Simple major reason is very poor data speed by JIO net and it not improved than more JIO customer will become inactive or port their number to other service provider. I am sure that no body will take care of this.

Airtel at least gives you bars, and until last year, they gave free incoming SMS too without any plan. I trust Airtel to have network in areas in China where even my HK SIM doesn’t get.
