    @JioCare facing internet issues for the last 2–3 days and today the connection is completely down. The earliest engineer visit available is 1st August. Am I expected to stay without internet until then? This is unacceptable, especially when many of us rely on it for work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Jio Customer Service Department / Grievance Redressal Cell Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited Subject: Serious complaint regarding the complete outage of internet and 5G services on mobile number 7976432749 for several days – Request for immediate resolution I am a regular customer on your network. My Jio number is 7976432749, and an ₹899 recharge plan is currently active on it. I am using this SIM in a 5G-supported (5G-compatible) device. The issue is that the internet is not working at all on this number. Neither the 5G network is visible, nor is there any data connectivity. I am currently at a location where the 5G network is fully available. This is confirmed by the fact that I have another mobile phone with a different Jio SIM; at the same location, 5G is working perfectly and delivering good speeds on that other number. This clearly indicates that the problem lies with the service associated with my specific number (7976432749), rather than with network coverage or the device itself. This issue has persisted for quite some time. Despite multiple attempts, the internet remains completely non-functional, causing me significant inconvenience. I request you to: 1. Immediately investigate the service status of my number, 7976432749. 2. Restore internet and 5G services immediately. 3. Explain the cause of the issue and provide a permanent solution. 4. Provide appropriate compensation for the service disruption. Please treat this complaint with high priority and resolve it as soon as possible. Kindly contact me if necessary. Thank you.

    @JioCare Umm...did you read what I mentioned? I said I don't want to repair,and still you are also saying,for repair they will come? Please read,I am discontinuing your service, I don't want Jio airfiber Please I want to cancel the repair schedule,let only the cancellation be active

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but instead of receiving proper assistance, I was spoken to in an aggressive and inappropriate manner. I find this kind of communication unacceptable as a customer.

    Dear @JioCare, whenever there is a power cut in my area (PIN 756123, Andarai–Sabarang, Bhadrak, Odisha), the Jio mobile network goes completely down. This causes major inconvenience during outages. Please investigate and ensure proper backup power at the nearby tower. #Jio

    @JioCare @JioCare 5 days, no internet, no engineer, no resolution. Complaint SR00002MV6KW (raised 25 Jul) is now marked “On Hold – Natural Calamities” with no ETA or communication. This is unacceptable. Restore the connection immediately or provide a firm resolution timeline. #JioFiber #JioCare

    @JioCare What I did not request for any termination? Service request was for my Jio fiber internet is not working for the last 2 days.
