@JioCare I hv attached the screenshot of the complaint, you should be able to track it and find more details from IT systems of #JioPatheticService. @TRAI can you not conduct audits like RBI and stop them from taking new customers till they achieve a certain min quality level!

@reliancejio I got to know you cover entire india! Iam living in middle of Nagpur city! Waiting for your connection from last 1 year. Still you are not present here. Everytime I was told it will take 2 more months. Such a poor service. No followups. #JioFiber
