Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio only in automated messages claiming the issue will be resolved within 4 hours, yet no actual solution has been provided till now. Customers pay for reliable service, not repeated false assurances. Kindly resolve this issue urgently and improve customer

    @JioCare I am tired of this. Resolve the problem or else I will now scrap the router and all. This is beyond my patience and pathetic service that you guys are unable to solve a simple problem. Even someone from your side told me to format my device that too I have done . Now I am tired.

    @JioCare Your service support executive and technician both are good for nothing. Rather than attending the complaint they are just rescheduling appointments. I guess now I have to shift to @airtelindia

    @JioCare Your representatives visited our residence yesterday and explicitly assured us that the issue would be attended to and resolved today. However, till now, nobody has turned up, no service has been provided, and there has been absolutely no communication from your side. 2/3

    I lost phone in Netherlands, Contacted @JioCare. Despite all documents given, they take 3 days to respond and it been almost a 3 weeks they are playing with me saying format issue, size issue, update date, all nonsense. It feels so dumb in AI world.#dumb #jio Can't tolerate more

    @JioCare I recharged Rs. 1400 plan in an outdated JioFiber prepaid account of mine that I wasn't using I wanted to recharge in postpaid account only but Jio app showed option to recharge my prepaid account instead I contacted jio support & they are not refunding money Scammers!

    Dear @JioHotstar I am using this OTT from last 5 years as a prime customer but after takeover of Jio reliance i found advertisement issue and nowadays I am adviced to pay extra to avoid advertisement.i.e rs 299/-.so i decided to quit this OTT and say go **** off @reliancejio

    No technician visit no proper response, and the technician number is unreachable. Customer support and even senior executives keep repeating the same scripted lines without taking any actual action. 4 days without internet for a paid service and still noaccountability @JioCare

    When you call customer care service for @JioCare all they know is to act rude, can't answer basic questions, act like unprofessional illiterates . Seriously, how worst a customer care can perform? Untrained, unfit workers in the department.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely disappointed with Jio AirFiber service in Mumbra/Thane area. I’m consistently getting very poor speeds (Download: 0.23 Mbps, Upload: 1.98 Mbps, Latency: 125 ms) despite being connected to WiFi. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #JioComplaint

    @JioCare I have a engineer visit scheduled to be completed by 4PM today because of internet issue. But engineer didn't visit and not responding to my calls. Today I applied leave as facing issues. Tomorrow I need to work for sure. Can u please help-me SR000036R2F7 is my request.
