Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

hi @JioCare yesterday I went to jio store @ Bapu Bazar, Udaipur to get my replacement sim, employee at store were forcefully selling extra product with zero sim and syaing that this product is compulsory to buy unless they will not issue new sim. have a look @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare I had requested to install new jio fiber and paid 3 months advance rental. Jio visited and said we will not provide internal cabling through existing pipeline and went back saying to cancel request. Look into this on priority.

@JioCare @_MukeshAmbani : The status stands same even after 03 hours, your service executive is unable to resolve faulty modem/router and asking for OTP to close complaint without changing faulty modem. Never seen such unprofessional team. Regret switching from Airtel.@reliancejio
