    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare team Today I called to your customer support around 8:44pm and the representative name was HARSH and my concern was Sim port related, he placed the call on hold to transfer the call to relevant team but.

    Dear @JioCare & @reliancejio I’m really disappointed and regretting for taking the connection of Jio Fiber which promised super speed and performance. You are charging for 300mbps speed but it never gives more than 30mbps speed. I think it’s the time to change the connection.

    Hi @reliancejio @sumankargupta @JioCare I was waiting around 20 minutes on hold and no one bloody person was picked the call and after the 20 minutes the call disconnected from JIO customer support, and that service was horrible and pathetic 😠😠😠😡. #JIO #RelianceJio

    @JioCare your data network in Bihta Patna Bihar area is either very poor or no network. The most disappointing period is between 6pm to 11pm and this everyday affairs.
