Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

How ironical it is.Customer service like @JioCare @RelianceDigital @reliancejio says we understand your concern but they really do not do anything about it.Telling your appointment is booked but nobody showed up.Even when the wire got broke because of them.

Assign ONE person to take responsibility and solve this problem. I dont want to deal with NEW people everytime who essentially blame d router & then disappear!

@JioCare I don't have too much time. But i manage and go to your service centre on 12 July. You can check log register of your jio centre and they waste my around 1 hour to collect device and on 24 August they return me device. I don't want to visit your Jio centre again.

@Airtel_Presence @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare Because of the blocked of incoming calls and sms we dont like Airtel and Vodafone only 10 days not even 6th month. We will Port to Jio who never stop incoming calls and sms. Just improve network coverage and internet speed Jio.

Jio fiber is not something I would recommend. Replacing it with @airtelindia was my worst mistake. Every 20 minutes, the Internet and Jio TV go down. I haven't been able to use both since I've had this connection. @JioCare @reliancejio
