Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@airtelindia has quite good customer service although not Mobile connections. Good in broadband , but if we face problem, they are ready to solve. @reliancejio No one cares. Submitted all documents for 15 connection where we already have 25, paid Money but we get only excuse.

@reliancejio Converted to prepaid from postpaid in November 2020. Jio hasn't refunded any security deposit until end of January, while they charge a ton for late payments, didn't compensate a penny for their late. Still struggling for partial refund, jio service don't even reply.

Jiofiber customer service is so bad. Fix it. Made me wait for two whole days. Gives fake promises. Appoints fake dates for installation and keeps postponding. Engineers calls and says they are going to visit but never comes. Made me waste two whole days @reliancejio
