    @reliancejio It's total harassment, not able to use the internet despite multiple complaints. And rude behaviour from the assigned executive. He has changed the schedule of appointment as per his convenience.

    @JioCare @DoT_India Complaint IDs: SR000034KYMR SR000035M3PD Jio admitted limited 5G coverage in my area and promised enhancement within 10 days from 28/04/26, Still facing weak 5G signal, unstable internet and frequent speed drops. Requesting immediate intervention.

    @reliancejio Still facing the same issues 5G not working properly it will disconnect within seconds. Can you solve it ASAP or I will close the jio sim if you do not provide a good network.

    Frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio! My JioFiber is down for the last 3 days. Complaint No: SR000035PWC5. Called customer care multiple times but NO engineer has visited yet. Work is suffering! Resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare Let me give you a brief explanation here. The engineer with contact number +916361032819 visited my home on 8th May and he was trying to install the connection but it did not happened and he said there is no LOS signal and cannot complete the connection. So, he put it on hold.

    @JioCare Ishween, the jio executive said that the air fibre panel on the roof was supposed to be changed. The same is due till now. I have tried multiple times the troubleshooting and all the processes laid down in the app.. still no Wi-Fi even now.

    @JioCare Ported from Airtel Postpaid to Jio with clear request for postpaid conn., but number was activated as prepaid. Raised escalation through email, unable to reach human support, and service now interrupted. Need urgent for prepaid to postpaid conversion without additional deposit.

    @JioCare @reliancejio , what kind of stupid customer care you have? My jiohome connection is kept on hold since a week without any update. When there is no LOS signal you should cancel my order and refund the amount.

    @JioFiber Misleading service! Applied in Sector 20, Kamothe (Trimurti Heritage, Navi Mumbai) agent confirmed availability, did KYC & took payment. After delays, now saying no network. Why take payment without verification? Immediate refund & action needed or I escalate. @JioCare
