  @Technicalchart1 Same thing happened with my Relative this week. Jio failed to activate his @JioCare international roaming, online it showed in Queue till he cancelled it after 48 hours by the time she reached US. If you have @reliancejio card, Never buy international roaming. Jio IR is doomed.

  @JioCare This is not a temporary issue; it is a permanent one. It has been 20 days—and in those 20 days, your "temporary problem" still hasn't been resolved. You have only one excuse: that it is a temporary problem. There is absolutely no network connectivity.

  @JioCare Wow.... again there is no option to dm on your Twitter handle....look at this pathetic customer service where you people don't keep your dm's open just like your toll free where only your ivr only tells me the problem which I already know and then call gets disconnected.
