Booked Jio AirFiber almost 1 year ago. Payment done, but no installation and still no refund. Only false assurances from support. This is unacceptable. Either provide service immediately or process full refund. @JioCare @reliancejio Please take this seriously.

@JioCare since 3 days am told the same pls initiate REFUND if the delivery of SIM is not happening.Over customer care call am told to run around the Store,is this why we do the online order? I rather visit Airtel & buy sim instantly than booking online with JIO & waiting for days chasing!

Hello @JioCare. I had last recharged my JIO number in March'25. That was an annual recharge. I want to know what was my plan as I don't see it in the list of current anual plans. Can you help?
