Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    This is absolutely bullshit never never experienced from anywhere and i called yesterday @ACTFibernet Those people was installed in couple of hours i just simply paid my @reliancejio for waste of cost RS 3600 which is equal to 100 beggars money. Unworthy employees in @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare From 10:00am your representative are laying to me. Saying me please stay at your home will complete the installation by today but they didn't do that and not allow me to do my work. If you're first impression is like this then m worry about your service.

    @airtelindia why don't you have a self-check tool like @reliancejio? I checked several times with your salesperson before paying 4000Rs upfront. Now due to the feasibility issue, they canceled my request, and I am chasing them for 10 working days for the refund! @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare I think jio fibre is least bothered about their customers unresolved issues. My jio fibre was activated on the October, till now no resolution to my complain inspite of repeated requests. #Jiocmd #jiomanagement
