Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare There’s no follow up. It’s normal for jio internet nowadays - days of service disruption. Frustrating experience. Do better before we switch to better available options! Horrible!

    @JioCare @reliancejio ny additional amount for basic support and fault resolution. This issue has caused significant inconvenience, loss of connectivity, waste of time, and financial loss. It has now been over two weeks without any proper resolution, which reflects very poorly on Jio's customer 5/6

    @JioCare I have a jio air fiber and it's not working since last 4 days I have raised a complaint, but it's getting rescheduled every day, Please help me here .

    @JioCare Schedule is THE problem. Service is down since 7th June and visit is schdeuled on 11th means 5 DAYS OF SERVICE DOWN. Your issue resolution time is TOO MUCH. btw, New installation is done in 1 day!

    Pathetic customer care service from jio fibre. Internet is down for days and this godforsaken jio app is useless. Everyday they assign someone to attend to the request and then reschedule it. Extremely disappointed @JioCare @reliancejio @jio

    I moved from one building to another and now we are struggling with @JioCare network. We have to find spots where I can handle the call, normally all calls are either not audible to me or vice versa. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare has the absolute worst of customer support and transparency. A “temporary service disruption” has lasted 4 days and counting… with an assurance of a resolution being provided “shortly”. Major disruptions in Mahim and none of the engineers attend the call!

    @JioCare Everyday you guys take time to check but there is no action to my post.. Relocation request raised on 30th May. Full amount paid on 6th June. How many days is your TAT for a new Air Fiber connection? Bad customer service with no one responding to my request

    @reliancejio , @JioCare , There has been a regular failure of Jio fiber in Vileparle last few months.every15 days there’s is issue & doesn’t get restored for 10+ hours Unfortunately there is a delay in restoration. Services likely to get restored by10-06-26 02:06 Team JioFiber

    Ffiber Connection for office think twice before choosing @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio Made Complaint on 08 June 2026 at 01:17 PM and complaint is still pending. They are rescheduling it again and again. Office work is totally shut down due to no internet. #SR000037V507

    ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER working. She waited for 1.5 hours. She then asked a lady, Why? The excuse? "Today is a field day, staff are on field work." 🤯 Hey @reliancejio,@JioCare shouldn't you be clearing existing customer complaints before chasing new ones on the field????
