Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

With the speed from @JioCare I am not even sending ping in what's app. I am just wondering why do they want to take 180 days to resolve the issue when I was getting committed speed on 1st days speed. Is it their strategy to attract people and fool them?

Bad customer support from JIO network!!! Whenever calling to customer care support,the calls get landing to hindi spoke person😬If we need to speak with tamil/English support person,have to disconnect the call and redial again,such a bad operating system. @reliancejio @JioCare

I took jio postpaid n got commited speed for 2 days. From 3rd day, m not even getting 1mbps. When I called @JioCare I was told by them that the issue will get resolved in 150 to 180 days. Highly disappointing. Why do you people give false commitments while offering.

@reliancejio I hv booked net 12 day back, I got sms that engineers r coming for installation. Surprisingly on day of installation I recd sms that I hv reschedule appointment and same thing happened thrice, Poor service. Don't book if you don't have staff for installation.

@JioCare provided me the commited speed on 1st 2 days. Very 3rd day I am experiencing 0.32 mbps speed. @airtelindia provide far better than this service. Funny thing is to resolve this @JioCare needs 150 to 180 days. Postpaid people are experiencing this. What about prepaid ones?
