Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Then, the same day I called your support to ensure installation tomorrow (today), so your agent promised "you will get installation by tomorrow on priority basis and also I requested to send a senior technician for your matter for the same you will get through SMS within a minutes. No SMS. No update. So, I called again—was assured it’s already marked as “priority” and installation would happen tomorrow (today). Still nothing. Today, I contacted support AGAIN. Same false promise: “Don’t worry, it will be done today and also I requested them to send a professional technician.” After 5 calls, when I finally spoke to a senior executive, I was shocked: - Installation pushed to May 7 - No guarantee of a brand-new set-top box Why did I pay if I’m not getting a new device? This isn’t a free service! Repeated false assurances, zero transparency, and complete waste of my time and money.
