Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Wire disconnected from 2 days. Complaint raised 3 times. No resolution yet. The engineer keep changing time slot but has not came yet. This kind of service is unacceptable from #jiofibre

@reliancejio is high on shots i feel. A promise of 1 day installation of wifi and still not done. The agent has stopped picking up calls and Customer care is still high on making excuses for next 2 hours everytime.

@JioCare I paid documentation charges 100/- to MNP documentation and then cancelled my MNP as instigated by Vi care executive and he did not fulfill his either commitment..If @JioCare compensate me my Porting costs and recharges I have done in Vi network then I wud be happy to join you.
