Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR0000364K4Z. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    @airtelindia : your services sucks.. I am fed up with your prepaid services. Looking for an alternate now.. @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare . Airtel has been looting me for weeks and there is no way to connect a human agent. IVR doesn't solve all issues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio representative GIRI HARIVANSH has taken jio broadband order on 18th May 11:50 AM and committed to install between 12 noon to 6 PM on 18th May. Till time no install is done. He is not taking calls from yesterday. Very disappointed with this service

    7th day with no resolution. I again called field engineer today, he transferred the call to his senior. He said our team is coming in an hour. Guess what!!! No body turned up.. @JioCare @reliancejio you guys are a big joke!!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've taken an international roaming pack for mauritius but there is no network being caught at all. It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. Kindly help

    @JioCare I shared my complete address, Jio number, alternate contact no. as requested. Yet even after providing all details, my issue remains unresolved and 5G speed are still extremely poor. Collecting details repeatedly without fixing the issue is disappointing #NetworkFail #PoorService

    @reliancejio wifi has the worst internet issue. Even after raising a service request, got delayed and no one showed up, recharged my hotspot 10 times. Collecting money in terms of pre-paid but loss of time and money do they compensate?

    Dear @JioCare My JioFiber was working fine since morning and suddenly stopped. I even received a restoration message but the internet is still not working. Service request is showing 21st May, which is too late. Please resolve this issue urgently. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio so when I willing to get jio fiber service the coustomer support and the person who arrived to install the fiber Said that you have to pay 600₹ which is refundable through voucher after 6 months. Now after 6 months they said this offer is expired.nice fraud

    @JioCare Finally, someone has come for KYC.I was informed that I have to pay for cable beyond 25m during installation. This is never mentioned during the initial call from Jio nor the website mentions it.Please confirm the charges involved in installation of JioAirFiber connection.
