    @reliancejio Nobody attended complaint no SR00002KUNJI at Jaipur. Wrong answer. Scheduled 12 to 1 pm today but I’m still waiting to get the results.

    As soon as you recharge Jio 5G, it feels like you’ll get rocket speed, but the network runs so slow that even a bullock cart would feel ashamed. Paying for 5G but getting service worse than 2G—Jio hasn’t upgraded speed, only people’s expectations.😡 @JioCare @JaikyYadav16

    Took a Jio AirFiber connection in March 2026 with a 4month recharge. During installation, I was informed that relocation would be possible if I shifted my residence. After 1.5 months, I moved to a new flat and contacted @JioCare relocation, but now they are denying the service.

    @reliancejio is the worst either in mobile or fiber. No response even if you visit a store. From past 48hrs my wifi is not working and cables are damaged due to rain. Rain stopped 36hrs ago and still no one to repair it. @ACTFibernet resolved within hours for my other connection
