I'm really frustrated with @reliancejio since the day my network got upgraded to 5G. I have been observing a lot of call drops and it is increasing day by day. Also, as soon as I receive any call it gets disconnected.

@JioCare This issue is not in specific part..entire vijay nagar , Indore is facing this issue..specially sheetal nagar(a part of vijay nagar)..please do something otherwise airtel is working fine inside the house also..

@reliancejio There is a catch in the above comparison. Jio 5G is still in beta testing mode, not all users are able to access 5G like 4G network. How airtel has launched 5G service commercially so all users can access 5G within 5G coverage area. So 30 is better than a century here

@reliancejio A century of locations on paper. Not everyone using a 5G device being able to use 5G in those 101 areas. I'm sure the 30 areas have better customer support and better 5G quality. Jio is a shame, not even trying to help customers with not able to connect to the 5G network.
