Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani Such negligence is unacceptable. Kindly take immediate action and resolve the issue without any further delay. A screenshot is attached of the complaint for reference. STATE ESCALATION closed without any resolution & not given any reason. No timeline given for resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare its around 48 hours without internet and still your engineer could not visit my location,now got sms of appointment at 4 pm today. Very very disappointing support services from Jio. Will look for other provider.

    @JioCare @Akash Ambani Today is the 9th day and my complaint still remains unresolved. We are being charged every day despite no internet service—how will Reliance Jio compensate for these losses? This level of service is highly disappointing and not expected from an industry leader.

    WI-FI id - 7039238698 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you have barred my services and when i spoke to the customer care they are saying no grace periods are allowed in your account. This means you don’t value the customer. @JioCare you are the best

    I purchased that for less than 750 and the service center asked for 790 for repair. I purchased the handset from Zepto, they told me to reach out to Jio. Jio denied to repair charging port and now button down key. Is this a new revenue generation model by @reliancejio @JioCare.

    @reliancejio Ordered a jio phone flipkart 6 Apr Order ID:OD437230967002142100 received a dead device on 12 Apr.Both of them avoid providing solution I think there is no return policy, it feels to me like Flipkart and Jio have deliberately delivered a dead phone to avoid responsibility.

    which is nowhere close to the promised speed. Even basic usage is affected. I raised a complaint, but received a generic “connection refreshed” response with no actual resolution. This clearly shows poor service quality and lack of accountability.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare my internet is not working from 5thApril2026 after complaint also engineer visit also issue not resolved. Got message issue resolved what type of service is this for sales they come immediately but for service dont even pick up the phone hopeless

    @JioCare Still no solution. Stores in Delhi are openly refusing SIM replacement for my lost number. This is NEGLIGENCE. Customers shouldn’t suffer because your staff doesn’t know basic policy. Either resolve this immediately or I will escalate to @TRAI.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio 10 days. TEN DAYS. My relocation request keeps getting marked 'fulfilled' or 'cancelled' every single day with zero resolution. I call, I reopen it, I get a new random excuse. I've already paid the advance and you won't even refund it. This is not service. This is harassment. #JioFail

    @Airtel_Presence Really disappointed with the network quality in 411038. Can’t even watch a match properly, even at 360p it keeps buffering. Is this what you call India’s fastest network? Please fix this ASAP. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Restoration is NOT done. Your tech BLOCKED my number after a failed fix on April 7. The ODB box in Gwaltoli is open & damaged for months (see photo). I've emailed the Nodal Officer. Don't close this until a senior tech visits. ID: SR000032QJ1L.

    @JioCare please provide us a better internet connectivity. It's too poor to use it here in kiranpur Lakhisarai. I just waste my money in recharge.
