Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare All I am asking is a call from your team. @Airtel_Presence contacted me and asked me to not to share any document as they are able to fix the issue within 12.00 PM today. So if they fix then I will not port as @JioCare response is so bad till now.

    @JioCare recharge done in the morning of 199 in my jio number 8578813897 but only internet is active, calling service in not active till now... Please look into it

    Does JIO has any control over its employee or JIO has kept them only to collect money for new connection. When we apply for new connection the same day JIO employee comes to collect installation fee but they can not come for cancellation. Wow. What a service!@reliancejio

    @reliancejio the worst customer care support when it comes to resolving customer issues. I ordered a set top box and scheduled the delivery on 2nd October 11-12 in the morning and after 2 days and unlimited calls to @JioCare i haven’t been appointed a technical for installation.

    What kind of service is being provided by JIO ? I have requested for my Old JIO fiber cancellation almost a month ago. All I get is message and email that such and such are coming for unistallation from at least a week but no one has yet visited. @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

    @JioCare Disgusting there so many connections are active in this area and in my building also. Connection are still giving to fresh customers in this area and you are saying service is not yet started.. Update the data in jio app and check that above pic @JioCare @reliancejio

    Poor customer care experience from @Airtel regarding broadband shifting. There is a difference in SLA ranging from 3 days to 7 days, reference number - 137912752, If not resolved I will have to shift to Jio Fibre Nitin 7903100040 @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho Can anyone help me cancel eSIM activation request cancelled placed online so that i can directly activate it at store. Told to wait for 7 days. Don't you think in that I can switch to airtel and have new SIM activated? Very unplesant experience..😔😔

    @JioCare As I told my friends and group members about they also said it's really bad now thay will not going to buy this device. As I asked my youtuber friend about it he said I am going to definately making a video about it so people can get aware of these kinds of fraud.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Nothing works on jio care for relocation. iOS app, webpage, call centre etc. With great difficulty managed with android phone. Managed to register CO0000EZAAJ8 but their team says cannot execute. Totally hopeless service.

    No wonder @airtelindia and @TataSkyBinge are much more accepted as they provide a quick resolution time as they believe in customer satisfaction by resolution at earliest. Also the msgs from @reliancejio is your technician has been scheduled, when ?? 100 yrs later. #frustrating

    @JioCare @Paytm This is the second time when recharge amount deducted from my account and I didn't got recharge benefits. I have tried to contact #Jio & #Paytm But there is no option to speak with customer care. #StopLootingCustomer.
