    @JioCare JIOFiber Devices has been picked by an engineer today. Im deeply hurt by your CS. One of the reasons for cancellation which I dont regret nor refer to any1 in future. Very poor & lerthagic customer service. Never ever. Jiofiber full disappoinment.

    @prakashgaur98 @JioCare I raised a complaint on 19 sep 21 at 4:32 p.m . No resolution has happened and now in app of jio it is showing that matter is resolved and they have closed the complain. Strange

    Hello team @JioCare My fiber cable is broken and I registered a complaint and was given a slot in which engineer will fix it but the timing is passed and there is no resolution for the problem and I need my internet back as I have many meetings in the evening.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a call from 7365044793. He said that he is calling fron Jio customer care and he asked me to do a transection of ₹10 for a top-up. That call is a fraudulent call and he did a fraud purchase of 92,000 to reliance infocom. Is there anything you can do?
