Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare It's been 3 days since my kyc for jio fiber has done, the installation team has never called me, they are daily rescheduling my visit, been a disaster experience even before the start of service, paid some amount of 807 Rs, kindly refund it or get it done.

    @JioCare Kindly specify what was the temporary issue which is taking 2 days to rectify and estimated timeline to resolve the issue. What about your customer care where there are no humans to listen to us and the robotic agent just tells us what was already displayed in the App

    @reliancejio, @JioCare Pathetic Support for Relocation Request.Using Jio 2231713530 for last one year. I made a request for relocation of connection for jist within 1 Km on 9 th May.Request not attended for 15 days. Request no CS00001S8G9WH has been closed without resolution.

    @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @JioMart You should have delivered what was available in stock . Now the prices have gone up, i can reorder but you should provide price difference of items. Atleast compensate the customer for their time. Difficult to trust now from next order.

    @JioCare Very bad Jio... again after one reply no action taken on this matter. Even today voucher of 807 rupees has been removed from from account without any refund. I'm suffering from last more than one month. Pl refund money.

    @JoshiPralhad Joshi Sahab @reliancejio started online SIM card application, I applied twice and paid money. Never got sim as payment was processed. They have removed human customer care executives and with bots they have fixed queries. Even their shops and service centres couldn’t help.

    @JioCare So far no resolution on this scam, on one side vikas is not responding after taking the payment and on other side your team is doing nothing, at least refund my money else will consult consumer forum
