Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 4th day internet is not working and there is just no resolution . Called your customer care - they can’t arrange technician visitand hung up. This is super service standards!!!

    @JioCare You Guys Charge Us Monthly 479 For The Recharge and then also don't give us a better service,It is better to be on BSNL rather then on Jio,The Most Disgusting Sim Company Ever Can't Provide Us A Better Service And Then You Guys Are Launching 5G Worst Service By Jio.

    @JioCare Thanks for the quick response...the main issue is that the signal is very weak. One or Zero singal bars. Phone not reachable most of the times.

    @JioCare As a Agent I Recharge Rs239 from Jio Pos Light App and Balance Debit from My wallet. But when I call jio customer support they told me they can not help me. I have to visit jio center, distance 100km. Rs239 Recharge profit only Rs10. For Rs10 profit I loss Rs239 at Jio

    @JioCare 2) The ground installation team agreed but his senior Mr. Prince was worried about the future that he may not be able to provide service in future if any case connection is broken. 3) even after 25 days they didn't cancel the connection. Many more just cancel it yaar

    @JioCare not at all good. Cheated in the name of 5g & recharge value. When 4g& 5g not at all working,why person is going for data plan? Only calling plan deliberately converted in 3day per gb plan & stuck to me. Cheap business tactics. Nothing like customer care. @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare I have suspended my Jio postpaid sim a month before but I’m receiving bill for that month. Inspite of calling Jio care from my alternate number, I’m not receiving proper response from Jio for postpaid. I won’t you to solve this issue immediately.
