Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Took Jio wifi connection on 25/june. Connection is dead from 3/July. SR-00003A7157. Registered Mobile Number - 94XXXXX161. Complaint not even attended since 2 weeks! HUGE mistake to have opted for jio, should have taken airtel instead !

    Shame on @JioCare. Worst JioFiber service in Raipur. Relocation requests on 24 Jun & 2 Jul. You took my recharge, today is 17 Jul, and still no connection. Daily it's "Sir, kal ho jayega" but no one comes. Now you hide behind a useless toll-free number instead of giving a refund.

    @JioCare All your chat, call and customer service options connect to a bot and repeat the info already known and doesn't go anywhere. Why is Fiber disconnecting every 5-10 mins, reconnect for 5 mins and decide it will disconnect again? What steps are taken to compensate?

    @JioCare @reliancejio the engineer visited for a fault..found the fault and kept the status of my issue on hold.and inadvertently some one from customer care asking me to reschedule it..what's going on @UfterYou

    After following up for last 8 days with Customer Care of my Jio Fiber connection. The scheduled visit of engineer is just rescheduling every other day. and Customer care executive are so liars and rude that they just keep you hanging and hanging @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber Worst experience with JioFiber. Paying for a service that barely works is unacceptable. Complaints are ignored, solutions are delayed, and customers are left helpless. This is not the standard expected from a company like Jio. Better I'll go for airtel instead of this.

    @JioCare No internet connection since 15.07.2026. Engineer doesnt pick call, nd gives incorrect reports to office without visiting. Area Manager, Mr. Malappa (9653673622), threatened to disconnect service if we continued to call him. Not single representative has visited premise
