Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio everyone on your network gets shown as out of network or switch off in pincode 364001 and 364002 atleast 90% of time... Can u refund the balance if someone has recharged for the whole year..so that they can port out to @airtelnews...?

@JioCare Technically you do nothing. You ask for number to send a message containing a WhatsApp number to solve queries. The address sent to you, 'might' end up in a visit. If there are too many users then why not install a network tower for your customers. @Shubham21310168 @reliancejio

I do not understand what the Ministry of Communication is doing while I recharge ₹ 200 every month. With that I am not able to use even 1GB due to poor network of JIO. I have complained about this many times but I have not received the solution yet. @DoT_India @rsprasad @JioCare

@JioCare i m facing bad network and internet connection in my area Palghar. I m not even able to see YouTube on 144pxl. Jio app is useless and never let us to connect with customers care. From 3-4 years ur telling me to provide better network coverage thn where is it.

@JioCare @AbhinandanBag1 If there are many users accessing the network then there should be a problem on network or internet connection, not the network bars in phone just decreased at its low level or sometimes disappeared. If this problem isn’t in regular routine then we won’t tweet about this matter.
