Pankaj Jha (@pankajjha_13) reported@JioCare I paid 707 on 22 March 2026 after seeing a 2 months offer on MyJio app. Now I am told the offer expired in Nov 2025. Customer care is asking for screenshot, but customers trust the app and don’t take screenshots of every offer. This is misleading. Please resolve.
