  Jio @worst service @JioCare @reliancejio. Every time I want to talk to any executive, the automated calls ends in nowhere whether call at 199 or 1991 or toll free number. U guys think that customer will have same problem as u illustrates in automated calling.

  @JioCare Pls avoid standard replies. Handset service center cannot resolve norton software issues. I am an IT software professional & your reply is not the solution. Norton Security requires a software patch for IOS 15 to rectify this.

  @JioCare #Jio has lost their edge in tech,no longer remote #Jiofiber support is working/no remote troubleshooting of issues done/call center seems to be outsourced/they are sending engineers to verify than doing any verification remotely/back to #MTNL ways of working/

  other operator like @JioCare & @airtelindia still have networks and calls can be made but @ViCustomerCare doesn't have single bar of network.. this is not done at all.. there's a limit to being harassed.
