  @reliancejio @JioCare One of the most pathetic service ever experienced. Installed a jio airfiber last Friday and it's still not working. Customer care, engineer all are expert in making excuses and now when I am asking to uninstall the service they say I'll lose my money.

  @JioCare It’s been 6 days since network is not there, daily saying technician will visit in next 2hrs, till date no one came. Now when I called they said technician not available for next 3-4 days. So from 10 days no technician available? Seriously😳 @reliancejio short of technicians?

  Really disappointed with Jio service. They push customers for expensive recharges but can’t even provide basic emergency support when a phone gets stolen. Stores exist but no contact number of store manager. CC keeps transferring calls no help. Worst experience ever. @JioCare
