@JioCare Jio doesn't take care of customer service; they are irritating for recharges but not improving network service to use basic internet I am one of the victims.If I am not recharging my number, they always bother me to recharge with the threat of closing my number.

@JioCare Very disappointed with Jio Customer Care today. I contacted support regarding my billing issue, but the behaviour of the representative was extremely unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the issue, the response was rude and unhelpful. Customers deserve proper support and respectful communication. I am formally escalating this issue. JioFiber customer care is truly abysmal. 5 days without fiber internet, still no signs of urgency. A true disaster. Either their bot will waste your time or their customer service executives, all they have to say is give me 2 hours @JioCare

@JioCare In Morbi and Rajkot , too much problems in call since last 3 days . Minimum 2 to 3 times we have to call just for one minute talk. During talk sound disappear suddenly. Issue facing in city area is strange. Worst net work . I think better to go in Airtel or Vodafone.
