    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @JioCare Order#NO0000ID60EI requested for cancellation and as discussed with customer care executive he confirmed that request for cancellation is taken.But the sms and mail recieved is connection request on hold.This is insane.Confirm the cancellation and process the refund ASAP

    @JioCare @JioMart sorry to say but you guys are very irresponsible. I booked a prepaid order on 14th Aug order no.16289272029280561A-01 The goods were to be delivered by 16th Aug but not delivered till date. Better you return back my money. Shame on your service.. No call option

    @JioCare I requested a port via your website and after waiting for 3 days I got this msg Sorry! Your JioExpress request has been cancelled due to G. Customer is not satisfied with the plan Offerings . None called me from jio to discuss. Your services suck already. Glad I didn't port.

    @JioCare Dear Gurbinder Pathetic.. Pathetic service of jio care without even resolution case closed. Last 5 days internet and other services down. Who will bear the cost for these days. Pls contact me nd provide resolution else pay my money back.

    @reliancejio i have recently port my number to jio and notice it is one of the worse provider, internet speed is slow like never before, less than 1mbps or 100kb speed i am getting ,call multiple times to customer care but no luck. Unable to use,irony is using @vi for tweet.

    @JioCare Fooling people with new screenshots whereas neither ur customer care not your apps work properly. You technicians are closing service requests without any confirmation. They are bunch of liars
