Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @reliancejio live right next to the District Court in a major district town and can barely load a text. If the network is this broken in the heart of the city, what absolute nightmare are people in rural villages dealing with? Fix your service or stop taking our money. #JioDown

    @reliancejio horrible experience with multiple jio air fiber connections today. Complaints cancelled not serviced, no engineer vists for installation even after begging, jio setup box taken away by engineer saying a new set of router and setup box you will receive

    @JioCare @reliancejio Every day I'm forced to spend nearly an hour calling customer support just to get my JioFiber connection disconnected. Instead of processing my request, I'm repeatedly asked to perform the same troubleshooting steps I've already completed countless times.

    Dear @reliancejio , We're loyal Jio customers for years, but for 2 months there has been no network inside our factory. Our 78 employees face the same issue, and many are switching to other operators due to no resolution. Pls arrange a site visit and fix this urgently. #JioCare

    Your in-app chatbot is an absolute joke, it just tells me to buy more of your services for some reason instead of giving any valuable answer. Your engineers just say "sorry can't do anything call customer care" and hangs up. I've basically lost the ability to contact @JioCare

    @JioCare Leave excuses and start execution.. change your tower operator here at 814152.. because they are like working on a mission to port all jio users to airtel or vi.. just shut off tower and go away to visit here and there for hours and hours and hours..... Today 1 hour network off..

    @JioCare "I do not want a new connection or a voucher. A Jio Fiber connection cannot be installed at my location due to a frequency issue. Please permanently cancel this order and refund my ₹807 directly to my source bank/UPI account immediately."
