Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Thank you for such a great service. Finally decided to go with Airtel Xstream fiber. Atleast they were helpful in going out of the box for getting the old connection up. Going to throw away your router box in garbage. 5 days internet is down with lame excuse of your service techs

@JioCare I raised this issue multiple times of data. I have bsnl SIM with same data limit. Using bsnl i am able watch tv 4-5hrs, jio data even does last for 50 minutes. Every month 1-2 times jio data becomes zero within10-30 minutes. I reported the where data became zero in 30 minutes

I'm done With @reliancejio @JioCare bcz issues isn't resolved. Only ur network & internet isn't working. AIRTEL,VI are providing uninterrupted services even if their cost are higher. If my issue isn't resolved before my recharge ends m gonna port.

@reliancejio @JioCare such wonderful service by jio in Lucknow it’s been 4-5 days since my WIFI isn’t working and no solution is being provided by jio people the local service person abuse and talk rubbish and not even answer the call. 4-5 days no internet in 2022?
