Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber connection has been out of service since the day it was installed, and after repeated complaints to customer care, the service engineer has been scheduled to arrive on May 8th. So who will compensate me for the eight days' loss? Is my money illegal?

    @reliancejio @JioCare We have a JioFiber connection in Angul, Odisha. It’s been 3 days since we raised a complaint, yet told the issue will be fixed in 5 days. Does this mean customers must wait 5 days for repairs? New connections come in 1 day, but fault resolution takes 5?

    @JioCare Just copy paste standard template messages. No real resolution even government @BSNLCorporate provide better and timely solution for any downtime. My biggest mistake to switch from BSNL to JIo.

    @JioCare No, this is not acceptable. It’s still not working, and it has already been almost 8 days. Instead of resolving the issue, you are asking me to reschedule again. I need a clear commitment on when this will be fixed permanently. arrange immediate resolution without any delay.

    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    Now he is not getting new work order and my plan is showing activated without even installation. @JioCare Need immediate action on this otherwise give my refund. Very pathetic service and all. I will never again think of getting Jio's any thing.
