Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare I should really consider changing my wifi provider now as you guys are good for nothing. It has been 4 days since the Jio Fiber has gone bad and your engineers are nowhere to be seen. Simply bad service.

    @JioCare My Jio Airfiber order (NO0001EHE25E) placed on July 7 still has NO confirmed installation date after 6 days. Agent promised me installation within a week. This is unacceptable. I need immediate resolution and compensation. #JioFail

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber has been down since this morning in Mumbai. Engineer visit slotted for 14th July — that’s over 60 hours of blackout! In 2026, when connectivity is oxygen for work, business & emergencies, this kind of TAT is completely unacceptable. Mumbai deserves better. Never faced this before.     @JioCare There has been no internet service since the morning of July 12th. Whenever I call the helpline, the call gets disconnected after playing a recorded message; why don't you connect me to an agent? JioFiber's service is absolutely pathetic and terrible.😡😡😡😡😡😡
