    Still no sign of a technician. Missed yesterday's slot, missed today's 12-1 PM slot. Majorly regretting choosing @JioCare instead of @airtelindia. Absolute rubbish customer service.

    Paid for JioFiber Max, but installation couldn't be done due to weak signal in my area. Your representative promised a refund within 3 days. It's been over a week, and now I'm being asked to wait another 15–20 days. Kindlyprocess my refund ASAP. @JioCare

    @JioCare The wire which comes to my house had been damaged and due to which I am unable to use internet no option of raising service ticket number due to outage. tried callling the local jio service provider, he said without service ticket number we will not come and resolve the issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare Payment for Jio No. 6367481738 was taken in advance, and delivery/activation was indicated by 01 June. Today is 03 June and the SIM is still not delivered. Customers should not lose valuable validity/reservation time due to delays attributable to Jio. Need immediate resolution, not repeated escalation assurances. Order No. NO00015F496T.

    Everyday I call customer care, they console me by saying today will appoint a schedule, tomorrow will definitely engineer will come, but no one comes or respond to the relocation order till date. What is even more disappointing is that I have not received any phone call.@JioCare

    @JioCare recharged my Wi-Fi bill on June 1st. It hasn't been activated yet. I complained to customer service. They say, "Half an hour, half an hour, so please help."

    @reliancejio I am receiving service updates on my email id for a particular Jio Airfiber connection which isn't mine. Is there a way you can contact the moron connection owner who put my email id to make him put his own id, or simply delink my email from that service account?

    @JioCare Still no internet. I will be forced to remove jio and switch to airtel if issue is no solved today. My office work is getting severly impacted .
