  @reliancejio I used Jio Fiber for many years and never faced any issue but now with Jio Air Fiber, the connection goes dead once or twice a month for good number of hours & calling support just plays a messsge saying the issue will be resolved by so & so time. Should we shift?

  @JioCare @JioCare “No delay in resolution” is a shocking statement. My JioFiber service remained unavailable for 6 days. During those 6 days, I received nothing but repeated messages extending the restoration time. When a technician finally visited, the issue was resolved in under 10 mins

  @JioCare Jio up to its usual tricks. Fibre out, complaint lodged on 17/07/26. Not resolved till 20/7. Engineer visits cancelled 3 times. Today I scheduled for 5 p.m. Rescheduled by Jio to 3 p.m. I waste my working day for them? Every month at least 3 days lost without service!
