@JioCare the engeneer call me at 11:30 a.m and say me that I will come at 11:40 am max but now I am trying to contact engeneer but he is not picking my call from last 5 calls the engeneer service is not good of jio fiber 😠

@JioCare I have been informed by local support that your so called O&M support will travel across - Rewa to Sidhi - 77 Km's and then will address the issue. You do not have basic infrastructure to replace a cable in Sidhi??? More than 24 hours past, just a ticket raised. @reliancegroup
