I never suggest anyone to use @reliancejio @JioCare Because I already raised complaint but they don't work on them. They are always work on city they aren't focusing on villages. @TRAI

@JioCare Hi jio, my broadband is down since 2 days. I registered a ticket and I was told 18th Oct '22 5pm your executive will visit and resolve it but none came. Surprisingly the ticket is now closed saying resolved. Please help.

@reliancejio I want to relocate my jio fiber to a new location and no one is visiting me. I have to register complain everyday because no service engineer is visiting me.This is customer harassment. So tell me if relocation is possible or otherwise I will apply for a new service provider.

@JioCare @Thesuryaman Jio Fibre relocation is just a bluff. There is a hell lot of issue with engineers. They will make it worse. Always provide wrong information to customers and jio care always support their false promises.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have put multiple requests to take my Jio Fiber Device back, called customer care multiple times and they saying you will get schedule details on message, I haven’t received it yet. Please arrange for pickup asap - I am leaving my place in 2 days.
