Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare By writing "We wish to set things right", things don't set themselves right. You need to move from your seats in ivory tower & fix the issue. It is exactly a month since the system is down. How do you expect someone to survive in such a scenario? Stop taking customers for a ride.

    @kishansinghkkk @JioCare @JioCare service is terrible. Since AI chatbots arrived, reaching support has become a headache. Yet some still praise it. Once they sell a connection, they seem to stop caring about customer service.

    It just requires wire replacement which the technician is unwilling to do and keeps rescheduling the appointment. Customer care as well does not give proper response to my queries. First pathetic experience in my 3+ years of JioFiber conn. More details in your DM @JioCare

    @JioCare I am facing extremely poor internet speeds of around 0.1 Mbps despite having an active recharge and 5G coverage. This issue is affecting my daily work and usage. If this network problem is not resolved within the next 10 days, I will be forced to port my number.

    @JioCare Despite of sharing details on DM more than 36 hours have lapsed still Jio Fiber is not restored for all subscribers in D Nav Prabhat CHSL. Please extend all subscribers plan with the outage period. If not possible then refund amounts.

    @JioCare Hi I have done diagnostic but still the performance not improved the support guy came and said to switch off the router for 6 to 8 hrs . Now you say, this is so much of a trouble . But I will follow and if the problem persists I will let u know

    Installed @JioCare JioFiber for internet but services have been completely DEAD for the last 5 days. And absolutely zero accountability from the customer support. But if a customer delays a recharge, you suspend the services instantly? Double standards. Fix this ASAP! #JioFiber

    @JioCare Hi @airtelindia i have switch to airtel now. 5G network is also not available at my home. Approx 100 mter away 5g is available. Please chek and resiolve the issue @Airtel_Presence
