@JioCare jio always leads the way when it comes to poor customer care and resolution. For saving cost no live complaint number is functional, IVR bots have been put in place to ward off people and evade giving time bd response. Not expected from a responsible entity like Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare No network offered on IR since 5th December. Complaint number SR00001FS0CW IR support is worthless, they just keep harassing you and wasting your team. This is despite paying insanely high fees for international roaming on top of the monthly postpaid bill
