Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi jio team, please fix your My jio app database. My Samsung S21Fe 5g is not showing incompatible in My jio app for 5g usage in kanpur. But 5g is enabled in my phone and software update already came for 5g ready. Do some work on this ASAP.

@JioCare your internet doesn't work accepted. Now why is there so much issue while making and getting calls ? When someone calls me my number is always not reachable then i have to toggle flight mode to and fro then i start to get calls,.

@reliancejio @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Worst network coverage in Kushinagar Airtel and ajio charging so much for recharge and data not providing the due service. TRAI must have something in place to penalize them for poor service.
