Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare "My brother name is deepak kumar jangir , he's registered Jio number is 95096 l18638 he currently in Tanzania and his International Roaming is not working despite recharging with the 1102 IR pack. Please activate IR on his number so I can receive otps for banking srvc

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber internet has been down since morning. A service visit was scheduled for 7 PM today, but at 7:30 PM the service request was suddenly put "On Hold" without any notification /explanation. The Jio app is now forcing me to reschedule.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Its been 12 days,there is very much lag and call disconnections in my area. I have tried contacting local Jio Store but they are simply telling to wait for another day. It was my bad decision to switch to Jio from Airtel.

    (2/n) However, after shifting, I was informed that the JioFiber service is not available in my apartment in Pune. In such a case, the transfer request should be cancelled from Jio's end and the deposit refunded. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare With the next available appointment only on 13 June, leaving me without internet for multiple days. What is even more frustrating is that customer care calls never reach a human agent and simply repeat that the SR is on hold and needs to be rescheduled.

    @JioCare you do not have any respect for your consumers. My new jio fiber connection has stopped working just days after installation and your support staff is still unable after 4 days of complaining to send a person to rectify it.

    @JioCare Facing an unresolved upload speed issue on my Jio AirFiber connection since 31 May 2025. SR00003761RB was closed without resolution, and SR000037LA2T is still pending. Upload speed consistently remains below 1 Mbps (0.18–0.35 Mbps).
