Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare I have been complaining since December 2019 almost more than 1 year till date still no improvement in internet speed thought network coverage is good. Paulpatty road silapathar opposite of sunshine nursery school. Pin-787059. Landmark- Santoshi Mata Mandir.

Jio service was good at the first and slowly it started buffering and slowing down the speed some time it has full signal but the internet stop working so if that issue is not fixed then Jio will lose 13 coustemer and many in the future so fix and try to provide better @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks a lot for responding. I would like to terminate my account with jio. Which was already done by jio. Now I would like to pick my device from my new address and not the old address, and refund my deposit amount. I know I will not be given any money for my current plan.

@TRAI make a rule for all telecom operators who are claiming 4G speed They have to give minimum a fix and certain speed For example if they provide below 10mbps it will be violation of 4G rules policy Why always customers suffer ? @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

Poor service for jio care they still require physical id. I just went to reactivate my e-sim now i dont require jio happy with airtel. Atleast they are now working paper less. @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia #jiosucks
