Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare If you guys cannot fix this then just disconnect and issue a refund. What am I paying for? A delay of 1-2 days is understood given the current situation but it's been 5 days! Are you going to push my payment date ahead to compensate for the days the internet hasn't been working?

@reliancejio But when customer joins, u not provide service and say u have huge customer. We are always at your service. Please note that your location has good coverage. However, this usually happens when large number of customers are connected to a particular cell-site around you. Sorry

If I'm spending about 300-400 per month on internet then obviously I need it. I can't use my full internet because of the network issue. It shows 4G+ but in reality, it is 2G. I can't access my classes properly in this so called 4G+ @airtelindia what is this? @JioCare @airtelnews
