Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @airtelnews You first improve your customer service. Charging a huge amount in the name of priority support for Airtel black members is truly a joke. I am not going to pay bill this month and willing to port to @reliancejio @JioCare done with you. You should name yourself JOKE AIRTEL.

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR082052985. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    At my home town I have installed @JioCare @reliancejio Airfiber , mostly approx 15 days in a month it doesn't work but due to Postpaid system I have to paid in full. Many times I raised complaint but no action yet. Shud I migrate or shut down ?

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Honestly, try BSNL. I didn't believe it either until I actually used it, but their 4G network is far better than other operators right now.

    @JioCare There is no team coming and providing services - again and again issue just in my connection requested earlier to check root cause but worthless request. Check log and provide disconnected statement. Not at all happy with service. You guys making fun. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare took 1200 for Jio router shifting after confirming feasibility at the new location. Later said relocation not feasible. Do @reliancegroup and @reliancejio have to scam customers and loot 1200 to sustain themselves? Customer care unresponsive.

    @JioCare @reliancejio so when I willing to get jio fiber service the coustomer support and the person who arrived to install the fiber Said that you have to pay 600₹ which is refundable through voucher after 6 months. Now after 6 months they said this offer is expired.nice fraud

    One of the worst networks Jio nowdays! I came to my hometown on 15th and since then zero networks of @JioCare @reliancejio even i have a 5g network witha full year recharge plan for 2.5gb per day but that all goes wasted because of the worst network situation of jio!
