Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare No. Will not waste time again. Recalling a convo from 2 years back, The excuse was, "Sir, subscriber base has increased in ur area. Bandwidth is divided. Thats why u r facing Network issue." Nonsence. Is it not ur target in first place to increase Cus base.?

@reliancejio @JioCare Kindly invest money on proper infrastructure for your network towers because in times of power cuts, your network vanishes while @Airtel_Presence provide quality network consistently, without any "mini-network-outages".

@airtelindia worst serivice you deducted data without usage & mobile data is off. No transparency in internet usage time like @reliancejio. Jioapp shows data usage clearly. Airtel is deducting data usage of current day if you start downloading in previous day at the 12am refresh

@JioCare made repeated requests (service id: 299951169483) since 7th apr 4 collection of jio device given as part of free trial. No one from jio has tried to get in touch to collect the device. Such huge harassment. Pls ensure it is collected quickly.

@JioCare: If you increase the validity of low cost (149, 151, less then 100 in Airtel, Vodafone) internet packs from 28, 30 days to longer periods, then frustrations and pressure of using internet data will not be there. Productive works goes at very slow pace. No Entertainments

@airtelindia How many calls must a customer make to get one waiver of a wrong charge? And then due to a an error on your part, a customer has to pay extra charges only so you can refund them later after barring services? Worst customer service experience. switch to @reliancejio
