  @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India I have raised a request for closure of my jio postpaid account and jio is reluctant to do the same. They close my request immediately citing issue resolved. Please look into this.

  @JioCare The above msg from jio was never disclosed at the time of taking new connection. This is responsibility of jio company that they give a receipt in such a breakout.

  @JioCare I have done that Abhijit. Kindly look into the matter because it's been 3 days and now i expect nothing from jio Allahabad office support.@JioCare jio fiber not working and no complaint lodged since 3 days. Please solve ASAP.
