@reliancejio We get just LTE+ from #Jio, but in our area Airtel provides 5G, BSNL provides 4G. The indoor signal of both Airtel & BSNL are so good, but #Jio indoor signal is so poor. So if you don't resolve this, we may have to port out to Airtel or BSNL. Will you really help.

@reliancejio We have #Jio tower in our area, just 200 mts away. But the indoor signal is so poor. We reported this many times, but the local n/w team doesn't bother to resolve it. Bcoz of such ppl only, u lose cust. Why should we continue with #Jio & waste our money on #Jio.

@JioCare I wasn't expecting this type of service from Jio that too in a city like Bangalore (IT Hub). Either respond to it ASAP today itself. I have no idea it's just relocating within Bangalore that too takes this much time. This poor service l wasn't expecting from Jio.

@reliancejio your teams are so irresponsible that they don’t bother to take my call or come for installation. After paying 3182.46 with KYC this issue . When i applied at that time many calls are there but now I have to call them for installation and still not responding

@reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I had placed a JioAirFiber connection on March 6th. Got an order ID and the next day a fellow named Nagarjuna came and did KYC. He opened a new order ID which shows installation and activation are done but I haven't received anything. Help.

just found out that if you download large files on unlimited 5G on @reliancejio @JioCare they are purposefully downgrading network to LTE so they can make sure your quota runs out and you are not able to actually use unlimited 5G.

@JioCare JioFiber SR SR000030L75T. Even after 24 hours of the complaint, no one from Jio reached out to me to provide resolution. I just called your customer care & they are asking to wait another 24 hours which is completely unacceptable. Pl arrange technician visit immediately
