Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Sir, I don’t think you understand. So many appointments have been made by Jio but no one is visiting my house. During sales Jio offers so much but when it’s time for customer service, it’s always really really bad. This happens always and your people don’t reply properly as well

    @reliancejio I have given a relocation service request almost 12 days back and it yet to get resolved A/c no : 04843576375 , ph : 9847708030. Contacted customer service multiple times and they have no solution and i need to pay rent for your service delay. It’s pathetic

    @JioCare days i decided to give him 200 but he is not ready to take 200. He needs 400 and he asked me to give complaint to CC and get it done when my turn comes. This is how your service is. Worst customer service i have seen in my entire life. Shame on your service and people..

    @anshul24mehta I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
