Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare support have become so pathetic .. tried calling time 5-6 times in last two weeks but they don’t help support and neither register complaint for visit. Planning to move to airtel now.

    @JioCare Third class service please don't book jio air fiber they will took money for booking but not installing. I booked it 30 April. But steel not installed. They only give fake promises and costumer care also not working

    @reliancejio @JioCare what’s with ur services I had booked Jio air fiber on 02-05-2026 and the person said said that the technicians will come by tomorrow that is 03-05-2026 today is Monday (04-05-2026) no technician has contacted me ur helpline number is also worst no response

    @JioCare Request SR00002KUNEQ is still ON HOLD. No technician assigned. Local contact not responding. I have rescheduled again today. Service down since 1 May in Mango, Jamshedpur. Also facing unprofessional handling (asked for ₹400 earlier). You know as well I cannot DM you

    @JioCare I have reached out to your team multiple times for arranging a technician for jio fiber service. Schedule was this morning 10am. Your team is saying they will send person in an hour from morning. But, nothing happened. I am waiting and thanks for wasting my Sunday

    @JioCare such pathetic service. I want to cancel my new JioAirfiber connection request and get refund to my bank account. I’ve been trying to call the customer service since 30 mins now and the don’t know what their job is. They put me on hold and disconnect the call

    @JioCare @airtelindia (2/2) At one point, I had to beg at the Jio service center because they hadn't resolved my internet issue for over 15 days, even though I had already paid for 1 year and it was impacting my office work. They treated me like a dog—maybe worse than a street dog.

    @JioCare You yourself called and said that technitian will not come it's delayed and there is not estimation when technician will come. If you yourself cancel the visit why are you asking customer to reschedule it????

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 8 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.
