Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare You guys don’t have sufficient team on ground, JIO employee here told that too many complaints are pending it may take 2 - 3 days for my issue to be resolved, It’s my mistake that I recharged for a half yearly plan yesterday, refund it, cancel the connection, close the matter

What kind of pathetic behaviour and pathetic gimmick is this of harassing customers? No accountability on customer care as well

    I bought a new @JioCare Jio prepaid sim and since the day of activation getting continous calls from @DMIFinance for some loan which I haven't taken. The calls are so frequent that it is disturbing my day routine. @TRAI Please help to resolve.

    @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India this is the response and resolution from jio if the customer face internet issues they simply say you may experience internet issues if high number of users accessing the internet issues this kind of networks are useless for public in india

    @JioCare and I responded. Nothing from your end post that. In fact, now I have close to 20 residents within one block who would plan to switch from jio because of the shoddy service and worse complaint resolution mechanism.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, I paid ₹2,221.46 for Jio AirFiber LR00001EB9JT on 16 Jul. I requested cancellation, but till now no cancellation or refund update has been provided. Please cancel the order and initiate the refund.

    @JioCare Don’t ask me who gave me information, instead you tell me when is my problem getting solved. Stop diverting the subject. All technicians are loaded with Air Fibre work now who will look after Fibre, you all are only looking after new customers

    Dear @JioCare My JioAirFiber connection number is 5513562970. This connection has not been in use for more than three months due to poor signal quality and despite raising multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved. As a result, I have switched to Airtel for my internet service. This is for your information. Thank you.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been saying that I get alloted a slot for engineer visit but nobody visit and then someone behind keyboard who doesn't even read the issue says the "Click on “Reschedule” button to change the appointment timing as per your availability."

    @reliancejio @JioCare this very disappointed my my villagers facing everyday 6 to 7 hours network shutdown whenever power supply down the network is also down after that when power is restablished after 30 to 45 minutes the network is also restablished in my area(saifganj) bihar
