Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Their plans provide unlimited 5G data but even regular 2G internet speed is not being offered At least people should have access to 4G speed in the name of 5G I am facing this issue in Delhi. I wonder what network problems will arise in remote areas.

    @JioCare So since 2 nd June to 30 th June if it was temporary issues? How i could use even 1 GB out of 56 GB. Lie has become legitimate nature. Jio is anti national company. Sucking Blood like mosquito. I m not hre to donate Ambani . Either provide service or no recharge will be done.

    You are not able to provide a basic service after charging full installation fee and sending these useless AI generated bot messages? Why is there no mechanism to speak to a real human? @Consumer2Court @consumercourtin Kindly look into this matter. Massive fraud by @JioCare

    @JioCare I am getting huge number of calls by some spam or I don’t know or my Jio, but Jio is failing to help me on that and annoyingly I’m getting huge number of calls every day. I’m speaking to Jio over the chat, but no response.

    @JioCare Called like 10 times to this stupid number 18008969999 and ivr responds and then disconncts. ******* horrible service. No one should get a jio fiber or air fiber connection it's a headache. They are nice when you are joining their broadband but after service zero.

    @JioCare U got the worst customer service ever….its been 4 days since I’ve been trying ….u say the same **** ….send the same link which doesnt resolve anything and keep the customer in a loop …Shame on You!

    @JioCare and now you have removed all the ways I can reach your customer care. Hot line - call answered and ended by the robot. Chat - JioGin, Doesn't understand any inputs, has its own mind. So basically, we can't provide you any inputs of our issues or your inefficiency.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio It has been 3 days and there is still no proper restoration of my Jio AirFiber service. There has been no meaningful update or timeline shared either Will Jio compensate customers for this prolonged outage or simply ignore them and expect us to keep.

    @JioCare @JioCare it hasn't rained a single drop since the last 2 days. There's no water logging anywhere in the vicinity. Please clarify what is causing the service disruption and how long it will take to be fixed? I am having to pay for additional data every day due to the WiFi loss.

    @JioCare @JioCare My decision is final. I no longer want to continue with #JioAirFiber due to repeated service issues and poor customer support. Please stop asking for additional explanations and process the permanent disconnection immediately. Stop billing immediate

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceDigital pls check my jio air fiber is not working. Every time after power goes off the Air Fiber disconnects and it takes one day to come back. Pls resolve this asap. No one is here to check on the same.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, I now have emails, SMS, service requests, X replies, and call recordings. Every channel acknowledges my issue. None of them resolve it. That's the real problem. @reliancejio
