  Pathetic customer service by @reliancejio, my JioFiber is showing issues with WiFi, I have been calling them since morning but no resolution yet. After a lot of discussion a service request was created for on-site visit, but it’s closed without anyone paying a visit. Frustrating!

  @JioCare The wire which comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve the issue.

  @JioCare 3 days without Jio Fiber. Complaint raised on 1 June, multiple engineer slots missed, and today the assigned engineer said he doesn't even handle Jio Fiber. Customer care keeps blaming "weather" despite clear conditions.

  Still no update. Still no technician. Still no permanent fix. It’s honestly shocking that after multiple complaints escalations DMs and public tweets, @JioCare is still unable to resolve a basic internet stability issue that has been happening continuously for the last 3 months.

  @JioCare your fibre optic team is horrible! WiFi isn’t working at my office since day be fore yesterday. No technician came despite multiple calls. We were royally ignored. Using hotspot to finish our work. Terrible service.
