@reliancejio So many complaints made. 1st trial month and facing issue from day one of my activation. Didn’t know it’d be worse than airtel. Simple Frequent disconnection can’t be solved. Whole trial month is wasted. Disappointed. -.-

@JioCare If you will take 15 days to understand the problem, it will take 1 year to solve the problem. This bogus service by you loose your customer. Only free subscription is not the solution, service is extremely poor. Airtel was very good.

This is absurd. I have called multiple times to the call centre, no one has any notion of what’s happening, “wait kar lijiye”, “cancel karwa dijiye”. Have u no control over your field team? Or do u expect ppl to expend leaves to have ur fibre installed? @JioCare @reliancejio
