Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber Acquiring a customer takes 5 minutes. Leaving takes 5 explanations. Companies love talking about customer freedom until the customer exercises the freedom to leave. If signing up is easy, cancellation should be just as easy.

    @JioCare Your service engineer are the worst too. Why don’t you check? can’t you reschedule the same engineer who atleast visited me earlier because the others don’t give a **** about customer service

    @icantcodefyi @JioCare Hey if It is real and you have proof to show by usage. Just lodge complaint in Cpgrams and they will do it, also they will refund the days you didn’t get internet. Their stupid policy is if you don’t get internet for 4 days straight then they will do refund.

    @JioCare I believe there is a significant material shortage on your side, which is causing repeated delays in the installation process. Please cancel my order and initiate the refund process at the earliest.

    @shahiddd06 @JioCare @reliancejio Even my money is stuck with them. Their services didn’t run for 2 months, just after I did the 1 month recharge. Around ₹1k gone. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund the amount. Hence I disconnected their service.

    @JioCare I have been trying to connect to support for 1 hour. tried chat support but keep getting **** AI replies and the helpline number 1800 896 9999 keeps me waiting for 5-7 mins and then drops the call. Pathetic service why not consider shutting down support channels entirely

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber is proving expensive for me. JioFiber lines are available about 500 meters from my house, but my area is still not connected. Kindly extend JioFiber service to my locality so customers can get a more affordable broadband connection. 323602

    @JioCare This is really disappointing. As per your earlier update, I was supposed to receive a call or status update today, but I have not received any call, message, or update so far. Now you are asking me to contact JioCare, but the customer care numbers are not connecting at all.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare SR000038DV3L was reopened and MyJio showed "Engineer is on your way" with an assigned visit slot. I waited but received no call and no engineer visited. Internet remains extremely slow and unstable.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare One should never subscribe Jio Fiber even if they provide it for free. Worst customer service representatives, pathetic behaviour. 6 days still not able to watch Soccer World Cup as they are not able to do the settings.

    The worst internet service provider in the world @reliancejio have provided horrendous service for over a year. I am trying to cancel and they threaten to forfeit the monthly rental they have taken in advance. @TRAI This is a company whose license should be cancelled.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My eSIM activation is stuck on "Activating". Physical SIM outgoing is barred, so I can't send RECALL to 199. Store says a pending eSIM request is blocking resolution. Need urgent assistance.

    2nd internet outage in 3 days! @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002LTRXG still unresolved. I'm helpless—this is hurting me financially & mentally. 5 years on JioFiber: the first 3 were exceptional, but the last 2 have been horrible. Please fix this. #JioFiber
