Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Hii my jio fibre no is 7282357325. I paid 1178.32 rupees as on 5thaug 2022. And shift my prepaid to post paid plan. You generate a bill for 6th aug to 10 aug period which was 228.16.this amount paid by me as on 20th aug. And your customer care executive told now you will get a 0

@JioCare Good work is being undone, the problem is not being solved, since when you still need a lot of the time for people, when you are taking monthly payment, just don't get the resolution too.. .. .. unable to find my answers and resolve But airtel is better than from your jio!!

@JioCare from last 27July my interest connection not working, i register a service request and also i sent email. No action take. My service request getting closed automatically without resolving the issue. Last week i visited the jio center in iyyappathangal in Chennai.
