Customer care for @JioCare is the worst i have come accross with. Amount for #JioFiber recharge was double deducted, i am trying to raise a complaint & have wasted one hour for the same. I have tried App Help section, online chat and have tried calling their customer care.

@JioCare there is no jio network in village halalpur pin 131103 since last 2 hours. this is regularl issue, daily there is no coverage for couple of hours between 11 am and 3pm.
