@JioCare team just keep on sending their standard response; VoLTE handset, dial 1977 from your Jio number or from a LTE handset, download the JioCall app from Google play store or iOS app store and call 1977 from JioCall app. I am tired of telling that I dont have any signal.

@JioChat @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber trail offer is a total scam by Jio. They say no questions refund offer in ads but it's been more than 2 weeks and 5 calls with multiple escalations to jio support still uninstallation hasn't been done or refund intiatiated. Buyers beware!

@reliancejio @JioCare let me know where is the rule is written in jio that if the owner of the sim card is deceased then his wife or blood relation person cannot take the sim card when we are providing all the documents. But your service centre people are unprofessional.
