Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare What's happened to you customer service i have DM everything but there is no response. And I think your not committed tou your service facing lots of network as well slow net speed in my AREA already given details if you can't will switch to Airtel @TRAI please look into this.

@reliancejio @JioCare In this pandemic time when most of us are working from home. Jio Fi router is the best solution for us. No Jio fi router in market now. If find then they r charging 3k for the device. I can see device at price of 999 online but products are NA Plz help
