Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Hello Sir/Mam-this is not resolved yet. Ery day my internet and TV stops wrking aftr 7PM. Ery mnth I make a full recharge w/o any delays, inspite of that I am not getting a complete service and I have started to believe tht my money is being wasted. @reliancejio

    Absolutely appalled by @jio_fiber service. Internet down for 10+ days. Every call same excuse: "backend team delay." What's missing is that Jio took 7 DAYS just for engineer inspection. No resolution. Customers deserve better. Urgent intervention @JioCare @AkashMAmbani #JioFiber

    Hello @JioCare, Internet service in my area has been unreliable for months. Today, I finally raised a complaint, but customers should not have to struggle this long for a basic service. We pay on time for every recharge, yet we are unable to use the services we are paying for.

    @JioCare I have a jiomotive device in my car. I changed the name of wifi network in jiothings app, but it is not updated. Support number rings and after selection of language says "thanks for calling jio" and disconnects! RIDICULOUS! RESOLVE URGENTLY!

    @JioCare Since Nov 2025: SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Multiple assurances of resolution within 7–15 days. Complaints closed, issue still unresolved. I have call recordings of these commitments. Need action, not assurances.

    @JioCare this jio is making me sick. Lagging, lagging, lagging. Slow. What's that. Even COD game lags, youtube, streaming apps . What did happen in the last 15 days? Even payment at times stuck. Throttling.

    @JioCare 102th time same issue This team is so deceitful, incompetent, and arrogant that they don't take action on complaints. They just ask you to send a message, share something, or provide your number and location, but no actual work gets done—the entire Jio TV team is useless

    @Vaibhav51552614 Primary SIM is from @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio worst network. Zero customer care, only BOT reply, their outlet (Pin code : 561207 - Bagepalli ) is busy with new business not time to service issue. Every time no person is available come tomorrow. Lot of tomorrow have gone.

    @JioCare 3 complaints, 7+ months, still no resolution. SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Your team repeatedly assured me on calls that the issue would be resolved within 7–15 days. Those promises were never fulfilled, yet complaints were closed.

    Wtf is this behaviour? I've not recharged my Jio number.But after that I've got 5+ calls just for not recharging. I mean have u guys come this low? That's why you're called Dhandhos. @reliancejio it's my own choice whether I recharge my jio number or not I'm not bound to so!

    @JioCare The customer service is terrible; the customer care helpline number simply doesn't connect—and it never will. The Jio app offers no options to resolve issues. Recharge costs are exorbitant, and there are no offers available; there is no one to provide guidance.
