jio have not care of it because we have pay 200 minimum every month. @JioCare @DoT_India

  @reliancejio @JioCare My mother lost her mobile with Jio SIM. While getting new phone is easy, getting same JIO number has been nightmare. Even after multiple round of visit to Jio store, i get same response “SIM not available”. No customer centricity policy 😔😔
