Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.
