Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare again it proved third class service, I want to convert my existing JIO prepaid sim to postpaid and visited MyJio store, Kankadbagh Patna and they are not issuing postpaid sim when I am showing adhar details from phone. #fraud #service

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @_MukeshAmbani It has been 4days since my connection was installed, and the internet is still not working properly.I have tried calling and messaging the technician,but I am receiving no response.Customer care assured me that issues would be resolved quickly, but my problem remains unaddressed.

    @JioCare , please note that in my area Village: Chandpura , Sarmathura , dholpur , Rajasthan .. PIN code:328026 there are very poor network although 1 km far we have tower. Me and my all society planing to port sim in different network. Pls look into this.

    Frustrated with Airtel & Jio duopoly! In prime (Hyderabad), only voice plans + small data packs (₹48 1GB Airtel, ₹100 6GB Jio) use karta hoon UPI ke liye. 50% data khate hi speed crash, peak UPI time pe network dead. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @TRAI fix this! #Airtel #Jio

    @reliancejio @gujarat_titans @GoogleIndia Yes say no more to jio! Idk why on every Sunday in my area there is no 5G network. Why you called your cheap 4g True 5G? When can't provide 5g network. I think I should switch to Airtel , atleast they provide better ping, internet speed unlike True 5g 🤡

    @JioCare Worst service by Jio after multiple SRs raised. The engineer visited the site, promised it would be resolved in 30 minutes, took the OTP, but the issue still persists. He cited personal reasons for the delay. No internet.

    @JioCare I am facing a frequent issue with my JioFiber connection in my area. The internet connection gets disconnected repeatedly because someone disconnects or disturbs the cable connection from the pole outside.

    @JioCare Still no response as discussed on call technician slot for 6.30 pm your technician called on 6.40 and said will come tomorrow how will that work we have office on Monday,, then customer care booked 7.30 slot still no one came no communication

    What the hell are you doing @reliancejio @JioCare? For the last two days, forget about 5G and 4G, even the 2G speed of my Jio SIM is not working! The net speed works for a few moments and then again the net speed becomes very slow. No 5G coverage at all in my room.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @jio_fiber . Internet down, technicians are rude and just take OTPs without fixing the issue. If Ticket SR000036N7WZ isn't fixed tomorrow, I'm switching to Airtel. #JioFiber #BadService

    @JioCare Even in cities like Mohali, both indoor and outdoor 5G coverage quality is poor in many areas. Speeds and signal stability fluctuate frequently despite 5G availability being claimed. Network quality and consistency need major improvement. Please do something for resolution

    @JioCare This is the worst customer service, it's already taken 4 days and u need more time. Ur person called me and said he is reaching in 15 mins & then i suddenly get message that it will take 24 hrs more. It's sad that u r not able to solve the complaint in 5 days & need 1 more day.
