Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare they told that they are coming in 1 hrs but they never came to solve the issue. Finally I have called customer care yesterday at 3:53 and called again today but still no one visited to resolve the problem

@JioCare Absolutely Cheat and Fraud service from JIO. No real support, just keep looting consumers with fake promises. Can't give decent broadband and Jio talks about 5G. Nonsense.

There is a lot of problem in Jio's network in Bhopalgarh tehsil of Jodhpur district. Pin code 342603 @reliancejio @JioCare After complaining several times there is no improvement till now. If this is the case then? SIM will have to be changed to another operator.
