@JioCare Issue reported on 20 Apr. facing issue well before that..Every one using this tower network are facing same issue. no proper action taken yet. Decommission tower until it works complete and Refund everyone recharge amount. @TRAI @DoT_India please do needful

@JioCare after a recent speed issue on my Jio Fiber connection I contacted customer support but he refused to raise a ticket saying "I'm getting 20Mbps on Wi-fi which is above threshold speed". I have the 150Mbps plan. I want to know if this is really the case.
