@JioCare I converted my sim card from IDEA to JIO a month ago.But I have a problem.When I recharge.I recharged 84 days for Rs 599 & it happened,I did it from paytm.But then when I recharge extra data for Rs 151,it shows a problem.May I know exactly why this problem occurs?

@JioCare My fibre installation request NO0000G7F7WV is not completed even after the installation due date . Worst service from Jio. Plz cancel my installation request .Will switch over to Airtel.

@JioCare Finally technician visited and issue resolved after 4 days. I asked him if they are overburdened, said no. Then why things delayed. very poor experience, I missed Ind vs Aus historic test match as well. Anyway thanks !

@JioCare I have recharged my phone and called 198 to complaint about not to send me massage or call when my plan is over. Guess what happened ? Your 198 complaint number dose not have any facilities to register a complaint. Jio have the whorst customer service
