Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare I called @JioCare to resolve an issue, and right after that, someone activated a 'Call Bomber' on my number! Never expected such a pathetic and harassing experience from your customer support. How did Jio's service degrade to this level? Investigate and resolve this immediately!

    @reliancejio I am extremely dissatisfied with the persistent connectivity issues on my Jio SIM. Despite raising a formal complaint, the problem remains entirely unresolved. I am experiencing frequent call drops and incredibly slow data speeds,which are disrupting my daily work.

    @JioCare If you buy an incorrect plan which cannot work for you, what would u do? Cancel it & buy the correct plan, right? Boom, there is no such option in India telecom sector. You will not get refund for the services u did not use, but again pay extra to get correct plan. @TRAI

    @JioCare The problem is still not fixed. Constant network fluctuation and poor internet service are causing serious inconvenience. Please provide an actual resolution and timeline.

    @JioCare I’ve already shared the location details multiple times, yet the issue remains unresolved. The network is still unstable and internet service is unusable most of the time. If this continues, I will port my number to Airtel soon. Kindly resolve this issue immediately.

    @JioCare It has been one week, no one visited and no one fixed my issue. I am just asking for help and you guys just create a ticket and on the next day marking it closed without giving any solution. I already asked for an engineer visit to fix but it has been more than 6 times of ticket.

    @JioCare I have been nothing but patient for the last few days but it is impossible to speak to a customer support representative from Jio. The call never connects and disconnects after saying there is network congestion in my area. I want to cancel my Jio AirFiber subscription right now.

    @JioCare so after 6 long year after repeatedly complaining about the network issue in my residence no 5g or proper 4g even .... No resolution done by your network team going back to Airtel again thanks jio for World class poor service....

    Booked Airfiber on 1st May and made the payment Due to no signal in our area, it was cancelled but I did not receive the refund yet. Followed up many times with the agent. Poor refund policy @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare What’s the point of asking for DM when there’s no real progress? Sharing details privately doesn’t help if the issue still remains unresolved. It has been almost 3 days, and a basic JioFiber issue is still not fixed. Utterly disappointed with the service. #jiofiber #customercare

    Hey @JioCare it’s been 3 days I requested for JioAirFiber connection and made payment for the same. Since then there is no update, your customer support team is automated and useless, the agents assigned gone switched off after payment. Do u really have infrastructure ready ?

    Pathetic network service from Jio. The signal keeps switching between 4G and 5G every few seconds and the internet barely works. Charging premium prices for such unstable connectivity is unacceptable. Stop the fake True 5G claims and fix the network first. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @ViCustomerCare Recently i switch to @reliancejio .better network & speed. Vi has no 5G in my area. And extra pay 50 rupees to get unlimited 4G. Jio speed is fine 490mbps.

    @JioCare This is a general reply, I have given date wise payment vs service/ plan period, where I was wrong, tell me , as per ur X msg dated 11-05-26 Rs 824.82 is as advance which need to adjust in current billing Please show me the same how it's adjusted with detailed working
