Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Already done everything even there was visit of jio technician but problem remain same , this problem is not permanent only 15 hrs out of 24 hrs same phone network and air fiber network get disturbed at same time, kindly make technical audit of tower in my area

    @JioCare @JioCare Hi Prakash, Please arrange an engineer visit and complete the Jio AirFiber installation by tomorrow. If it’s not installed by tomorrow, cancel the order and initiate refund immediately. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare my internet is down since 24 hours and customer care is telling me it may work after 72 hours. I have recordings lol. Pls tell me what to do. Should I just publish the recording because I doubt the issue will be resolved

    @JioCare Paid ₹1,200 for a JioFiber relocation in the same building Request raised Thursday appointment for Saturday 1 PM. Today is Monday—no technician, no update Cancellation requested, refund promised in 21 working days. Taking money is instant, service isn’t. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare "I applied for JioFiber seven days ago, but so far no Jio representative has contacted me. I have not received any information about the status of my application, how long the process will take, what the next steps are, or whether there are any issues. I have not been informed.

    @JioCare I am currently in the UK and need to permanently cancel my JioFiber postpaid connection. Your 1800 numbers don't work from abroad and the app chat bot is completely stuck. My house in India is locked so I cannot do a router pickup right now. Please DM me for help.

    tata bye bye jio fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . I got wonderful service from @airtelindia Fiber. Now onwards I will not recharge Jio. I was 300MBPs customer and fully disappointed of jio services. I will not r charge my Jio account any more.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been mentally harassed by you guys for my refund. Its been 2.5 months since I have discontinued my Jio service and I havent yet received my security deposit of 1500 i dont know how many times i have to request you for my own money. Class act of harassing customer

    @JioCare Thank you for the information. If #Airtel keeps treating its loyal customers like this and does not resolve issues on time, I will be left with no choice but to move to Jio.

    @JioCare SR00002LMA5G Your technician identified a damaged fiber line but instead of repairing it, kept pushing for an AirFiber migration, dismantled the setup and left. He is now unreachable and the complaint has been put on hold without resolution. Please restore my JioFiber.

    @JioCare I had request my number to port from airtel to jio through jio app and also paid 299. I got rejection message but 299 related no message? Customer care told retry again but in retry it is again asking to pay. What about I paid 299 earlier?

    @JioCare Missing verified installation slots is a clear violation of TRAI's Quality of Service (QoS) regulations for broadband provisioning. Since Jio failed to meet its commitment today, I am lodging a formal complaint with TRAI and the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) next!

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, @TRAI the network coverage in Kamatagi,Bagalkot, Karnataka has been absolutely terrible periodically. Call drops, constant buffering, and barely 1 bar of signal. We are paying for premium service but getting 2G-era speeds.

    @JioCare The service call was done and service req no was raised SR000037UWL5 still no action. The reschedulement has been done twice and service has been offline since 28.5.2026.

    @JioCare What about the period when it is not functioning, also it means there is no concern for customers, what a argument is there any clause for deficiency in service or there is immunity for Reliance

    @JioCare I have also air fiber connection which is also having same issue of network, in my area I think there is some issue with the tower which is 150 mtr from my house, kindly check the data of tower for past 3 month analys it n reply
