Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare you 3rd grade people are not even able to have a good network in my area neither u want to listen any problem from past 3days there is call drop issue but there is no solution from your side.

    @JioCare it's been 4 weeks I relocated my jio fiber I have paid 1200+ recharges worth 5000 customer care is not letting me call for support, is there a value of my money. Pls help me only this time I'll buy airtel after this recharge ends

    @reliancejio @JioCare advertised outage at 12.30 am and then the entire network is having issues from past one hour! a dumbani group of companies! run by dumbos! phone is to make calls and sms, smart devices to browse, jio has no network at all! what company is jio??!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio No 5G data for 2 days in Sikiya Narayanpur Mirzapur 231305. Ping 2000ms, speed 0 Mbps despite full signal.Diagnostic logs show very weak -102 dBm on Band 28 (NR_SA).Past executive promises failed to fix it.Tower engineering team needs to check this urgently.

    I took new @reliancejio fiber connection, it was promised that that on second recharge i’ll get 1 month free + 150 cashback. I also received sms for same but after recharge validity only shows for 1 month only. No one from customer care responds even, pathetic service @JioCare

    "I opted for the Jio AirFiber ₹2222 plan (90 days + 1 month voucher). I accidentally claimed the ₹599 voucher before the 90 days ended, and now both are active simultaneously. Please help resolve this. @JioCare @reliancejio"

    @JioCare @JioCare because of there problem, are they giving me any perks for their service fault or mismanagement... moreover are they using cheap AI or wht as their app, customer care, and executive all three tells different time for resolution of issue..? Isn't it lack of coordination

    @JioCare What exactly are customers paying for? 4 days without internet, repeated complaints, fake "technician assigned" messages, and zero action from your team. This is a disgrace for a company of Jio's scale. Stop sending scripted replies and start resolving issues. If you can't provide service, don't take customers' money. Resolve this immediately before I escalate it legally. #JioFiber #PoorService #WorstService

    @JioCare Moreover it's been a week I'm trying to get my network issue resolved but they only tell their is technical issue.. nowadays even govt entity also inform like municipality say no water during this time, train service say there is block anywhere around
