    @reliancejio @JioCare @jio I applied for your service one time last 15-20 days ago. Yesterday once again I applied. No one calls form jio for help. I want the broadband connection really earlier. I know jio have service in my city. No one is responding from jio.

    @Videocon_d2h one of the worst service provider..@TRAI Arrange some training program to ur customer care executive..every time they ask same questions without any solution. 165152784 for trace my complaint.. @JioCare please provide jio network as early as possible.

    Honest words..since 2days the network in our area is too bad that I can't even call the jio helpline also note being able to deliver a text msg .I request you to take action asap.Hope you understand the prblm as ALL THE SIM of JIO in my family are also hving same problm @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI I am realy very disappointed with Jio service. No coverage, no NET speed. Very poor service. I am frustrating with this. I complained before but no any action taken by jio care. Realy its last time to request you. we having 3 jio sims at home.

    @jiocare we have facing network issue in our area from last 3-4 months... contected jio call center,local jio shop but still not solve our issue . In my family there are 7 jio numbers ... @reliancejio already increse rates ...and also charging for calling for iuc charges..

    @JioCare worst customer support from jiocare. Placed an order for a new connection on 9th of april 2022, till now no turned up for installation and I recieved a message after 20 days that connection has been cancelled as per my request which I didn't do.

    @JioCare one of the worst experience using jio , didn't receive my jio set-up box for past 2 year then to I changed my plan from pre to post paid in assurance that they will provide me new set-up box , I have mailed and compliant to the customer service still no response 🙄
