Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Still no refund after 14+ months. At this point, it clearly feels like Jio is not serious about resolving customer issues and does not value long-term customers. Despite repeated follow-ups, proof of payment, bank confirmation, service request, and multiple assurances from you1/3

    @JioCare 20 days without internet! My Jio Fiber has been down since April 11th despite having a valid 6-month plan. Technicians visited but offered no solution, and now your customer care is completely unreachable. Extremely disappointed. Please resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare This is unacceptable.I recharged the ₹349 5G plan,but I still cannot even use 1 GB in a single day. This has been happening for months. Every time I try to raise a complaint in the Jio app,it shows“sorry, we have some problem".That is not my problem. Fix this urgent.

    @JioCare Applied for jio sim, did 50 rs payment to reserve matching num & 349 rs recharge 12th Apr. And still I haven't received the sim card. Have explained this to customer care 3 times. Order num: NO00015D5DHF. Please refund my money now, don't need the sim anymore.

    @JioCare Landed at Chicago airport. Bought 250 GB last night before flying from Mumbai. In 2 hours I get a message that my data is exhausted while on WhatsApp your bot says I’ve 250 GB. What’s going on? Is this how @reliancejio works by frauding us? @AshwiniVaishnaw pl help.

    @JioCare for the past 4 days im trying to get a new jio connection but ur local area manager is absolutely horrible. He took the money upfront for 3 moths within 6 hrs but stopped all communication after that. Get someone to contact me asap for the connection

    @JioCare @JioCare , I want to log a request for disconnection of Fiber. Fibre connection is down for more than five days without resolution. When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.

    @Kamaleshganu @JioCare Wrost Service 👺 I am also facing the same problem with my Jio AirFiber connection. Almost every day there is slow speed or no network, and outages are very frequent. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Please fix this issue as soon as possible and provide stable service.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Its the 8th day i have been complaining for my jio fibre.But no engineer have visited to solve the issue.Lets see if they are coming first or i will change the connection first.Everyone executive from your care is only saying give us some time. No solution
