Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. Paid ₹5306 for a new connection on 25 Apr 2026, but installation was declared not possible by your engineer. Cancellation requested on 30 Apr. Only ₹863 refunded. Remaining ₹4443.46 still not refunded @JioCare #JioFiber

    @JioCare my jio air fibre box showing red light, and it is blinking continuously, my wifi isn’t working, same thing happening from last two days. Jio fibre number - +91-1893357775 Make sure you fix this or replace it asap.

    24+ hours crossed since my last complaint and still no proper response from @JioCare regarding my Jio AirFiber installation. Already paid ₹2222 and waiting for more than 20 days. Rectify this immediately or I’ll switch to @airtelindia .Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @JioCare My JioFiber WiFi linked with +91-1276316019 is completely not working. A service request was raised on 21 May 2026 at 7:39 PM (Request ID: SR000036F96X), but it has already been rescheduled automatically twice and the complaint status is On Hold

    @jiocare Such a pathetic service. For 2 months I have been chasing these Jio Airfiber. Looks like they don't want to resolve any kind of issue. These people are ready to loot hard earned money. I am not getting any better words to tell this jio how hopeless service is.

    jio is performing worst these days in kashmir regarding network in Srinagar don't know about far flung areas.... I am thinking of to port to airtel... just want to finish my current recharge @reliancejio
