Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @JioCare are you guys even reading the issue the end customer is facing or what I have mentioned in the earlier replies router is showing green light but this kind of speed is not acceptable. You guys just copy and paste the same reply to every tweet. Ridiculous@jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Order ID: NO0001CNB8RU KYC completed, but no installation or technician visit till now. This delay is unacceptable. Cancel my order immediately and process full refund. Share cancellation confirmation and refund timeline NOW.

    @hotstar_helps @JioCare I started the set-top box service on Apr 4 26 Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visitee the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issue

    @JioCare PLOT TWIST from @JioCare They cancelled my relocation request because - wait for it - I am "NOT INTERESTED". I. Called. Every. Day. For. 10. Days. This is the quality of Jio's support team. Making up closure reasons to bury tickets and keep your advance money. @TRAI this needs attention. #JioFraud

    @CameriRoss @t_u_r_v_a_s_h10 @JioCare I have installed Airtel, and it is working fine. However, my refund from Jio is still pending. I will never recommend Jio to anyone and will consider porting or closing all Jio SIMs in my family.

    @JioCare Major reason behind cancellation is long time air fiber outage and i wasn't able to request for service , when i tried to connect on call it automatically drops and message of outage comes , facing these issues from past few months.

    @JioCare Issue reported on 7th April. Today it is 13th April. Technician visited one time early last week and informed they will be back again additional items. They did not return for 5 days! You can check the details in my ticket and multiple calls.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Cable broken, complaint filed at dawn, engineer confirmed 10-11 AM — never showed up, just excuses. This happens EVERY time, takes 2-3 days to fix. Pathetic service! Fix it NOW. #JIOFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare @JioCare , I already got confirmation , the order was cancelled and I will receive the refund in 7 days . This was 2 weeks before . I have provided the order number also in the Dm . Now you are starting from the scratch.this issue is about refund. Very poor service

    @reliancejio Hi Shirisha, GST is not my concern as I have always paid it. My issue is why I am being asked to pay ₹470 again when I already paid ₹706.82 today The extra ₹200 should be adjusted in the next cycle, not charged twice. @reliancejio @JioCare
