Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelindia The most pathetic services you guys provide for broadband. My fixedline number is 08041636999 and i face Internet issues daily. Now when I tried to connect with Bhargavi the call disconnected. @reliancejio has better services and quick resolution.

My experience with @JioCare is worst. I would only say that PLEASE NEVER BUY JIO FIBER connection. Service is below standard. Customer care is absolutely useless. I am facinf internet issue from last 30 hours but no solution yet.

@reliancejio , I'm based at lucknow vrindavan area , it was my biggest mistake to opt jiofiber instead of airtel xtreme , jio service engineers are unable to rectify net speed issue. Pl refund my deposit n remove connection. Hopeless services in lucknow
