Siddharth Jain (@siddharth42k) reported@JioCare The engineer visited few mins and back and resolved the issue in less than minutes. He said that the fibre got folded somewhere outside. It is very unfortunate that we had to suffer for 4 days for an issue which could have been solved in 5 mins.

Also the app is the pits in terms of being effective and is the worst part of your phone service. Please do something about it.
