    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor network connection when I needed the most. I repeatedly complaint about it. But everytime got the answer, it will be rectified. But when? It's already 4 months. Are u indirectly telling customer, change the network? Not expecting something from Jio.

    @JioCare Worst service I did recharge of 555 and 569 on my father's number and it got failed but money deducted and hasn't been refunded. Have been using the service from the launch but looks like finally have to switch to other network coz of service im getting

    @reliancejio @JioCare How pathetic are you helpline services. I called Jio care and they weren't able to solve my problem. I went to Jio care,the person available there has no correct way to speak to customers and he clearly said no to me. This is the way to treat a customer?

    @JioCare In last 2.5 years nothing have been done by u ppl You can't commit the date its ok but can you commit the number of years it will take... So many ppl using internet after purchasing recharge not for free... its not our problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio disappointed with your service. I sent an email on 25 December, requesting relocation of Jio Fibre from Thane to Mumbai. I received an email saying I would get a revert in two days. I still haven’t received any response. Can you please expedite this?

    @JioCare I am trying to port out from jio since 25th Feb 2020. I am an active JIO user with sufficient balance to port out. Called jiocare where evrytime I am told that due to network outage I can't get upc code and jio team is fixing this issue. Today is 30th Dec.

    @JioCare Unacceptable service. Requested MNP to Jio 2 months ago. An agent showed up y'day. 4 of us at home decided to switch. The guy captured our names, DOB & addresses all wrong, in spite of referring to our aadhaar cards. I need these corrected asap pls.

    @JioCare Day 8. Finally Service person showed up and said the issue must be fixed from backend and raised a new SR. It took 8 long days to service person to visit the premises. How many days will it take to fix it? 😤

    @JioCare so disappointed. After raising my concern here a service request was created. No calls yet. When I try to track I get no update. I need to simply discontinue my service, why is that taking so long? Or are you afraid to give me refund? SR000013JB6E

    @reliancejio @JioCare whenever we called to customer care, observe common cassette playing everytime : in your area observe speed slowness and it will take time, something liks this. Dont try to make people fool with such way

    @reliancejio Hello Sir/ma'am, I have requested for jio broadband service at my home but the engineers are saying it is not possible as they provide up to 70 MTR distance from last location. Can anything be done in this case.. As we have only AIRTEL in our locality. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
