Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @AbhishekGSoni @Airtel_Presence Don't do it @JioCare has way worse service. My internet is down since 4 days and now customer care asked me to wait for 7 more days. Please contact some local provider not jio they don't listen to customer

    @k71118081 @reliancejio Yes, their all customer care is worst... they always promise to resolve the issue, their internal system is worst they are making me foolish from 31 July till now. I called them many times till now.. but they say the same things, so I moved to Airtelfibre and money was wasted.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Today is 10/08/22,Jiofiber installed on 01/07/22 and disconnection request of the same registered by customer care on 28/07/22.Disconnection completed on 05/08/22.When refund money will be issued in my favour amounting to Rs4240.92.Refund not received so far

    @JioCare You are messaging me here... and the same all your customer care was telling me but could not give the resolution. And now I don't want your solution because I moved to airtelfiber they provided me service within 5 hours. Really the worst service you provide.

    @JioCare Why do U need information from me,can't U track UR data by using my mobile NO#. How many times i've called U & I even responded to feedback. So this shows U people R least bothered to look into a issue. i've clearly mentioned the no# still U R asking 4 name.

    @JioCare Sitting in mount road, Chennai not able to access net properly. Spoke to ur customer care on 25 June. They say it will be sorted out. Still the speed is damn slow that 2 when I’m in 4th floor. God only knows what ur technicians are doing to rectify the problem

    (2/3) Complaint# 7039290890A month ago (JULY 7th), I took JIO FIBER & U guys entered the wrong building name in address column. Instead of rectifying it, you guys are closing the case saying,“CH’s number & JIO Landline is not reachable,hence closing case” @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare So you don't have a escalation system for a customer to raise the issue. A whole day has gone me reaching out to @JioCare & yet I am not able to find concern team who is responsible to fix it & no one from jiocare has reached out to check even what is the problem I am facing 😡
