Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    Dear Jio Team, Jio fiber service disruption is became a routine it seems and that too on weekend. No immediate support. Whenever it happens, it takes half a day to one full day for restoration. Very disappointed 😞 @JioCare

    @JioCare Kindly improve your customer service response as many members of our society are switching to @AirtelXtream or cable broadband. Stop bot based service and employ humans. 5 days just to visit n check the issue in this age ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare prepaid consumers are facing seriously slow network and 5G speed at locations like Tikabali, Kandhamal and Bhanjanagar, Ganjam, Odisha. The data speed is too weak and it takes ages to download even a Web page and open an app even. Kindly look into it.

    I have been facing issues for the past 24 hours — my Jio Fiber/WiFi is not working. When I called customer support, the agent spoke to me very rudely the service is very poor. My Jio WiFi goes down 3 times a month. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I applied for relocation 5 days back. Device is already picked up. Now calls nothing total silence regarding connection at new place. Tried reaching helpline. Very bad response. No one cares for you from JIO, i guess Pathetic experience

    @JioCare The issue is still unresolved. Despite your confirmation that a Service Request was raised, I have received no call, SMS, engineer visit, or installation update. I paid ₹1200 on 06 July, and installation was scheduled for 07 July.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioHotstar The customer care service is the only WORST ever I have encountered upon. Only voice interactive system! There’s no way to raise a service complaint in that system! Also, no human available to answer the queries.

    @JioCare Moreover, what has been incredibly frustrating with the whole experience is that there is no way to reach a human customer support. Every time I called your IVR number, it disconnected my call saying your request has been canceled successfully. 1/2
