Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

@JioCare I have been facing issues with internet connectivity for the last 6 days with no internet. Every time I call to raise a service request the next day the SR is closed and no one visits. How long do I need to wait? No internet for 13 days due 2 temp outage & no resolution.
