They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. It’s been 6 days in continuation without service and customer care still saying in 2 hrs service will be stored. They have no clue at all about the fault. Service engineers are not bothered to visit. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare
