Last few days Internet validity expiry , as soon as possible , its not fair @reliancejio , Without watching any videos my interest pack completed 2 GB , if you continue this issue , i will change my no to another network , WARNING .

@JioCare I had surrendered my jio fibre connection last month when there was network issue and your engineer told me to cancel the connection and I will get a full refund of Rs 2500.

@JioCare Hey, according to your team the setup is done but not activated yet. Plus, they already took the plan and installation charges, so where's the catch? Why would they register and charge me if the service is unavailable? This is not the kind of service expected from Jio I hope?

@reliancejio pls let me know who 2 escalate jio issues - @JioCare & email support & even jio appelate authority is not helping - all say there is noone they can connect me to for escalation due 2 Covid 19. This is a lame excuse when we are back 2 normal everywhere #jiocaresucks

@JioCare Thanks for ur concern and quick response. Hope the matter will be solved tomoro. My only issue is, if ur engineers cant visit due to their pre-occupation, how come they put the remark that customer requested for postponement? Did they ever inform me abt their intention to visit?!
