Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare @reliancejio opted for new jio fiber connection. Paid the amount. Installation was scheduled for today. I waited all day just to receive a message "customer asked for reschedule" What? I never did! Waited all day! First experience with your jio! Wow! ******!

@JioCare He clearly said that relocation will not happen so please take new connection and cancel old connection and he'll get me 100% refund and actually relocation didn't happen even after raising request 2 times 10 days prior and even after taking 6-7 follow ups. @shiels @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I applied online for a new Jiofiber connection along with STB, in less than 10 minutes I got many calls for installation. One representative comes at 8:00 PM to finalise documentation. What a good service!! No! Story changed after (1/2)
