Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @rutu609 @JioCare @JioCare JioFiber has been one of the worst Wi-Fi services I’ve ever used. Constant problems and a terrible customer experience. I would never recommend JioFiber to anyone. I’m counting down the days until I can finally switch to Airtel Fiber in 30 days. Completely disappointed.

    @JioCare This is not an issue with my Jio number alone. The entire village of Wangi No. 3, Taluka Karmala, District Solapur, Maharashtra - 413202 has been facing very poor Jio network and internet connectivity for the last 10-15 days.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 20 days ago. For the last 5 days I'm getting less than 1 Mbps on a 100 Mbps plan. Customer support is unreachable, and the only response I get is "congestion issue" with no ETA. Please resolve this urgently. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Nothing has been changed... The problem is still persisting.. Can't Jio at least arrange a technician visit? Worst experience,I'm fed up with Jio... I'm just waiting for my plan to end and I'll switch to ACT or Airtel in the future... @JioCare

    @JioCare Intermittent implies it comes and goes, but my internet has been consistently terrible for nearly a month. When exactly is as quickly as possible, because a month of poor service isn't a temporary glitch, it's a permanent issue.

    My JioAirFiber service has been down for over a week. Despite multiple complaints, my request (SR000038BV13) wasn't resolved by 16th June. Even after a follow-up call & 24hr assurance, nothing has been done. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @rutu609 @JioCare @JioCare Network slows down two days before recharge validity, calls don't go till 12 midnight on the last day of the plan, they get disconnected earlier. All the best to Jio which is losing customers.
