    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @reliancejio If my SIM CARD is used in inappropriate way who will take the responsibility? Very pathetic service... Service center person are also very rude to talk, if you can't provide service they say directly we can switch to some other better network.

    @reliancejio @MIB_India Inspite of complaining thrice abt Internet not working for the last 10 days, the matter hasnt been solved yet the Sr no are been shown as resolved. Big time cheaters. But yes they will continue to charge us for these 10 days.. SR00001E3NHD/SR00001ECGA7

    @JioCare Irrespective of multiple service request SR00001E3171 &..1EAHCB my problem of incoming message not receiving is not resolved.. I am frustrated with following up Customer care and don't know what to do.. . Kindly resolve and then close the request with user consent.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's really disappointed that u make ur broadband disconnection is very hectic.Since 4 days my father is chasing on ur customer care for same but not getting any support. It's really difficult to endorse Jio now.Seriously it's really shameful.
