Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare I am residing in mumbai andheri and from last 3 days I don,t have wifi at my place, number of time i called ur customer care. they told me in my area there are issue. But my nxt door neighbors are using Jio fiber wifi. such a useless connection and services.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have paid for 1 year of unlimited calls and daily 2gb internet. I rarely use the internet but when I do, it takes me back to 2010. It is that slow. It is supposed to be 4g or 2g? Sometimes it is not even that. Please look into it.
