    @reliancejio i am living in ludhiana vpo lohara near to city pincode is 141016. Network of jio is poor in my area, its look like in 5G era i am living with my old poor 2G network. Improve ur quality in this area.

    There is a lot of time in the area around me, the network problem is running in the network problem I'm hindered in my work though this is the jio Team of this thing.. Every days this time network connectivity is very bad... @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Kindly give a timeframe by which I should expect this to be fixed. I have been contacting support for almost a few weeks now with no resolution, so a guaranteed timeframe is required for me to keep track of this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst Internet service in BBsR SR no- SR00003ARZ23. Daily internet disconnecting frequently, Can’t do work from home. The service executives asking extra money to fix the connection. Please fix this urgently or else I will move to consumer forum

    Seriously, @JioCare? My JioFiber has been down since 2 PM. TV is stuck on "Try Again." I've rebooted, unplugged everything, used Fix Now, tried chat & called customer care repeatedly (no answer).Is this wht customers r paying for Absolutely unacceptable #JioFiber #CustomerService

    Ridiculous service by @JioCare! I booked Jio AirFiber on 19 June 2026, and even today my connection has not been installed. Customers in Rimuli, Kendujhar – 758047, Odisha deserve better than false promises.

    @JioCare @JioCare Why can't I reach an customer care executive on a voice call to detail my issue? This back and forth is absolute waste of time and you call it technology - slowing things down.

    @JioCare your app lacks the basic features, I want to cancel service request for engineer but there is no option. Chatbots and ivr keep sending me links which don't work. If you don't have the basic features who do you optimize basic cost

    @JioCare The irony is that Jio has enough manpower to repeatedly call customers for recharge reminders, yet reaching a human support representative is often much more difficult. If customer convenience is truly the priority, this experience should be reconsidered.
