Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @airtelindia please teach or send somebody for complaint handling training at @JioCare they don’t know for what purpose SR was raised and telling me that appointment is scheduled. Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.

    @JioCare bastards your fiber is dead since yesterday morning. Engineer visit was rescheduled without my consent and the visit didn’t even resolve the issue. Your customer care is also **** and can’t do anything about it.

    @reliancejio @RanveerOfficial I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    Someone called from @jio_fiber called and said 'will send someone and attend to your problem. Well nobody came. @reliancejio should I escalate to your seniors? Many of them live in our society and it is easy to reach...to start your CFO. Then there are others. NOBODY HAS COME... but the team has the audacity to say 'your problem is solved as of now'. Really? How am I tweeting? I am using my @Airtel_Presence hot spot. Reliance has a better social media team, and a poor ground team to fix problems.

    @JioCare @Akash_Ambani I am sure such wouldn't be the intention of the company but look at it from the customer end and this doesn't look like customer centricity. This may as well pass for company centricity. You wouldn't want CX to mean that I understand. @JioCare

    @JioCare There is no point in sharing the same message again n again if you can't resolve the issue for NRIs. Why are you asking the details? What's the point? And btw I have shared the info before but no resolution. Do you consider my problems I'm going to face with banks?

    @JioCare Don't send me a message in DM saying my problem is resolved. It is not. When it is resolved, I will tweet saying 'OMG at last.....' AS OF NOW AT 21:33 on 1st July, it is not resolved.

    @JioCare Can you please confirm how much time is within technician visit timings? because today is the 3rd day without internet and service was raised on 30 June itself, yet no-one is appointed. very disappointed with your service

    Dear @JioCare My brother's Jio SIM has been deactivated because it wasn't recharged on time. He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you

    @JioCare everyday all the time there is outage in my area (Pathankot, Punjab) - I don't see any compensation in your bills when the outage lasts for days. This is absurd and frankly extremely frustrating. If you can't handle any of it, do i need to switch to airtel?

    Absolutely pathetic customer service. @reliancejio has made it nearly impossible to speak to a human customer care executive by forcing customers through an AI agent, even for simple queries. I only wanted information about porting out my number, but there was no way to reach a real person. The irony? The moment I generated a port-out request, I was bombarded with retention calls. So, there are plenty of human agents available when Jio fears losing a customer, but none when a customer genuinely needs support. I currently have two Jio mobile connections and one JioFiber connection. After this experience, I'm seriously considering disconnecting all three. A company that values customers only when they are leaving doesn't deserve their loyalty. If this is Jio's idea of customer service, it has failed completely. Stop hiding behind AI and start providing real human support. Customer retention starts with good service not desperate calls after customers decide to leave.
