That request was rejected by my previous Service provider. Please tell me the refund status of that amount.

On Monday it was resolved automatically without informing me. Is this kind of service provided by Jio. I regret that I have purchased Jio.

I send an email for help, i get reply after 24 hours asking stupid things, i reply within 15 mins, nd next reply is again aftr 24hrs. Small issue, been weeks :)
