Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio @JioCare In our neighbourhood, we have had a bad network experience. Is not it possible for Jio to run a tower in our neighbourhood? There is no network in nearly four to five villages in my area. Even calling someone is difficult due to the lack of network access.

@reliancejio .. Jio boosting to be the best in network in India need to stop branding that because that are not even able to serve the outskirts of Coimbatore Tamilnadu.. usually was able to reach near the windows of my house now have to come out my house for minimal coverage

@JioCare I’m postpaid user of jio and getting worse service from care. Tried calling 198 3 times in 15 mins and all executive dropped call within few seconds. My child sim having major issue and could not able to transfer data also data consumption showing on that number is huge.
