    @JioCare I'm unable to access to the internet since morning and I have made complaints to the customer care but they all are ignorant. Instead one girl from jio customer care said we can't help it.

    @reliancejio It's very disheartening that now JIO does not take care of it's customers. In the free trial JIO FIBER worked very well but now it's disgusting. I also tried calling customer care many times but it's always busy or unreachable. I think if this situation prevails

    If the network traffic does not decrease and no extra telecommunications towers are put up to transmit signals in the upcoming days soon there would be a drastic decline in number of jio users switching to other networks. @reliancejio @JioCare #networkissues
