    Hey @JioCare, paid for a 100 Mbps upgrade on May 6th but still stuck at 30 Mbps. Raised complaints, promised technician visits, but no one showed up. Now told my 1-month recharge expires early on May 31st and refused a refund. Terrible service! give my money back."

    @JioCare Ohh my god, i ported to @airtelindia , they are even worse. They are scammer, they show 5G sign and consume 4G daily data limit, i complaint to 198 and they close my complaint before resolving it, and he gave me invalid nodal officer phone number. @airtelindia you are fraud.

    @JioCare I am feeling betrayed while I was complaining since 29 Apr 26 way before suspension of account no resolution was provided now jio wants me to clear dues to provide support which should done earlier @jio don't listen and care their customers. Very pathetic 😔

    @JioCare Rather than giving open ended statements , help with binding ETR. Since last 3 days I have seen 4 official ETRs already, each postponing for 12 hrs !! 🙄🙄

    @JioCare I personally visited JioFiber office, they sent 2 persons to my house, checked and said cable fault, need to replace the cable, they are contract employees, so if I pay extra money they are ready to replace the cable, do I need to pay extra like pribe for solving my problem?

    TODAY IS 5th DAY MY JIO FIBER IS NOT WORKING DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES . As per CUSTOMER CARE THEY WILL NOT REGISTER COMPLAINT NOT GIVE ANY REFUND !!!!! I Recently upgraded my plan to 300 mbps and since then unable to use Wi-Fi due to technical issue. SHAME @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear JioCare For several days we are only receiving “escalated”, “investigating” and “please wait” messages, but the service is still down. Customers need resolution, not repetitive template replies. A company of Jio’s scale taking days to fix a basic fiber issue

    The Infocity area doesn’t have good Jio network connectivity. I complained many times. They said the region has high-rise buildings, so the network is poor. If an IT region doesn’t have good network connectivity, how can anyone even expect good roads? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Strongly suggest everyone to avoid JioFiber. Never seen such poor customer service. Even after continuously following up for the last 2-3 days and sharing all details multiple times, there is still no resolution. Completely disappointing and unprofessional support experience.

    @JioCare Porting is not possible for that particular number as the sim is not working But for sure will port my all 6 airtel numbers to jio In fact just bought a new sim from your store !
