Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio my jio fiber speed is less than a tortoise walk. And you did not appoint anyone for your customer care only computer generate voice respond if you not improve speed,me along with 17 other jio fiber in my area will switch to any other network service provider.

@reliancejio I've 8 mobile connections of Jio in my family, Now I decided to port all the numbers, firstly I'll do this with my number in the first week of March 2021, I'm fed up with this low network and slow internet speed, complained many time but yet no solution from you
