Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare There is a limit to lying and making customers fools. It’s been almost 2 days without any proper resolution. Only excuses, fake timelines, and copy-paste replies while the service remains down. Completely unacceptable and pathetic support. @JioCare @JM_Scindia #jioscam

    @JioCare hi @JioCare , your team is not capable of solving simple problem.i had asked to cancel the bb connection and provide refund.Your customer support called and asked me for an OTP to redeem a voucher so that they can refund. Its been 4 weeks , i have received no funds in my bank.

    What a bullshit service provided by @reliancejio @JioCare. It's more than a week and my internet is still not working. They are just giving dates. Lol. Thank you Jio for wasting my time and money. Your service is pathetic.

    @JioCare If there's a problem, neither calls are made nor the internet works. The network is so bad. Will you fix it quickly, or should I port to Airtel? Airtel has a better network in my village. If you want to install a tower, it should be on the roof of my house.

    Applied for Jio AirFiber installation. Received local representative details but no response to calls/messages from their side. My location has stable Jio 5G+ coverage on terrace and feasibility seems possible. Kindly arrange callback/support for installation process. @JioCare

    @JioCare This type of poor service not expecting from Jio👎. First of all the service engineer behaviour was too rude & wrong information provided, misguide for new connection. After submit cancellation request now after 10 day's not resolved the issue after follow-up regularly👎👎👎👎

    I am officially canceling my @JioCare AirFiber. Enough is enough. Every month: 10 days of NO internet. Every day: 5 spam emails/SMS demanding bill payment. Your "4-hour resolution" promises are a TOTAL FRAUD. Third-grade support, zero accountability, Come collect your equipment.

    @JioCare TKS JIO has let down a CUSTOMER with a genuine issue on JIO APP! I spoke with Mr Pavan as explained to him this is NOT a case of WRONG Recharge made by me! I used JIO APP on 8792069750 to recharge for 8217554658. Realised recharge was done WRONGLY for 8792079750 after seeing SMS

    @JioCare I am sharing screenshot of speedtest are you serious about website? if speed is slow it means I can't access any website, please take it on priority otherwise I will port to other network I can't complain like this everyday

    @JioCare I have a very b@d experience with #Jiofiber. Once you get some Service interruption you'll be bhagwan bharose for many days. Feel lucky if you get it rectified in 3-4 days. Nobody listens at @JioCare from top to bottom. This is in Delhi where every service is delivered in 5 min.
