@JioCare there is no improvement in the internet speed. I've been filing complaints with customer care for like 3 months. And they just send me complaint number and that's it. It's a shame for the jio. I don't see your intentions to solve. Only excuses is all you have.

@JioCare Jio international roaming is worst thing in my life. All call from India is diverted via some other countries so I am able to see who actually is called me from India. Complaining for last 3 years but no resolution provided so far. Waste of money and felt like cheated

@JioCare Hi Team, I placed an order for New Jio Sim but later on I had to cancel the order just asking the delivery agent to cancel it , but he marked as delivered successfully although sim wasn’t delivered to me. That’s fraud by the delivery agent. @reliancejio
