Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @jio_fiber Hey @JioCare, my service took 68 hours to resume after constant escalations. Don't let your internal database falsely log this as "resolved on time" again. Check the MyJio app records, look at the recurring failures over the last 3 months, and adjust my billing for the lost time

    @JioCare I called the technician through the Myjio app and he told me to wait till tomorrow. What is the point of rescheduling if my issue isn't going to be resolved on the time mentioned ? And it has been more than 24 hours since I raised the service request.

    @JioCare Order number NO0001DRC1BS the guy who came for receiving the money was Sujoy Das not picking up calls now, was told that installation will be done today between 13:00 to 15:00 pm but it's 15:18 pm and no installation engineer nothing has been booked customer care service worst
