Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews From last 15 day too much slow Internet speed in my area specially after 7.00 pm. Not able use more than 100 mb . I already complain in customer care but there is no solution. Can I switch in other telecom operator? @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare Jio Home WiFi service in my area has become extremely distressful. Internet signals are completely unavailable. Despite restarting the router multiple times, the issue still continues. Kindly resolve the network problem in my location asap @reliancejio

    @JioCare My internet was down from 3rd April at 9:00 PM till 8 April 11:00 PM, now you can calculate the down time yourself or you want me to provide that as well??

    I have already completed pymnt for JioFiber installatio 16 may26 but the installation has not been done yet. The assigned techns are not rgrdn to calls.Such pathetic and horrible service provided Jio such bullshit Even not connect to customer care . @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare JioFiber +91-7585796644 had repeated long outages despite paid plan. Your local representative advised disconnection assuring full refund, now deductions are being applied. Need full refund + compensation, else legal complaint before Consumer Forum/NCH.

    Using @JioCare for 7 years, but for the last 15 days the internet service is completely not working,Every complaint gets the same copied reply, but no resolution yet. Why should customers pay for a service they can’t use? Need immediate resolution and refund. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Have been trying to reach some customer service executive to resolve my internet issue but not able to reach anyone. The technician keeps postponing his visit. Not able to get the contact of technician and reach him. Pathetic service from @JioCare

    @JioCare There is no issue with the internet speed, but the problem is the frequent complete outages in our area. This issue is not limited to me specifically alone; all nearby AirFiber users are facing the same problem.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets Installed Jio Fiber 3 weeks back worked for three days only, technician fixed it and after few days again stopped working. For last one week no technician has come to fix the problem. Poor service. Disappointing.

    @JioCare Thank you JioFiber for proving that customers can be charged even during repeated service outages. “We understand your inconvenience” apparently translates to “we’ll still deduct your validity.” Amazing efficiency in billing downtime as active service. #JioFiber
