Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare No is asking for 5G internet, but first provide good and reliable 4G service. The current 4G network is not satisfactory. Fix 4G properly before asking for or promoting 5G. Thank you!

    @JioCare Nothing has been done yet. It's still the same and fixed replies from your time. Everytime I call customer care, they update the resolution time and then nothing happens. This should get solved by tomorrow or I am filling case against you in customer court.

    @JioCare @GeminiApp Hi @JioCare, DM is not opening from my side. I did ₹899 recharge for Google Gemini AI, but it’s still not activated. I contacted customer care multiple times, but no resolution or complaint ID was given. This is disappointing. Please resolve this urgently or update here.

    Really disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. Promised 100 Mbps on Jio AirFiber, but currently not even getting 10 Kbps. Tried calling support, but only automated messages and calls get disconnected, no way to reach a real executive.

    @reliancejio , @JioCare has crossed the height of being the worst service provider. It’s been more than 3 days and what a customer gets is useless service . Don’t wish to continue with your service anymore.

    @JioCare Installation completed and service cannot be resumed due to installation glitch made by the technician. It cannot be rectified and service can't be activated at any cost as confirmed with the local JIO office. I need my refund that I have paid for the installation
