@rksaw15 @JioCare You should call Jio customer care. They will provide resolution quickly. 1800-896-9999 First bot will talk but after few minutes you can talk to executive. At last bot will ask to press 9 to talk to executive. Twitter pe mein bhi 10 - 12 din se bol raha tha.

@JioCare It's not that the work is being done, the thing is that after giving the target date, not replying to it and moving it forward and there is no limited wait, this problem is 4 years long, so that it knows how much responsibility jio takes of the customer's complaint.

complaint regarding internet on 31st may...promised resolution within 24hrs..no one came...appointment rescheduled by jio for 12AM on 2nd june...again same.. nothing happened... appointment for 5pm .... again for 11am on 3rd.... great service by jio fibre @reliancejio @JioCare
