    I have shifted my home from Chennai to Ernakulam, I have requested Jio fiber customer care for relocation of the service, but they told me to disconnect the current connection and I should pay for a new connection. Please help me! @reliancejio

    @JioCare Worst experience with JioFiber. Enginner for new connection never visited the premises for service ID 400129868542. Amount for plan of 6 moths is fully paid yet it's been 3 days and no action is taken even after several complaint to customer care. Thinking of cancelling.

    @Obi2512 I also had the same experience. Later I switched my connection to @reliancejio & the network problem is totally gone. Will suggest to get your number ported in Jio for good network experience.

    @NBDcsgo Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare Superb response received from local team that currently no one working and they are depending on 3rd party to respond and told me to connect them. Whom am I paying? If issue didn't resolve today then I will discontinue. Keep my 699_3M money with you. #cheated

    Pathetic services @reliancejio ...My 15 years old phone number I ported with jio and that was my biggest mistake..They deactivated my number while I was out of country all my banks have that number updated and to activate they have pathetic customer just fake promise Urgent Help

    @JioCare Thank you for your reply. We will definitely try. No point on holding on @airtelindia after paying 839 for 3 months. Zoo Road ,Assam @Airtel_Presence customer care is so unprofessional who don't value a customer who is associated with them for last 5 yeras.
