Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Dear @JioCare . Pathetic services. Who is eating my data? My mobile numner is#9234879050. 149 plans means you should not use internet, just keep feeling that you have Internet plan. I uninstalled facebook , instagram, facebook messagenger even that 1 gb data sucks.

@JioCare The Network and Internet by jio is very very poor..and their services is totally f*up.whenever u complaint they don't know how much time it to take retrieve the network with min of 8months..gonna change to Airtel or other networks

@JioCare There has been no internet since almost 2 days now in dahisar. The jio team conveniently sends extension of outage without actual timelines in place. The customer care does not have any update what has caused the outage. This happens quite frequently..almost every week.
