Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

I supported Jio but Jio didn’t support me !! Today after 9 days of waiting, complained 7-8 times to customer care, twitter, mail,did everything but in vein. Finally, Today sent request for disconnection and got Airtel xtremfiber instantly..who cares ? @JioCare

@reliancejio really jio is playing a game with us, for making it 5G to work, it reduces the 4G speeds in my local area. Customer care won't work as they only tell you there is a multiple users in your area, damn, same case with Airtel won't resolved till 2 years since 2019.
