To extend my current plan as i was not able to use it due to unresolved complaint. But they just disconnected chat or disconnected phone. @reliancejio @JioCare is a very bad customer service. There is some issue in DP and not only me, six houses are suffering due to this. (3/n)

@JioCare Hello Jiocare, I am anguish by the response on your customer care service. It seems there is no accountability at all. There is no escalation point to customer care. My jiofiber connectivity is having issues but no one is ready to listen. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

@JioCare I was already using Jio Fiber in the same building. Customer care even asked me to install a new connection in my new location, then why relocation can't happen

@JioCare Experiencing too much slow speed since 1 month . And customer care is responding it will be corrected normal as soon as possible. But when your "soon" come , don't know. You are looting people's money. No compromise in price of recharge then why in service?

@JioCare @jaagograhakjago i am using Jio Fiber connection. I am unable to use internet since 05Mar. I have made complaint which @JioCare closed without actually resolving. I requested them to open it again as it was not resolved. (1/n)

@JioCare Please refer to my complaint id SR000018B426 for frequent connection losses. I had been complaining sine OCT2021, every time it was told that problem will be solved in 120 days. But the problem is still existing. Is there anybody in jio to answer or everybody is bussy in 6G 1/2

@JioCare I visited JioStore as well and surprisingly it is told that issue can be resolved only through email service which are not responding. Though they have raised priority ticket too. All technician explain differently but not able to answer the query.
