    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My OTT subscription is not working, and when I contacted customer care, they insisted that I must be physically present in front of the setup box for troubleshooting. (1/4)

    @JioCare recently got a Jio AirFiber connection installed. During the KYC process, the executive registered his own mobile number instead of mine. I do not have the LRN or ORN details. Please check using my installation details and help correct the registered mobile number.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber is down for more than 16 hours now in Mumbai. Their customer care says wait till 4 pm. It's just 15 days of shifting from @Airtel_Presence. Asked them to cancel and refund, they said no refund policy. Let bloody 3500 go down the drain but I want stabke connect
