    @reliancejio Today, I received a call from Jio Customer Service. Because my number had not been recharged, a female customer service representative spoke to me in a rude and discourteous manner; she told me, "If you aren't going to recharge, then just disconnect the number.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio what are the next steps now. I have paid INR 1200 for the relocation and when i tried to talk to customer care, IVR abruptly hung the call informing cancellation is done. What about my refund? Or relocation request? What should i do next?

    @JioCare it’s been 7 days since Internet connectivity is down and no response from your engineering support. Your IVR won’t let me talk to an executive, juts parroting the like that “Inconvenience is regretted…”. Extremely disappointing.

    My Jio Airfiber service is down for last night. Internet is not working. Service request requested today in the morning at 5:30. Engineer assigned, but got no response. Still having the internet issue. Worst experience with jio airfiber. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio Customer care person confirmed that refund is not complete and raised SR000036UVAR. There is no update further. Also I m not able to track this SR as I am not customer yet. Please update on ticket and refund status ASAP. What is the problem and cause of not refunding?

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a stupid clown customer care service are you running. I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber (+8197494132) is not working since installation(20+ days) multiple calls & complaints, but no resolution. Technician confirmed no tower coverage in my area. Complaint:SR000036PK1B. Extremely poor service, no support, and no accountability. Avoid Jio Airfiber
