Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Not able to use fiber from last 5 days. Jio promise to resolve issue within 24 hours but my issue not resolved from 3 days.Appointment of Engineer is getting rescheduled again and again.Its quite harassing. complain No SR00001CYID7 on 16/08/22 at 10:26AM.#Jiofiber #jio

    @reliancejio Finally after wasting 1 hour I was connected to a lady who said call after sometime. She was a CS executive but said no one is available now. Absolutely useless service. I don't know my balance even now. Helpless customer.

    @JioCare Your engineers are demanding money for extra wire and their service, that’s what I got from there talks. They are saying they can’t give the wire as Jio doesn’t provide it, and are suggesting to disconnect the connection. Is jio Gone so bankrupt that they cannot afford it ?1/1

    @JioCare New installation, 6 months subscription amount taken, dumb boxes installed, no internet connectivity since last 5 days. Multiple cancellation requests, no one is attending. Treat this to cancel my connection, refund my entire amount

    @JioCare some retailers are providing jio sim on MNP at no cost with 1 month recharge. Are they trustable? Not just jio all networks are available but I need to MNP only on jio. Can you provide the same as I have trust issues with such retailers, may be they misuse our documents.

    @JioCare I know You people never resolve any issues, why because you hired 3rd class road side support people they don't know anything Another thing is you don't have escalation mail id or escalation call transfer,so these people looting customer refund amount Please don't choose jiofiber

    @JioCare I took 3 connections and first recharge was 999 and thereafter I was provided 3 Free recharge monthly vouchers by Jio. During free recharge period Prime Video did not worked and I was told that the same will start with your 4th cash paid recharge but it is not working when paid
