Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio extremely disappointed at the attitude of your customer care people. If you cannot cater to simple issues consumers face, and you have no solution at all, you should stop calling yourselves a responsive company. You are just out there to exploit the customers at will

I usually never trust #reliance. Since @airtelindia broadband has been dead in my area, I moved to @reliancejio Fibre yesterday. They have kept my belief intact. Till now nobody has come for installation (promised to be done in 24hours) despite paying advance rent for 6 months!

Annoying a customer is what @reliancejio believes in I feel. It's been 8 months I am facing same issue and continously registering the complaint but no one is bothered to support. When I choose Jio Fiber I thought it would be a brand with an reliance with customer experience.

@JioCare It’s very bad experience with jio Fiber, i recharged my Jio Fiber with 999 and was not able to use it due to same issue in the net, i called 5-7 times with my concern and raised the tickets as well. Still my concern was not resolved and as per u my duration also ended.

@JioCare 8th October. No proper assistance and full of rudeness at Jio Store. Called customer care they put me on hold for 23 mins and disconnect. Chat support was ok and raised my concern to the relevant team - Till date no revert nor call to resolve my issue. @MukeshAmbani

@Amy_Lenschic @JioCare Use app TRAI DND3.0. It doesnt always work. But each instance has to be reported. My personal experience is that @JioCare is the best at managing telemarketers. VI is the worst.
