Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio This is what jio given me in Lucknow in the name of 5G network:  Download Speed: 54.6 Mbps (Barely matching standard 4G thresholds)  Upload Speed: A completely unusable 2.71 Mbps  Jitter: 22 ms (Indicating severe network instability and packet fluctuations)

    @JioCare I want to close my Fiber connection. None of your options work. The app asks me to call a phone number. There is no option to raise a request not to talk to customer care. No response to my emails. Stop sending us in a loop.

    @JioCare My Internet service has been disrupted for last 3 days and even after a complaint it remains unresolved. Why should Jio not waive off the fee for the days it remains disrupted as this is a recurrent problem. Restore Internet services asap. My mob 9830600947.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , An unknown caller called my Jio number about my network experience, but what shocked me was that they already knew my alternate contact number and read it out to me. Who shared my personal details? Privacy is a right, not an option. If this is how customer data is handled, I'll seriously consider porting my number. #PrivacyMatters #DataPrivacy

    @JioCare @JioCare @DoT_India Its a scam. These guys take advance and dont refund. But if you get delayed by even a day to pay, they disconnect the service. Fraud Jio. Stay away from jio. #fraudjio

    Dear @JioCare @AmbaniKaVansaj Your network is so "big" that my complaint got lost in it. 7 days,no resolution.Even my office visit couldn’t find it.Still my internet not working .Impressive.Truly world-class customer service,Big network,zero technicians I guess .

    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My customer id +91-6185796711 & the Registered mobile number is 8709258133. I got it installed on 30th june and was promised a better speed and connectivity but sadly i am not getting either of it. Also, your CC support is pathetic. Please respond

    @JioCare @reliancejio last 11 days back we have shifted to other location. and paid online 1200 rupees for new set up box installation. Till now installation has not been done Ref Order No: NO0001ELE87A. when contacted service person he his denying to come and telling to complain

    Is that only me or anybody else face trouble accessing internet on @JioCare airfibre? I used to enjoy it a lot when it was jiofibre but this air technology is not working well. I also face too much trouble accessing some apps and websites. X is one of them.
