Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

Finally after a lot of request from my side to resolve internet of @reliancejio I decided to initiate cancellation of jio fiber. Worst internet service ever in my life. Thank God tht I'm moving to any other ISP.

@JioCare hi, your fibre services are down in mulund west area since 19th.the customer care is just ‘escalating’ the issue while no progress. The local site agents are not even picking up the phone. On top of that the sim network is down since 1 month coz ur tower is pulled down

@JioCare @reliancejio Please increase the bandwidth in our area in Bhubaneswar. Your jiocare guys have no idea, simply doing copy paste , asking customer alternate number , changing sim, web site name getting slow etc. Please accept its Jio bandwidth issue and upgrade.
