Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Complete #JioFiber blackout in my New Delhi office since 16 May! Jio ID: 91-1135872452. Paid 3 months advance but getting pathetic service. Area Manager Deepak is ignoring calls. Business is suffering heavily. Fix this today or REFUND my money & cancel connection! @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Hello, 1 month back I have taken JioAirFiber connection which includes hotstar ott subscription as well, When I login with the same number hotstar subscription isn't getting activated.

    @JioCare I generated a UPC code on May 12, 2026, and completed the self-KYC process. The SIM card was delivered on May 18, 2026; however, it has not yet been activated on the Jio network. I have called customer care multiple Reference no : NO00015EFV6R

    @JioCare @JioCare My Jio SIM was deactivated on May 15 while I’m living in Sweden. Customer support asked me to visit India for reactivation, which isn’t feasible right now. All my banking OTPs are linked to this number. Requesting a temporary activation. Please help.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Discontinued my Jio AirFiber but recharged after 2 days to continue the service. It’s been 3 days and I’m still chasing your team to restart it. Payment is already done, but MyJio still shows "No Active Plan." Please resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare it's been 15 days. The sales guy got his commission & is not responding. The installation guy is not responding. Me, the customer got nothing & am following up for my money. You keep giving template replies each time. How is this fair? Not 1 call from your end. Not 1 proper reply.

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI after i update my iPhone on December 2025 last year, my jio esim stopped working even though I still have esim profile on my iPhone. I even recharged my number but no network is showing and looks like esim profile is corrupted after update. 1/3

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Very disappointing service from @JioCare. Multiple engineer visits got rescheduled, promised resolution date (18th May) has already passed, and the issue is still unresolved on 19th May. Constant follow-ups, tweets, and complaints -but no actual resolution.

    @JioCare Home Broadband network t working since yesterday( SR 2231988813). No se vice Engr. visit though he was supposed to by 4.30 pm yesterday. No way to contact live customer care. Lousy boys. Frequent breakdowns in few months. Please cancel connection and refund!!

    @JioCare 6 months there’s been no network during power cuts, and now there’s no proper network even when power is available.Customer care only sends emails/SMS saying “resolved” while the issue continues. Looks like complaints are closed just on paper. Weste service

    @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

    @JioCare @JioCare Nice still no response from your side. Feels like I should now leave the JIO . I forgot to mention 4 months ago when I was complaining about poor internet the customer representative tried to abuse me. I'm really very happy with your service and I can't bear it anymore

    @JioCare I bought the ₹949 Jio 2GB 84-day plan on 16th May 2026,which includes jiohotstar subscription as well,but JioHotstar is asking me to subscribe again,It’s already included in my recharge plan but subscription shows unsubscribed. Resolve this issue on priority

    Hey @reliancejio, 3 YEARS of "we are working to resolve it" is long enough. Network coverage is still pathetic and my internet speed has tanked to 1-2 MBPS. Even your customer care is just repeating the same script. When is this actually getting fixed? 😡 Tower - Varanga
