    @JioCare Why do you need 48 hours to start service on a phone ?? Can you imagine in these time depriving someone of internet and outgoing calls for 48 hours ? Is this your service standard and capability?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I booked Jiofiber installation for harinagar Delhi with the commitment frm ur team will get it installed the same day (NO0000G3IQCX). But the engineer & sales guy kept postponing it throughout the day and now both are not responding. Need urgent help

    @reliancejio worst service ... no option of raising complaint.... always making the same excuse that many number of users are using the internet at the same time that's why speed is slow..if u can't handle that much traffic just stop selling the new sim card .. worst service

    @JioCare Jio fibernet team looks like they achieved the number of connections and forgot the service for loyal customers. Every time the common answer from customer care, engineers are not available to service then why do you push to buy connection when u can’t service.
