    @JioCare never mind cancelling my jio fiber connection as its been 15days mo installation complaints u many times inclusive dms with proof of screen shots no actions so moving to gtpl fiber also cancelling my all 4jio sims to vadafone #jiodontcare

    @JioCare I am not able to receive any call and at the same time I am not able to make any call. I have been trying to chat with jio bot but it's useless nothing has been done. Kindly see to this problem and solve this as without calls my business is getting affected.

    @JioCare #WORSTJIOFIBER #poor #poorcustomerservice Escalated Service Request number: SR0001AY3L6 Expected Resolution on 15th May 2022 But Jio service Technical Person not visited my home for resolution. Since 15th Apr 2022 No Resolution given and social media team is not helping.

    @JioCare FYI, This network issue is not specific to building or house geostructure. in our area all JIO user facing the same issues. Internet is badly working for 5-10 kbps and network bar only 1-2 showing. @JioCare
