Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Even I can't call to your customer care as jio seems blocked my no due to continuous follows. I can't connect over zoom,Whatsap,MS Teams.Bcos I am working from home.I may los my job. It is very bad expriec of 1 yr data plan of JIO.pls look into this.@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare

Hi @JioCare ,I have been struggling with my mobile data for last 15days. My data is very slow, not able to connect via call and data plan,& I recharged my no. with 1 yr plan.I connected cust-care two times but yet to be resolved.Could u pleas fix my internet issue? @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service of JIO FIBER. Complaint given on 19th Jan 2022. Today 21st Jan :: NO ONE HAS VISITED YET FOR RESTORATION ON INTERNET. Complained 6 times on customer care. Today they told me that the complaint has been resolved ? How ? What's happening ?
