@reliancejio MS Teams ! It's working on Airtel 100 Mbps plan without any call lags or disconnection but not on JIO Fibre. Seems Airtel is better than @reliancejio to handle corporate user needs. We can't bear GAWAR and RATTU popat answers of a genuine tech issue from jio customer service

@JioCare @shreyans_jain1 I still didn't get 5G in Jaipur even after following all the conditions whereas all people nearby me have got the same so there is no issue of coverage atleast. They are not even telling me what's the issue why I haven't received it yet.

@JioCare , @reliancejio Very poor management and process to change user plan. They charge 2 times if you change your plan within one month. Horrible experience. Not to use Jio anymore friends

@JioCare In our area we are not able to get better speed on Jio4g network. Everytime when I contact with customer support they says there is issue in your are it might be solved in few days. I am listening this from 6 months but no response comes. Pls look into this

@JioFiberVoice @JioCare Yesterday around 10:55 pm the internet connection was lost and red led was showing , i booked service request suddenly now 9:35 the connection is back automatically internet is running 🤡 is this some kind of curfew? Help!!!!

Hi @JioCare - we had a relocation request closed without getting the installation. We complained and the service req has also been closed now w/o any resolution. I have called your customer care for about 10 times now and still no support ! Should we switch to different ISP ?
