    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @SherawatPriya @JioCare yes in kota the network is good but in parts of bihar there were some issue so switched to voda.

    @JioCare Suraj, it’s been 4hrs and no updates. You call center scheduled visit for tomorrow 1PM. Being everybody WFH, net is a basic service nowdays.

    @JioCare @RoshanRP72 When , after an year ..the engineer simply rescheduled the appointment twice without my knowledge from his side mentioning that customer wants it rescheduled . Can you give me the date of exact installation as I will move to ACT or Airtel as they install connections in one day

    @reliancejio a chor company that gets stronger when customers recharge and they loot all of their data and provide ghatiya service

    @JioCare My internet is down since July 30th. Within one month this is the second big outage. Service request SR00001CK0BO was raised is not complete since 10 days. They are not fixing it with the excuse that wire length required is a little longer.
