Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Upon asking the reason , all she had to say was Not refundable. Can I know why? I work from home and I can't wait anymore to get this fixed. @reliancejio @JioCare I won't pay for the service you guys haven't provided.

Really terrible service by Jio Fiber @JioCare. I applied for a connection on 2nd April and the sales guy took my payment that day. It's 8th May today and Jio Fiber is still not installed. Today I get a message saying that my order is cancelled due to address verification failure.
