    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @JioCare Having such a pathetic experience with Jio Air fibre installation, took my money instantly, they assured me same day installation but it’s been 4 days, 15+ calls, service request randomly closed, customer support disconnecting my calls.

    @JioCare And Jio, have you hired an unprofessional person as manager? He has zero sense of how to speak to customers. Your KYC agent was also very poor in conduct. Just to complete their targets, they misled the consumer. He promised us a refund, but a refund is not the solution.

    @reliancejio ,@JioCare pathetic service from Jio Fiber. I have raised a complaint on 21 Feb which is still unresolved and now cancelled by Jio team. Complaint number CO00029RZ3JU. Lost crucial meetings and money. @DoT_India need attention. I paid the money in advance for this.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You cant process a simple service request and use only random templates - is this your AI I gave full year advance, then 1200 relocation charges, then again 3 months rent and still after more than 100 days you just cant process transfer of my voucher #JioDoesntCare
