Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, Even after multiple reminders, there has been no proper response or resolution. I recharged for a 5G plan, but I'm forced to use 4G, and even the 4G service is extremely poor. (1/2)

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, this isn't app-specific. The issue affects all apps and websites, including YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp, Chrome, Speedtest, and general web browsing. The problem is poor network quality in my area, not any particular application.

    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since 6 Jul 2026, 5:00 PM. Initially the outage ETA kept changing (10:25 PM → 7 Jul 6:25 PM), then it simply changed to "We'll inform you ASAP." Now the outage isn't even shown in the app.I raised SR00002ME91E, but no engineer has been assigned

    @JioCare I had asked for Post Paid 1499 plan but some stupid 1200 plan has been activated. I am calling daily for rectification of the same but my request is falling on deaf ears. CHANGE MY PLAN TO POST PAID 1499 ELSE REFUND OR RELIANCE BELIEVES ON CHEATING

    @JioCare The network is terrible even in the main city Hyderabad KPHB. I can only imagine how bad the situation is in the villages.
