Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare there is a heavy rain in surat and people are at home. Actually we need wifi to watch TV and it does not working well since 3 to 4 days. Truly disappointed 😔

    @JioCare I have raised a relocation request on 28th June. No response or resolution so far. I have been calling customer care twice a day, they are scheduling an engineer visit and postponing it every day. How many days will they do it? I have already paid 1200 for this.

    @JioCare Hi it has been almost a month since Jio Fibre innour area is Not working..Already lodged complaint bt till date No action from Jio Fibre..I hv paid till Nov 2026.Hence pls refund my money or start the connection.Else we will all together go to the Consumer Court

    @JioCare - Your Customer care executive doesn't respond.. emails remain unresponsive for more than 48 hours.. Jio Home connection disabled since one month inspite of clearing all dues.. please tell me how to resolve this issue.. or else I will go to consumer court

    @JioCare @reliancejio Asking me to "check DM" is not a resolution. My order was cancelled because of Jio's equipment shortage, not due to missing details.Please provide a confirmed installation date or officially admit that Jio cannot fulfill #jioAirFiber requests in Ratnagiri at present

    @JioCare Team Jio, this is a really pathetic experience. My service request (SR00003A3Y31) has been open since 3rd July, yet no engineer has been assigned. I have been without Wi-Fi for days, and it’s affecting my work. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare relience fiber internet services are down in Kandivali area, only my home is affected but other members from the same building have the service. No proper support from jio. Unable to speak to any of the executives. Restore it ASAP. Unable to do any WFH

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my Vi to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. (1/2) @JioCare

    Such pathetic services by @reliancejio. I paid the six month plan for fibre and it shows paid till 3 months i.e October in the dashboard and the customer care number just has AI...can't even talk to a real person
