Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio never take jio connection as they do not have any service engineers to attend to calls. They don't even have a process to escalate calls to their call centre. You are royally f***** once you sign in to their services

@reliancejio @Jiocare Jio internet speed is getting worse from last few months. I can't even use whatsapp No use of giving data in Gbs if your speed is in KBs And customer care is of no help either just parroting the same script handed over to them

@reliancejio @JioCare In our neighbourhood, we have had a bad network experience. Is not it possible for Jio to run a tower in our neighbourhood? There is no network in nearly four to five villages in my area. Even calling someone is difficult due to the lack of network access.
