@JioCare @reliancejio you should really go ahead and analyse your customer service & quality team, they been very sarcastic on call, just called jii fiber team and seriously it was very pathetic experience .. you should really hear the call of one of your agents named PRIYA.

@reliancejio @JioCare Now I am being told by the customer care that I will only get Rs 500 and not the rest of Rs 1000 as that will be deducted for installation purpose. It wasn’t prompted at the time of taking the connection.

What's wrong with @reliancejio @JioCare Unable to use internet for 2 days due to no connectivity. And suddenly got a message on 3rd day 7.30 am that you have used 100% net. How? Didn't even switched on the net . Called customer care got no reply.
