Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Do not trust @airtelindia for eSim they have pathetic service and even worst customer support @Airtel_Presence team. You should better try @JioCare for esim.

@JioCare JIO Mesh Extender worked nicely for few days but then after it doesn't work at all. All green LEDs on the device but still no connectivity. Raised complain and technician visited but he had no knowledge as how to fix that. Who should I escalate to?

@JioCare ILLITERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead of asking the account details he was asking the name of the person who sold me connection around 3 months back. SERIOUSLY. @reliancejio has charged me for 3 months and gave me 3+1 months within the scheme. But my bill generated after 2 months.
