Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare I know I am facing temporary issues but how many times. Last month 5 days. This months 3 days already. Sick of you guys. I am not able to do my office work as well. Even the jio mobile network is useless. Not sure what kind of a useless service is being provided by the Ambanis

    @JioCare Your assistance on DM is also useless. Your teams just keep scheduling appointments for installation and keep missing it. The sad part is, customers cannot even reach human representatives for support. Please refund my money

    @JioCare Ticket raised on 7th July, today 10th July till issue not solved is this good service ? Didn't get single call from Jio and your engineer didn't pickup my call. Today Jio care number is also block for me. Just spread bot message. Is this good service?

    @JioCare Shame on @JioCare for such pathetic customer service. It has been 3 days since I reported my JioFiber issue (Fixed Voice No. +91 7613161116). My router has been blinking red, there is no internet, despite repeated emails, I have received nothing except automated replies.

    @JioCare My jio join is not working from past 3-4 months what should I do, sometimes voice is coming when I receive the call but when I call someone then voice is not coming. Jio join is not working properly resolve it. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare You can shove this feedback up your a**. NO ONE CALLED. NO ONE CAME. BUT THE TICKET IS MARKED AS CLOSED/RESOLVED. Am cancelling the connection. Not gonna put up with this crap everytime when I need service. ONE CONNECTION THAT WAS NOT WORKING SINCE THE LAST 3 MONTHS AND ANOTHER ONE STOPPED WORKING LAST WEEK.     Utterly disappointed with the JioAirFiber service. It's been 9 days since I raised the request for connection relocation and they made me pay 1200rs. Still the date I received no response instead they are rescheduling everyday but no one is showing up. @JioCare need an answer!!!
