Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @JioCare tell me which of the confirmed time the engineer will arrive. You keep changing the time every time I visit your website. Also there is no one to contact for my issue. I am just playing messages here that are going on def ears. You are providing me with standard replies.

    @JioCare Absolutely all things are as per your list in the settings the issues is with that location its because the subscribers are too many of Jio as it's major office complex issue of band width in home there is no issue at all

    @JioCare Pls confirm as to when the issue with weak signal at my residence will be addressed. In case, I'm unable to use the services, it's of no use to stay with Jio. Jio should stop issuing sim card on my residential area address if they cannot provide service.

    @JioCare in Shimla at mes ib near AG office Mall road shimla the data is absolutely not working I cannot open any site including My DMAT account Please look into it given no of complaints hoping not to shift to some other network

    @JioCare It's now near 8 pm. Do you think a technician will visit today and fix the issue? The resolution time for my SR000016XUJ2 is 04 Oct 2021 11:18 PM. Neither I'm able to browse the internet and not able to view TV. Can you kindly contact the technician and ask him to expedite?

    @JioCare I called your customer care 2 days back regarding the issue in the jio fiber plan. I was told that issue is referred to the concerned team and they will get back to me in 24 hrs. It's been 72 hrs now and no one contacted me.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India After complaining thrice and after almost 5 months its sad to say , no resolution has been made of the unscheduled shut down of jio network . This is nothing but customer harrasment . Really disheartening.

    @reliancejio Bitter ground reality of your customer service, I took 4 jio fiber connections for my office in Bhopal and paid in advance the total amount for 4 connections. Unfortunately connection is still not active and now even your representative has stopped picking my phone.

If u are not able to assist me in installation how the hell will you be able to support in future . Kindly refund my money ASAP if you are not able to provide connection.

    @reliancejio I had paid Rs. 4536.46/- in advance for new jio fibre connection at my home on 25th Sept. But no-one came to install the connection till date. Daily I use to call on customer care no. but they only give me assurance of next day installation.
