Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare 150 Mbps ka bol ke 25-30 Mbps ki hi speed dena h to paise kyu 150 ke le rhe ho..pathetic service of @JioGigaFibre customer support is not cooperative...They don't know anything about internet nd ur backend team is not having any knowledge about fibre....

@JioCare When I was getting the connection, a Mr. Neeraj Singh helped me get it. He said that if there was any problem with the Internet, we should contact him. 3 days ago is the last time he answered the phone and said that the Internet will be back in a half hour.

@JioCare very bad experience with Jio Fibre broadband connection here in Bihar. Sales person should know how to talk with customer. I am very disappointed with the service Jio is providing. So far they have not provided connection to my place.
