Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

The worst customer support i ever had in my life. The customer support executive always transfers the calls but i seldom get any solution. My friend has been living in indore he has registered various complaints regarding the same issue and got no solutions. @reliancejio

@JioCare Your home delivery of SIM is a joke being played on customers. I have applied thrice for number port to Jio post paid Mobile SIMs for 4 numbers on family plan but your service providers gave silly reasons everytime for not delivering SIMs.

Worst service provider of Internet. This is how u going to feel us pick pocketing on paying rentals for no service. Internet is not working with jaint network provider. Same in u Jio network @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare

A friend of mine is tired because of @JioCare. I recommend him Jio Fiber now he's facing issue with the jio fiber. He had opted for prepaid connection but he is being charged for postpaid. Speed is another issue he is facing. He's planning to switch to @Airtel_Presence now!
