    @JioCare your network is becoming worst and worst day by day...everytime the customer care person tell me that the problem will not occur again ...enough now after my current plan expires i will take new sim from @Airtel_Presence or other network providers.

    @JioCare @RomeshChauhan1 Same issues in my location only 1network bar is showing in my mobile . I complained so many times but network issues not resolved your team. Tomorrow my recharge plan is expiring. This time I Will not waste my money for your worst network.

    @JioCare I did my Jio Fibre booking on 24th Dec, the service engineer arrived today. When he was done putting the cable he realised that there is no power in the the cable and the boxes. It's already 2 months since the fibre line was installed in my area. Order no. NO0000JSPA0B

    @JioCare So your technical team expect me not to use internet during IPL matches for 2 months, as millions of users are using at the same time. Instead of rectifying your problem, u guys are giving reasons. I think I should consider some other options for sure.

    @reliancejio has the worst customer care. first they dont understand the problem, then they cut the call in between, have done atleast 15 calls with 15 diff people in last 2 days, then they resist to file complain and if they somehow file it - they close the complaint without actually resolving it. they keep you on hold for 10 mins and then they cut the call in between. Is no one from jio headoffice tracking these nuances bcz of which customers are suffering like anything???? @TRAI is a joke when it comes to jio. obv no one can touch ambani under modi govt and thus they are doing whatever they want to do. its crazy frustrating!!! in this crazy frustration, i am now trying to port it to airtel but guess what - they aren’t even allowing me to port citing that payment is pending. while in reality- there is nothing, rather some advance and security deposit is lying with them. never been so irritated with any service provider 😖😖

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Paid on 12 May for SIM porting, but still no SIM, no update, and no response even after promised resolution date. Order Ref: NO00015EFS19 | SR: SR000036F50V. Very poor service. Please resolve immediately.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. JioFiber registration was done on 12-05-2026, and today is 23-05-2026, but installation is still pending. Engineers are not answering calls and no proper update is being provided. Please take immediate action and complete the installation
