@reliancejio What kind of service are you giving? There is a Jio tower in the middle of my village, but there is no network, the network disappears for several hours every day.If this continues then everyone will port their SIM in other networks. So take action asap. @reliancejio

Maximum speed of @reliancejio is 5kb/s in my area at around 1 am don't ask at the day time. How do you call yourself 4g network provider? After tens of complaints no action was taken.. pathetic !!

@JioCare Hi Jaineesh, it's been 3 days since your customer support and 2 days since your social media support team is sending a technician inspite of multiple followups. It's day 4 tomorrow. What amuses me is that you guys repeat this non-responsive services during downtme wthout a miss.
@JioCare kindly note the lackadaisical and non serious response by your Srinagar unit. My Jiofibre connection is out of order and despite repeated assurances no one showed up. It is a common complaint and reflects poorly on the work culture. Kindly intervene
@reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio it's been a week since my Wifi Jio Fibre has been down. And the service has been so horrible and unreachable that neither an agent is available online to resolve or the local Jio engineer in Guwahati. Such unprofessionalism that I did not expect.
Never ever choose @reliancejio jiofibre. I repeat never. You will regret their refund procedure. They are just stealing your money nothing else

@JioCare Let me tell you, we are getting idiotic data speed from last many years. Regarding call drop, it's with everyone in the region. This occur due to limited availability of network in region. We need to move out at highest building for better network however data speed remain slow.
