Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio @JioCare i have raised a service request for internet connection issue. Service request was raised and allocated to a person who is on leave. And when I come to know in called on tall free number but there is no option to speak with care executive.

    @JioCare So, effectively I have got only around 2 days of actual internet over the period of 10 days. This too in a Metropolitan city like Chennai. Either cancel my internet connection and refund my remaining service advance, or fix these persistent issues for once and all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paying for 30 Mbps but getting only 3-7 Mbps! Multiple complaints ignored. Engineers loop-reschedule visits, and tickets get closed automatically without any resolution. Fix this scam!🔴 Current Open SR: SR00003BQCJ9

    @JioCare JioFibre Internet issue from the morning , no engineer visits till now . Still waiting without internet. Worst service. Customer Care said we cannot do anything you need to wait.

    @JioCare Asked for DM of details which I sent. NOW THEYVE PUT MY REQUEST ON HOLD! WHY???? Outage every month, minimum 3-4 days for complaint resolution. JIO IS MAKING A FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. You pay for 12 months, but get only 11 months of service!

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia U can't switch, Becoz vi and bsnl doesn't offer better speeds compared to Jio and Airtel And coverage might be poor too. If ur area has good coverage you are good to go. Check twice thrice before switching....

    I tried multiple opinions on call but I hered only advertisement of your products and not resolution of my issue. How can you assign a service request to a person on leave??? All chat messengers are also showing non sense answers. Realy DISGUSTING experience wih @JioCare service

    Very disappointed with @JioCare. I paid ₹10,000 on 20-06-2026 for a JioFiber Smart Society Plan, but still not activated. No KYC has been completed, Despite multiple follow-ups and emails to Customer Care, I haven’t received any response on my email either. @reliancejio @TRAI

    Received a call from +91 77357 20684 for a Jio Fiber connection. Paid ₹4,443.46 + ₹863 on 17 July 2026, but no installation has been done and the person is not responding. Request **@JioCare** to investigate and resolve this issue. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights @jio_fiber
