Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Hey @reliancejio & @JioCare , there’s a problem with your #MyJio app in iOS! While selecting a JioTune, the app’s not able to play the preview of the tune. This needs to be sorted out by ur technical team. The app’s neither able to play via integrated media player nor via iOS’s !

@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised the cancellation request SR000016EDHX on 27-Aug of my Jio Fibre. Again raised the request to Appellate SR000016LJFZ. Even after following multiple times, device has not been picked up. This is the scam running by Jio. Poor Services.

@reliancejio my fibre connection was faulty SR160000H6GH, NO ONE CAME TO RECTIFY, new agent said dunk the connection, take new, so new con taken. today out of the blue engineer calls sir aapka kuchh problem haii kya? What a resolution I got new conn, Jio added one more subscriber

@JioCare #JioFiber is cheating with the customer. According to jio fiber customer care the refund was initiated on 2nd September..from that day I was listing that within 4 working days the amount will be credited. I want to know in jio fiber's calendar when the 4 working days will come?

Worst customer service award? @reliancejio @JioCare I have 3 fiber connections none working for past 16 hrs. Engineer & Customer service say it will take 24hrs. Really?? in times where everyone is working from home Jio stills says 24 hrs. Really Disappointing SR000016PATZ

@JioCare Awaiting reply. Being a loyal Customer to Jio I expect an immediate resolution. Please don't give me automatic replies. In fact i am a huge Fann of Jio having Jio fiber also for home. I used to recommend to people to have Jio services. Now let's see.

@reliancejio raise complain on Wednesday no one came to resolve this issues. I raised complain many times post that but nothing happened. Also I need an extension of my service as I have paid for 1 month and since Wednesday I am unable to use internet.

@JioCare Have sent you the details in private message. Kindly take care. It is not acceptable that you can't restore a service issue in a Metro city in 3 days. Doubtful about the service in tier2 or tier3 cities. Highly disappointing and good reason to switch to other providers. #JioFiber

Ported to @Airtel_Presence fro RIL JIO for better network coverage but Airtel is worst only getting 26kb ps even my airtel app is not optimised for ios dont know how to sustain 120 days to port back to @reliancejio go beyond ads work on ground.

@JioCare your sales man (Zahir hossain) doing some fraudility. JIO CR said refund has been processed from your end on 3rd 2021 but your sales man (Zahir hossain) has no intension to give the money back to the customer. As i have already told about my problem previous.

@JioCare @Aajadqureshi I recently ported to airtel as i have no network reception at my home, but I'm missing the features of JIO, and i regret my decision of porting to an operator who don't care about their customers issue. Since 22-8-21 till today, almost one month, no incoming and only outgoing.
