Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    I had two Jio AirFiber connections installed on 22nd May and 24th May. Today is 3rd July, and I still haven't received my refund. This is the worst service I've ever experienced from Jio. Extremely disappointed with the delay and the lack of proper customer support. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Complaint ID: SR000039LFZV. Repeated complaints, repeated calls, repeated emails—but no real resolution or goodwill compensation. The issue persists despite your acknowledgment. Kindly provide a permanent fix and 1 month complimentary recharge.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Heavely Troubled by no internet from about a week.Local cc promises each day that he will come but doesn't.Very poor service. It's in main city yet this attitude. Fibr Connection Number +915323572051. If it's not getting resolved within 24 hours I am discn.

    @JioCare Jio is no more Jio. Extremely Poor data speed. V r experiencing 2G speed at d so-called 5G network. Complained many times bt no improvement. V r thinking of porting toward @airtelindia . Location: Vasana Road No: 2, At Po: Khedbrahma Dist: Sabarkantha Gujarat- 383255

    Hey @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio I have booked jio fiber installation and paid all the amounts required for booking on 1 July 2026 .my order number is NO0001EC4HD6 I have been told by technician that it will be installed in next 24-48 hours but no one has come yet to install when I call the concern technician he was just telling coming in 15 mins but never comes This is so frustrating that even after paying the booking amount there is no proper support and service being delivered. You are spoiling your reputation

    @JioCare Please keep playing this game.. and I will port my second jio number also to airtel or vi or even bsnl because of slightly better service than jio at this pin code 814152.. now jio has no signal but airtel has full signal.. thank you team jio..

    @JioCare @JioCare It's Arnit and I've lost all confidence in JioFiber. I don't want the connection. Cancel my order (NO0001E0380O) and process a full refund immediately. Delayed installation, ignored calls, and unreachable customer support are unacceptable. Resolve this without any delay

    @JioCare Hi Prakash. I saw that my fiber wire is broken. Monkey's has cut the wire. it's now more than 30 hours no internet connection no service agent visited

    @JioCare I already initiated the cancellation procedure and asked the another service provider for new connection . And i dont recommend jio fibre for my friends and colleagues . Worst service

    Terrible service from Airtel. Inspite of being a Airtel Black member, no follow up. In fact the raised request does not even show up on their portal and their chatbot is of least help. @airtelindia @reliancejio @JM_Scindia

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare , My Jio sim with proper recharge ongoing has stopped working on my phone and other phones as well . I talked with customer care but no support , they instructed me to get a new sim from nearest jio store. But i am not able to reach out to any store.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since 4 days, there is no fibre is not working. Options for raising compliants via app, call are not available. Raise compliant option has been removed from app, after ivr message, voice call ia getting disconnected. There is no medium left to raise issue
