Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been completely down for 3 days, and SR: SR00003AG47B is still unresolved.Despite multiple complaints & repeated calls, I've received nothing but automated replies. The engineer who visited on 7th July left without fixing the issue & put my ticket on hold

    @Airtel_Presence How long does it take you to resolve an issue. It has been over a week for my raised issue and there is no resolution in sight. I think it’s better to switch to @reliancejio or @TataPlayBinge

    @JioCare Nobody really cares. I get automated messages. Nobody wants to make things right. Your technicians are surely not working on the issue. It does not take 3 days to restore internet connect in 1 particular area.

    @JioCare The engineer didn't visit on scheduled date and time. This is serious. The appointment had been scheduled twice, but no one visited from Jio's Team. And do share the concerned official's contact details. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY, the issue persists since last 4 days.

    @JioCare @JioCare Thanks for your reply. Today is the 7th day without internet. My wife works from home and her work has been affected. Please share the engineer's name, contact number & ETA today. If unavailable, assign another engineer immediately and compensate for the prolonged outage

    @JioCare @JioCare it is full of fake promises and commitment. Sales people come and promises fake date of installation. Customer care have robotic answer only. Links to check status always shows error. Better u refund my money immediately and stop playing with customer like football

    airtel and jio should offer an opt-in “sim lock”: once enabled, no duplicate sim gets issued on my number without digilocker verification. physical ids not accepted, period. forged aadhaar photocopies are how sim swap fraud starts. the govt’s current fix? a warning sms. @airtelindia @reliancejio @DoT_India *opt-in only since we live in India*

    @JioCare Please stop sending generic replies and provide: The exact reason for the delay. A confirmed installation date and time. Assurance that my order will not be cancelled without my consent. I expect this issue to be resolved on priority.

    @JioCare Ordered a new Physical SIM on 2/7. After 7 days & multiple follow-ups, no SIM, no resolution. Payment is debited instantly, but there’s no cancel/refund option - you must wait 30 days. Why the forced interest-free use of customers’ money? @DoT_India @jaagograhakjago #Jio

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago I'm extremely disappointed with your service. Due to bad weather over the last few days, my JioAirFiber internet and TV channels stopped working. However, the weather has been clear since the day before yesterday, still not restored.

    @JioCare @reliancejio order booked on 11 may 2026 jio Airfiber connection wasn’t installed due to feasibility issue but my advance payment 2222 is still NOT refunded after 2 months..portal showing Refund not applicable. This is complete harassment….
