Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Wow, completely ignored by @JioCare. Should I just cancel my port-in request? If your service is this much of a nightmare before I even join, I can't imagine how trash it is later. Your IVR is utterly useless. Do your job and resolve my pending port-in immediately! 😡🚫 #Jio

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Internet has been down/not functioning properly, causing disruption to work and daily activities. Customer support has failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. Requesting immediate intervention and a permanent fix. @JioCare

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber your services are so - so bad in my area since 2023 it shows 5g but barely matches the speed of 3g is so so so bad I am so disappointed. A year ago we brought airfiber which worked fine till now and we are facing the same problems again ...

    @JioCare since 2 days i am visiting the store in mg marg gangtok sikkim for esim issue. First day around 2.30 pm i reached the shop, he had already left. Today again I got reply he was not feeling well so left early. Lakhs of customer have n u can't keep few more technicians?

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani your team failed to resolve the issue, even after several follow ups. Plz do let me, can U able to manage with a minute without network? If no, six days passed & now 7th day added. How I am going 2 manage? Its impacts my work and indirectly my finance.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, it's been 3+ days without JioFiber service and there has been no actual resolution despite repeated assurances. Please share the exact reason for the outage, the expected restoration time, and details of compensation for the downtime. This delay is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare despite putting more than 15 emails to jio and higher authority but getting a auto-generated email which might be the jio policy I have given every details From SR NO to my name and contact no but this auto generated emai irritate me. Worst ever service.

    No response from your side, iam frustrated, called him several times not picking, is this my job to call him daily for the past 1month though given my money, worst service, brought tv a month ago, no service till, u r not jiocare u r bekar @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare No focus on complains.If a recharge of a customer is goig to end/ended #jio team try to contact them many times in a day and force them to #recharge their phone by afraiding them and telling them to close their number. Their call started 2 days before...

    @BSNLCorporate so Bharat Sanchar Nigam Service limited is currently not available in Capital Delhi. So strange, how private telecom services are dominating the govt telecom service in Delhi capital where BSNL is supposed to be more effective :) @airtelindia @JioCare
