Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the wifi is sooo bad!! Can't do anything real time with soo much ping spike! Seems it's a loophole. The testing platforms don't survey the hops and PING spikes get ignored. @airtelindia - would like to explore broadband options

    @JioCare That does not help. It says my booking has been rescheduled to a later date. why was I charged earlier then if you could not provide with the connection?

    2 days back (9/06/2026) I was booked jio airfiber and paid money,.. they said Tomorrow we'll reach ur home and fix the connection, but till now they didn't come and didn't even respond to my call... @JioCare

    Jio promised 5G and installed fibre optic cable a long time ago, yet the signal is very weak and no technician is willing to change the box. Many calls have been made, rebooting has been done endlessly, all to no avail! The worst internet provider ever! @reliancejio @AkashAmbani

    @JioCare @JioCare State Escalation SR000038383F has a resolution timeline of today, yet no call has been received from the escalation team, engineer, or service manager. Service remains down and LOS light is still red. Kindly provide an immediate update

    @JioCare What exactly are customers paying for? 4 days without internet, repeated complaints, fake "technician assigned" messages, and zero action from your team. This is a disgrace for a company of Jio's scale. Stop sending scripted replies and start resolving issues. If you can't provide service, don't take customers' money. Resolve this immediately before I escalate it legally. #JioFiber #PoorService #WorstService

    @JioCare My Jio eSIM is stuck on a locked iPhone, so I can't receive OTPs for Apple Account Recovery. Visited a Jio Store for eSIM/physical SIM replacement, but staff refused service and directed me to Jodhpur. Please investigate and help urgently. #JioCare

    @JioCare And again after 3 days the internet services are disrupted. Again the engineer visit is just scheduled without the engineer visiting. Such a stupid customer service and I am fed up.
