Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio which kind of pathetic service you guys are providing... really frustrated, calling again and again for the same issue no one is responding, simply disconnect the call. Guys it's a humble request don't go for Jiofiber net, choose @airtelindia for better services.

@reliancejio worst internet service provider. Took the jio fibernet connection a week back. Most of the time it will be disconnected. No customer service support as well. Technicians are not at all serious to resolve the issue. Will never suggest anyone to take it

@reliancejio Worst service I've seen in my entire life. Don't have proper customer service, they simply disconnect your call without resolving your issue. Guys please don't go for Jiofiber, airtel is way better and I'm regretting after taken connection from this pathetic Jiofiber.
