Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @JioCare Worst service. No action been taken. Went to Jio office near by and following up. No response. Please stop your service in this area if your team cannot rectify or fulfill after sales support. I would not recommend to neighbours as I expected a better service.

    @JioCare Jiofiber WiFi has been down since 2 days & I’m only getting repeated automated ETA messages with changing timelines. No proper support or clear update, and my work is getting impacted. If this isn’t resolved urgently, I’ll discontinue Jio and switch to Airtel wifi.

    Got JioBharat phone for dadaji and recharged for 91 and now that recharge is not supporting and also not able to recharge Bharat plan, no where gives option to talk to its customer executive, why so much of shady practices @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare None of the OTT platforms included in the recharge, such as Hotstar, Zee5, or Sony Liv, are working. If your support team was actually helping properly, these services would have been activated by now. Please understand the inconvenience being caused.

    @JioCare @TRAI 40+ complaints filed, still same story with changed wording. Now saying “voucher forfeited” without answering the real issue: • Why suspend connection despite advance balance? • Why was unused balance not credited on time? • Why was account marked overdue ???

    Who all have Jio internet. My internet is down since 24th April. On raising service request, nobody turnsup and the request becomes cancelled. @reliancejio @JioCare is the worst service provider

    @JioCare Ever since I complained, there has been no solution yet. How can you say that the solution has been reopened? I complained on April 30th and today is May 10th and there is no update yet.

    finannaly back to @reliancejio. network is good, 5g unlimited all time + 18 months of free gemini. Today, I bought myself a new jio sim. Later will port on next saturday or wednesday cause those day its free else it costs 100rs. 1 month free recharge bhi mil jayega. 3 Jio sim -> 3 gemini offer 15 TB storage and AI usage free.

    @vikassingh48914 @reliancejio @JioCare I am also facing similar issue with my Jio Airfiber connection from last one month. I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help
