Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Hi @JioCare JioFiber has been down in Pilani (333031, Jhunjhunu) since 20th April. No proper resolution yet, only repeated delay messages. This is unacceptable. Fix this ASAP.

    @JioCare Worst service and customer care possible been trying to reach these retards for a week via multiple ways but these stupid people aren't responding to a single query u can't call customer care and now there is a temporary network congestion for a week nice 24/7 assit

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber installation is delayed beyond the scheduled time (Order No: NO0001CYEHA2). No technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable. Kindly install immediately or cancel and initiate full refund. Urgent action needed.

    @reliancejio applied for new sim card on 18/04. still not delivered. spoke with customer care 3 times and every time they keep saying "it will be delivered by today". but NO USE!.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am not getting 5g in your router. Both bands just show 2.4ghz. Had registered complaint 3 days back & was promised an engineer visit which never happened. Called your customer care again & phone was disconnected on my face. Is this how you treat customers?

    @SamsungIndia @JioCare, I am unable to connect to the 5G network on my Samsung Galaxy M35 5G despite all settings being correct (5G Preferred, Battery Saving Off, Location On). The phone stays on LTE/LTE+ only. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. #SamsungGalaxyM35

    Everytime electricity get cut Jio network problem starts. From 5g to 4g and you can't even send a WhatsApp message. Many times i complain about this but no actions from Jio. They just ensure me that it's just a matter of time but nothing changes till now. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.

    @JioCare is there any issue in cancellation also? I have raised an SR for cancellation and refund on 14th April and I was informed that the resolution will be before 21st Apr before 03:02 PM. but no feedback received. customer care also putting my call on hold and disconnecting. #jio

    @JioCare And for that very reason u need to open the suspended account , u should stop the service not suspend the whole account if someone forgets!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India My Jio Fiber internet has been down since 17.04.2026. No resolution till date. Technician visited once but never returned, and repeated calls went unanswered. Another visit was assured, but no one came. appellate authority
