Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've placed an order of Air fiber 2 days ago, your contract is to install it within 24-48 hours after order placed, it's been 55-60 hours but still your staff isn't even called to schedule the installation, what kind of service is this Order ID; NO0001DW8702

    @JioCare I have also air fiber connection which is also having same issue of network, in my area I think there is some issue with the tower which is 150 mtr from my house, kindly check the data of tower for past 3 month analys it n reply

    @JioCare @reliancejio, you are the WORST internet service provider. We had been informed that an Internet connection will be done by morning at both our office and home and nothing post this is communicated. We have tried customer care and no response. Why such a long process?

    Never buy jio services specially their fiber internet connection. You will never get after sales service. The company is just a big scam. Take the money but do not give services @JioCare

    So calling jio customer care number 1800 896 9999 leads to automated AI call again. Connect me to a real agent please @JioCare. Work from home is halted because of you. Will you pay for the loss?

    @JioCare This click takes me again to the DM section, where I have already described my issue 10 times. And everytime a jio representative gives me an automated text which tells me what is a postpaid connection. I want my bill to be corrected... No one understands english here it seems.

    Dear Jio and Mr. Ambani, you charge for the landline service along with Jio AirFiber but do not actually provide the landline service. Why are you taking customers for a ride? Please provide a prompt response regarding this issue. @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Pls look into this and fix the local tower ASAP!. I had complained before also but there is no soln from the ntwrk provider, today one person named Viresh called me and told me that there is no power backup in ur area sir but there is no rspns from the top mgmt.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Even after multiple complaints my issue has not been resolved. I purchased for airfiber connection on 02-06-2026. Order no NO0001DTDG34 It has been 7 days yet no engineer has visited my house even after paying money and raising complants 3 times.

    @JioCare JioFiber down since 2nd June! SR000037DIOH raised same day, but zero engineer visits or resolution. Repeated issue from January due to cheap, easily broken cables. Unacceptable service. Fix IMMEDIATELY!

    @JioCare There is no extreme weather going on here. I wonder how you get these information. It had been calm since noon till now. If you can’t help just return my money and i can switch to someone who is actually providing the service to my neighbour.
