Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Unimaginably disappointed by the lack of support. 4th day since I've been begging for a tech visit to resolve Fibre outage. Technician visit automatically gets cancelled on the app and no way to call a number. What do i do when I'm held hostage by my service provider?

    @JioCare for unknown reasons we don't get internet connection dmthru jio fiber from yesterday onwards,it's been till now no one called as ,visited us ,though we raised service request,,still showing to be scheduled in jio app, Some one from your team,plsgelp to resolve quickly,

    @JioCare Customers are paying for stable service, not repeated disruptions and temporary fixes. Please provide a proper permanent resolution instead of vague updates with no ETA or accountability.

    @saaaanjjjuuu Airtel is the worst network since the 3g era! Calling 1800 toll free number on unlimited plan is not allowed! They ask to pay for toll free number calls. Even @BSNLCorporate and Vi is better than them. @reliancejio is the best network for mobile connections though.

    @JioCare It's also a bigger let down because I vouched for JioFiber in the past and got friends and family to take up a connection. Now I feel like a fool who is the only one getting the cold shoulder.

    @JioCare Order No: NO001DEAT7O Ordered a port SIM on 11th May. After waiting 12 days, the delivery agent said the request expired and I must restart the process. Money isn’t the issue — Jio wasted my valuable time with such poor service.

    @JioCare from yesterday my data has been over with in 10 to 20 minute what scham going on . And not connecting with customer care also. Its very big froud se me from yesterday till now i recharged 4 time es 19 rupees but data is lost wdout uses. what is this scm . disappointed

    True. Just switched my WiFi from Jio to Airtel AirFiber. The Jio service was honestly pathetic — constant issues and poor experience overall. Hoping Airtel performs better now. Jio doesn't care @JioCare, change your handle name.
