Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Pathetic service. No technician has shown up, no resolution provided, and it’s been 7 days without internet. Customer support is completely useless. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence let me know if some good deals are available will shift.

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue has reappeared just 7 days after “fixing” it, which is unacceptable and shows extremely poor service quality. I want a permanent resolution TODAY, not another temporary patch or reschedule. Please treat this as urgent and assign a senior engineer immediately.

    @JioCare D7 Service enggr was here, he had all t props, new junction box just across t road, he had required wires n connectors , he had half day yesterday but still did not do Why? He didn't have t required service ticket He had time to explain why he needs a ticket but no willingness

    @jio_fiber again same problem. After reaching of ₹824.84 my jio fiber no internet. This ia 2nd time happening. As usually customer care service is not available. And whatever the chatbot is saying have done. Do the needfull @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Service Request: SR00003A0NZV Your customer service has been appalling. My Jio AirFiber has been completely down since 2 July. I was promised an engineer visit between 5–6 PM that day. Today is 4 July, and my complaint is still showing "Assigning engineer." 1/3

    @reliancejio your jio fibre service worst .even bsnl have some customer care to attend . Last 7 days wifi is not working where to complain . No response. Always said will resume shortly. It's your fault why we suffer and who will compensate . Better to switch .. 7313540719.

    @JioCare NO00015GQ7AR, online jio sim has been booked on 27 june 26. Everyday receiving a message the process has been initiated and X guy will deliver. Raised complaint. Today again got the same message. Want to cancel request will all money return.
