Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    1/2 Really disappointed wid d cx service. We requested a simple connection relocation, bt instead our account was deleted, our no now shows as unregistered, our device was collected, ₹1,200 was taken 4 installation, n nw we're being asked to pay again 4 relocation. @reliancejio

    @_MukeshAmbani upset with @JioCare your Field team removed fiber box without notice leaving me offline for nearly 2 days. I work US hours and depend on stable internet. Please provide a permanent backup solution, like AirFiber, while retaining my fiber, or I may have to switch.

    @JioCare How can you mark the service request SR00003BD175 as resolved when the issue is not resolved. I still haven’t got an engineer to check on it and Iam still without internet for 3 consecutive days. What a waste of time writing to you guys here.

    @JioCare Experiencing very slow internet speeds for the past two weeks in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad, Telangana. The network has been extremely unstable, with frequent connectivity issues. Please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.

    @reliancejio Dear @JioCare, Whenever there is a power cut in the Vasai–Virar area, the Jio network goes down immediately. Please provide proper power backup at your towers to ensure uninterrupted network service.

    @JioCare Sukhmeet i appreciate your kind words & help from your team. It's past 2+ months today still haven't received full refund yet & the reason 4 disconnection of fiber due to medical emergency didn't helped me but caused financial stress. I am hoping outcome in 1-2 days.

    @JioCare This delay is also affecting my OTT subscription (bundled with my ₹888 JioFiber plan), as the subscription requires the app to be launched on a Jio STB I am currently unable to access a service I am paying for very pathetic service from jio. Not giving stb for these many days.

    Its been 6 days!! Have never seen such a pathetic, ridiculous, shameless approach towards customer service by any company! If you can’t serve at least don’t take money in advance. Customers will have Atleast have option to look for substitutes @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare i have booked for jio home in 11th july and paid the amount 2222rs but installation is not done yet. And there is no way to see tha installation date. Neither there is a way to connect your customer care.

    Facing extremely slow internet on Jio for the last 3–4 months. Raised multiple complaints, but every time I only get the same “optimization in progress” response. No real improvement at all. This is unacceptable service. Please resolve this issue permanently. @JioCare @TRAI

    2. against such fraud companies who are dooming the customers and providing worst service. I think @TRAI should provide guidelines for action against fraud companies like @JioCare . internet not working since a week and what they tell is restart just to fool the customer #jio

    Ordering you to take the box from my home(else ll throw n post video)& initiate prorata refund as "not resolved for 6 days & no call received".No restoration needed anymore @reliancejio.Made deal with @airtelindia.Complaint raised via NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE already @JioCare
