Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelindia I have nothing to say, the worsted network, the worsted service provider, I am going to switch back to @reliancejio because atlast they give me a better network, everytime I called someone or someone cally me there was a call drop, in 2021 call drop???shutdown airtel

@JioCare Sir its been 7 months. I dont know how much time it takes to refund the amount in the account. Your processor is really slow that other companies take 24 to 48 hours and your company has already taken 7 months for it.

@JioCare And your customer care agent threatened me that if device pick up is not completed by Aug 2nd then I won't get the full refund of the Rs. 1,500 I had paid for this new connection on 11 June'21. Please ensure that I get full refund. I should not get penalized for your negligence.

@reliancejio In my current location last 8-9 months internet speed is very very slow. Only one signal show then i complain several times to customer service and they said that several times i registered your complain and take 72 hours to resolved but didn't resolve my problem

Hello, @JioCare where we are living now, the network of jio is zero, no one can call from anyone and internet speed is also very zero, please try to solve this problem as soon as possible, otherwise we are switching to other sim cards. 4G speed is not running well. Thank You.

@JioCare Very very poor service. No internet (jiofiber) after maintenance done by @reliancejio since yesterday. Customer care executive informs that supervisor can not be contacted as it is in "Work from Home" mode. 3rd full day outage in 15 days since new connection

@JioCare I had placed a cancellation request for my JioFiber connection on 8th July'21. I have still not received the device pickup CO no.. I am tired of contacting your customer care. This is the latest request id - SR000015WGHY. It shows completed but actually nothing happened.
