Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare I have Jio fiber connection and got ott subscriptions with the current package. But did not received login id and password for that. Customer care number and chat bot is useless. You guys call many times before taking connection but after that customer can hear only IVR

@ViCustomerCare and @reliancejio please sort this. I have no network in sim from last 3 days I ported out from JIO to VI 2 months ago and paid the advance payment. No dues my account as per JIO website but still VI is saying something is pending with JIO Can we sort this?
