Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare the Service Request number SR000038Q6RJ. Your automated message says I will get an update by 20th June, but I have already waited 17 days. Make sure this SR is resolved with a full refund to my source account by tomorrow, or I am proceeding with the Consumer Forum complaint.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber My issue is still not resolved. How long will it take to fix this problem? Should I expect to wait one year for a resolution? I have already reported the issue multiple times, but there has been no proper action taken. Please provide a clear update.

    @JioCare You network is so ****** up that not even a simple tweet can be done and above all you people are not even confident about it being able to receive a call. The area is Amoghpur Village, Mughalsarai pin 232101. The whole area is facing the similar issue.

    @JioCare I already sent u location etc, like since 2/3 years. Still u dnt find out what causes network issue for 5g connection.. U ppl should lose ur job, u r worthless. U can check dm, or my previous msg etc.. Since 2/3 years continously saying same thing.

    @JioCare It’s impressive that your billing system never misses a deadline, while your service team repeatedly does. Perhaps the same urgency you show in collecting payments could also be shown in providing the service customers are paying for. Truly remarkable priorities. @TRAI

    @JioCare I am writing to inform you that I have already paid my Jio Fiber bill yesterday. However, the payment has not yet been updated in my account, and the bill still appears as unpaid. I have proof of the payment. I have tried calling the customer care. #JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Every time I contact customer care, I'm promised a refund within 24 hours. It's been over a month now. Are your 24 hours longer than the ones on Earth, or is my refund being sent by money order? Please provide a real refund timeline.

    @rutu609 @JioCare Yes, nowadays the jio network is unreachable, Airtel flourishing even in my native village Jio was good but not usable for work from home and Airtel was hopeless but now using Airtel I can happily continue Work from home and Jio is sleeping well

    @jio_fiber @JioCare For several months requested for service as the internet connectivity in my apartment complex with 48 households is extremely inconsistent. No response from #Jio. Many of us are about to migrate to other service providers should things not improve in 5 days

    72+ hours without internet and still no resolution from @JioCare No complaint registration, no ticket number, no ETA, no response to emails—just endless automated messages. This is by far the worst support experience I’ve had with any ISP. Need immediate resolution.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been non-functional for 7 days. A complaint was closed without resolution, and service restoration keeps getting delayed. Additionally, I faced severe harassment due to the conduct of a service engineer, which requires immediate investigation.

    @JioCare Instead of providing proper support again you guys have started playing schedule schedule. Yesterday it was scheduled for 18june 11 am but again I got the msg it is rescheduled for 3:30 pm. It's going on for 3 days now. pathetic. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare, The network coverage in my area(pin-841208) is decent outdoors, but the signal becomes very weak inside rooms. Internet speed drops significantly, making data usage difficult. Kindly look into the network quality and improve indoor coverage in this area. #NetworkIssue

    @rutu609 @JioCare @airtelindia network is pathetic. I m from Chennai, call quality is fine. But 4G speed is pathetic. Last week was in Bangalore suburb. Again 4G speed was very low. At times, was very difficult even to connect calls

    @JioCare When in 2040. No i don't need your connection or service anymore, cancell the request and refund my money with interest. You ppl had my money for a long time than you have promised. You ppl have earned an interest using my money, so refund that as well
