Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio v r using Jio Air Fiber in Hyd. WiFi data completes in just 1-2 weeks itself in every month. Took top up plan for 3 months and it is not visible suddenly. Original and top up plan both no use. Office work is impacted.Pathetic customer service.

    @JioCare hello i had applied for jio fiber relocation, and submitted the desired fee of ₹1200 on 29.03.26, but relocation was not possible due to no optical network in that area, my order was canceled and my device was also submitted to you , still the deposit of 1200 not done

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber connection has not been working since today morning. Connected 3 devices, there is only internet access for 2 devices, the agent said that there is a software issue fix from their side, idk why this happening now...

    @JioCare I am still waiting for my refund. I also made a complaint the same day i left the message on my Twitter account and mailed it also (complaint no. SR0000355VP9). It's TAT is also going to get over but no refund done.

    Hey @JioCare, my router shifting request SR000034Q9ST (raised 30th April) is still unresolved in Siliguri. Engineer never showed up, customer care just reschedules and apologizes. Terrible start for a new customer! Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber #ServiceFailure #Siliguri

    @cool_1998tgn @VerdeSelvans @reliancejio Yes, but it’s in a similar range, around 150 Mbps, with proper network coverage. There are some places near me where we don’t even get Jio’s network.

    @JioCare @aroonkamble Same here. Network is working. But wifi is down. Customer Care is not responding. All left in the middle of nowhere. Is this a wife spread problem?

    If you’re seeing this on your timeline, take it as a sign: don’t opt for JioFiber. They’re very efficient at taking your money and even more efficient at offering zero help when things go wrong. Day 8, still no resolution. SR: SR00002KYO34 @JioCare

    @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.

    Pathetic service from Fiber. Complaint already raised, yet nobody has come to resolve the issue. First the visit was rescheduled from 10 AM to 3 PM, and even then no one showed up. STOP GIVING FALSE TIMELINES. Repeated negligence like this is completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @jio_fiber very bad service providing these days in 3 days I am facing fiber issue created case for technical visit but no body came also without solving my problem my technician visit marked on hold , I trying to connect customer care but not connecting, this very bad @JioCare

    @JioCare I have recharged with ₹899 plan, but JioHotstar is still not working on both mobile and TV. I have already logged in with the same Jio number used for recharge, yet the subscription is not getting activated. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. @hotstar_helps
