    @JioCare If JIO system/tower is unable to provide proper connectivity and internet speed to the existing customer or unable to upgrade existing load system so company should stop new connection. Now,customer feeling that they were be-fuled and all the service provider are same.

    @JioCare I recharged for a friend on his behalf and there is not a trace of the transaction. The money is debited from the account but the services are still inactive. Not a way to track it. Help ASAP!!!!

    @JioCare @fiber_jio 3 days since I registered my complaint. Sr0000us40 my complaint no. My complete system is online. No one is responsible and taking charge for solving the problem? This kind of service is not acceptable! Jio fibre at its worst.

    @JioCare @reliancejio poor service from Jio. My jio fiber is not installed even though it has been more than a week now. My registered mobile num is 8220271316. Their engineer never bother to come on given specified time and we keep calling on customer care for future date

    @JioCare This is my service request number MR0000TW4YPW Internet speed is crawling. Very disappointed and frustrating. It has always been like this since day one but it has gone worsen, and it's important now to get ride of this and switch to other carrier.

    @reliancejio They are behaving like scammers. Even after buying 5G Unlimited pack, I am unable to avail the benefits. 5g is working untill daily date limit not exhauted, after this network turns into 4g and ask to recharge a data pack again.

    @JioCare @TRAI It's been more than 26 days since payment received for JioFiber installation and your executive declined feasibility and cancelled the installation. So far no Refund but simply getting message of installation. Refund as I have taken other vendor service.

Also when I tried to inform those corruption to senior officials by reaching their Regional office. The senior official tried to escape from me.

    Paid ₹3333 on 19 Apr 2026 for Jio Fiber (Order: NO0001CZ0RPM). Promised install in 1–2 days, but 5 days later still no update—only complaints being raised. Very poor service. Please resolve ASAP. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    Jio’s social media team is one of the most useless teams I’ve seen. No help at all, one call every 3 days just to understand the issue, & then again another call after 3 days to understand the same issue. Poor service & worst people. Shame on you, Jio team. @JioCare @reliancejio
