In such times of WFH when net is vital @reliancejio Fiber goes down every few days and stays down for extended period of time. All that @JioCare representative says is we will send someone to check. But clearly problem isn't local. So what's the point in wasting time on visit?

They don't have to pay taxes and debts on time. If govt running telecos was so good then why did it take Jio to get the vast majority of India online??
