Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Dear @JioCare sending msgs with a request to cancel port out doesn't help now bcz I'm done with your services & chose @airtelindia. You could hv focused on solving data issue rather than sending msgs asking to cancel port out. Anyway thanks for providing low cost data.

@JioCare , Your network went away before the #CycloneTaukte and it still isn't working. Electricity board #PGVCL resolves issues faster than you. Already been 3 days without JIO. @Airtel_Presence is working fine.

@kpankh @JioCare This issues comes when power supply is down may be your tower care taker not using generator to supply the network in this area. Tower location is karimuddinpur, dist ghazipur 233225. network is kind of essential service always.

@JioCare Then why you are mentioning such terms and conditions as you can see in the above screenshot shared it says "VOICE IS ALWAYS FREE" WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS @reliancejio isn't it a huge framing error as that means in case of any recharge the customer can make voice calls.

@Airtel_Presence 2 landline connection 1 postpaid connection still you charge me with late payment fees when there is lockdown & all commercial spaces are closed. Simply wow ! I think I'll switch to @JioCare i guess being a loyal customer doesn't get rewarded.
