Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited d/b/a Jio is an Indian mobile network operator. Owned by Reliance Industries and headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, it operates a national LTE network with coverage across all 22 telecom circles. Jio does not offer 2G or 3G service, and instead uses voice over LTE to provide voice service on its network.

@JioCare Dear Jio this is still unresolved. The scheduling for the engineer is getting postponed every time. This is utter nonsense. You can say upfront that it won't get resolved. I want my money back. Really frustrated of you guys. You engineers only come and disrupt the service.

@JioCare our society Jio lines r cut by d society chrmn due 2 wiring issue. Reported many times but no1 2 address it. As a result we 40 Jio Fiber’s customers of the society had to switch to another subscriber if not resolved within this week.

@JioCare there is no pick up by customer care rep after 10 mts of ringing on your 1800 889 9999. So I tried WhatsApp and your bots don’t come up with my issue option. And no human comes on WhatsApp. I need to cancel my international roaming pack purchased as my trip is canceled.
