  @JioCare Today after complaining about the service the jio customer support assured that between 6pm to 7pm my issue will be solved but after the deadline passed they are again doing the rescheduled drama it is now going above the head and this was not expected from jio now will switch

  @JioCare @jio_fiber Received my AirFiber bill. I’m on a 100 Mbps plan & usually pay ~₹1K, but this time I’ve been charged 2053. Support mentioned OTT charges, but I am not using any JioFiber OTT set-top box or OTT services. Please review this incorrect billing and resolve ASAP.

  Hi @JioCare, My jio number just got discontinued on 17.04.2026 due to non use but now I need to activate this number urgently. Now, sim is from Delhi but I have permanently shifted to Bhopal and cannot go to Delhi just to buy a new Sim. So can you provide any other solution.

  @reliancejio such sick service. The SR has been open for 2 days and today is the 3rd day. No response from the concerned team to fix it. This is happening in a city. I wonder how your service is going to be if you look at penetrating into villages?
