Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Building an empire by looting customers is not business. Data disappears without usage, recharge works only for payment but not for service, and support stays silent. People are paying for internet, not for frustration and fake balances.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. Broadband has been down for 2 days, and despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no technician has visited. Customers shouldn't have to chase support endlessly for a basic service restoration. Pls resolve this issue ASAP. #Jio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, I lost my phone along with my Jio SIM 2 months ago. I have visited the Service Center in Nagpur multiple times to get a replacement SIM, but the staff has failed to resolve my issue and activate it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Please help!

    @reliancejio @jiocareindia @airtelindia your 5G network is running as 15-20 kbps. How can I work and join important meetings of the speed is so bad. I am currently working from Deomurti, Jalna (431203) in Maharashtra. Could you provide better speed in this locality?

    @airtelindia Despite repeated mails and DMs, there’s still no proper resolution regarding the late payment charges. As a customer, I expect fair support. Otherwise, I may have to switch to @reliancejio @JioCare or approach the consumer forum if services are stopped without notice

    Despite my repeated requests to @JioCare and @reliancejio team regarding pending approval for my PAN card at JioPos lite app and unable to withdraw or recharge from the app I found no help from your team. Incase you still don't solve I will port to Airtel.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets My internet suddenly showed 0 KB left without even using the data. Then I recharged with a ₹39 3GB/day data pack, but the internet still didn’t work and it again showed 0 balance. Seriously, how much more will customers be looted like this? Fix your system

    @JioCare Again it's happened. Yesterday evening 7:40 PM it stopped working as there is no network. I think again it will start working nearly 8:00 AM as it was working from last 15 days.

    @JioCare never use jio air fibre services. 5 days have been passed after my payment. But still my connection has not been installed. No one is responding from JIO side. @reliancejio

    So @reliancejio don't even send an OTP if your phone isn't recharged?? What if your network was **** so i recharged my other telecom number for better coverage so now you will blackmail me to recharge by not sending an OTP? What is TRAI doing?.

    📶 @airtelindia @reliancejio Calls don’t connect,internet barely works, but recharge prices keep increasing.Users are paying more and getting poor service in return Please improve the actual network quality instead of only promoting 5G ads.Reliable connectivity is basic need now

    @reliancejio What a pathetic service given by the JIO Fibre. Service request No SR36000036Q6VJ is not resolved since last 3 days. Every time engineer or call center is rescheduling or putting on hold. Really Horrible service. This reflects how they are making money.

    It’s been 3 dats my Jio Wi-Fi is not working because according to them the PNG WORKERS have destroyed all wiring in v block DLF phase 3 Gurgaon . I recently upgraded my plan but cannot use it because it won’t work !!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio India biggest fraud company no one responding on their toll free and chat they are giving response like scripted response. They are not ready to resolve the issues but they are eager to get money without any better service

    @JioCare How the worst service jio had now a days. Relocation/ Installation of jio air fibre required,persuing for it more than a week and lodge 4 complaint on jio toll free number, Pmt also done but no response getting till now, So humbly requested kindly reimburse my Pmt
