    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare How disgusting and pathetic service jio is providing it's been almost one month and JioFiber installation is not done yet whenever I am calling it's always a excuse as equipment are unavailable.

    @JioCare Ask 1000 times for details and give 0 resolution. Today marks the 42nd day of my follow up with you for refund and I am sure the count would go to 100 days. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir please help and let us know how else do we take this forward to get our money back

    @JioCare Your team have disconnected my JioFiber broadband connection on their own discrete, falsely claiming that I had called to disconnect on 09.06.26 I have paid Rs 12,729.84 on 27.03.26 for 12 months plan (with one month additional free) I NEVER called. REFUND me balance
