Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Very pathetic service from jio team, inspite of repeated calling they are unable to assign a engineer in a Metro city like mumbai from last three days. Please look in this issue and try to resolve by tomorrow. Only getting false promises that it will be done ,nothing uptil now.

@JioCare You don't realize. I asked the technician to come today at 6PM. When I called him at 6.35PM, his phone was switched off. No one is attending to my complaint. Please send someone and collect the router. I won't continue with your services. Airtel is far more better.

@reliancejio Paid for Jio fibre on 26 July. Not got any connection till date. Every day getting SMS about rescheduling of visit on their own and falsely mentioning "as per your request". Fooling people and making money without service. @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare I think professionalism for you is not a priority but at least care for clients who are paying your fees regularly. Utter disappointment in the way you function, customer services are practically absent. Tomorrow it will be three days, no internet! Why?!
