Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare The issue is not temporary when it's almost 2 weeks. And a few days back for 2 consecutive days. Whether your technicians wireman are on leave. The small Cable wala of our area is much better compared to your after sales service. If not possible then let us know so that we switch

    @JioCare Some one with the name lokesh has connected on that day itself he told hear network is not there so we needs to install some moi device but its been more than 10 days he is just telling you will get refund but neither i am getting refund not the installation.

    @JioCare As a customer, it’s frustrating to see this issue raised multiple times and yet not a single ticket has been opened to investigate the root cause. It feels like the problem is just being brushed aside instead of taken seriously. If customer care truly matters, then raise it.

    @JioCare My refund is not yet received, also someone from social media helpline is disturbing me regarding this, asking me share my screen in WhatsApp, ans sharing my credit card details. I'm totally disturbed now, they also created my jio pay against my will. #help

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani this is how you guys are making money from customers. My fibre stopped working on its own. Its been 36 hrs and my complaint is getting delayed. Are you going to give me extra 36hrs for the time my fibre is not working? You guys are the biggest thief.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 21 April, and despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. Your own system showed an expected resolution by 23 April 09:45 AM, which has already been missed. This is a clear service failure and negligence.

    @JioCare It’s been 5 days of terrible 5G service after paying ₹3599. Max speed I’m getting is barely 27 kbps and the network keeps switching back to 4G on its own. This is unacceptable. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I want my money back and I’ll switch to @airtelindia instead

    @JioCare @JioCare Ur response is generic and does not address the issue. I paid ₹4,443.46 on 13 April and requested cancellation on 15 April due to your KYC errors and lack of support. Despite repeated emails and now this complaint, no refund timeline or action has been provided..
