  Not even 24 hours post the fix, internet stopped working again. @JioCare @reliancejio Nobody picks up the call, the bot automatically reserves a next day appointment, no human to speak to. Getting a new connection, @JioCare please accept this as a formal cancellation request.

  Disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio No Internet on Jio AirFiber in my area since morning. First resolution time was given 3 PM, then shifted to 11:30 PM. Support rep refused to register an individual complaint saying "it's an area outage". Also ignored my feedback.
