Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @Vijay5830 My Jio SIM got deactivated. I'm in Maharashtra, but Jio says I must go to Delhi, where I got the SIM, to fix it. Spending ₹5000+ just to reactivate a SIM is ridiculous. Why can't any Jio store handle this?

    @reliancejio @JioCare #FTTH services are not working properly from last 2 three days I reported this to near #jiooffice but no action taken. We paid for three months in advance and we are not expecting this kind of services. 451224

    @reliancejio I never expected our own Indian company for whom we have so much trust/ respect.Please intervene. Service of Jio is at stake. Surprisingly, Jio took one year subscription& suspend one month advance instead of one month additional srvc @mukeshambani566 @AmbaniKaVansaj

    @JioCare @SahilLohchab11 How is that even justified? Calling every 5 minutes. There must be a government body to ensure safe and fair customer service practice to keep these goons in check.

    @JioCare Hi, I ordered a new SIM card on 26th May and this would be the third connection of Jio at home. But till now no one has delivered the SIM and 3 calls made to the Jio Care has not changed the situation. Order number is NO00015F4KLT Please help to expedite

    @reliancejio Attention to People out there ! Jiofibre is a scam. You should pay more money but not fall for this scam. They will loot you, will ghost you, will not provide any service and will not refund money for months. @JioCare fraud

    @JioCare @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Despite repeated followups my issue is not resolved.Field engineers asking bribe for installation and till now my installation is pending since I didn’t pay them. I am a customer of jio since it launched.

    @JioCare Thanks it’s already 8 pm now, I don’t think it’s possible today. It would have been better if your customer support had told me when I called thrice. Please review. If it’s not relocated by tomorrow then I will cancel my plan as it impacts my work badly. Please help

    @DoT_India Please help! NRI customer's number got suspended and @JioCare insists physical presence the only possible way for activation stating DoT guidelines. It's my wife's first and only India number that's linked to literally everything including Aadhaar, Banks, Investment.

    @JioCare This is completely unacceptable. I never requested any reschedule. I have been continuously following up for the last 10 days because my internet is not working properly. Why would I postpone an engineer visit when I am the one suffering due to this issue?

    @reliancejio @RelianceDigital Purchased an AC on 28 May 2026 with a commitment of next-day installation. It's been 3 days, multiple follow-ups, and still no resolution. This AC was urgently needed due to my child's health condition, but seems to mean nothing. pathetic & shameles

    @JioCare No its not because of any technical reasons. Received the call from engineer and he asked me to call customer care and get someone else assigned for this job saying that he doesn't do relocation work. @jagograhakjago this is ridiculous. I've already paid the bill until 10th May.

    @SahilLohchab11 @JioCare Jio has always been like this! Airtel is not perfect, but at least it cares, provides customer support & resolve issues when you face them, not like Reliance that just wants your money and basically tells us to go to hell

    @JioCare After recharge, Jio continued consuming the main plan instead of the ₹39 pack. I called customer care immediately and was told: “Don’t worry, the 3-day validity is just formal/technical. Your add-on won’t expire and will be used later.” I trusted that statement.

    @JioCare @reliancejio fraud company,i paid the bill still didn’t receive the service.When raise complaint,my number was blocked instead of resolving the issue.This is what happen when you destroy the market and consumers are left having to beg for the service they already deserve
