Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @VenomsTech @reliancejio @JioCare Jio and Airtel are becoming too **** and they don't care also as they know - they have the Duopoly. I wasnt able to use my Mobile data and was getting very low speed. I contacted Airtel, and instead of figuring it out - they said that firstly I have to take support request back.

    Day 1 of complaining Jio's poor network service in my area. Multiple complaints later, still no resolution. 5G remains unstable and even 4G internet is unusable at times in my area. Awaiting action from Jio. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio d most pathetic network n disastrous services for past 4 days my office is brought to a standstill with no network CC numbers remain on loop for 40 45 mins Technicians behaves rudely over calls Is this why we took Jio to be pleading for what is rightly ours?

    @JioCare 11 DAYS without internet. Zero responses to emails, calls, or messages. This is unacceptable. We need an immediate update and a clear resolution timeline. If not resolved, we'll be forced to explore alternatives.

    @JioCare If your team cannot fix a simple outage even after days, then have the decency to refund my advance rental. Customers pay for service, not endless excuses and complete inaction.

    What kind of network coverage is this, @reliancejio and @JioCare? Even near the Jio tower on Lateri Road, Maksudangarh, the internet speed is extremely slow. What's the point of having 5G if videos won't even load, let alone download properly?

    @JioCare My service has not resumed since 3 weeks. On visit instead of fixing the issue exec suggested relocation to neighbouring hub. Not sure if that was necessary. It's hanging with Order no. CO0002G69OH0. Exec keeps rescheduling and no response. Pls follow up, escalate.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Order Reference Number NO00015F47NZ is still undelivered and the courier phone is turned off since approx 14 days. Please help. Multiple phone calls to the helpline have proved ineffective to get a solution.

    @JioCare @JioCare I paid ₹1200 for relocation and was never informed of any plan change. What the hell are you talking about? Who in their right mind would pay more and get less? My Netflix and Amazon Prime benefits are gone. I never requested or agreed to this change.

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have Jio connection at my café, office, and villa. Since installation, I have been facing continuous network issues & have raised multiple complaints. Every visit by representatives has resulted in temporary assurances but no permanent resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups the problem persists and is affecting my business as well as daily operations. Requesting urgent intervention from the concerned team to resolve this matter permanently.     The cable has been cut and my WiFi is down for the last several days. The local operator is not looking after it. I am facing a lot of inconvenience, hence I am planning to get WiFi installed from some other company in the future. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic servive no internet since last 3 days, clear sky still you sytem shows weather issues, no person is responding on calls , better i switch to other company ,SR no SR00002LJHC4 for your JioFixedVoice Number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912653261293, we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 04-Jun-2026 between 10:00:00 - 11:00:00.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Im unable to use your jio fiber due to technical issue.Ur customers executive thinks that he/she is a network engineer,he tried every way possible bt couldn't resolve my issue & he won't assign any executive visit my place. Please suggest a way 2 resolve.

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been 6days of rigorous follow ups,reminders & calls to customer support to get the JIO INTERNET installation done at place despite paying in advance 8days back.People are loosing their jobs only because JIO can not provide the internet services on time.
