@JioCare Remember #MukeshAmbani Ambani mentioning on the day of #jio launch, how his son/daughter got frustrated about low data speed after coming back from abroad, was it a drama/gimmick to fool Indians in making them get slow data speed but ending with earning recharges sans data speed

@reliancejio SMS are not getting delivered on time. OTP or personal sms also. Is there any issue at your end. From Last 4-5 hours non of the sms got delivered on my phone. Restarted phone but no luck.

@JioCare I have recharged my jio number 9123701821 on 20/06/2021 with 329. The recharge got failed but amount got deducted from my account. I spoke to one of the customer care executive and she said the amount will be reverted back with 40 hours but I haven't received the amount.

@reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima Dont u teach ur customer care how to handle postpaid customer. Just request to permanent disconnection of jio number. Agent said no for the disconnection and hanged up the call. This is the method of customer care to handle the postpaid customers.
