Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare It's exactly one month since I made the payment. You have held it with you without providing service. It has to be refunded with interest. Otherwise it is not acceptable

    @jiocare @jio_fiber @_reliancejio PExtremely frustrated with JioFiber service. Despite multiple follow-ups via calls & emails, there is no response from your team. Service request is closed automatically even no engineer assigned, and the service remains unusable.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Regarding JioFixedVoice Number +91915223679932 I would like to point out just how old this connection is; furthermore, the range of your router is so poor that I cannot even connect my mobile phone it doesn't work properly even within a distance of 3 to 5mtr

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday, yet service requests marked “resolved/on hold.” Technician admitted society-wide instability due to tower upgrade, but OTP closure still demanded. Why false resolution updates when issue unresolved? #JioFiber #Refund #Accountability

    @JioCare The DM was the same generic message I always get—link to service status + reschedule. No one even checked the chat history. Nothing works, which is why I posted on X. After all that delay, this DM showed how pathetic the service is.

    I don't know wt the hell is wrong with @reliancejio and @JioCare . I had an active plan of recharge and yet I couldnt access the @GeminiApp pro subscription nd I don't see a reason. It has too many loopholes just trying to get more customers. Resolve my issue .

    @JioCare @JioCare It’s not about one number. I’ve faced this issue continuously in Kahilipara. Raised it many times support just tells me to recharge, no real fix, even rude Look jio claims 5G but deliver ~2KB/s (pc connected, x running) Charging full for poor service. Fix this Pin 781019
