Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Dera friends, never go for @JioCare broadband or wifi. I made payment for set up box 20 days back. Till date nobody came for installation. Since past 1 days these guys have been shamelessly telling me that your problem will be solved soon. And this is not the first time.

@JioCare It's been 10 days since all OTT apps stopped working. Despite of raising sevral complaints and follow up, the issue is not resolved. What's more surprising customer care keep closing the complaints routinely without any communication and resolution. Is it ever going to be fixed?

Hi @JioCare , How pathetic service you have. I have registered my complain about JIO Fiber, initially they gave me the appointment date of 17-06-2022 at 12 pm. But now they changed the appointment date to next day and customer care is not giving me satisfied reply about it.
