    There are about 2000 Jio customers in our village. There is a tower of Jio but it is not operational yet, that's why customers are very upset due to lack of network, they are going to other networks. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @ViCustomerCare : It's being more than 2 weeks my 2 numbers are facing issue. Unable to make a call from my house whereas all other service providers like @reliancejio and @airtelindia are working fine. Logged complaint 3 times but still no action taken. Can this be looked into?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Hi Jio team, we are suffering alot due to slow internet in our area between 6 PM to 11 PM and 7 AM to 10 AM since a month. Speed during the time period 0 to 15 KB only. Kindly fix the issue by improving tower bandwidth. Vill. Murwan, hardoi- 241405

    @JioCare Atlast Jio have not provided 30 days trail as promised by Jio executive while selling this connection. Atleast pick ur setup box and refund my security amount. I hope this can be done without much trouble. Is ther anyway i can handover to any of your office and get my money back.
