Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Very disappointed with JioFiber. My service request SR00003AHVHB was closed from your end without resolving the issue. My internet is still not working properly. Closing complaints without fixing the problem is unacceptable. Please reopen the req and resolve it. #Shame

    @JioCare A standard reply. Let me put on record that weather in my area is absolutely clear. No winds or no rain since yesterday night. Same was conveyed to customer care. And this problem is since 22nd june. So inconvenience is all from ur team and not weather

    Dear @JioCare, I would like to escalate my Jio AirFiber installation issue. I made the payment on 09/07/2026 and was promised that the installation would be completed today. However, it has been delayed without any proper update.

    @JioCare It was field service person's fault taking good rating 1 device for nothing so y should they cut Rs. 750 from my deposit. I need those 750 back. Did you get the issue now? Please update me or raise more question 3/3

    @JioCare No one came they just closed it on their own your technician blocked my number after not picking up first few times if this is what the service is i dont know what to do after closing same outage message comes as a reason given by him @JioCare i am done emotionally with you lot🥲

    @JioCare @JioCare today is also wasted and didn’t got any resolution from my issue. I already told your employee who called that your system cancels the request in the end and still she told to wait it will get resolved today. But at the end it was the same. When will i get solution?

    @JioCare My Internet is down, i have tried all possible ways to connect back via jio app and then tried calling jio customer support after holding for about 7 minutes, call got disconnected. How shall i log a complaint?

    @jio_fiber experienceing one of the worst customer care helplines and your service technicians are even worse, they fix and appointment and dont turn up nor do they even bother to answer your call. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani sir your staff has no value of time and commitment.

    @JioCare Of late it seems jio has put some cap on the internet speed. Worst part is to use jiocare app using @airtelindia sim. How do I get to raise the complaint with the ombudsman.

    @JioCare it rained in my area. The towers were switched off frm Monday. Power came back on Tuesday and cell operators started service on Wednesday. Jio started service today( Friday). instead of compensating the subscribers for these lost days, we data balance alerts

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for the response, but this isn't the first reschedule. I've been receiving the same "appointment rescheduled/on hold" messages every day since 27 June, without any actual resolution. Please stop the repeated rescheduling and complete my JioFiber relocation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare absolutely worst customer service. My wifif has been down for 2 days now and after calling 50+ times only thrice I was able to contact a human. No engineer visits just rescheduling from your end even after state escalation no response. Failed mechanism

    @JioCare @JioCare You made me feel like a fool. My JioAirFiber was already slow, and instead of fixing it, your engineer added another connection to my AirFiber antenna. Why? The issue is still unresolved. Please fix it instead of closing complaints. #JioAirFiber #JioFiber #Shame

    @reliancejio @JioCare 2 days are set to pass but there's no resolution on my @jio_fiber complaint- SR00003AN32H. No one in your team is responding positively, leave aside a concrete timeline and I am being taken in circles. I am out of options. Please help.
