Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio Jio has made it a routine they just want customers money. I am going to change both my phone and fiber service. Last month they were down with technical issues for 3 days and they don't compensate while we delay for payment 1 hour services are discontinued. Worst customer service

@JioCare Same story again, received installation schedule message in the morning and cancellation messages in the evening. I have never seen this kind of worst service in my life. If you are not able to install my Jio fiber connection, refund my money immediately..
