Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Almost 24 hours have passed but we are still not given any solution for the above issues of basic service like 4g internet and calling. You raised SR and your team has closed SR without any solution. Why raised SR? if you do not want to resolve customer issues

    @JioCare @reliancejio 12+ days without JioAirFiber. Only one engineer visited, admitted the tower issue, then disappeared. Multiple complaints, zero resolution, no follow-up. Stop giving fake ETAs and fix the service. #JioAirFiber #Faridabad

    Dear @JioCare My brother's Jio SIM has been deactivated because it wasn't recharged on time. He is currently in the USA pursuing his Master's degree and cannot travel to India. We contacted customer care, and they suggested verification through a video call. However, when we visited the Jio Store, they refused, saying the account holder must be present in person. Could you please help us with an alternative process to reactivate the SIM remotely? It is urgent as the number is linked to important services. Thank you

    @JioCare since 2 days ,jio fibre not working, it's blinking red.. The jio engineer visit is also cancelled by yourself today without resolving the issue .... disappointed 😡

    .@JioCare Your service is very poor in #Bhubaneswar City of Odisha. Many a times the internet speed is extremely low. Now the 5G is working at 3G speed. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

    @JioCare I have recharged my number with 500 rs and this package facilitate 14 ott app but these apps are not working. Customer care advisor 3 time tell me that half an hour will work But till now not working

    Very disappointing service from @JioCare. I recharged my Jio number with the ₹859 prepaid plan that clearly includes JioHotstar, but the subscription has not been activated. Customers shouldn't have to chase support after paying for a plan. @hotstar #Jio #JioHotstar

    @JioCare @airtelindia please teach or send somebody for complaint handling training at @JioCare they don’t know for what purpose SR was raised and telling me that appointment is scheduled. Rest all were assuring me for processing refund asap. This means it’s simply a revert and no action.

    @JioCare, this is the worst service I’ve dealt with. My STB request (SR000039RZK9) has been pending since June 29th. I’ve called 5 times in 2 days, and I’m sick of hearing ‘engineer will come.’ No one shows up. Stop wasting my time and fix it now. I’m extremely frustrated.

    @JioCare @JioCare My recharge is about to expire in 4 days, I have faced issue from last 90 days, that's what I recharged in my Jio Number. You said you'd solve in few days on 26 Apr. Still there is no sign of network improvement, I am porting to another network. Worst Experience in Jio

    @JioCare Your customer support is a joke. Instead of fixing my connection, your so called helpline doesn't even give me an option to report my issue. keeps asking me to press 1 to get a new connection, there's literally no option to speak to someone, hope tesla eats your market
