Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - There is real struggle and frstration to shift my wifi connection from one wing to another wing in the same society in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. The after sales service is really bad. Please intervene and do the needful.

    @JioCare @nch1915 @consumercourtin Please stop shifting the burden of investigation onto me. You know which engineer was assigned to my service request—verify the facts with him. The issue is simple: the engineer refused to replace the faulty fiber cable, demanded money, and I continue to face recurring outages.

    @JioCare past few months your service is becoming worst. Non of service engineers don't have proper knowledge of issue. Our issue SR00003A4A1N is still pending. The issue is at jio pole and service engineer is busy at fixing the issue at home. Entire colony is suffering

    @JioCare Its a big scam. You dont deliver the sim also not cancel it and also not refund the money. Your cust care team also said it was cancelled and money will be refunded. Had i not chkd i wpuld have tht refund had been done. take action on NO00015GDRF n refund

    @JioCare My advice to everyone: Never keep both of your SIMs on Jio. If the network goes down, you're completely disconnected with no backup. Please stop claiming to be the best unless you can provide a reliable network. Fix this issue immediately.
