@JioCare i am facing frequent disconnection on my jiofire bradband... tried to reach costumer care twice but call dropped in middle of conservation. And also complained about same few months back and never got resolved. I want to get my router replaced ASAP. Please.

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare I recharged jiofiber with rs1180 to view content of OTT but unfortunately after recharging it , I got to know that I have to get a setup box by paying 1500rs , why didn't you tell me to have set-up box at time of recharge ? Please help

@JioCare I was more interested in filing complaint of such fraudulent websites for others, I was smart enough but if you visit the site you will be surprised to see exactly same logos and website design as your official one.

Fooling ppl around no proper customer service. Internet is not working since 2 days no one is bothered to check. They are giving timelines. Noone is trying to fix the issue. We pay our hard earned money in return we get this **** internet service. @JioCare @reliancejio
