@egalitarian23 @reliancejio Your conclusion at end is right. I am also of opinion that wireless can never beat fiber but there are certain times when fiber goes down due to cable cuts and during natural calamities time to restore mobile network is less than time take to correct fiber.

@imlnk @JioCare I can't. Jio customer Service personnel say that I need to change my SIM to get Jio5G. My old SIM won't work. On the other hand the Jio Care people won't give me new SIM with the old number without SIM lost complaint reports. I'm not sure what to do with the welcome offer. 🤦

I'm feeling very dissapointed now. Last 2nd month I'd ported my sim into jio (for better services) but from last month I'm facing Network issues like fluctuations, emergency etc. & It isn't solve by @jiocare yet even after a month. Only flight mode is an option ?! @reliancejio
