Kindly cancel my order and refund my amount as soon as possible. The SLA was 72 hours and which was never met. This shows how poor service is provided by Jio.

It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare
