Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Is @reliancejio trying to imposing Hindi on their customers. When receiving reminder, @JioCare executives starts conversing in hindi, just bcs its their mother tongue & only language that they knew. Even they don't bother to see customer profile, whom they're trying to reach

    @JioCare My JioFiber issue is unresolved since 22 May. Engineer visit has been repeatedly delayed/rescheduled multiple times and no one arrived despite waiting at home. I’ve already lost 3 days of paid service. SR: SR00002L9XVK Registered Number: 7405880917 Need urgent fix.

    How many times we have to raise the complaint? u dump people never gonna improve the signal strength it's been like a year now we can't even talk properly in phone calls if u can't provide good connection then don't get money from our area people get out frm my area @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare I am asking about my order NO0001CYLC44 from the past month. Once, your customer care representative said it was cancelled on the 8th of May and a refund would be initiated. Now, on the 25th of May, they said there were technical issues, WTF is technical issue

    @JioCare Please ask your backend team to properly. It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had a JioFiber technician visit scheduled today 25th May 3-4pm. It’s 6pm and no one showed up. No call, no update. Spent all day waiting. Support calls only reach automated voice, no human help. Fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService

    @JioCare Service Request number SR000036O1HR for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +917935879399, scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer on 25-May-2026 between 16:00:00 - 17:00:00. Nobody came till now. Worst service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare received confirmation message & a call from technician. he asked for OTP without visiting my place for closure of call. told him to visit first & address the fault, but he was only interested in OTP. similar incident faced in past too. poor on ground implementation.

    Installation ke time back to back calls, payment ke baad complete silence. 6 din se na installation hua na proper response. Calls tak receive nahi ho rahe. Is this the service quality of #JioAirFiber? @JioCare @reliancejio please resolve ASAP.

    @JioCare If service was not feasible then why are you asking me to initiate a request for new connection. You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.

    @JioCare I’ve a problem in JioFiber and I placed service request for engineer to come to my place on 22nd May and it’s been 3 days and since your engineer didn’t come and he keeps delaying and rescheduling, it’s too frustrating and I’m missing deadlines for my office work.
