Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio The jio fiber internet is the worst co and totally unempathatic towards senior citizens. Hv been asking a technician visit for last one month at home of a single 70+ Yr lady who is struggling with wifi, they have still not visited.

    Recharged just a week ago, but I haven't been able to use the service properly because of these repeated outages. The engineers seem more interested in leaving quickly than fixing the root cause. At this point, I'm seriously considering switching to another ISP.#JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare I purchased a JioFiber 100 Mbps connection on 30 Dec 2025 but received only around 30 Mbps. I disconnected the service within a week and returned the equipment. My refund is still pending despite multiple follow-ups. Please help. Order No: 7096841176

    Pathetic service by @JioCare @reliancejio. Fiber down 24+ hrs. Home is cell dead-zone. Left work early & lost a client because tech promised a 6PM slot. He completely no-shows, then FRAUDULENTLY marks system as "customer rescheduled" to Saturday! SR00002MF5LG. Fix this tomorrow!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 3 days in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi. No internet and consistent call drops. How much more time do you need to fix the issue. Are you really 5G? Plus, your AI customer care just sucks. It does nothing but irritates.

    @JioCare @JioCare "Actively working" for 10 days without a single call or update doesn't inspire confidence. If you cannot install the connection, stop delaying and cancel my order with a full refund. Otherwise, share a confirmed schedule instead of another copy-paste response. @nch1915

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber Urgent Complaint – No Internet Since Morning! Complaint number- SR00003AO3P9 My Jio Wi-Fi has been down since early morning. I raised a complaint at 7 AM today. Engineer visit was scheduled for 2 PM, but no one visited yet. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

    absolutely terrible customer service, the earliest engineer appointment I’m getting is after 30 hours & I have paid full amount for the services, you’ll never accept any delay in that, why the delay while providing customer service? This is the 3rd time!!! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare ,You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

    @JioCare Complete network blackout at PINCODE 401209. Zero reception for calls or messages. While your billing and recharge demands are always flawlessly punctual, your actual service delivery is utterly deficient. Resolve this severe outage immediately. Frm last 3days same issue

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged ₹49 for the 1 day Unlimited Data pack, but on the same day there was a network outage and I couldn't use the service. Since the outage was not on my end, I request you to reactivate the 1 day Unlimited Data pack in my account.

Speak directly with the technician who attended my complaint and understand the actual ground reality before giving customers false hope. 7\n

    @airtelindia worst service provider you are. I was hoping for a home delivery of new number but you don't provide that. That's something you must learn from @JioCare @reliancejio . Then I went to your store at Vesu , ViP Road branch and I had to wait in a queue for 10 mins.
