    @reliancejio we had recharged to get all calls free and suddenly it is chargeable now if the internet pack expired it must be allowed to use the balance without worrying about the validity as it was earlier. @TRAI pls do something on this as i never use jio net it never works

If you have 2 cr customer nd u just deduct rs 1 in every mont how much

    @JioCare Internet speed at my area is very slow. It only gives 200kb/s speed maximum times.I have complained about it many times to costmer care but they simply say that this is temporary issue.But this is not temporary.I never gets 4g speed in my area. Kindly work here.Thank you

    @JioCare @JioCare Dear Jio, though It has nothing to do with the IUC charges that you have imposed recently. My actual problem is with the Jio connectivity at my home premises. From almost a month now, we are facing regular call drops, missed calls.

    @reliancejio My e-sim not working since 1.5 month. Just paying the bill without any data usage and call.. been to Jio store 4 number of times and not able to rectify the matter. Please look into it on priority basis. Also your Jio store is useless.. @airtelindia ‘s better..

    @airtelindia @Shivam_1993 I bet @airtelindia you won't be able to offer any solution. One of the worst network. I switched from Vodafone to airtel. Bt I had to switch again Now @reliancejio has better connectivity compared to @airtelindia

    @JioCare I'm not able to talk to your customer care over 198. I yesterday recharged a Jio number with 149. The plan needs to activated through system as internet is off in Kashmir. Please help.

    @JioCare Unfortunately my Jio Numb is 8076536917...I hv another Jio Numb also..but what to say pathatic.worse.sad and v v v poor.i must say jab tak TATA THA i or many had sweat memories but our badluck .....no jio me suffer karo

    @JioCare I booked Jio fibre connection as on 1st May-21 but till the date Jio fibre not installed in my home. They took money on booking date but not providing services. Very bad experience.....
