Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    .@JioCare, @reliancejio JioFiber has become a joke. 2 outages in 2 weeks, zero accountability, and non existent customer care. Duopoly has killed service quality. Planning to shut this down forever. And @TRAI? Completely useless. Consumers are left stranded.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I paid for my Jio Fiber on May 31 2025 for 12 months period with 30 days extra that means my prepaid invoicing should last till June 30 2026. But Jio has disconnected my WiFi one month ahead and the customer service is unreachable. Anyone cares at Jio??

    @JioCare I recharged 349 plan for unlimited data. However, I was not given any benefit the very first day itself. There is no dedicated email ID. I lodged my complaint but got no response. I was told to opt for chat. That also did not work. I am feeling cheated and disturbed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected Sir/Madam, There is a Jio 4G tower located near my house. Could you please let me know if I am eligible to install Jio Air Fiber here and if the signal strength will be sufficient for it to work well? I have attached a photo of the tower location for your reference. Please confirm my eligibility so that we can proceed with booking the Jio AirFiber connection.     @JioCare #5G #Jio5G I have been facing the issue of indoor 5G coverage since the launch of Jio 5G. The issue of slow internet speed for more than 3 years. I have complained several times, and I get the same reply every time that we're working to resolve the issue in your area.

    @JioCare Hi, this is about order N0 NO00001D18T9W on 12th May26. Jio Airfiber order was canceled by you as you were unable to provide the network in our area. Since then I am following up consistently but there is no refund yet. Ravi 09315409678 manager don't bother to reply.

    How u ppl rescheduld it for 12-15 days nd then fixed all messages sent by u is with me now u ppl tell me due to ur bad service and carelessness i didn't used internet having recharge plan 4 that I paid now explain hw u will compensate my loss of 15-16 days @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioMart_Support It was not the same item after complaint jio has updated their listing on platform this is next level fraud by jio and their subsidiary companies including reliance. I will fighting this until my refund is given @JioMart_Support @JioCare

    @JioCare Connection was restored after 15+ days and immediately suspended due to non payment, so you expect even after connection not working for half a month we should pay immediately? Again after resolution, it’s getting issues so waited to resolve completely and pay bill. - (1)

    @reliancejio yes, two trophies to @JioCare 1 for incompetent engineers who can't put concealed wiring and want to get away with external hanging gardens & 2nd for destroying aestheic of building - will Mukesh Ambani allow this kind of nonsense in Atilla ? or is it customer centric only?

    Today I realised one underrated thing about @reliancejio 😭 I have Wi-Fi at home all the time, so I didn’t even know my mobile recharge was over. I went outside to pay somewhere, opened UPI… and suddenly realised I had no active recharge 💀 Normally my Airtel SIM completely stops working when the plan ends. But Jio still gave very slow internet. Lowkey a very useful feature in emergency situations. And somehow Instagram reels were loading too 😭 I genuinely don’t know how Jio does it.
