Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have cancelled req for jio fiber on 7th aug as i didn't liked it. It's been 10 days since my router and other things have not been picked up! I have to call jio customer care daily and they set appointment but no one visits for a pickup! Horrible XP! #jio

The speed is so bad that I had to wait 5 minutes for this tweet to post. @reliancejio @JioCare I even restarted my mobile, turned on and off the airplane mode. Tried every troubleshooting way yet no result. Your in-app customer support is also of no use. #jiodown #nointernet
