Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare No another problem with router. Only data is not added. I made frst time payment, no service is update. I made second time payment today, then service updates. Lose my money energy and time Please explain way of working to your customer care service team.

    @JioCare My airfiber No.+913263578457 it's too poor service in my area.Once electricity cut then your jio network not work , this is daily base issue might be this area jio tower Contractor sell tower petrol that is reason this issue is face @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare it seems jio is expert in giving false replies to their customers. Such a big reputed company, n still not paying my 3300 rs shows the poor thinking of them. Corporate robbery of a customer money by a well oiled reputed company. Legal action should be taken against this.

But instead of resolution, I just received an update that my service request is now pushed to April 25.     @Airtel @JioCare provide seamless support. Why can’t @BSNLCorporate match that standard? My parents (65+) live in a village with rising crime. Police advise installing CCTV cameras. I CANNOT install cameras because BSNL won’t fix a basic internet connection.😤 #BSNL #DigitalIndia

    @JioCare My AirFiber connection (No. +913263578457) has very poor service in my area. Every time there is a power cut, the Jio network stops working completely. may be an issue with the local tower backup or maintenance, possibly related to fuel supply. @JioCare @reliancejio
