    @JioCare getting issue to install fiber optic connection at my home as the team is saying the distance between your house and S2 is more than 130 mtrs and HT line is there between. Though there’s no HT line it’s LT line. Please help to solve the issue. Location : Amravati -444601

    @JioCare an executive called me 4 days ago regarding my issue. I told my issue and she told she will call me back after taking about my issue with the team. Didn’t got a call back yet. And I want a jio fiber connection urgently. Taking follow up from jio team since 1 month.

    @JioCare I have network problm in my home indore and outdoor area from when i bought jio sim and when i masg your costomer care they tell me to be patience. Every time they tell me same reason and tell me, we are improving. I am not satisfied from your jio care. Please resolved my issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have a Jio 4G connection but sad to say I have to depend upon BSNL 3G because at Katkumbh village in Amravati there is very poor or no network of Jio. No Jio tower.

    @reliancejio my active sim card has been deactivated without any prior notice. I’ve been a regular customer of Jio since past 10 yrs and this has caused me extreme inconvenience. I went to the service centre but received no solution. I’m locked out of all my accounts!! @JioCare

    @JioCare All that is happening is appointments being scheduled, I get those stupid calls and then appointments are re scheduled. Just get it over with. I am not interested at all in your connection honestly. This is pathetic service. Time to escalate it to higher ups. Enough is enough now
