Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Internet speed is very slow in Kranti chowk, Parbhani Maharashtra from last 15 days.@reliancejio has charged 4G plan, but service is likely 2G.Who is responsible for this? @TRAI can take action on @reliancejio ,ya work under pressure of Modi's friend?? Indian people has cheated.

    @JioCare It's not about travelling whomsoever it may concern, it's about providing coverage in still location where we are sitting even your network is poor and calls aren't clear even the most important calls ....why can't you understand ...you don't understand...even howsoever

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio Jiofiber customer care, I'm Jio Fiber customer. invoice of March month 2022 is not available in your app/website. Several requests sent already to your cs. They were helpless. Pls send me the password less copy of the invoice for the recharge done on March 2022.

    @JioCare @reliancejio internet not working on my number from last 4-5 days . Done recharge of 666 on 11 October. Able to call from number but net not working. Went to jio store . support person asked me to pay 50 for sim 250 for mandatory recharge. Please help. Else I will port

    @JioCare Every day i am trying to reach the executive 1st he said not possible to fix this issue then when I escalated he is saying 1/2 hour 1 hour but doesn’t turn up. Today he promised before 10am my issue will resolve but he is not at all picking up my calls. His number is 8217427405

    @JioCare So you are telling me that the amount 719 Will adjusted in instalments for comming seven years as I need to pay monthly 10 for pre on post service. This is pathetic is there not any way you can transfer the amount as recharge amount to my number.

    @JioCare I complained about a cheating of Rs.2000 with me by your representative and your team closed the ticket by stating my number is active now. Is this how the service we expect from jio? Frustrating after a long follow up for a week this kind of response

    I have ported my number from Airtel to Jio. The balance amount has been cleared too. Yet Jio says Airtel is blocking it. Airtel says I don't know, visit an Airtel store.Really wonder what level the services on both sides have come down to.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare
