Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare I got my connection cancel for jo fiber and refund was to be processed i sent the wrong check but then sent the email with correct format and check still not processed now customer care saying send mail again and i said i already sent let me talk to your manager

@reliancejio @JioCare There's a lot of network issues going on at Warje, Pune. Kindly, look into this ASAP as we have work from home and have to face a lot of consequences due to Jio's poor network. We have Jio sims and router at home and had to switch to airtel due to your frequent issues.

@JioCare @reliancejio My order number is NO0000JQ6D2I. I requested for jio fibre installation. It is keep on rescheduling. Also contacted jio service by email but not getting proper resolution. I didn't expect this kind of service. Either do the installation or give money back!

@JioCare one of the worst carriers.. upgraded my phone and struggling since last 3 days with esim… ran to over 3 Jio stores everyday… but struggling and if they try one day then u have to wait another day till it opens in their system.. worst carrier stay awayinefficient staff

@ViCustomerCare I am not getting even 2g data speed in my area. And my problem is not solved even I called many times at care. Tell me will you fix it or I will port it to @reliancejio just like my 2nd simcard whose speed is satisfactory.
