Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    another time slot for 15th oct. @JioCare who swears to solve our issues within 24 hrs is making me wait full 7 days i.e. 168 hrs for internet. My whole business is on hold they live without a care in this world. Solve my issue till tomorrow or you can come get your damn wifi back

    @JioCare One of your customer executive has told me that we can reactivate it but couple of your executives said we can not get that number and asked me to get new number I wrote emails to support email but I haven't got any proper response. Can you assist me on this.

    @reliancejio Since there was a network issue the whole day i.e on 11/10/2022 will the company extend a the validity of our monthly pack by a day or will it jus brush aside this issue.. Hope Jio take this into consideration…

    @JioCare @reliancejio Was the 5G trial rollout news fake / hype? I am in Kolkata with latest 5g phone, with a recharge pack of ₹2397. Did not get 5g welcome offer yet. Customer care is helpless and said you are eligible, in coverage area but we cant do anything. Just Wait! Shame

    @JioCare @reliancejio There is a serious network issue in wagholi, pune. There’s constant low network in the area. I can barely make a call. Also, connected to customer care and they have no answer to this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio its been around 15 days I had requested for permanent disconnection but no one is contacting to pick up the router and setup box. Service ID 299764148042. I am not sure how escalations are handled as no one is contacting me. Kindly stick to your policy.

    @JioCare worst ever service. All the claims of resolving issues within 24 hours are false promises. Wifi has been down for 2nd time this month. Registered complaint on 9th October, nobody contacted, no engineer came to visit but updated my service request to resolved on 11th Oct
