    @JioCare Hi, I had recharged an annual plan of 999 with my JioFiber. The plan details had ott of Amazon prime lite with other 11 ott. It has been more than 30 hrs amazon prime lite does not come under my ott subscription. Can you please help me out.

    @JioCare I already had an active JioFiber connection and was told my existing balance would be transferred when upgrading to JioHome. Instead, a new Service ID, new fiber connection, and new set-top box were installed, and my previous balance was not transferred. Please help

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection is completely down. SR already raised : SR00002LG0TM but engineer visit is scheduled for Jun 1, which is too late as this is affecting my work. Customer care disconnects automatically due to existing SR. Request urgent escalation, faster resolution

    @JioCare Tried calling your local teams multiple times. No response. From the apartment committee perspective, we will be disconnecting all 25 wires on June 5th as informed. No further terrace access will be provided for connection restoration. Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare I have jio fiber connection. Connection is very unstable since last 2 weeks and is not working at all since morning. Your sevice engineer visited on Tuesday, reseted the router and told issue will be resolved. (1/n)
