Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

And calls are also dropping.your custom care unable to help. But you're proud of having 421 million users, first fix your network then talk about these. Shame on you jio.

@reliancejio @JioCare It took me around 45 minutes to register a complaint against my jio fiber connection, why does a customer have to go through such harassment? I am thinking to surrender my connection.

The network in @reliancejio is too slow..... But it takes charges more. Notifications are shown by @JioCare three days before even when we don't get reacharge @JioCare Cals to us to reacharge but after reacharge the network is slow. So please consider my humble request.

@JioCare @reliancejio Today as per jio commitment my Jio Fiber installation was scheduled at 4-6pm when i got a call from the engineer i said him i ll be available 5-6 pm and my time slot was also the same 4-6 pm. But when i called there was no response from him. Worst experience

@JioCare u r d worst...just wait..i wil transfer all my otp facility to my new number..then it wil b end fr us...yr service is jst pathetic..if u cnt provide network in mohali citi then i just dont know yr policy. And yes i pay monthly bill of above 900 fr nothing..

@JioCare SR no.SR000018V22U raised on 16.02.2022. Till now no engineer visited, internet not working from 2 days. service is really pathetic, plus they don't extend the validity too for the time period internet is not working. facing this issue 2ndtimein a week.

@JioCare @reliancejio The worst service network in the country. It takes 7-8 minutes to tweet. I have logged many complaints but no one is here to solve the issue.
