Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare Reached out 5 times to the customer support & escalation team, still no resolution. Your executive was supposed to pick up set top box 2 days back, today is saturday. Called up the guy,he doesn't know anything about it. CS is blaming tech team and vice versa. Pathetic!!

    @JioCare Facing 10+ days delay in Jio AirFiber installation after booking on 15th. Local team (Aurai) says device not available. No proper response from customer care (call & WhatsApp both useless). Please resolve urgently or initiate full refund

    @JioCare Really disapointed with your Jio WiFi setup in our society. In most established socities the junctions have UPS so that during the power cut it can hold the network before generator kicks in.. @airtelindia has such a setup in most societies, but not Jio..

    @JioCare resolving the problem. Stop delaying with copy-paste responses and take real action. If this is not fixed immediately, I will be forced to consider switching services. I am paying for uninterrupted service, not excuses.

    @JioCare What is the resolution time of this? This connection was implemented by your engineer only. We didn't buy and attach the connection from ourself and u people have no ownership for this. Refund my money if you are not able to resolve this. We will return your settopbox. @JioCare

    @JioCare This is not a connectivity or engineer issue. My payment was made, but the plan is not activated What will an engineer check when this is clearly a backend/recharge issue? I do not need a visit. Please either activate my 100 Mbps plan immediately or process a full refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Purchase a jio sim online..Did all the kyc.Sim delivery wa promised in 48hour. But it's been more than a week there is no sign of sim delivery. When contacted customer care no response. Wht kind of service is this?

    What's wrong with @JioCare @reliancejio network at Willong area - 795007 under Senapati District of Manipur? There's a constant change between 4G and 4G+ signals which is making the internet experience very bad. There's been constant call drops in the past 2-3 days too.

    @JioCare I just shared the same response(which I got inDM) here that how @reliancejio is providing service for 27 days of a month and charging 30 days rental . Time to improve ur service and support and don’t repeat the same answer again here if u don’t have a new answer

    Enough.... If the network 🛜 covarage of @JioCare is not improve in our location, KENDRAPADA, Marshaghai,Pentha pin 754244, we the loyal users of Jio(approx 1500 people) are going to Port to other networks.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I use 2 sim card both are jio but I only 1 because u need 1 why the hell you close my second sim. Its showing emergency calls only
