    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare However, now that I have shifted the place and hence requested for a shifting of the same jio fiber, they denied the same and asked me to cancel this and take a new connection.

    @RelianceJioCare @JioCare It’s absolutely pathetic to see the way Jio is looting money from its customer! At the time of installation new fiber, I was clearly told that I would get a full refund ( Rs 1500 ) in event of jio fiber cancellation and returning of box.

    When we try to complaint customer care they told us every time, "There are lots of jio user in our area that's why we're facing very slow internet speed." but we could not got any solution till now. Many users ported their number to another network. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
