Hello @JioCare, My jio fiber connection 914479627634 is not working from 28th oct 2021. Several complaints have been raised but still the issue is unresolved. The latest service id is SR000017CKYO. Please do the needful at the earliest.

Hey @JioCare, I'm sorry to say that, I am paying you for nothing. I'm not able to use your product due to your network issue but paying the exact same amount of money just for emergency use. Sorry please solve the problem. Atleast set a network tower near here. Thanks.

@JioCare Now when I have talked to executive he said my request has been cancelled. And when I asked for reason he said technical issue and disconnected the call. @JioCare very bad customer service. A small relocation request cannot be fullfilled. Surely have to look for alternative.
