@reliancejio ur services hv really dropped, unable to use d internet as speed is pathetic since long. Same goes with the calling. Neither @Airtel_Presence is able to provide the even manageable service, thinking of switching both my number to @ViCustomerCare

@JioCare Hello. I got recharged my jiofiber account with Rs 999. But, I didn't got the benefits. You ppl do not have people for replying mails, neither chats, nor calls. What a user is supposed to do. everything you have is automated. This is not the service one aspects from jio.
