Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Raised a relocation request after recharge, but now being told service is unavailable. Also faced rude behaviour from support and my call was disconnected. Requesting cancellation and refund/adjustment of recharge amount. Kindly assist urgently #JioFiber #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare Why such a bad customer support though? I am literally tired. No one has called me yet on the relocation. Pathetic is not the word but beyond pathetic should be the correct one for your service

    @JioCare Ur team keeps asking for more details while the issue remains unresolved. Network is poor for over a week. If Jio cannot provide reliable service and a clear timeline for resolution,I will have no option but to port all my connections to Airtel,which is already providing stable5g

    @JioCare my JioFiber connection is fluctuating since tomorrow and even after raising multiple service requests the service engineer hasn't even visited once, they keep rescheduling my service request. When I call the engineer he gives some lame excuse and then reschedules.

    @reliancejio complaint no SR0000376A1H dtd 31 may pending Previous fault on 27 may repaired on 29 may . Fault on 11 may repaired on 17 may. All fault were in your box . Pl see personal why frequently faults on this connection

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare its 2 PM now and your service engineer has not bothered to call. Please tell me where should i escalate this? Also please initiate the refund of INR1200. And kindly proceed with permanent disconnection. I cant be fighting for an internet connection. Pathetic

    @JioCare What's the point of raising complaints if your customer care only follows a script? I've contacted support 5–6 times regarding poor network speeds in Ranchi. Every call ends with the same questions, a network reset, and a promise that the issue is fixed.

    It has been more than 48 hours and @JioCare can't even find out what's wrong with the #Jio #Fiber connection. That too in the national capital! Wow! And @TRAI probably doesn't even pull up the telcos for deficiency in service.

    Experiencing frequent @reliancejio network outages every 2-3 days in my village. Why is a permanent fix so difficult when @airtelindia provides uninterrupted service here? We logged 100s of complaints last month alone! Location : Perurupadu, A.P(pincode: 522657).

    @JioCare I called the technician through the Myjio app and he told me to wait till tomorrow. What is the point of rescheduling if my issue isn't going to be resolved on the time mentioned ? And it has been more than 24 hours since I raised the service request.
