Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio @aajtak #ScamAlert Jiofiber care running a scam under a big name...they put a propoganda of Refunding the whole amount if the service is bad and u keep on following..they take multiple account details from u n update status that detail is incorrect.

@JioCare I jst shared speed test it clearly shows that 8 mb/s is missing from 150mb/s Why is that? And why the ping is 17-20 ms? My previous ISP gave me 4-7 ms ping & there was no loss in Up & Download speed So it clearly shows either JioRouter is incapable or ur connnectivity Sucks..

@JioCare your care executive even your appellate authority are deaf to my problem. I had detailed my problem over mail and in social media but Jio is adamant to it. This happens when large number of customer depends on a single operator . Thanks to Airtel and VI alternatives.

@JioCare An engineer was scheduled to visit me 09-01-2021 at 15:30 for installation of my JioFiber connection. Neither did he come nor are the service providers picking up the calls. Very poor service. I'm really disappointed.

@JioCare I was unable to acess zoom and almost every website even social media apps are not loading even after using jiofi...so many of my frnds engaged in work from home have shifted to to airtel in last 3 months as your network is very weak
