Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Since you don't provide such an option in your contact support. I Know how much data I am consuming and how long my plans are gonna last. You don't need to beat drums every hour. AI should simplify things instead of making humans look stupid @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare If you are experiencing issues, then it is not consumer’s problem. Are you gonna move forward the billing by the number of days/hours the OTT apps are not working??? If you can’t build a stable system then please shut down the company!

@reliancejio I surrendered my Jio broadband on 31/03/22. Returned the devices on 15/04/22 only after numerous follow ups with your team. It has been >90 days since then & 20+ emails with @JioCare & appellate team but no resolution. Just want to ask - does Jio care at all?
