Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare I recharged my phone twice because of your stupid services. First I recharged because my plan was up and the calls and data wasn’t working despite showing successful recharged message and then I did it again thinking made a mistake. ITS STILL NOT WORKING I NEED REFUND

    @JioCare Shrikant, the very first issue in front of you is the loss of our 8days of work, time & money due 2 this huge delay in jiofiber installation.Secondly, why we have 2 pay for the wire & wiring when every company is offering the wiring job for free. Third, escalation HOD details.

    @JioCare I paid the full annual amount based on the advertised offer, and now I am being charged after 360 days. Where is the promised free 30-day validity? If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution today.

    I've been unable to login into Jio live tv+ to view the fifa world cup as the number for OTP shows the previous registered number but the OTP doesn't come to the previous as well as my current number. @JioCare

    @JioCare Stop sending generic, scripted replies. I am not interested in your 'service requests' or further delays. My request is simple: Cancel the Jio AirFiber connection immediately and process my full refund. Do not try to fix this or offer me more time; I am done. Refund my money now.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber STB is having an issue with the Live TV+ app. When I click on the Live TV+ icon, a black screen with the app logo appears, but the app freezes and won't load any further. Please help me fix this.

    Day 4. No WiFi. No mobile network. No resolution. Only repeated scripted replies from @JioCare while customers suffer 96+ hours of downtime. Work affected. Classes missed. Extra costs incurred. Where is the compensation for this prolonged service failure?

    @JioCare @RIL_Updates we are paying you along with 18% gst for jio airfiber and it is not working since 3 days and on top of it we are buying data pack with 18% gst. For 1 purpose you are asking us to shell twice the amount plus 18% gst. Very nice and innovative way of making money.

    @JioCare @JioCare Do you still expect me to continue with Jio after a 4-day Internet outage at my residence in South Delhi? The disruption persists due to adamant and inefficient technicians and a failed grievance redressal system. Do you want to hear harsh words on such pathetic service?

    Poor support from @JioCare @reliancejio AGAIN Happened last year. Happened again. Internet gone . Compain 40 hours ago. 1st message was for an engineer visit at around 1 pm yesterday. Changed by Jio to evening yesterday Then showed Engineer is on the way. Then he vanished. Complain paused. I will surely go for another company this year because the after sales services are very poor. Three cheers for Jio .

    @JioCare Your technicians are dishonest and not delivering the service customers pay for. They're scamming customers and potentially damaging your brand value. Either improve accountability and service quality or I'll be forced to escalate this to Consumer Court.
