Constant reminder before every call, dozens of messages every day is ridiculous. In emergency call, your reminder on phone is a time waster. Fix it

Post which when I called again, I was told to wait for another 24 hours, quoting unavailability of the engineer. And also said there is no escalation matrix. Due to covid we cannot transfer call.
