Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop generic replies. Half-yearly/Annual plans are MISSING for ID: 5870357475, though visible to others. I've filed an NCH complaint (Grievance No: 9207333). Don't explain the process, just fix the visibility issue or escalate to your tech team ASAP! @ConsumerCourtIN

    @reliancejio It is more then 14 days now since I am awaiting refund of ₹1,300/- deducted from “MyJio Store Credit Wallet” towards a failed recharge transaction. Your chat agents promise every day that matter is escalated but there is no resolution.

    @JioCare Still you are ignoring!! I have clearly asked my question on mail ID and expecting genuine answer to it. Can you reply on it and if you are not the concern authority then share the authority escalation matrix! Stop IGNORING customer complains!

    @JioCare Seriously disappointed. My JioFiber connection has been crawling for 2 days straight. Multiple complaints logged, calls made, and still zero action, no update, no link, no technician. This kind of service is not acceptable. Resolve this immediately. #Jio #JioFiber

    @JioCare my Jio fiber has been down for 4 weeks. I can't raise a complaint though myjio app or calling 18008969999, I have sent many emails too, they are replying once in a blue moon. They scheduled an engineer visit but no one came to fix it, I am getting really frustrated

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Same generic reply again. No complaint ID, no ETA. Internet down 4+ days in Lehregaga. This is unacceptable. Filing complaint with National Consumer Helpline (1915) now. Please take this seriously.

    @JioCare if my location is 5g ready why can't I get 5g connectivity And don't tall me it's vegetation or forest problem sorry but my house is near main road And you said you will fix the 5g problem but now you're just copy pasting same message

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Postpaid is taken for uninterrupted service, not risk of suspension before due-date comfort. If this is the experience, why should customers not move to prepaid? Kindly review this practice.

    @JioCare i’m facing a problem with my wifi router it blinks red all the time and only for few minutes it appears green i tried jiocare they only responds is that temporary service interruption in my area but i asked other people near my area they are not facing the same problem.

    Pathetic experience with @JioMart. Cancelled my order without permission, increased price 2x, and haven’t refunded my money yet. No support response at all. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP or I’m filing a complaint with consumer court. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JIO fiber connection keeps breaking repeatedly due to nearby construction. Engineers are refusing to visit or fix it properly. I requested to reroute the cable they denied it & told me to switch to another company instead Worst service ever. Only getting!

    @JioCare Unable to watch IPL properly on JioHotstar — screen keeps getting stuck and buffering constantly. Even on Star Sports via Jio Live TV, the stream is very blurred and not clear. Please fix this ASAP.
