    @JioCare I already gave the solution to your problem that there is a connection in the same place which needs to be relocated and it is installed in my own building and right now its not in working condition but your staff was not ready to listen.

    Really frustrated with the service from . I paid for Jio Fiber installation, and was promised it would be done by 11th or 12th. Today is 13th and there’s still no update or response from the team. This kind of delay without communication is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Why would I contact sales person from jio. I shifted to airtel fiber who has better customer service. @jio yet to refund my 1200. A month recharge has also gone waste and i spent money everyday for a week for data recharges. I demand refund of whole amount.

    @JioCare I am unable to reach support via call (IVR auto disconnect due to outage) and chat is not connecting to an agent. My JioFiber connection has recurring weekly disconnections. I want immediate permanent disconnection. This is a formal request. Please arrange urgent

    @JioCare Still no resolution after an entire week, this is absolutely unacceptable. The level of service from Jio is beyond pathetic. I haven’t even received my refund. If not resolved immediately, I will file the complaint in the consumer court in a couple of days. Enough is enough.
