Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio Sucks.. at internet speeds. Being an Postpaid Plus User.. the 100 gb couldn't be finished. Max speed 1 MBPS last for 2 hrs long. Using Sim in JioLink as well the child sim in Mobile. Same issues.

@reliancejio My service request number SR000013JY2G is still pending. Unable to access internet. Since 30.12.2020. Sir, your service providers are busy with closing and your toll free number is doing excellent for reopening the same SRN.

In October, I ported out my no. from @reliancejio. Complained about indoor voice problem but no solution. In November 2 more no. Ported out. In December 1 more no. Ported out. Now In Jan my all family member ported out. total 7 number in 4 months.

@JioCare what is happening from last 3days...your internet speed is too slow. Really bad experience. Jio app is just waste it never tells its own mistake simply saying everything is fine but i can see how i am troubling with internet. Its taking me 3mins to open a small website.
