Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @consumerforum_ JIO is not responding to my service request and also not accepting request for discontinuation. Being a consumer I feel like harrasment and cheated. Not able to work because of wifi issue. Please help.

    @JioCare Ideally you should only charge me on pro rata basis till yesterday i.e. when I submitted the stb rather than forcing me to pay on last plan for whole of this month and the 399 plan active since that what I want! Guess what customer wants doesn't matter so much to u guys @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Look, even if your 5G isn't stable..and honestly, your 5G network doesn't work properly in any village anyway..at least provide decent 4G! Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL are much better than you in this regard.

    @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal @AJIOLife backend. So as per me someone from customer care shared my details to that scammer and probably its that customer care representative with whom I talked yesterday, so please check who is the culprit. I am really very scared and disappointed and i will never trust AJIO now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is a very poor network, there is always a call to recharge, but when it comes to speed, you people do not pay attention to it, and waste the customer's money and time.

    @JioCare I hv checkdDM bt no SR raised so far. I m failed 2 understand wats stopping u 2 raise SR or arange visit 4m enginer? JIO app & CC on ph diagnosed issue, bt d real problem is no one wanted to resolve it. Let me knw y i dont get refund if i surender connection as its nt working?

    @reliancejio Now as its plan is expired suddenly when I am calling to jio customer care, they asked to recharge first, Even during recharge due to cred issue I lost 2 150/- voucher.

    @JioCare Update: @JioCare New ticket SR00003BKXKH which was open put on hold without my consent. Issue still unresolved. It seems your field engineers run the show and don't bend to JioCare's authority. Pathetic service. @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, my JioAirFiber (100 Mbps plan) becomes unusable every day between 6 PM and 11 PM. Internet is extremely slow or completely unavailable. My Jio 5G SIM also performs poorly at home, but works normally just 500–800 meters closer to the tower. Signal quality at my (1)

    @imYadav31 Tbh I was consistent with my @airtelindia for more thn 10year but 2 mnth ago despite of raising 100 of complaint nosolution provided store had excuse that my sim port is damaged that's why am unable 2 use but as soon I switch to @reliancejio I got my resolution & quality net.

    @JioCare Need help. My JioFiber includes Individual YouTube Premium. My 13-year-old son is in my Google Family, so Google only lets me upgrade to YouTube Premium Family. But Jio won't let me cancel or delink the bundled Premium. Please help.
