Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @ril_foundation After the issue was resolved on 22 June 2026, the internet worked properly only for a few days. Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

    Jio and airtel both are the worst services providers . More than hours on no stable Internet/no Internet at all , calls getting dropped mid way + the worst help centers in their app. . Plz fix this asap @JioCare @airtelindia

    100 Mbps plan, but only 24 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload! This is unacceptable, @JioCare. I've already raised complaints, but the issue continues. Please stop closing complaints without fixing the root cause. Kindly arrange an engineer visit and deliver the promised service.
