Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Total SECURITY FAILURE by @JioCare Yesterday, a tech visited to fix a red-light issue on my #JioFiber. While I was away for Friday prayers, he ILLEGALLY changed my Registered Mobile Number (RMN) WITHOUT any OTP or my consent. I returned to find myself locked out of my own account

    @JioCare very poor speeds on WiFi. For a 300 MBPS plan getting 75/80. This is deficiency of service. Complained last night. No engineer assigned yet. Very disappointed service

    @JioCare @JioCare due to the problem in recharge I have connected to Jio Customer Care both on phone and visited physically but they are unknowledgeable and are unable to resolve problems and even they don't have proper knowledge of their on plans. Wasted more than a hour on care centre.

    @JioCare I paid 707 on 22 March 2026 after seeing a 2 months offer on MyJio app. Now I am told the offer expired in Nov 2025. Customer care is asking for screenshot, but customers trust the app and don’t take screenshots of every offer. This is misleading. Please resolve.

    @JioCare This is a serious issue now. My WiFi speed is extremely slow for almost 15 days out of 30, making it very difficult to work or use the internet properly. If this is not resolved soon, I will be forced to switch to another provider. Kindly address this urgently.

    @JioCare it's been6-7days my jio airfiber is not working.After several reminders to your customer support numbers ,chats,mails .No actions has been taken yet .after visiting jia air fiber care also , they are doing nothing . I think you don't have any after installation services.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Despite multiple follow-ups, my request was only rescheduled repeatedly with zero action. Due to this negligence, I was forced to take a new connection from another provider Airtel. Why should I pay for a service that was never delivered?
