Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare There were no calls from anyone. My kyc was not done as well. It was more than 72 hours. I asked to cancel the connection request and issue refund . That ticket was pending for so long. Today I got refund for only 3850. Why did you deduct my money .

    @JioCare I've been trying to activate JioTV+ but I'm not receiving the OTP required for activation. I've tried multiple times and still haven't received it. Please help resolve this issue at the earliest. #JioTVPlus #Jio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare An engineer has already visited my residence and confirmed that the issue is related to the network. He informed me that residents in the neighbouring street are experiencing the same problem and advised that I would need to wait until new towers are installed or the network.

    @JioCare @JioCare I already shared the details earlier. The issue is simple: while recharging, the plan was shown as Jio True 5G eligible, but now troubleshooting says the same plan is not eligible for True 5G. Please resolve this discrepancy or process a refund. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare barely has a week passed again disruption in the wifi connection.. for day's no response or respite. 3rd class service is a very mild term. All consumers dont suffer like us look for better options.

    @JioCare Poor Internet speed for last one month. Each time I call your customer service they try to do a regular drill of power on off, disconnecting and reconnecting but nothing helps. How difficult it is to send some technician to check the wiring or the terminal?

    @JioCare I try calling your customer care but it’s only pre recorded message I hear.. no way to connect to the representative..! Such a pathetic customer care experience.. I would definitely cancel my connection at the earliest

    @bishumahajan @JioCare @HathwayBrdband I too faced the same issue. Spoke to Customer Care and was able to resolve it. Uninstall the Live TV app from Jio store. Install the Live TV app. Go to Jio store again and look out for LiveTV+. There will be an option to update the App. Update the App and you will get the OTP

    Dear @JioCare, My plan ends on 16th June. Today is the 13th of June. Since morning: You've already made 3 phone calls to me. And on top of that, every call I make is hijacked first by your recorded lecture "Aapka recharge jald hi samapt hone wala hai... please recharge now" both in Hindi AND English. I KNOW. I WILL RECHARGE. Why the hell am I being mentally spammed 3 days in advance, on every single call? Dear @TRAI is this how customer experience is supposed to work? Remind once.
