Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare If this matter is not resolved with an appropriate bill adjustment and a permanent solution, I will be left with no option but to pursue legal remedies and file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer authorities. You are forcing your customers to take that route

    @JioCare You can post: Still receiving the same “our team is working on it” response with no resolution. Where is my ticket number and expected resolution date? If the issue can’t be resolved, why are customers being charged for the service?

    🚨 Refund Delay Alert More than 18 days and still no refund. Multiple follow-ups done, only rescheduling messages received — no resolution. This is unacceptable. Kindly process the refund immediately. Jio Fiber @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare it's been 6 days my jiofibre is not working, world Cup ruined, work ruined entertainment ruined, peak season and paid network y is it not working y is their no update from jio what is going on? This is not fair on a 30 days plan 6 days wifi is off, better refund.

    This is how @JioCare handles complaints. Since 2021, my email address has been linked to a stranger's Jio number without my consent. I've contacted Jio hundreds of times and even complained to @TRAI. Every time, I was promised the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. Five years and roughly 45,725 hours later, my email is still linked to that number.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a big scam your Internet service is here , atleast in a month the internet doesn’t work for 10-12 days, your stupid app just keeps on scheduling a mysterious engineer visit which never happens .. I want a refund of the entire amount I’ve paid

    After many continuous complaints Nothing has been changed... The problem is still persisting.. Can't Jio at least arrange a technician visit? Worst experience,I'm fed up with Jio... I'm just waiting for my plan to end and I'll switch to ACT or Airtel in the future... @JioCare

    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio My Jio Air Fiber not working for a long time. Call with Customer care is not being connected. We already sent mail many times but till my problem did not resolve. Kindly look at the matter and resolve the issue. M no & Jio Id sent many times.

    @JioCare Still no solution and no proper solution. The engineer Sachin Parmar is very rule and has no manner how to talk with customers. I rest my complaint here and moving to another alternative.

    I had already requested you to terminate my Jio Fiber account @JioCare . If you people don't take your units like router; external unit; set top box by today from my previous rented place then don't blame me if it gets misplaced. You mailed me today,your tech engineer will visit the place. He isn't picking call nor calling back.

    Day 11 and still no resolution date. Stop beating around the bush and stop treating customers like fools. This is a paid service, not a free favor that customers have to beg for. Every day it’s the same copy-paste response, no ETA, and no callback.@JioCare

    @JioCare Hello Jio Support, I am facing an issue with my Jio AirFiber connection while working from home. My office website (a .NET domain) is not accessible when connected to Jio AirFiber. However, when I switch to a different internet provider's hotspot, the website opens.

    Still no resolution from @JioCare. I've shared all details, followed every step, sent DMs, and even called support, but nobody answers. Unite8 Sports isn't working, OTP shows "Record Not Found", and all I get are automated replies. Stop sending templates and fix the issue.
