  @JioCare @reliancejio It's very disappointing that it's been 2 years since I started using jio airfiber and still it doesn't work properly. Every day I face the connectivity issue and it is very difficult to connect with the customer care as most of the time the line is busy.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My Reliance Jio number which I use everyday and has a valid recharge, suddenly got deactivated and shows no network coverage. Incoming calls and SMS are also not coming. This is not fair and is causing immense inconvenience to me right now. Help urgently.

  I use Jio Air fiber. My shift starts at 6 PM IST and ends at 3 AM IST. The connection works perfectly for the first hour (until 7 PM), but after that, it stops working entirely. Service only resumes after 1 AM IST. I have tried contacting @JioCare, but I haven't received any help
