Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. My #JioFiber is down, and the engineer visit was rescheduled without my consent. There's no clear way for existing customers to reach a human for support. Pathetic service! #JioFiber #BadService

    Hi @JioCare, it has been more than 16 hours since your last reply and the service is still not restored. In total, my JioFiber has been down for over 24+ hours now. Repeated generic responses are not helping. Please provide a clear ETA and resolve this issue immediately.

    @JioCare #worst postpaid service I've requested a call back on the app & agent kept me on old for 3 mins & disconnected my call, now the app says I can't request call back for next 30 mins is this what you call priority service for postpaid customers ? issue is not resolved

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare if I pay for 5G unlimited postpaid per month and you give me 300kb/s internet why I pay you that much money , you have that many customers this is your problem not my, fix it or return the money

    @JioCare Jio Fiber Internet down since 21 April. Engineer visited and refused to fix it. 2 appointments scheduled—no one showed up. Called support 5 times—only false assurances. Appointments disappear from the app! This is sheer negligence and harassment. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare The nearest Jio tower is located just 300 meters from my home; why, then, is 5G service unavailable? Despite recharging with ₹399 every month, 5G is available on other networks—but Jio is rubbish

    @JioCare My question is, why cant the team visit my place and check? I know I am paying 200 extra than the online price, I am also ready to pay an extra 200, why cant they check as they promised. Or if it is true that Airfiber is not working properly, why do you sell it?

    Pathetic service! @JioCare. Your customer care executive gave me wrong info and made me pay the bill twice, claiming WiFi would resume in 30 mins after payment. Other executives say it takes 24 hours to restart after paying.

    @JioCare pathetic service Jio. I'm not talking about the internet speed, but the relocation service you provided to me. I moved from Mumbai to Pune on 31st March and my new connection in Pune is still not installed. Today is 25th of April. I have recharged for 4 months in advance

    The worst internet speed is of @reliancejio @JioCare Call the customer care, same repeated solution, after that they will ask for 5 rating before solving the problem. Nothing changes after many complaints. Same slow speed. Forced you change the mode from 5g to 4g. @GoI_MeitY
