Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@reliancejio Please stop sending multiple text messages for same purpose. It is so annoying. If it continues, I will have to terminate services of my all four connections. We don't need to be reminded four times a day about renewal of plan.

@JioCare My JIO sim is not working in international roaming. Your customer care is not reachable and no one answers to emails. Im absolutely helpless from 1 week without important OTP messages. Even Twitter DM no one responds. I recently ported from Vi to Jio and regret it now.

@JioCare I got an alert saying engineer booked for tomorrow 5 pm , but why not today , I spoke to the engineer he said work is going on at Peddar Road since night, I went near the main box no one was there and nor any work has been done !! This is absolute shame ! Fix it now #JioFiber
