    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre I took a trial plan on may 2022 and took a 8month plan after it . And my old router was taken back by jio worker . They took my account number for refund of 1500rs on July. It's been more than a month and refund is pending. Please help me out.

    @JioCare Sir, My jio network and internet both is getting very slow after 7 pm to 8 am and I need to work extended hour sometime. Can you please look into the issue . I live in Nandini nagar near to bhilai Chhattisgarh .

    @JioCare @RomeshChauhan1 Same issues in my location only 1network bar is showing in my mobile . I complained so many times but network issues not resolved your team. Tomorrow my recharge plan is expiring. This time I Will not waste my money for your worst network.

    @reliancejio #MukeshAmbani @airtelindia fed up with Jiofibre pathetic service raised a complain yesterday SR00001AZ6GR with TAT of 24hr noone came 4 solution & Customer care is saying internet down in your area but my neighbour are enjoying the service please don't fool customers

    @JioCare I did my Jio Fibre booking on 24th Dec, the service engineer arrived today. When he was done putting the cable he realised that there is no power in the the cable and the boxes. It's already 2 months since the fibre line was installed in my area. Order no. NO0000JSPA0B

    Jio support on social media, like many other companies nowadays, is superficial. Initially they frustrate you using bot-like auto replies. When they are finally forced to read your actual query, they stop responding! #Jio5G @JioCare

    Samsung S20 FE 5G users are angry since Jio identifies the phone as S20 FE (LTE variant) & doesn't send 5G invites. But a SIM activated for Jio 5G using another phone works well. Neither @SamsungIndia nor @JioCare is sorting out the issue & users don't know whom to blame! #Jio5G

    @reliancejio terrible service in the Noida region! It's been 4 weeks and the new connection has still not started working. I am being charged for the same. The local team has no idea what's wrong and no reply to email complaints. Order No: EO0000015OVB

    @JioCare @Dileep3194 Very poor quality network speed. JIO was born about 6 years ago but till now good network speed has not increased but the speed of recharge prices has increased very fast. I have been complaining for the last 3-4 years but no Madarchod has done any hearing, everyone tells to DM
