Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare you guys don't have any value for your customers, do you? Even after raising 7 uninstallation requests for my jio fiber, no one came for pickup and you have the audacity to tell me that you could not contact me, no one contacted me ever. Worst customer service ever...!!

Motherf*cker Jio.I have recharged with 2gb/day data plan but internet speed is only 100kbps in this area...It is a city not a village.Don't bring **** named 5G.improve your 4G spectrum We dont need 5G. Infact internet speed of BSNL 3g is 10times of your Jio 4G speed. @JioCare

@JioCare Hey jio! Everyday from 5.30, we can't use our data on jio network. Jio slow down our data speed and we can't use any service at our location. And jio is doing this knowingly. We've complained many times but no one listen to the customer. Now this is jio's monopoly!

@JioCare Let me know how will you compansate this delay in service. We are getting hopeless service in NCR don't know how people suffer in other areas of country. We got free pizza if they delayed by only 30 minutes, let me know what your policies compansate this kind of delay.
