I am struggling to get @reliancejio @JioCare team to pick up the set top box and router for past 21 days. They closed the two service requests without picking up the devices nor they did refund rs 2500 of trial charges. But they did promise full refund on ending the trial

@rsprasad , you're the worst cabinet minister of this govt. this is the third time I'm complaining about @reliancejio . This telecom company is a fraud. Call drop and poor internet connection is their motto. I can't make a call with their network.

@JioCare @JioCare This is just ridiculous, it's beyond 48 hours since registration. I think you should recharge my airtel sim data pack until you resolve this issue. They actually process service requests immediately rather than creating bunch load of tickets for nothing.
