Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of pathetic service you provide... I just put a request for installation of #jiofiber yesterday and today i got a call in morning from your representative I asked him for plan details, he even didn't knew about the plans

    @JioCare Even after 8 hrs from reaching out to u guys online, still issue perists. Getting an updated msg that technician visit is scheduled for 2pm??? WTH IS THIS?? You keep extending ETA without any update? Been more than 3/4 days without internet, what's happening?

    @JioCare On 9th June submitted Fibre box in Jio office Agartala. Visited 22nd june again, not available so talked over phone. Called customer care frequently and response automode says- thank you. your request is registered with us. Emails done to jio care-28 June, 2 July.

    @JioCare Internet has still not resumed. There are times recently when Internet service connection is not working for around 20 to even 24 hours or more of the day, this is happening in one of the known area of this city.

    @JioCare That's true but in just 1 months span, I did'nt had internet for 7 days & had to additionally recharge Rs 39 data pack frequently in my mobile. Service engineer & customer care don't respond and resolve the problem. That's why I got frustrated and I had to decide to leave.

    @JioCare pathetic service since29th early evening my internet has stopped working,multiple complains just no result I cannot understand the fault where one wing of the bldg has your network while the orther wing does not do not give connections if cannot provide service

    @JioCare You guys are simply irresponsible Why are you repeating the statement that a visit has been rescheduled What guarantee are you giving that he will come on the alloted slot He refused to come today and the same guy has been assigned for tomorrow WILL HE COME AND FIX THE ISSUE

    My JioFiber issue hasn't fixed yet. It's been a week now. No engineer has visited my home. I am tired of constantly connecting with advisors because they are also doing nothing except providing empathy. I have sent them a DM as well but no response. Pathetic! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DainikBhaskar A jio agent has done fraud with us by falsely charging 10000 in the name of service before installation of air fibre service claiming gift vouchers to redeem monthly . As per jio account it is not showing anywhere in the app.
