    @JioCare I visited several times the jio care office Polasara to purchase a new battery for my jio phone though the existing battery is not working properly.but the employee his name is Rahul Kumar Sahu(Cell no-7008987693) not cooperating with me since 1month till today.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i was told that by recharging my jiofiber 999 i will receive a voucher for additional settop box, but from the past 3 months i never receive such kind of voucher.

    @JioCare Sinora, Sorry #jio why do you need alternate contact because jio is not able to connect on jio contact because of v.poor #jionetwork Are you all fools why can't you pull down our full data from your system as V hv submitted all documents & act accordingly Y keep on asking.

    @JioCare Oh come on after 2 days you guyz are acknowledging my concern, same engineer visited twice at my place and yesterday he said that he cant fix this issue, problem is in the connection box. Its been 3 days and you guyz are doing nothing. @MukeshAmbanima

    Dear @TRAI Today and days before @reliancejio @JioCare exhausted all my 2 GB data in their MYJIO APP without any much usage from my side. This thing is happening frequently three four times in a month with me. Kindly help to resolve issues as it affects my online working.

    Contd.. Who goes to customer place by 2:30 in the noon in this summer??? @reliancejio @JioCare Your technician is the worst ever that exist. That's the main reason, you guys drop your consumer count. SR- SR000015ROU8 The cable line was seen falling on the side of the road.
