Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Give me an estimate time ...u can't keep the service request open indefinitely! It's been more than a week already.... Resolve the issue by refunding the amt and cancel the SIM...I will buy it elsewhere.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely frustrated! I live 4km from the tower in Kadivadu (524410), yet have ZERO mobile signal & my AirFiber (₹800/mo) drops daily. Even with "5G" showing, there’s no data. I can’t Work From Home & the local agent made it WORSE. Fix this! 🚨🛑 #Jio

    @JioCare JioCare Poor network quality & so slow internet speed in my area. I'm a jio user my jio number is 8509809768. Everywhere same situation, even when I'm writing this post i can used my wifi network. So why should I recharge at such a high price? Need permanent solution.

    @JioCare Received message saying issue resolved, but router still shows red blinking light (LOS) after restart. No internet yet. Issue not resolved. Need technician visit today. @JioCare #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare I already have extender and the speeds are really good for last 1.2 years but now it's worst. I am not a dumb to complain without initial checks. I have tested the speed by placing phone beside the router only. Its definately your coverage issue due to increasing in no.of users.

    Hi @JioCare, 6+ months delay for SIM replacement. Submitted ALL documents incl. CBSA report proving I never left Canada. Still asking for non-existent entry stamp. Ignoring valid proof is unacceptable. Resolve NOW. #Jio
