@JioCare Thought that Mukesh Ambani would be better than Anil Ambani in telecom sector but I feel that network of Reliance Smart by Anil Ambani was better than Jio. Think twice before opting for Jio

Internet speed is continuously in worst condition since month before and still no solution coming out from @reliancejio .even customer care advisors are giving excuses and didn't get me connect with senior advisor regarding my concern and jio care is telling no advisor available

@reliancejio @JioCare I had registered a complaint yesterday and the executive call me today and I had explained him the issue without even entering my premises he had mentioned that he did not get the permission to enter the premises. Please get this resolved ASAP (SR00001GWM2X)

@ViCustomerCare Well clearly you are asking me to travel to another state for getting the SIM. This is weird & absurd to expect a customer to travel for a prepaid SIM. Worst service provider in terms of support. I have paid my postpaid bills & will now port my number to @JioCare or @airtelindia

@JioCare Everyday I used to get call twice from Jio regarding 5G network, when I called Jio care to stop this call, got the answer "You have to listen this call once a day completely, can't stop it". But after that day no call (related to jio 5g) came, thanks.
