    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @airtelindia Why discriminating between prepaid and postpaid customer for eSim issuance. Currently am on prepaid but was denied eSim as it is supposedly reserved only for postpaid customer. @reliancejio much better in this sense

    Everytime customer care gives 24hr/48hr time for resolving the issue but unable to comprehend their time scale . @reliancejio @DoT_India kindly take some meaning ful action.

    @JioCare we are from remote area and only your network are full with amazing speed of internet, but the problem is we dont have any option other than using your internet via mobile plans please provide ur broadband plans for jiohotspot so that we can use your internet.

    @JioCare Why don't you response our complaint. You connection is getting worst day by day. When you start your network in my area 4 network bar is showed but now only one. Lol. @reliancejio @JioCare . You always response with a text but do nothing..

    I asked them to reopen the order if there is no reason, but the customer care has only one answer … Sir please re-order. I have waited for more than 15 days for the necessities and this is the reply I get. Very poor service from jio mart. @JioMart @JioMart_Support @JioCare
